Considering special discrete distribution of exponential family as a sequence with respect to the points of support, the squence is unimodal in some sense. In this paper, we study under what condition the mixture of that discrete distribution with respect to a parameter is unimodal. We derive the maximal interval of the parameter in which each mixture of the discrete distribution such as Binomial and Poisson is always unimodal.

This study was performed to investigate the effects of receiver's moving speed and pass types on anticipation timing response. Ten subjects were required to make a total of 24 passes in coincidence with an experimentally manipulated moving light signal in randomly three different conditions by performing chest and bound pass. Results of analyses revealed AE, CE, and VE increased as moving velocity became constant-acceleration condition. In addition, chest pass was more accuracy and consistency than bound pass on AE and CE. These findings indicated that moving velocity and pass type served as the major determination of coincident timing response on passing in basketball.

In order to reduce traffic accidents, many researchers studied a traffic accident model. The Cause of traffic accidents is usually the mis calculation of traffic signals or bad traffic intersection design. Therefore, to analyse the cause of traffic accidents, it takes effort. This paper, it calculates the optimal safe car speed considering intersection conditions and weather conditions. It will recommend calculation of 1/3 in vehicle speed when there are rainy days and snow days. But the problem is that it will always display the same speed limit when whether conditions change. In order to solve these problems, in this paper, it is proposed the calculation of optimal safety speed algorithm uses weather conditions and road conditions. Computer simulations is prove that it computes the traffic speed limit correctly, which proposed considering intelligent traffic accident prediction algorithms.

방송과 초고속인터넷 서비스를 동시에 제공할 수 있는 HFC(Hybrid Fiber Coaxial) 망은 상/하향이 비대칭 구조이며, 하향속도에 비해 상향속도가 1/10 수준이어서 상향 트래픽이 과다하게 생성될 경우 인터넷속도 지연이 발생한다. 지연에 민감한 VoIP 서비스의 품질보장 방안으로는, DOCSIS(Data Over Cable System Interface Specification) 1.1 기반의 상향 스케쥴링 기능을 이 용한 VoCM(Voice Over Cable Modem)이 있다. 그러나 별도의 VoCM을 사용해야 하며 아날로그 전화기를 사용해 IP 기반의 VoIP 단말을 사용할 수 없다는 단점이 있다. 일반 CM(Cable Modem)에 DOCSIS 1.1 Config File을 이용하여 VoIP 품질을 보장할 경우 별도의 트래픽 대역을 항상 점유해야 하는 단점이 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 효율적 대역폭 이용과 단말장비에 종속적이지 않은 방안을 제안하고 일반 CM을 통한 유무선 환경하에서 Dynamic QoS(Quality Of Service)를 제공할 수 있는 PCMM(Packet Cable MultiMedia) 적용 방안 및 시험결과에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 중소형 전동차에 활용하기 위한 DC모터 구동회로를 설계하였다. 설계된 구동 회로를 활용하여 자체발진회로의 스위칭 신호를 갖는 트랜스포머를 이용하여 연속적으로 구동할 수 있다. 또한 DC 모터 최대속도 동작시, 제어회로의 기준전압 값을 삼각파보다 높게 유지할 수 있고 모터 구동 FET를 항상 온 값을 가지도록 하여 최대출력을 얻을 수 있도록 해준다. 설계된 구동회로를 장착한 250W급 DC모터속도 컨트롤러를 활용하여 소형전동차 구동시험을 실시한 결과, DC모터의 전진 및 후진 속도를 연속 가변 할 수 있음을 확인하고 그 특성을 검증하였다.

노화현상에 따른 여러 가지 병태생리조건의 형성과 난치성 성인병질환의 발병 및 진행과정에 활성산소류들과 이들에 의해 유도되어지는 free radical이 관여하고 있다는 증거가 여러연구진에 의해서 보고되어지고 있다. 산소를 이용하여 생명현상을 이어가는 생물체들은 필연적으로 활성산소들을 생성하는 생화학적 산화반응기구를 효율적으로 활용하면서 항상성을 유지시키고 있다. 그러므로 활성산소의 생성과 분해과정의 평형유지는 생물학적으로 대단히 중요한 의미를 갖고 있다. 임상적으로 alcohol은 질병의 악화 내지는 질환의 발병조건을 조성하는 병태생리기구에 기여할 것으로 생각되어 대부분의 환자에게 금주시키고 있으나 그 작용기전에 대해서는 충분히 설명되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 alcohol을 급ㆍ만성으로 실험동물에 투여하고 생체에서 활성산소 생성에 중요한 역할을 하는 xanthine oxidase와 aldehyde oxidase의 활성변화를 관찰하면서 전자의 형전환속도와 과산화지질 생성속도와의 상관성을 중점 비교 관찰하므로서 alcohol성 간손상 실험 model을 계획하였다. 간 및 신장조직에서 alcohol에 유래되는 활성산소의 생성계에 관여하는 효소 활성의 변화와 조직의 과산화지질 생성반응 속도는 alcohol의 투여방법, 기간, 시간(diurnal variation), 나이 및 암수에 따라 다르게 나타남을 관찰할 수 있었다.

In this paper, the variable speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor driven by a sinusoidal PWM inverter based on maximun torque sensitivity is presented. The developed torque or speed control is achieved by the field orientation technique. For the field orientation, the resolver is used as the rotor positioning sensor mounted on the motor shaft without pull-out of the synchonism at any speed. To show the validity of proposed control method, the simulation and experimental results are provided. The advantages of the proposed control method are to achieve the fast current and speed responses.

노화는 모든 사람에게 공통적으로 일어나는 자연스러운 현상이다. 그러나 이에 따른 신체적인 변화는 각 개인에 따라, 그리고 한 개인 안에서조차 각종 장기별로 다양한 속도로 진행된다. 노년기의 생리적인 변화는 예비용량(reserve capacity)의 저하에 따라 외부의 스트레스에 대처하여 항상성을 유지하는 능력이 감소되어 나타나게 된다. 안정적 상태에서 기능수준에는 큰 변화가 없으나 활동상태의 기능 수준은 연령증가에 따라 상당히 저하되는 것을 보여준다. 노년기의 생리적 변화에 따라 직병에 대한 감수성은 증가하나 대다수의 만성퇴행성질환은 특정 병리현상에 의해 발생하며 노화가 직접적인 원인으로 작용하지는 않는 것으로 알려지고 있다.

앞으로 전개될 지식사회에서는 어느 한 개인의 기억속에 있는 지식이 아닌 사회 구성원 전체의 상호작용적인 지식이 의미있는 지식이 될 것이다. 항상 휴대하고 어디서나 인터넷과 통신이 가능한 모바일 기기은 구성원 간의 이러한 상호작용을 촉진하는 적합한 도구이다. 학생들에게 익숙하고 친밀한 모바일 기기의 특성을 살려 교육적으로 활용한다면 기존의 유선 인터넷이 가지고 있던 한계를 극복할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 무선 정보기기의 교육매체로서의 특징을 분석하고 그것을 토대로 사회적 상호작용을 증진시킬 수 있는 m-learning 시스템을 설계하였다.
