The purpose of this study was to derive selection attribute of fishing experience villages, and to analyze the importance and performance on targeting experts and experienced tourists. Consequently, it could suggest implications for the guideline and the evaluation criteria of making fishing experience villages for the revitalization of eco experience tourism. Therefore, in this study, literature investigation and IPA analysis were used by Microsoft Office Excel 2010, SPSS 20.0. As a result, the 'variety of local foods and specialties' was the most urgent attribute to require intensive management strategy. And it is recommended to improvement about 'attributes related residents' because it were insensitived on the recognition by users. Satisfaction of 'appropriateness of coast' was the lowest, but the efficiency was quite high. Finally, not only 'the area of control' but also 'the area of influence' should be reviewed as an important aspects on developing the fishing experience village. The significance of this study is to derive selection attributes of making fishing experience villages for revitalization of eco experience tourism, and to suggest strategy directions based on IPA analysis result by experts and experienced tourists. But in this study, the site was limited to Gyeonggi-do, so it is recommended to expand further.

In this paper, we present the results of two studies on Social TV. In one study, meaning and possibility of TV as social media was theoretically studied and based on this meaning, we reviewed existing social TV systems and literatures. By doing this, we could extract the conditions and issues raised by designing Social TV's user experience. Based on our analysis, we could conclude with elements which are (1) channel communication, (2) Co-viewing experience, (3) Interaction Devices and elements, (4) Personalized contents browsing and selecting, (5) Accessibility and usability (6) User interface design.

The government is pursuing a policy to remove plug-ins for public and private websites to create a convenient Internet environment for users. In general, financial institution websites that provide financial services, such as banks and credit card companies, operate fraud detection system(FDS) to enhance the stability of electronic financial transactions. At this time, the installation software is used to collect and analyze the user's information. Therefore, there is a need for an alternative technology and policy that can collect user's information without installing software according to the no-plug-in policy. This paper introduces the device fingerprinting that can be used in the standard web environment and suggests a guideline to select from various techniques. We also propose a user authentication model using device fingerprints based on machine learning. In addition, we actually collected device fingerprints from Chrome and Explorer users to create a machine learning algorithm based Multi-class authentication model. As a result, the Chrome-based Authentication model showed about 85%~89% perfotmance, the Explorer-based Authentication model showed about 93%~97% performance.

Online content evaluation standards were suggested in order to improve quality of education for informatics gifted students in this paper. This evaluation standards were developed by thinking and learning style and characteristics of gifted students which were presented in preceding research. The evaluation standards were reviewed through reliability analysis as well as analysis of the characteristics of items and validity analysis by experts of informatics gifted student education sector. In the result of analysis, reliability of items has been very reliable. Level of difficulty and discrimination about the characteristics of items has also shown satisfactory value. Developed the evaluation standards has 5 evaluation categories such as "talent development", "Interaction", and others. It also has 11 evaluation factors and 40 evaluation items. The online content evaluation standards can be helpful and useful in order to develop qualitative online contents and select online contents for informatics gifted student.

This paper is 1) to find out food tourism possibility with representative local food in Dan Yang, 2) to suggest some guidelines to draw food tourists with how activities related with food affect on visit intention. The questionnaires are distributed 250 in Kyoung gi provice including Seoul. then used for data analysis 248. The results are as followed; First, 43.5% of the all respondents means for having food tourism, but 18.5% means no experiences, just having interest in food tourism. The types of food tourism showed simply visiting famous restaurant or participate on food festival. That means high possibility for food tourism. Second, tourists are tend to chose it according to recommend food by local residents, personal own taste, local cuisine & ingredients, visiting for traditional market in community, and participate on food festival in tour destination. Third, respondents are trying to chose local cuisine such as mushroom broth, mackjeok gui(Korean style barbeque), mixed rice with various herb, and rice with garlic & geondrei herb. Fourth, three variables which are food culture oriented, knowledge & information of food, health oriented in food tourism had high significant in visit intention.

The purpose of this research paper is to develop Mobile application-based Nursing Process Programs on 'Nursing Diagnosis', 'Nursing Interventions' and 'Nursing Outcomes Classification' targeting nurses and nurse students. To achieve it, this paper uses 'standard classification-focused research data' on the basis of Nursing Diagnosis Classification established by NANDA (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association), NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification) and NOC (Nursing Outcomes Classification) mainly developed by Iowa State University. The existing research methods are difficult to be applied to patients, since such methods put a restriction on choosing, developing, and generalizing 'Nursing Process Programs' in clinical spheres. But, this research thesis focuses on developing guidelines applicable to any clinical experiences, with the use of the framework in mutual links with all the nursing diagnosisoutcomes- interventions. In this regard, the Korean version programs were developed and registered in App store in March. Thus, it is expected that these programs would be wildly-available as tools for nursing education.

