  • The high tech marine transportation infrastructure is an innovative transportation infrastructure that may be able to secure a safe transportation environment as well as efficient operation by connecting up-to-date skills including a broad range of wire and wireless communication-based information, control and electronics technologies. When integrated into the marine transportation infrastructure by the standard requirements, these standard technologies help monitoring and managing navigational aids. This paper defined a concept of middleware in the marine traffic management systems which gives characteristics of system independency, scalability, extensibility, and researches a functionality of the middleware and a software block of the middleware.

  • 본 연구에서는 내배수시설 기준 배수구역 경계 재설정 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 내배수시설 경계 재설정 기법이란 경계 재설정에 따른 침수저감 효과를 보다 명확히 나타냄으로써 시스템의 유출량 분산을 통한 침수발생 저감을 목적으로 한다. 기존의 유역 경계 설정이 설계자의 임의성이 개입되어지는 것에 비하여 침수저감 이라는 구체적이고 객관적인 판단 근거에 유역 경계를 설정하는 판단기준을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 내수침수에 대한 피해 저감을 목표로 하며, 개선된 내배수시스템 구성을 바탕으로 경계 재설정 기법을 실유역에 적용하였다. 경계 재설정을 통한 침수 저감효과 검토는 지리적으로 연속된 인접한 내배수시설 유역을 대상으로 한 기법에 해당하며, 해당 유역간의 효율적인 내배수시설 운영을 포함한 분석을 통해 내수배제 능력을 확보하도록 하는데 의미가 있다. 즉, 빗물펌프장을 이용한 펌프 조기가동 효과를 토대로 침수저감 효과를 검토하고 소화하지 못하는 유출량에 따른 월류발생을 저감하기 위한 경계 재설정 기법에 해당한다. 향후 최적화 기법을 해당 기법에 적용하기 위한 다양한 분석 결과들을 바탕으로 내배수시설 경계 재설정 모형 개발을 위한 사전 검토단계에 해당한다.

Analysis of Space Organization and Classroom Zoning of Childcare Centers in Daejeon City by the Childcare Accreditation Criteria (평가인증기준에서 바라본 대전시 보육시설사례의 시설공간구성과 보육실 영역구성 조사)

  • This study examines diagrams of space organization and classroom activity zoning through Korean Childcare Accreditation Criteria, and compares space diagrams with childcare facilities in Daejeon, and looks at similarities and differences between them. Space diagram from accreditation criteria show the classroom, adjoining toilets, napping areas, and community areas for playing, reading, cooking, teaching and holding materials. Classroom zone diagrams show 8 activity zones for entering, washing and toilet, making art, playing, reading, studying science, resting, playing role and wooden block. Six case studies in Daejeon, Korea were surveyed and classified into big, medium and small size facilities by the number of children. The space organization of case studies are similar to the diagrams, except that outdoor playground and indoor playrooms were not large enough at the small and medium size facilities. Classroom activity zoning was very similar to the conceptions, excluding the playarea from classroom, integrating the rest areas for reading, subdividing art into music and art, science, and into math and science, roleplay into roleplay and wooden block. In conclusion childcare centers in Daejeon are designed to the concept diagram of the accreditation criteria, with some flexibility, exclusion, integration, and subdivision of space and activity zones. It has been requested as to make each criteria fit to the facility sizes-big, medium and small.

A Study on the Spatial Composition of Health Facilities for the Elderly in Japan (일본 노인보건시설의 공간구성에 관한 연구)

  • It is estimated that the need to build health facilities for the elderly will grow in the near future as the Korean society is aging. Thus the study on the spatial composition of 22 facilities as well as on the cases of health facilities for the elderly in Japan, where public health and medicare for aged people are well taken care of, was conducted and the following are the results: 1. As of 2000, there was one facility for every 8,000 and 1,100 aged citizen under long-term care, and these facilities secured beds enough for $8\%$ of those who need long-term care. 2. The spatial composition was categorized into general living space, long-term care, management, provision, and home assistance, and housing was provided. Moreover, the space was divided according to their nature of use, the arrangement, the form of entrance into the building, moving line inside, the relationship with the health facilities and their characteristics are analyzed based on different users, managers, moving line including that of provision of food, the relationship between different spaces with different functions as well as on the relationship between locations of each space. 3. The total capacity, building area and actual area of the welfare facilities for the elderly are analyzed, and area per person, detailed area for each space, percentage of each living space for long-term care patients and characteristics of recuperation room are suggested.

