본 연구의 목적은 PMO의 기능들이 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 직접 효과와 프로젝트 관리 프로세스의 수행을 통한 간접 효과를 PLS 경로모형을 통해 파악하는데 있다. 또한, PMO 역량 및 최고 경영진의 지원에 따른 프로젝트 성과의 차이의 상호 효과 및 그 효과의 크기를 찾고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 방법론 제공, 행정적 지원, 교육 및 훈련, 자원 관리, 지식 관리를 통하여 형성되는 PMO기능과 통합, 범위, 시간, 비용, 품질, HR, 커뮤니케이션, 위험, 자원조달 등을 통하여 형성되는 프로젝트 관리과정을 측정하기 위하여 2차 요인 모형(second-order construct model)으로 연구 모형을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 각 1차 요인(first-order construct)은 반영지표를 이용하여 분석 하였으며, 2차 요인은 조형지표를 이용하여 분석하였기에, 반영지표와 조형지표가 모두 포함되어있는 모형 분석에 용이한 자료처리 도구인 PLS를 이용하였다. 본 연구의 설문대상은 PMO의 지원 하에서 프로젝트를 수행해 본 경험이 있는 프로젝트관리자나 프로젝트 리더와 같은 전문가 집단으로 한정하여 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, PMO 기능 및 프로젝트 관리과정 모두 프로젝트 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 PMO기능을 수행할 때, PMO역량에 따라 프로젝트 성과에 유의한 차이가 존재함이 확인되었다. 따라서 경영진들은 프로젝트 수행 시 프로젝트 성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 PMO의 설립을 적극적으로 검토해야 한다. 또한 PMO의 역량에 따라 프로젝트 성과에 차이가 발생하므로 프로젝트를 관리하는 PMO에 충분한 권한을 부여하고 경영진의 지원을 신속하게 함으로써 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행할 수 있을 것이다.

A key element of the fog warning system to prevent large traffic accidents is a visibility measurement device. Recently, the need for it that is similar to the human visual sense and cheap and accurate than expensive fog sensors is increasing. In this paper, we present the performance evaluation and the economic analysis of the Road Visibility Measurement System (RVMS), which is developed for measuring the road visibility through a CCTV camera. For experiments, we have installed a CCTV camera, a fog sensor, and visibility signs at the Yeo-ju Test Road on the Central Inland Expressway. We evaluated the measurements from RVMS and the fog sensor based on observations. The result shows RVMS outperforms the fog sensor with respect to measurement stability and correctness. We also show RVMS has higher economic feasibility and various applications. RVMS can prevent the traffic accidents caused by severe fog and enhance the process of the wide-area visibility information system significantly.

한국 서해에서는 중국에서 운영하는 Loran-C 체인 GRI7430, GRI8390과 한국과 러시아에서 공동으로 운영하는 GRI9930 체인 등 다수의 체인에 속한 여러 Loran-C 송신국 신호를 수신할 수 있다. 그러나 Loran-C 시스템은 여러 체인의 신호 중 하나의 체인을 선택하고 선택된 체인에 속한 3~5개 송신국 신호만 이용해서 위치를 측정하도록 표준화 되었다. 본 논문에서는 수신 가능한 모든 Loran-C 신호를 이용하여 위치를 측정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 다음으로 실측 실험을 통해 제시한 방법의 유효성을 확인하였다. 연구 결과는 Loran-C 시스템의 가용성과 정확성을 향상시키기 위해서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

컴퓨터와 첨단영상매체의 발달로 디자인 분야에서도 컴퓨터를 사용하여 색을 자유롭게 선택할 수 있는 그래픽 소프트웨어가 도입되고 있으나 영상정보의 색채 재현성과 영상입출력 장치의 다양화로 인한 색채 불일치에 대한 문제들이 극복해야할 시급한 과제로 부각되고 있다. 따라서, 색채 영상정보 입출력장치의 색채구현 성능과 인간의 색채인지 원리이론을 바탕으로 색보정 알고리즘이 발전하여 색보정 엔진의 개발이 국제적으로 활발히 진행되고 있는 연구 분야임에도 불구하고 국내에서는 그 연구사례가 상대적으로 극히 미비한 실정이며, 더욱이, CAD 시스템을 이용한 패션/텍스타일 디자인 분야에서는 이에 대한 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 염색 직물의 색을 CAD시스템을 이용하여 soft-copy로 재현하고 이것을 다시 hard-copy로 출력하여 물리적 측정치와 주관적 색채 인지도간의 일치도를 비교하고, 물리적, 주관적 색차의 한계치를 제시함으로써, 패션/텍스타일 디자인 CAD시스템 운용에 기초가 되는 자료를 제공하려 하였다. 연구의 절차는 객관적 측정과 주관적 평가 두 단계로 나누어 진행되었다 연구에 사용된 직물은 7가지 색상의 면 염직물로써, CAD시스템을 이용하여 각 직물당 5개의 soft-copy를 재현하고, 이것을 다시 hard-copy로 출력하여 spectrophotometer를 이용해 물리적 측정(ΔE, ΔL, Δc, Δh)을 실시하였다. 또한 주관적 평가에는 20명의 의류학 전공 학생들이 참여하였다. 결과 분석에는 분산분석과 Friedman분석이 사용되었다. 연구 결과 색차 측정에 대한 물리적 측정치와 1차 주관적 평가치 사이의 일치도는 90.5%로 나타났으며, 2차 주관적 평가치와의 rank order는 거의 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주관적 평가에서 피험자들은 색차인지에 있어 CIELAB 색채공간의 각각의 색요소 차이보다는 전체 색차에 더 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.녹색콩풍뎅이의 유충에 의하여 피해를 받는 것이 확인되었다. 녹색콩풍뎅이 유충의 피해를 받은 금잔디는 황화되거나 시들음 증상이 있었고, 이듬해 봄에는 잔디의 회복이 지연되었다.ic conductivity. 전자문서교환(電子文書交換)(EDI) 시스템이 정보사회의 도래와 더불어 전략경영(戰略經營)의 핵심수단으로 등장함에 따라 우리나라에서도 EDI에 관한 학문적(學問的) 관심이 최근에 고조되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 EDI에 관한 국내(國內)의 선행연구(先行硏究)는 일천할 뿐더러 연구의 양(量)과 질(質)에 있어서도 매우 미미하다. 이제는 EDI가 기업의 전략경영(戰略經營) 성과(成果)에 구체적으로 어떤 영향(影響)을 미치고 있는가를 심층적으로 분석할 필요성(必要性)이 크게 대두되고 있다. 이와 같은 연구(硏究)의 필요성(必要性)에 따라 본고(本考)에서는 정보기술(情報技術)(IT)과 성과(成果)(performance) 분석(分析)에 관련된 최근의 선행연구를 종합적(綜合的) 포괄적(包括的)으로 정리하였으며, 이들 선행 연구들이 성과(成果) 분석(分析)에 사용한 구체적인 측정방법(測定方法)을 제시하고 있다.

