뇌성마비(Cerebral Palsy)는 임신 중이나 출산, 또는 신생아기에 발생된 뇌손상에 의해 발생하는 중추성 자세 및 운동 장애를 말한다. 뇌성마비는 여러 가지 합병증 및 동반증상을 가지게 되는데, 그 증상들에는 지적장애, 언어장애, 간질, 시각장애, 자폐, 이갈이 및 섭식연하장애 등이 있다. 뇌성마비 장애인에서 나타나는 치과적 특징과 고려사항, 그리고 이들의 구강건강관리에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

본 문서에서는 장애인 접근성을 지원하는 전자책 시스템에서 시각장애인 또는 독서장애인 사용자와 전자책뷰어간의 상호작용에 관련된 기술 전반 및 기술 개발 동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 '장애인 접근성', '전자책' 그리고 '인터랙션'이라는 독립된 기술 개념에 대해 살펴보고, 접근성 관련 국내 외 표준 및 가이드라인과 전자책 뷰어 및 스크린리더 제품군, 그리고 새로운 인터랙션 연구 문헌 등의 조사 분석을 통하여 장애인 접근성 전자책의 인터랙션 기술개발 방향에 참고할 사용자의 요구사항과 사용자 및 시스템 특성 고려사항을 분석해본다. 이를 근거로 접근성을 지원하는 전자책 인터랙션 기술의 향후 개발 방향을 함께 제시함으로써 시각장애인 및 독서장애인을 위한 모바일 전자책 응용 등 관련된 기술개발에 참고가 되고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a tactile-oriented sensory-motor developmental program on the visual attention and stereotypical behavior of an adolescent with intellectual disability. The subject was an adolescent with intellectual disability attending a special school located in B-gun, A-province of South Korea, with whom an A-B-A' design individual target study was conducted between August 27 and December 12, 2018. The intervention consisted of twelve 40-minute sessions, which were provided twice a week. For every session, two types of evaluation were conducted: a test that required staring at objects for visual attention, as well as an observation record for identifying the frequency and duration of stereotypical behavior. The results of this study showed that the tactile-oriented sensory-motor developmental program had positive effects on the duration of the participant's ability to stare at objects and the frequency and duration of stereotypical behavior. As this study confirmed and usefulness of this tactile-oriented sensory-motor developmental program as an intervention for improving the visual attention, and stereotypical behavior of adolescent with intellectual disabilities, the program may be employed to help members of this groups who have problems with sensory processing.

Objective : This study investigated the effect of a remote sensory integrated family program on the visual seeking and stereotyped behavior of children with autism spectrum disorder. Methods : This study was conducted as a single-subject study, a mid-baseline design for three children with autism spectrum disorder, and the intervention was conducted 4 times a week for 4 weeks. All three children confirmed the changes in visual seeking and stereotyped behavior after the intervention. Results : After the intervention, visual seeking and stereotyped behavior decreased compared with the baseline period. Visual seeking decreased on average after 7.59% at intervention, and stereotyped behavior decreased by 6.81 on average. Conclusion : Through this study, it was confirmed that the remote sensory integration home program is effective in visual seeking and stereotyped behavior of children with autism spectrum disorder. Addionally it is useful as a new intervention method a program that allows parents to participate in the intervention process. and it is emphasized that occupational therapists should create and promote cooperative relationships for children intervention.

There are services, which can only verify simple objects ahead, to help visually impaired people using ultrasonic wave or RFID tag. Specially, RFID cannot manage emergency situations, since it is can only verify short distances. The purpose of the thesis is to design a device to provide locations in real time visually and audibly to the guardian of the user using Android Platform.

통계적으로 일반인보다 청각장애인의 교통 사고율이 높은 것으로 나타나는데, 이는 청각 장애로 대표되는 차량을 포함한 위험 요소를 인식하기 힘든 상태나 조건에서 기인한다. 자동차가 접근하는 등의 소리를 듣지 못한다는 것은 결국 어떠한 위치에 위험요소가 존재하는지 인지하지 못함에 따라 사고로 이어질 가능성이 존재함을 의미하는데 이러한 문제점을 개선함과 동시에 대화중인 사람의 목소리를 시각화하여 정보를 제공함으로써 청각장애인으로 하여금 더 안전하고 쾌적한 삶을 누리게 하는 것이 청각장애인을 위한 사운드 정보 시각화 안경의 개발 목적이다. 위와 같은 배경을 통해 딥 러닝 기술에 기반하여 분류 과정을 거친 소리 정보의 판별을 통해 위험 요소를 인식한 후 시각화 하여 정보를 제공하는 디바이스를 제안한다.

공공도서관은 모든 사람에게 평등하게 서비스를 제공해야 하는 기관이기 때문에 시각장애인과 같은 도서관 이용에 불편을 겪는 사람에게도 도서관 이용을 위한 서비스를 제공하여야 한다. 그러나 오늘날 우리나라의 도서관은 시각장애인등 도서관 이용에 불편을 겪는 사람들을 위한 서비스는 거의 존재하지 않으며 장애인이 아닌 정상인을 위한 공간으로 인식되어 왔다. 본 시스템은 NFC태그를 이용한 도서관 안내 시스템으로 책의 위치정보를 책과 책장에 부착된 NFC태그를 이용하여 읽어들이고 책의 위치정보를 음성으로 사용자에게 제공함으로써 도서관을 이용할 때, 책을 검색하고 금방 찾는 것이 힘든 시각장애인의 실정을 개선하고자 하였다. 또한 도서관에서 책을 찾는데 필요한 모든 정보들을 음성으로 사용자에게 제공해 시각장애인이 주위사람들의 도움 없이 언제든지 혼자서 도서관을 이용할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

본 논문은 시각장애인 안내견이 부족한 상황 개선과 시각장애인에게 안전하고 자유로운 이동을 제공해주는 "시각장애인의 안전한 이동을 도와주는 지능형 카트"를 제안한다. 주요 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지문 인식 센서를 활용해 지문 등록 후 본인 인증을 하고 압력 센서를 활용해 카트 손잡이를 잡았을 경우에만 카트가 출발하도록 한다. 둘째, 라이다, 카메라를 이용하여 자율 주행 한다. 셋째, 음성인식 통해 목적지 설정, 속도 조절, 경고 알림 기능을 제공한다. 넷째, 짐칸을 설치하여 음성인식으로 여닫을 수 있도록 한다. 다섯째, 앱을 통해 카트 운전 모드를 변경할 수 있다.

보행의 제한은 시각장애인의 자립적인 생활을 어렵게 하며 안전에도 큰 영향을 끼친다. 본 논문은 YOLOv5(You Only Look Once version 5)를 활용하여 안전한 보행을 돕는 방법을 제시한다. 제시하는 방법은 자동차나 자전거, 전동킥보드 등의 움직이는 사물과 사람을 실시간으로 인식하여 시각장애인에게 알림으로써 보행에 도움을 줄 수 있으며 시각장애인의 안전한 보행에 도움을 줄 것이라 기대한다.

본 연구는 발성장애아동을 대상으로 시각적 효과를 이용하여 발성치료 및 교육을 위한 도구 개발을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 특수아동의 발성장애에 대한 특성을 고려하여 그에 적합한 반복학습이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 또한 GUI와 게임적 요소를 가미하여 발성에 대한 아동의 흥미유발과 자발적 학습이 가능하도록 하였다.
