The study site was 6 ecotourism districts in Changwon-si, and the ecotourism index was evaluated through direct visits and interviews with the person in charge through preliminary research and various literature data from June to July 2021. There are six ecotourism indicators: climate crisis, air quality improvement, water conservation, natural coexistence, citizen participation, and tourism resource management. When looking at the scores for the six ecotourism areas in Changwon, it received the highest score in the areas of natural coexistence and air quality improvement. However, the ecoregion received the lowest score in the water resource conservation category, indicating that the water resource conservation as a whole was weak. Next, tourism resource management, climate crisis, and citizen participation are at the same level in all regions. As a result of the evaluation through the low-carbon ecotourism index, the Changwon City low-carbon ecotourism certification system should first be operated as a measure to revitalize the ecotourism region. It is necessary to prepare a low-carbon ecotourism level for Changwon City. Second, it is very important to guide and promote ecotourism areas to revitalize ecotourism areas. Lastly, to operate a sustainable eco-environment area, it is necessary to operate using local governance above all else.

The local status of Geumsan-gun was investigated regarding various aspects of the natural, social, urban environment, and smart-city facilities. The survey results were as follows. Overall, more than half of the survey respondents said they were satisfied with their housing quality. Several problems in their areas, such as inefficient welfare system, shortage of parking space, and industrial infrastructure, were reported. On the other hand, tourism and leisure facilities, health care support systems, industries to boost the economy, and the job market were also important issues. The problem was that the regional problems mentioned above were not in line with their preferences for smart-city services. The implications of the survey results could be summed up as follows. The groupware surveys of Geumsan-gun should be used as survey tools, whereas IT survey tools (Google, Survey Monkey, etc.) should be used for locals. In particular, a survey targeting residents should ask plain and compact questions taking advantage of local gatherings. It is also important to have a pilot-survey with relevant public officials and select related projects and regional issues. The survey of local residents and public officials is a prerequisite for promoting smart city projects. The smart city project shall reflect the needs of residents while solving community problems by considering the survey results and local conditions.

Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the acceptance process of subtitle systems using the TAM(Technical Acceptance Model) to understand the influential relations of factors affecting the viewing of the performance of subtitling service by foreign tourists. Data for empirical analysis were collected in a survey of foreign tourists who had experienced performance subtitles with smart pads in three languages. The results of this study are as follows. First, the higher the information system quality of the performance subtitles, the higher the perceived usefulness of the subtitles. Second, for Korean performances, the decreasing level of both the performance-based risk and the psychological risk has a positive influence on the viewing intent. But, the decreasing level of the financial risk has a negative influence on the viewing intent. Third, the decreasing level of performance risk has a positive influence on the perceived usefulness, while the decreasing level of psychological risk has a negative influence on the perceived usefulness. Finally, the psychological risk has the moderating effect of the viewing intention, which it has a negative influence on the perceived usefulness.

  • Maesil began to grow in Gwangyang after the old Mr. Yulsan Kim Oh-cheon brought 5,000 trees of maesil(Prunes mume) from Japan in 1931. Today, Gwangyang maesil comprises approximately 25% of total national output. Gwangyang produces a variety of foods, manufactured foods and beverages using maesil. Besides, numerous tourists came to the 15th Gwangyang International Ume Flower Culture Festival to enjoy the festival and appreciate blossoming ume flowers. More than 1.9 million people visited Blue Ume Flower Farm in Gwangyang in the year of 2010. As many visitors came to the city simultaneously, however, there occurred confusion. So, it is thought that the following measures are necessary to enhance the tourism value of Gwangyang maesil. First, a symbolic story for Gwangyang maesil or maehwa(ume flower) needs to be created. Second, snack foods for sightseers need to be developed. Third, diverse attractive elements to prolong tourists' stays are worth developing. Fourth, it is necessary for Gwangyang to hold competitions for ideas to activate tourism through maesil. Fifth, Gwangyang needs to promote collaborative development of tourist items and collaborative tourism marketing in close cooperation with neighboring cities and counties. Finally, it is worthwhile for Gwangyang to host an international fruits and seeds exposition or exhibition and it needs to strengthen active promotion and marketing suitable for the Smart Age.

The 4th Industrial Revolution, the characteristics of the landscape industry and urban regeneration were considered and the methodology was established and studied including the technical classification system suitable for systematic research, which was selected as a framework. First, the 4th Industrial Revolution technology based on digital data was selected, which could be utilized to increase the value of the virtuous circle for the landscape industry. From 'Element Technology Level', and 'Core Technology' such as the Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Robot, 'Peripheral Technology', Virtual or Augmented Reality, Drones, 3D 4D Printing, and 3D Scanning were highlighted as the 4th Industrial Revolution technology. It has been shown that it is possible to increase the value of the virtuous circle when applied at the 'Trend Level', in particular to the landscape industry. The 'System Level' was analyzed as a general-purpose technology, and based on the platform, the level of element technology(computers, and smart devices) was systematically interconnected, and illuminated with the 4th Industrial Revolution technology based on digital data. The application of the 'Trend Level' specific to the landscape industry has been shown to be an effective technology for increasing the virtuous circle values. It is possible to realize all synergistic effects and implementation of the proposed method at the trend level applying the element technology level. Smart gardens, smart parks, etc. have been analyzed to the level they should pursue. It was judged that Smart City, Smart Home, Smart Farm, and Precision Agriculture, Smart Tourism, and Smart Health Care could be highly linked through the collaboration among technologies in adjacent areas at the Trend Level. Additionally, various utilization measures of related technology applied at the Trend Level were highlighted in the process of urban regeneration, public service space creation, maintenance, and public service. In other words, with the realization of ubiquitous computing, Hyper-Connectivity, Hyper-Reality, Hyper-Intelligence, and Hyper-Convergence were proposed, reflecting the basic characteristics of digital technology in the landscape industry can be achieved. It was analyzed that the landscaping industry was effectively accommodating and coordinating with the needs of new characters, education and consulting, as well as existing tasks, even when participating in urban regeneration projects. In particular, it has been shown that the overall landscapig area is effective in increasing the virtuous circle value when it systems the related technology at the trend level by linking maintenance with strategic bridgehead. This is because the industrial structure is effective in distributing data and information produced from various channels. Subsequent research, such as demonstrating the fusion of the 4th Industrial Revolution technology based on the use of digital data in creation, maintenance, and service of actual landscape space is necessary.
