The purpose of this study is to develop a reliable tool that can classify and measure detailed indicators related to the performance of ESG implementation in the country and verify their applicability. Based on World Bank's data as input data, 67 types of ESG-related detailed indicators measured in a total of 239 countries were tested to derive an optimal model that could group detailed indicators into three categories: environment, society, and governance. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that a total of 10 detailed indicators had a statistically significant relationship with the country's ESG performance. In addition, the detailed indicators showed a positive correlation with the primary latent variables E, S, and G, and showed a high overall index in the suitability of the model to secure the validity and reliability of variable input. As a result, this study confirmed that several detailed performance indicators constituting ESG can be classified as latent variables, and it can be said that clear criteria for the selection method and input validity of variables were presented.

농협 차관 사무국에서 세계은행 차관자금 융자작업을 준비하고 있다. 융자 자금의 세부적 규정사항은 아직 미정이나 4월중에 대상지역에 한해 대상자격을 가진 농가를 선정하고자 한다. 싼 금리 및 중장기 융자이므로 군조합을 통해 지원할 수 있도록 동 안내를 발췌 수록한다. 현재 대상지역은 지역적 특성, 농협조합의 활동상태 등을 고려 등이고 대상자는 부업 및 전업등에 따라 기준이 다루어지고 있다. 대상 신청자는 군조합이나 농협 차관 사무국에 문의 하면 된다.

The purpose of this study is to derive the detailed elements of each RDM function that can be applied to the development of research data management system in Geoscience field in Korea. Eight institutions related to RDM services were analyzed to achieve the research purpose. As a result of the analysis, 80 detailed elements of Geoscience RDM function were derived, and a survey was conducted to domestic experts to verify the derived details. As a result, 80 RDM functional details for Geoscience are presented in order of importance. The elements presented can be presented as functional details in the establishment and operation of RDM services in the field of Geoscience in research institutes or university libraries in Korea.

정부의 연구개발투자로 수행되는 국가연구개발사업은 세부과제 단위로 매년 도출되는 6대 성과(논문, 특허, 기술료, 사업화, 인력양성 지원, 연수 지원)를 집계한다. 성과 중 하나인 SCI급 논문은 한 논문을 다른 연구과제의 성과로 제출하는 경우도 많아서 동일 논문성과를 다수의 과제에서 공유하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 국가연구개발사업과 그 성과로 도출된 SCI급 논문간의 네트워크 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 대상 데이터는 2015년도에 수행된 연구개발과제의 성과로 제출된 11,179편의 SCI급 논문 중 2개 이상의 과제 결과로 도출된 논문이다. 또한 국가연구개발사업의 SCI급 논문 성과는 세부과제 단위로 집계되므로 SCI급 논문-세부과제간 네트워크는 정보량이 과다하다. 따라서 SCI급 논문에 대한 네트웍 분석은 세부과제를 포함하는 국가연구개발사업간의 네트워크로 한 단계 높여 분석하였다. 구체적으로 논문-사업간 2모드 네트워크를 1모드 네트워크로 전환하여 네트워크 분석을 시도하였다.

본 연구에서는 개정된 하천법에 의거하여 지방하천들 중에서 국가하천으로 지정하기에 적합한 하천들을 선별하여 이들의 관리등급을 조정하기 위한 방법론을 개발하였다. 대상 하천들 사이의 관리등급조정에 대한 우선순위를 결정하기 위하여 다기준의사결정법을 적용하였다. 개발된 하천평가지수에서는 세부기준을 하천중요도, 하천관리상태, 하천관리능력으로 구분하였으며, 지형 및 수문학적, 사회 및 경제적, 환경적 측면에서 각 세부기준들을 평가할 수 있는 지표들을 선정하였다. 또한, 수자원 분야 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 계층적 분석기법을 사용하여 평가기준들과 평가지표들의 상대적 중요도를 결정하였다. 국가하천지정 우선순위는 대상하천의 등급을 8개로 구분하고 각 등급 내에서 하천평가지수의 상대적 크기를 비교하여 결정하였다.

본 연구에서는 새만금 유역을 대상으로 오염물질 배출상황을 보다 세부적인 수계의 분포에 따라 정량적으로 분석하고, 분석결과를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는, 지리정보시스템을 이용한 오염총량 관리시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 (1) GIS 기반의 배출부하 데이터베이스를 구축하며, 배출부하량 및 세부적인 수계별 분포를 확인할 수 있는 검색 모듈과 (2) 자정계수와 유달거리로 구성된 유달함수를 통하여 유달부하 데이터베이스를 생성하는 모듈, 그리고 (3) 저류형, 침투형, 식생형, 장치/하수처리형 등의 비점오염 저감시설을 유역 말단에 설치하였을 경우, 소유역 및 새만금 유역전체를 대상으로 부하량 저감효과 및 삭감률이 계산 가능한 모듈로 구성되었다. 따라서 전문적인 지식이 없는 사용자도 결과의 판독이 가능하며, 대상유역의 부하량 분석 및 저감시설에 따른 부하량 예측을 통하여 수질정책 수립에 매우 유용한 도구로 사용되도록 하였다. 차후의 연구에서는 본 시스템과 수문/수질모델링시스템을 연계하여 종합적인 수질정보 및 수질관리를 위한 통합관리시스템의 지원이 가능하도록 할 예정이다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the educational effects of Whole language approach through ICT Education to see children with intellectual disorders's change after praticing this program. It's specially meant determine specially, It's impact on reading ability. by focusing reading comprehension. (comprehension of detail contents and memorizing of detail contents.) that is differences of other existing research. The subjects are 14-16 years old who are with intellectual disorders and This study utilized a single case. (1) Is there any effects of the whole language approach through ICT Education on comprehension of detail contents, (2) Is there any effects of the whole language approach through ICT Education on memorizing of detail contents. The result showed the following: First, the Whole language approach served to increased comprehension of detail contents of children with intellectual disorders. Second, the Whole language approach served to increased memorizing of detail contents of children with intellectual disorders. Third, the Whole language approach given to positive influence about maintenance that comprehension of detail contents and memorizing of detail contents of children with intellectual disorders.
