The point of this study consists in analysing influences of the postmodern design in the contemporary architecture. Since the modern architecture, new concept of architectural design has been materialized in the Late-Modern and the High-tech style but the revolutionary changes has been tempted by the postmodern architects who introduced the Rhetorical language in the contemporary architecture. In concrete terms postmodern architecture divided architectural elements from existing function (according to U. Eco, it is the primary function of architecture) and gave another function which is the secondary function or the symbolic function or architecture. And the methods of deviation from the conventional code is exactly the rhetorical expression technique which governed the history of art in Europe (but these technique is more intensively applied in the postmodern architecture) So this study is purposed to analyse the different rhetorical "figyres" regarding the syntax and semantic of the architectural langyage, and particularly to approach to the basic mechanism of the New Design Concept in the Contemporary Archiecture.chiecture.

본 논문에서는 범죄수사의 초동수사 기법으로 사용되고 있는 몽타주와 실물 사진과의 근사 영상 검색 알고리즘을 제안한다. 입력 몽타주를 얼굴인식 기법에 적용하여 이진영상화와 형태학적 필터로 영상의 잡음을 제거한 후 경계선을 추출하였다. 추출된 경계선 영상으로 레이블링 과정을 거친 후 얼굴의 중요 요소를 포함하는 특징얼굴을 구성한다. 특징얼굴은 웨이블릿 변환을 통해 다운 샘플링 된 LL대역의 계수로 변환되며, 고유값 연산을 통해 계수 매트릭스의 고유 값을 추출 한다. 입력 몽타주의 고유값은 같은 절차를 거친 실물 사진의 저장된 고유값과 계수의 분포를 비교한다. 실험 결과 몽타주와 유사한 실물 사진을 검색할 수 있었으며 영상의 크기 변화와 왜곡 및 압축에 견고한 비교 검색 결과를 얻었다.

본 논문은 범죄 수사 기록 문서로부터 추출한 정보를 트리플로 구성하여 특정 분야의 온톨로지를 구축하고, 더 나아가 온톨로지 기반의 검색 서비스를 구현하는 일련의 과정을 설명한다. 특히 비정형 데이터로 부터 얻어낸 정보를 통해 온톨로지를 구축하고, 이를 토대로 실제 사용할 수 있는 레벨의 서비스를 구현하는 것이 특징이다. 서비스의 성능을 확인하기 위하여 사건 검색에 대한 정확도 측정 방법 중 하나인 Top-K 방식의 정확도 측정 실험을 수행하였으며, 실험 결과 완전 일치 실험에서는 약 93.52%, 유사 필드 활용 실험에서는 약 88.91%의 결과를 얻어낼 수 있었다.

In the era of Joseon Dynasty there was a national system of postmortem investigation with literatures of postmortem inspection. The author reviewed the postmortem findings in the literature(Shinjumoowonrok) to compare with recent knowledges of forensic medicine. Characteristics of old system of postmortem investigation was three instance investigation system and was carried out only with a postmortem inspection without autopsy. The postmortem findings described in the old literature were about various kinds of death, such as cases of suicide and homicide and natural and unnatural death. Most of postmortem findings in the Shinjumoowonrok were accurate and reasonable in the aspect of recent knowledges of forensic medicine.

Recently, police agency and social scientists' interest in the criminal profiling is increasing. Since serial killings had sharply increased during 1960s in U.S. the American law enforcement agency were pushed to solve those criminal incidents. Therefore, they drew various investigative techniques. But there are no study for the criminal profiling of arsonists. So, this paper reviewed prior studies on the arsonist's type and suggested how to apply this kind of basic information for investigating arson cases in Korea.

본 연구에서는 몽타주와 얼굴사진의 유사도를 산출하여, 유사도에 따라 얼굴사진의 순위를 정하는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저, 얼굴부위를 눈썹, 눈, 코, 입, 이마 등 27개로 나누고, 부위별 특징은 196개로 분류한다. 눈 부위의 특징을 예로 들면, 쌍꺼풀, 외꺼풀, 큰 눈, 작은 눈, 동그란 눈, 긴 눈, 처진 눈, 치켜 올라간 눈 등으로 분류할 수 있다. 나아가서, 200명의 얼굴사진 각각에 대해 특징을 분류하여, DB로 구축한다. 임의의 얼굴에 대해 몽타주를 작성하고, 몽타주에 대한 특징을 선택하여, DB의 얼굴 사진과 유사도를 산출하여, 순위를 정한다. 10명의 얼굴에 대해 몽타주를 작성하고, DB의 얼굴사진을 유사도에 따라 순위를 정한 결과, 1위 $\sim$ 6위 사이에 동일인물이 검색되었으며, 평균은 1.9위이었다. 이 결과는 몽타주를 작성하여 200매 얼굴의 유사도 순위를 정하면, 평균적으로는 2위에서, 적어도 6위 이내에서 동일 얼굴을 검색할 수 있다는 의미이다. 몽타주를 이용한 수사는 몽타주를 배포하여 시민의 신고에 의존하는 수동적인 방법을 사용하고 있으나, 이 방법을 이용하면, 용의자를 압축하여 검거하는 능동적인 수사가 가능하다.

