Relationship of Male Salaried Employee's Marital Communication on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (사무직 남성의 부부의사소통과 직무만족 및 조직몰입과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine influences of male salaried employee's marital communication on their job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The subjects of this study were 279 married male employees from 10 companies. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one way ANOVA, Scheffe & Pearson's correlation with SPSSWIN(ver 12.0). There were significant differences according to the young married couple who has school background high, under 10 years of the length of their service in Marital communication And there were positive correlations among the marital communication which were communication agreement, communication contentment and communication smoothness and job satisfaction.

Study on the improvement plans for Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival through the survey and evaluation of satisfaction (제주국제관악제 만족도 조사 및 자체 평가를 통한 개선 방안 제안 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify and improve the satisfaction of people attending the Jeju International Wind Festival, the representative festival in Jeju. The Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival is a festival in which people communicate with each other through music. The objective of this study is to investigate user satisfaction of the International Wind Ensemble Festival and to make improvement plans. The average satisfaction rate for the event was 75.8% (Satisfaction + Great satisfaction). In addition, the average program level of the Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival and average appropriateness of the event space were 86.9% (Satisfaction + Great satisfaction) and 85.2% (Satisfaction + Great satisfaction), respectively. The disadvantage is that public transportation that should be improved. According to results of the survey through the interview, the town wind ensemble festival and outside concert enabled performers to communicate with the audience through melody. In order for the Jeju International Orchestra Festival to take root as a festival for citizens, it is necessary to increase the convenience of transportation, secure personnel in charge of the secretariat, revitalize the Jeju International Orchestra Festival website, and promote volunteer activities. We present future research direction.

The Effect of Telecommuting Characteristics Perception on Job Creativity, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance (재택근무 특성 인식이 직무창의성, 직무만족 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Until now, research related to telecommuting has been mainly conducted in information and communication fields such as smart work, and the need for this study emerges in that there are insufficient cases or studies confirming visible job productivity or organizational performance for companies to grasp. The purpose of this study is to investigate how telecommuting affects job performance through job creativity and job satisfaction of members of the organization. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the perception of telecommuting characteristics (communication collaboration, job productivity, work-life balance) had a significant positive (+) effect on both job creativity and job satisfaction. Second, job creativity and job satisfaction were also found to have a positive effect on job performance. Based on the analysis results of this study, it is expected to provide usefulness evaluation indicators for telecommuting to managers and policymakers of companies or institutions that want to introduce and operate telecommuting in the future in the post-COVID-19 era.

  • This study examined the impact of team characteristics(introduction of the team approach team empowerment, leadership of team leaders, open communication director's commitment) on team effectiveness (adaptability to the environments, job satisfaction the positive team culture, cost efficiency) in university libraries. The study used a survey design with a questionnaire to staffs who worked at f academic libraries in South Korea. The major findings from the empirical analysis are as follows. The well-prepared introduction of team approach and director's strong commitment were positively related to the team effectiveness variables such as adaptability to environment, job satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

  • 본 연구는 한국복지패널(KOWEPS) 15차 연도(2020년) 자료를 활용하여 장애인의 인구사회학적 특성인 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 혼인상태에 따라 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도에 대하여 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 분석하고, 이를 장애인 복지 정책 기초자료로 활용하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 한국복지패널 15차 년도 전체패널 27,447명에서 2021년 현재 장애인으로 등록된 1,281명중 80세(1942년생) 이상 422명을 제외한 859명으로 하였다. 연구결과 성별, 연령, 교육수준에 따른 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도의 평균값이 대부분 유의미한 차이가 없는 양상으로 나타났으나 가족문제해결, 가족관계만족도, 가족생활만족도의 3개변인 모두에서 결혼 상태에 따른 평균의 차이는 각각 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 유배우자의 경우는 그렇지 않은 결혼 상태에 비해 가족관계가 원만하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타나 장애인들의 경우 가족 간의 순기능적 의사소통과 사회적 지지가 반드시 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