  • 도로표지는 도로 이용자에게 목적지까지의 방향, 거리, 경로 안내 등 기타정보를 제공함으로써 안전하고 원활한 교통흐름을 제공하여 도로의 이용 효율을 극대화할 수 있는 중요한 도로 부속시설물이다. 이 시설물의 설치 기준인 도로표지규칙의 일부 기준이 미흡하고 운영 및 관리담당 기관이 일원화되지 않아, 전문적 도로표지 관리가 용이하지 않은 실정이다. 이에 도로표지의 통합적 전문적 관리와, 그에 따른 도로표지의 신속하고 정확한 조사가 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 최적의 조사시스템을 도출하기 위하여 도로시설물의 조사를 위한 여러 방법과 시스템을 비교하고 그 장단점을 분석하였다. 또한, 수치지도를 바탕으로 한 도로망도를 추출하고 DGPS 측량을 실시한 도로망도를 이용하여 현지조사를 실시하였다. 현지 조사 시스템을 공간정보, 속성정보로 구성된 데이터베이스, 표지판등록 및 GPS프로그램으로 구성된 응용프로그램, 소프트웨어와 경로탐색용 네비게이션, 노트북, 디지털카메라, GPS로 구성된 하드웨어로 구성하여 현지조사에 사용하였다. 현지조사 작업은 차량에 설치된 디지털카메라를 이용하여 원격조정으로 도로표지의 사진을 촬영하고, GPS를 이용하여 위치를 측정하였다. 현지조사 시스템은 지도의 축척에 맞는 정확도로 조정이 가능하며, 도로표지 조사뿐만 아니라 교통표지 및 그 외의 도로시설물의 조사에도 활용하고, 무선통신을 이용한다면 실시간 정보의 수정 및 입력이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

A Exploratory Study on The Determinants of Youth Facilities Visits (청소년시설이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study purports to investigate potential factors in various levels that affect respondents' use of youth facilities. Those levels include individual, family, and school. The data from 「2021 Youth Survey on Human Right Conditions」 will be analyzed. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows several results. First of all, respondents' age and level of human rights related information strongly influence respondents' use of youth facilities. Secondly, the analysis also shows that subjective well -being, abusive language and physical punishment from school faculty, and experience of human rights violation in schools affect the level of respondents' use of youth facilities. The order of effect sizes among significant variables are as follows; respondents' age, level of human rights related information, subjective well -being, abusive language and physical punishment from school faculty, and experience of human rights violation in schools. The independent variables in the model explain roughly 20 percent of whole variation of dependents variable.

An Evaluation of Constitutional Factors of Logistics System under the Consideration of Environmental Changes (환경변화를 고려한 우리나라 물류시스템 분석요소 평가)

  • The aim of this paper is to evaluate weight and priority values for 'inner consisted factors' and 'outer requested factors' of logistics system using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchicy Process) method. As for analysis regarding inner consisted factors, the results were shown as follows: a road transportation (0.312) as first rank; a marine transportation (0.269) as second rank; a railway transportation (0.239) as third rank; an air transportation (0.118) as fourth rank, and a pipeline transportation (0.063) as fifth rank. In terms of analysis regarding outer requested factors, the results were came out as follows: an infrastructure (0.322) as first rank; a performance (0.206) as second rank; an information system (0.151) as third rank; a human resources (0.121) as fourth rank, a business environment (0.075) as fifth rank; a connectivity (0.073) as sixth rank, and a political environment (0.052) as seventh rank.

A Study on the Community Facility Design Convertible to Refuge in case of Emergency (비상시 대피시설로 전환가능한 주민시설 디자인에 관한 연구)

  • This study chiefly aims to find out the efficient ways of designing community facility convertible to refuge in case of emergency. In order to reach this goal, this study analyzed (1) definition of terminologies regarding disaster and refuge space, (2)present situation of regarding acts and standards, (3)function and spatial specialties of existing community facilities. Besides, in order to clarify the efficient design methods of 'function-convertible-type' community facility, this study executes archival research on (1)spatial requirements, (2)methods of designing futuristic community facility. When making design directives of community facilities, it is important to consider (1)vertical integration of rescue related function, (2)spatial division and architectural installation concerning privacy, (3)proper layout of locker room, shower room, toilet, etc. (4)appropriate size of unit space. It is desirable to execute the refuge function with minimum psychological anxiety in case of disaster through design guideline for 'function-convertible-type' community facility.

  • This study is to verify radiation detection method by using $\alpha$-spectroscopy and ${\gamma}$-spectroscopy for concretes and components which will be generated during the decommissioning of the uranium conversion plant. Components and inside walls of the building were contaminated with natural uranium materials. Some parts of the stainless steel pipes and concretes of the walls were sampled and analyzed their alpha and gamma activities respectively. Alpha and gamma activities are well matched each other in the range of high activity region to 0.01 Bq/g and gamma activities are over estimated comparing alpha activities corresponded in below 0.005 Bq/g region for the natural uranium of AUC sample. The $^{238}U$ originated from natural products of conversion process could be distinguished by measuring $^{214}Pb$ or $^{214}Bi$ and $^{234}Th$ or $^{234m}Pa$. Uranium contaminations mainly are in the wall surface of the plant. Decontamination process of generating wastes which can be reached tp background level gamma activities measured by gamma spectroscopy can also be used to conservative assessment data.

  • The gate of university can be the first impression of the University itself and most important advertising structure which is more than just a structure that people pass by. It can also be the medium that connects the outside with the inside of the campus. Therefore, many universities are willing to have a unique and symbolic gate of their own. Recently, university representatives have become interested in arranging external areas of the campus. At this respect, studying and researching university gates and surroundings facilities must be realized. We visited 104 different universities gates to research and survey people about what they think of the internal and external individuality of each gate. According to these researches we established a full data base of 24 types of classifications, 5 characteristic forms of each shapes, 8 forms of the symbolic characteristics of university gates and 10 surroundings facilities of the university gates.