Im Gegensatz zur $gegenw\"{a}rtig\;\"{u}blichen$ rhetorischen Analyse des literarischen Textes, die $haupts\"{a}chlich$ elokutionell ist, wird hier versucht, anhand des Prozesses um des Esels Schatten von Ch. M. Wieland einen Analyseansatz aus den 4 anderen Teilgebieten der Rhetorik zu suchen. Dieser inventionelle Versuch, ist eine $Teilaktivit\"{a}t$ im Rahmen der rhetorischen Analyse und damit selbst ein Desiderat der Forschung. Als Gegenstand der Analyse ist derjenige Text am passendesten, der eine rhetorische Situation darstellt, in der Situations-Interessierte durch parteiliche Rede an den Situationsmachtigen die $\"{A}nderung$ der Situation versuchen. Dabei wird die Rede den kanonischen Regeln der Inventio unterworfen und ihre rhetorische Strategie zur Persuasion wird $folgenderma{\ss}en$ entwickelt:

필적 감정은 개인의 고유한 필적 개성을 이용하여 임의의 두 필기 문장 또는 텍스트가 동일인에 의해 작성되었는지를 판별하는 기술로 유서대필 및 보안수사, 서명의 검증, 범죄 수사 등에 활용되어지고 있다. 이러한 작업은 감정 전문가의 판단기준에 의해 필적의 유사성을 판별하기 때문에 객관성 결여 및 과도한 소요 시간, 과도한 처리비용의 문제를 내포하게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하여 판별의 객관성과 업무의 신속한 처리를 가능하게 하기 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터를 통한 패턴 분석을 적용하여 두 필적의 유사성을 판별하는 방법을 본 논문에서는 제안한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 학습단계와 자동분석단계로 나뉘며, 학습단계에서는 입력된 문서영상에서 필적의 영역을 추출한 후, 특징을 추출하고 DTW연산을 통하여 학습을 한다. 자동분석단계에서는 대조할 문서영상에서의 특징을 추출하고 입력된 문서영상과 대조할 문서영상간의 마할라노비스 거리(Mahalanobis Distance)를 구하여 서명 및 필적에 대한 유사도를 도출한다. 실험은 4명의 필적을 이용하여 비교하였으며, 우수한 결과를 보였다.

In recent years when the importance of public communication is more emphasized, it has to be noticed that we are now living in the public-initiated age of rhetoric resulted from rapid development of broadcast media. Therefore, the purpose of this treatise is to examine the structural characteristics in the fusion design in order to anaylize the rhetorical expressions as symbols of communication. One of those is intertextuality that expresses metaphorically by bleding and borrowing codes and another is hypertextual space where various texts twines around each other making brand-new and diverse organizations, as the combined allegory with a number of hidden expression. The fusion design may be understood as the Intention to attract gaze to visual messages and as the rhetorical expressions based on compounding aesthetic codes by producing new cultural meanings. If fusion, a phenomenon which represents the 21st century, not a passing fad of cultural mixture, is ready to take the initiative, the design has to be groped for that creates a synergy effect.

지난 2005년 8월 18일 대전광역시 중구 문화동 가옥에서 발생한 화재를 사례로 하여 현재 발생되고 있는 보험범죄의 잔인하고 반인륜적인 모델을 제시하였다. 동 사례는 일가족 4명이 화재로 인하여 사망하였으며, 초기에는 전기누전에 의한 단순한 화재로 오인되었으나, 현장의 정밀감정, 소사체의 정밀 부검 및 면밀한 수사를 통하여 보험금을 노린 살인 방화사건으로 밝혀진 사례이다. 본 고찰에서는 화재현장의 상황, 가옥 내부의 연소형태, 전기적인 특이점, 연소매개체, 피의자의 행위, 연소지연시간의 발생 및 수사 자료를 근거로 제시하고, 종합적으로 고찰하여 일가족 4명을 살해한 후, 시너를 연소매개체로 사용한 방화에 의해 화재가 발생한 것으로 판단한 사례이다.