Analysis of The Effect of The Digital Divide on The Digital Daily Life of The Elderly (디지털 격차가 노인의 디지털 일상생활에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • This study is to analyze the influence of the digital divide on the digital daily life of the elderly. Adaptation tendencies for digital divide were measured and classified into groups for elderly people over 60 years old. And digital communication skills, digital confidence, digital self-control, and digital life satisfaction were measured. The research model used a cross over design model and a dual mediation model. As a result of the study, first, it was found that a group with high adaptive accessibility to the digital divide had a positive effect on the overall digital daily life. Second, a group with high adaptive literacy to the digital divide had a positive effect on the digital self-control. Third, digital communication skill has a positive effect on digital life satisfaction, and digital confidence and digital self-control play a mediating role. Based on these findings, we discussed strategies to overcome the digital divide in old age.

  • 본 연구는의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션이 환자만족과 치료성과에 미치는 영향을 종합병원을 진료한 339명의 환자를 대상으로 실증하였다. 연구결과 의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션은 환자만족과 치료성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 환자를 만족시키고 치료성과를 높이기 위해서는 환자 중심적인 의사소통을 해야 한다. 둘째 환자만족과 치료성과를 높이기 위해서는 진료과정에 환자를 참여시켜야 한다. 의사의 진료과정에 환자중심의 커뮤니케이션도 중요하지만 진료과정에 환자를 참여시켜야 환자만족과 치료성과를 더 높일 수 있다.

A Convergency Study on University Freshmen's Academic Emotions towards English: Difference depending on level, team-teaching & communicative activities (우리나라 대학 신입생의 영어 학습 감정에 대한 융합적 연구: 수준별, 팀티칭, 의사소통활동유형에 따른 차이)

  • The study explores the kinds of emotions freshmen in South Korea universities experience. Specifically, the study examines their emotional experiences on level-differentiated classes, team-teaching by native speakers and Korean professors, and communicative activities. 327 freshmen participated in the survey based on 'Academic Emotions Questionnaire (AEQ)' and the statistical results are as follows: Firstly, research showed that the participants in advanced classes feel higher negative emotions such as 'worries' and 'boredom' than those of beginner and intermediated classes (P < .05). Secondly, participants feel higher level of 'fun', 'satisfaction' and lower level for 'boredom' in the native speaker classes than those of Korean professors (P < .001). Thirdly, participants feel games are the most 'fun' and 'satisfying', while presentations are viewed as the most 'worrying' and 'boring' among the communicative activities (P < .001). Finally, the pedagogical implications and suggestions are discussed.

A Study on Determinants of Participants' Satisfaction in Information System Development Project: Focused on Outsourcing Project Participants' Satisfaction (정보시스템 개발 프로젝트 참여 만족도 결정요인에 관한 연구: SI 프로젝트 참여인력 만족도 중심으로)

  • The chronic problems of Information System Outsourcing Development Project include frequent changes in the participants and their roles, and the evasion of project participation, which exert unfavorable influence to the outcome of the project. Such problems are due, in large part, to the low level of project participants' satisfaction in the project. However, little is known about the factors that influence project participants' satisfaction in the project development. This research identifies six potential factors such as project commitment, workload, control, communication within the organization, inter-organization communication, and system development methodology based on PMI(Project Management Institute) and empirically examines their efficacy in explaining the level of participants' satisfaction in the IS development projects based on data from 390 participants in 66 projects. The results indicate that the six factors are strong determinants of participants' satisfaction in system development projects. In other words, the level of satisfaction among project participants overall are largely influenced by project commitment and control, communication, project methodology. Especially, the results reveal that the level of satisfaction among participants from the vendor decreased largely by unrealistic project commitment, frequent changes in project planning and unreasonable control rather than by a significant amount of workload. In conclusion, there need to be a rational approach and solution based on the six factors presented in this research in order to increase participation satisfaction level of the project participants and ultimately enhance project outcome.