The construction of optical access network costs upper 40% in total installation cost of total optical network. Optimization of access network therefore is core in optical network. Advanced countries include EU, Japan and USA already have researched access network. This paper presents analysis of three broad-band fiber-optics subscriber loop architectures(HFC, ATM-PON, Super PON). The analyses focus on the specific demonstrated architectures and use component cost projections to estimate future network costs on a per-subscriber basis. We use TITAN(Tool for Introduction Scenarios and Techno-Economic Evaluation of The Access Network) model. We find that ATM-PON can deliver voice and ISDN data at installed first costs than the other architectures. This is due to the sharing bandwidth among a cluster of subscribers within Curb. This work intends to support establishing guidelines for strategic decisions regarding the development of the access network alternatives of different operators.

Increasing number of business and technology expansion has sparked a growing interest in IT service business evaluation. However, it is not an easy task to come up with a fair and objective evaluation of IT service business due to the difficulties involved in the definition performance assets (marketing, human resources etc.) and knowledge assets with respect to its industry. Several public organizations in Korea are developing a "standardized evaluation protocol" based on qualitative method. But the standard evaluation protocol does not provide suitable guidelines on how to construct and evaluate the key index of IT service business. The main objective of this study is in the development of a systematic approach for the evaluation of IT service business competitiveness by emphasizing the qualitative and quantitative index to be evaluated in the framework. Application of the developed framework and guideline format showed that the used of the framework in this study provided relatively more efficient evaluation results in IT service industry.

In this paper, we propose a location based multicast routing protocol, called Geomulticast, in mobile ad-hoc wireless networks. The main features and contributions of the proposed geomulticast are as follows. First, support data transmission to only the specific mobile nodes within a target area. Second, establish stable routing route by using mobility information of nodes. Third, reduce control overhead, power for construction of routing route by using geomulticast guided line information. Fourth, present a theoretical model for establishing stable route. The performance evaluation of the proposed geomulticast is executed by using OPNET simulation and theoretical analysis, and the results of simulation and theoretical analysis have similar patterns. And we can see that data packets are efficiently transmitted to specific user groups within a specific area.

농림수산식품부에서 추진중인 "농업용저수지 둑높이기사업"의 기본 목표는 이 치수측면에서 농업지역 관개용수의 공급과 함께 하류하천 지역용수의 공급이고, 더불어 재해측면에서 취약한 농업용저수지를 보강하는 것이다. 하드웨어적으로는 수자원의 확보를 위해 저수지의 둑을 높이는 방법을 선택한 반면에 소프트웨워적인 물관리 운영의 측면은 운영기법이 정립되어 있지 못하다. 특히, 사업후 용수공급대상이 달라지는 만큼 기존 공급시스템 및 관리방식으로는 효과적인 공급이 될 수 없기 때문에 새로운 체계의 시스템이 필요하고, 확보된 수자원의 배분 관리에 따른 각종 민원 및 사회적 갈등 방지를 위한 기준 검토 및 대책 마련이 시급하다. 또한, 최근 부각된 기후변화에 대비할 수 있는 이 치수측면의 운영기준의 마련이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농업용 저수지 둑높이기사업을 통해 재개발되고 있는 농업용저수지에 대한 물관리 운영 표준안을 개발하고자 한다. 농업용저수지의 수문학적 특성은 비교적 소규모이고, 하천의 최상류에 위치해 있으며, 유역의 형태별로 유출특성이 지역에 따라 매우상이하다는 것이다. 또한 농업용저수지의 용수공급은 기존에는 관개용 목적의 농업용수공급만을 목적으로 건설되었기 때문에 홍수조절능력이 없으며 지역의 기상에 따라 관개기와 비관개기 그리고 갈수기와 홍수기로 구분하여 저수지를 관리하고 있는 특징이 있다. 농업용저수지의 저수율관리와 방류량 결정이 운영방안의 핵심사항으로 지금까지는 논농업 기간의 용수공급과 홍수기 재해대비를 위한 저수율 조정에 초점이 맞추어져 왔다. 또한 기존 물관리는 특정기간에 집중적으로 방류하고 이앙기가 끝나면 대부분 장마가 시작되어 크게 한발의 영향을 받지 않았으며, 농업용저수지의 공급량 결정도 논농업의 작부체계와 기상조건을 고려한 필요수량 계산으로 이루어졌기 때문에 물관리가 비교적 간단하였다. 하지만 둑높이기사업 후 기존 농업용수를 공급함과 동시에 하천유지용수를 연중 공급해야 하기 때문에 경험적 물관리로는 갈수기간 동안의 물관리 및 홍수기 동안의 저수율 조정 문제를 해결할 수 없다. 따라서 기왕의 경험적 용수공급에서 탈피하고 가이드라인에 의한 방류가 이루어져야 용수목적별 공급이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 물수지 분석 등 기술적으로 분석해야하는 과정을 종합하여 관리자가 쉽게 운영할 수 있도록 의사지원체계가 구축되어야 한다.
