This study explored the impact of perceiving communication and empathy skills of workers in the food service industry on communication satisfaction. This study surveyed 715 customers and workers. First, the result showed that the higher the people thought communication skills of worker were, the higher they felt satisfaction on communication in restaurants for both customers and workers. Workers perceived their communication kills better than customers did. Second, the higher the people thought empathy skills of worker were, the higher they were satisfied on communication in restaurants for both customers and workers. Workers perceived their empathy kills better than customers did. Lastly, multiple regression analysis results showed that communication and empathy skills independently had the impact on communication satisfaction for customers. But only communication skills had the impact on satisfaction amongst workers. Maybe the impact of empathy skill was included with that of communication skills. This indicated that there existed the perceptual difference between customers and laborers about communication satisfaction.

This study focuses on the effects of child daycare center teacher's communication skills on group cohesiveness, empathy, and communication satisfaction. For research purposes, 197 child daycare center teachers were selected for survey on communication skills, group cohesiveness, empathy, and communication satisfaction. Daycare centers were categorized into three groups, including national, private, and home centers. Research results displayed that the communication skills of daycare center teachers had effects on group cohesiveness for all three groups of national, private, and home centers. The communication skills of daycare center teachers provided positive effects on group cohesiveness, contributing to accomplishment of organizational goals. In addition, the communication skills of daycare center teachers had effects on empathy for all three groups of national, private, and home centers. The higher level of communication skills of daycare center teachers will ultimately lead to enhanced skills in understanding and sympathizing with children, parents, and other teachers. Third, the communication skills of daycare center teachers had effects on communication satisfaction for all three groups of national, private, and home centers. The higher level of communication skills of daycare center teachers displayed enhanced level of communication satisfaction between children, parents, and other teachers.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of job satisfaction and turnover on communication ability of dental hygienists. According to a survey of 248 people in Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk-do, communication ability was 2.19, job satisfaction 3.09 and turnover also 2.14 on a five-point scale. According to the correlation analysis, communication ability and job satisfaction were positive correlations(p<.05) and job satisfaction and turnover were negative correlations.(p<.05). According to the multiple return analysis, drinking groups, higher income groups, higher hospital-level groups, higher job satisfaction groups, and lower turnover groups have higher communication skills. Therefore, in order to reduce the turnover and increase job satisfaction of dental hygienists, systematic measures to improve communication skills should be devised.

본 연구는 청소년기 자녀들이 의사소통 만족을 어떻게 지각하고 있는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 가족응집성과 적응성 의사소통 변인은 자녀성별, 어머니 연령, 교육수준 등에 의하여 영향을 받았으나, 의사소통 만족도는 어머니 연령, 가족형태에 의하여 영향을 받았다. 둘째, 가족응집성과 적응성이 높을수록 의사소통 만족도는 높게 나타났다. 이는 청소년 가족의 정서적 유대감과 변화 대처능력은 어머니와의 의사소통 만족과 관련이 깊은 것을 보여준다. 세째, 어머니와 청소년 자녀간의 의사소통 만족도에 큰 영향력을 미치는 것은 부정적인 대화로 나타나, 긍정적인 대화를 이끌수 있는 어머니의 역할이 강조된다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the mediating effects of positive communication on the relationship between level of forgiveness and marital satisfaction of married men and women. For this purpose, a total of 300 married men and women were surveyed using the Rye forgiveness level, positive communication scale, and marital satisfaction scale. The collected data were analyzed through structural equation modeling. First, there was a correlation between the level of forgiveness of married men and women, positive communication, positive communication, marital satisfaction, forgiveness and marital satisfaction. Second, forgiveness of married men and women affects marital satisfaction through fully mediating effect of positive communication. This suggests that the higher the level of forgiveness of married men and women, the higher the positive communication and the higher the marital satisfaction. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is a statistical relationship between compensation communication and job satisfaction. The empirical study indicates that there is a positive relationship between compensation communication and organizational justice. The results suggest that employees' fairness perception is enhanced when information about compensation is relevant, accurate, and timely. Furthermore, the statistical results proved that a significant positive relationship exists between organizational justice and job satisfaction. The findings of this study reveal that when employees understand how their compensation is determined and allocated, they feel more fairly treated. The research enhances past studies by utilizing the most widely accepted measure of job satisfaction dimensions, as well as all measures of organizational justice.

본 연구는 체계론에 근거하여 농촌가정의 의사소통효율성, 재무관리행동, 가정생활 만족간의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 체계론에 의해 제시된 개념적 틀을 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며 이를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 의사소통효율성에 직접효과를 미친 변수는 경제문제 경험도와 경제적 상승감이었다. 재정관리행동에는 경제문제 경험도, 경제적 기대감, 의사소통효율성이 직접효과를 미쳤고, 경제문제경험도는 의사소통효율성을 통한 간접효과도 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 경제문제경험도, 경제적 상승감, 경제적 기대감, 의사소통효율성, 재무관리행동의 변수가 산출요소인 가정생활만족에 직접적인 효과를 보였고, 이중 재무관리행동을 제외한 4개 변수 모두 재무관리행동을 통한 간접효과도 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to positive psychological capital on the Communication competence and Job Satisfaction, of Geriatric hospital Nurses. Data were collected using questionnaires from 255 Geriatric hospital Nurses located in G Metropolitan City with over one year career experiences. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using IBM SPSS 23.0 program. The mean scores for the positive psychological capital(3.23±.49), Communication competence(3.56±.47) and job satisfactions (2.88±.55). Second, positive psychological capital positive mentality has positive correlations with communication capital and job satisfaction. Third, Optimism have statistical significance on communication competence in 33% level. Hope has positive correlations with job satisfaction in 6% of an explanatory power. As a conclusion, it is necessary to lower the turnover rate of nursing homes for the elderly and increase the job satisfaction effect, many factors related to positive psychological capital are continuously found in order to solve the nursing workforce of geriatric nursing hospitals.

This study discusses on the influential factors of satisfaction in communication by focusing on the political communication phenomenon that is revealed in our society. The acts of political communication and its communication satisfaction are examined by exploring individuals' political inclination and their media usage which are the main influential factors of political communication. An interview survey was conducted on a thousand adults over the age of nineteen who are residing in sixteen cities and provinces nationwide. As a result, a high rate of online media usage was observed among people with progressive political inclination. It showed that the political communication acts of 'writing/communicating' which indicates ons actively posting their personal opinions, has a positive influence on communication satisfaction. On the other hand, the usage of offline media was dominant over people with conservative and neutral political inclination. A passive act of 'reading/watching,' which is to observe other people's opinions, was shown by most of the interviewees. Therefore, it was able to discuss that in order for a harmonious flow of political communication among our society, the understanding of citizens' political characteristic must be preceded and the differentiated political communication using media must be raised accordingly.
