The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of face wash with ginseng cold process (CP) soap. In order to remove external environmental factors, skin changes were examined immediately after 10 minutes of face wash. The same water and towel were used at the same place. As a control group, the cases of washing with water without using cleanser and with foam cleanser (F/C), which is a popular commercial product, were set. In the case of water washing, there was a significant decrease in pores and pigmentation, but the significance was small. In the case of F/C washing, there was a very significant decrease in pores and pigmentation, but the loss of moisture was rapid. In the case of ginseng cp soap, pores and pigmentation were significantly reduced, while moisture loss was negligible. Ginseng cp soap is considered as a form of face wash that is suitable for skin care.

아세안은 한중일과의 무역을 통한 경제적 연계의 심화현상과 최근 글로벌 위기로 인한 경기침체를 고려하여 새로운 경제성장추진을 위해 동북아의 한중일 삼국과의 무역자유화를 적극 추진하고 있다. 이미 ASEAN-중국, ASEAN-일본, ASEAN-한국 양자간 자유무역협정(FTA)이 발효되어 실행되고 있으며, 이들 3개 양자협정을 아우르는 A+3FTA(ASEAN+중국+일본+한국) 논의도 진행중이다. 이에 본 연구는 이들 4개 자유무역협정의 경제적 효과를 분석하여 과연 A+3FTA가 아세안은 물론 동아시아 역내에서 보다 바람직한 통상정책인지를 평가한다. 본 논문의 정성적 평가는 기존의 경제통합의 경제적 효과를 결정하는 이론에 근거하여 참여국의 제반 경제적 현황(경제규모, 소득수준, 경제개발수준, 거래비용, 무역 및 산업구조, 관세율 등)을 통계적으로 비교 분석한다. 한편 정량적 평가는 무역의 경제적 파급효과 분석에 널리 이용되고 있는 연산가능한 일반균형모형(CGE)분석방법을 적용한다. 정태적 효과의 분석을 위해서 GTAP 모형을 이용하며, 이와 더불어 동태적으로 투자를 통한 자본축적을 반영하는 자본축적 CGE 모형분석을 병행한다. 분석결과 후생 및 생산확대 측면에서 아세안의 경우 일본과의 양자간 FTA가 한국이나 중국과의 FTA에 비해 보다 긍정적인 후생증진을 가져올 것으로 기대되며, 아세안과 한중일 모두에게 A+3FTA가 동아시아 역내에서 보다 바람직한 자유무역협정이 될 것으로 평가된다.

This study attempted to analyze the trade in goods effect of the Korea-ASEAN FTA by using logistics performance index, which are evaluation indicators of logistics industry workers on the logistics environment and logistics system in international trade. The World Bank's logistics performance index are six indicators: customs clearance, logistics infra, ease of shipment, logistics services, goods tracking abilities, and on-time transportation. The purpose of this study was to examine how it affects commodity trade between Korea and ASEAN states using the gravity model using panel data. Through this, it was confirmed that logistics performance index affect the increase in commodity trade.

This paper examines the potential impacts of COVID-19 on poverty in ASEAN countries. The first estimate, adopted from Summer et al. (2020) and Nonvide (2020), configures three scenarios of contractions in per capita household income or consumption; the impact of each scenario on poverty is calculated using poverty lines at different thresholds. In the second estimate, poverty impacts in 2020 and 2021 were projected using regression models controlling for unobserved country effects, unbalanced data, and endogeneity. COVID-19 has been shown to have negative impacts on poverty reduction in the ASEAN Member States. To reduce poverty, concerted efforts are needed to implement policies for reducing income inequality and promoting economic growth. Such efforts will not only speed up the countries' return to pre-pandemic poverty levels but also contribute to further accelerating poverty reduction.