투자성과평가에서 주요 이슈 중 하나는 최적의 투자규모, 즉 자원할당을 결정하는 것이다 기존연구에서는 서열모델, 평점모델, 경제성 모델, 포트폴리오 모델, 위험 분석 및 의사결정모델, 조직 의사결정모델 등 많은 모델들이 연구자들에 의해 제안되어 왔다. 시스템에서 성과측정은 시스템 설계와의 일치가 요구되므로, 자원할당도 시스템 설계와 연계되어 결정되어야 한다 그러나 자원할당방법에 대한 기존 연구는 대부분 자원할당모델의 개발에 중점을 두고 있으며, 모델 개발시에 시스템 설계에 대해 고려하고 있는 문헌은 거의 없다. 본 논문은 투자목표를 최대로 하기 위한 최적 자원할당방법에서 시스템 설계를 고려하기 위하여 시스템 설계분해개념에 기초한 자원할당방법의 절차와 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 자원할당방법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting of hospital information system quality factors on user satisfaction and service innovation performance in general hospitals. Using 5-point Likert scale, survey was performed on 250 nurses on hospital information system quality, user satisfaction, and service innovation performance. Data were analyzed by t=test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS WIN 24.0 program. The results showed that significant correlation between service innovation performance and independent variables was seen in system quality (r=0.644, p<.001), information quality (r=0.650, p<.001), service quality (r=0.629, p<0.001) and user satisfaction (r=0.831, p<.001). User satisfaction was a moderating variable between hospital information system quality and service innovation performance with explanatory power of 78.4%. Higher user satisfaction (B=0.557, p<.001) showed positive correlation with greater service innovation performance. Investigating the mediating role of user satisfaction between EMR quality and service innovation performance, it is suggested that importance of system quality, user friendly system support and service.

The study has try to find out the relationship between airfreight service quality and satisfaction in international forwarding practice which has focused to figure out the mediating role of performance that measured as subjective evaluation on profit. For the purpose of this paper, questionnaire survey has been performed on the relationship among the procedure of the air freight service quality was found to have not only direct influence but also indirect impact through performance on satisfaction. This research made some contribution both academicals and logistic practices. Academically, it is the first research to address the relationship between air freight service quality and profit performance in Korean academic field. Practically, this study provides justification for the investment to improve forwarding service quality. The results of this study bear some implications on international shipping and practice. The quality of the air cargo transportation management system for customer satisfaction and its impact on business performance in the process to make an empirical identifies. The role and influence of the working-level analysis to derive the performance as transportation management, as well as the effectiveness of customer satisfaction for quality and promote a point. Arrange this point take advantage of air cargo companies are composed of service quality management system for the dimension of course aims to foster a competitive advantage in terms of performance. This paper suggest that real-time movement of the consignment route provides information such as verification and business cooperation for the purpose of proper features a reflecting on the stability of cargo air freight management system, that improve the quality of services on this performance to increase the customer satisfaction strategy in connected getting and so on, is in the process of the formation of customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to assess economic effects for an advanced technology-based HVAC system. The study has been performed using LCC technique for the economic analysis. Data for LCC analysis are collected from estimation and interview of estimators and maintenance experts of buildings. Based on the LCC analysis, the economic effect of a new HVAC system has been predicted as follows : for the investment during 15 years of study period, (1) $21.6\%$ of LCC saving is predicted, (2) return rate for the investment is 4.8 times in case of new construction, and 14.4 times in case of building remodelling.

The purposes of this study is to examine the effect of fitness Among Characteristics of CEO, Company's innovation and Management Control on Organization Performance. CEO characteristics are investigated by the risk-taking propensity, need for achievement. Company's Innovation are measured by product innovation, technological innovation. Management control are applied by action control and result control. Organization performances are analyzed by internal performance, growth performance, financial performance. the research methodology applied in this paper is contingency theory by Drazin and Van de Ven(1985) - selective approach, Interaction approach, system approach. This paper was applied by the Three way interaction term among CEO characteristics, Company's Innovation and Management control to analyze the influences to the organization performances. As a result of this paper, there are the differences between Two way interaction terms or three way interaction terms to affect the organization performances. this paper can confirm the desirable combinations between two or three variables(CEO characteristics, Company's Innovation and Management control) to affect significantly to the particular organization performance.