The objective of this study is to conduct a quantitative assessment of potential impacts on the Korean economy of Agreement on Trade in Services Under the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Among the Governments of the Republic of Korea and the Member Countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations which was signed on 21 November 2007 using a Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) model. Tariff equivalents of services were calculated on the basis of concessions made in the Agreement between Korea and ASEAN member countries. The empirical analysis shows that Korea is to get an additional gain in real GDP of 0.04 percent and in welfare of US$106 million, with an increase in per capita utility of 0.03 percent. Total exports and imports of Korea are to rise by US$179 million and $191 million, respectively, causing a trade deficit of $12 million. Korea's exports to ASEAN member countries will increase by $108 million and Korea's imports from them will rise by $278 million, giving rise to a trade deficit of $170 million.

Recently, the importance of cleansing is emphasized according to increasing use of cosmetics. Even though many cleansing devices with a rotating brush are commercially available, there are no reports about cleansing devices with rotating brushes in Korean literature. In the present study, we evaluated the efficacy of cleansing device with a rotating brush which was named PBRCF1201 (Amorepacific Co., Korea). 20 volunteers were enrolled in this study. Before and after use of PBRCF1201, we measured the number of black head, skin brightness, desquamation index, sebum, and the number of pores on the face and forearm. Cleansing by cleansing device with a rotating brush was shown to cleanse better than manual cleansing. In addition, the number of black heads, skin brightness, desquamation index, sebum and the number of pore were also improved after cleansing. Therefore, the cleansing device with a rotating brush appears to be an effective cleansing method without causing injury or dryness.

Objectives : The researcher had investigated the efficacy of ginseng using Microneedle Therapy System (MTS) and confirmed the effect of ginseng Cold Process (CP) soap just before and after washing face. The purpose of this study was to find out what kind of effect appeared through a period of 6 weeks when environmental factors were involved using ginseng CP soap. Methods : The researcher selected 47 subjects, 37 as the experimental group and 10 as the control group. The researcher asked participants to wash their face twice a day in the morning and evening using ginseng CP soap, and the period was set for 6 weeks. The researcher had the people who selected as the control group use a commercially available foam cleanser. They performed a skin test before the start of the test, and the change status was continuously investigated 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks after using the soap. Results : In the case of T-zone oil, there was a significant decrease in the use of foam cleansing and ginseng CP soap, and in the case of pores and pigmentation, a significant decrease was observed only in the use of ginseng CP soap. In skin tone change, there was a significant effect in both the experimental group and the control group, but the significance was greatly increased in the case of ginseng CP soap compared to foam cleansing. Conclusions : Ginseng CP soap is considered to be a more suitable cleanser for skin care compared to foam cleansing.

Objectives : Many people use natural soap instead of commercially available bar type general soap for skin care. They tend to prefer cp (cold process) type soaps that go through a sufficient maturation process in formulation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of PCPS (placenta cp soap). Methods : The researcher selected 36 subjects, 28 as the experimental group and 8 as the control group. I asked participants to wash their face twice a day in the morning and evening, and the period was set for 6 weeks. The researcher had the people who were selected as the control group use a commercially available foam cleanser, meanwhile the experimental group use PCPS. They performed a skin test before the start of the test, and the change status was continuously investigated after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, and 6 weeks after using the soap. Results : In the case of U zone oil and pores, there was a significant decrease and in the case of skin tone, there was a significant increase in the group of using PCPS. In T zone oil change, there was no significant effect in both the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion : In the case of PCPS, it is recommended to use it in the effect of reducing the size of pores and increasing skin tone, but it can reduce u-zone oil content.

본 논문은 시간에 따라 변하는 스크린 이미지의 스트리밍에 적합한 이미지 압축 및 저장 방법을 세안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 시간에 따라 변화하는 스크린 이미지의 특성을 일반 동영상과 비교하여 분석하였으며, 분석 결과에 의거하여 스크린 이미지의 스트리밍에 가장 적합한 압축 및 저장 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법들은 스트리밍 데이터를 효과적으로 지원하는 DirectShow의 구조에 따라 구현되었으며, 구현된 내용을 보인다. 제안된 방법의 유용성을 보이기 위하여, 구현된 시스템 상에서 압축 성능이 측정되었으며 그 결과를 설명한다.
