This study is a descriptive survey study using a self-reported survey method to find out the job value and intention of career choice of college students in the medical management field. This study was conducted on university students in medical management at three four-year universities located in Busan Metropolitan City. A total of 139 effective questionnaires were used as statistical analysis data. As a result of the analysis, social dedication and stability were significantly displayed in the selection of jobs for hospital administration and administrative positions, and social dedication and stability were significantly displayed in the selection of jobs as medical recorders. In choosing a career as an international medical tourism coordinator, the focus on human relations, maintaining face, and pursuing stability have been significant. Only social commitment was significantly shown in the choice of occupation as a health educator. A comparison of job values according to general characteristics showed that there was a difference in the pursuit of knowledge and social commitment. In the case of grades, there was a difference in social dedication and stability. There was no significant difference in the case of religious or non-religious matters. In the case of economic level, only economic priorities differed. Through this study, we would like to present basic data so that college students in medical management who prepare to take the first step into a professional medical management society can recognize the need for recognition of job value and move in a better direction in choosing a job.
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing file-up family stress in the caregivers of patients with dementia. Data was collected by questionnaires from 102 families with a member having a dementia, at neurology departments of hospitals, temporary shelter for dementia patient, and nursing homes for the elderly. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. In results, the score of file-up stress showed a significantly negative correlation with the score of level of family hardiness(r=-.200, p=.026), social support(r=-.361, p=.004), relative and friend support(r=-.416, p=.001), and F-COPES(r=-.345, p=.048). The multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor of file-up family stress was family cost for patients with dementia. The results contribute to the understanding of Korean family caregivers' perceptions of caregiveing. Further researches should be conducted with the consideration of Korean traditional custom that family should take care of the elderly family members.

This study is a descriptive research study to analyze factors affecting patient safety management activities by identifying shared leadership, organizational communication, and nursing service perceived by nurses to prepare basic data for theoretical and practical information and intervention measures. This study collected data from 155 clinical nurses in C region in G-do from July 17 to July 28, 2023, and a total of 154 copies were finally analyzed. Using the SPSS Win. 25.0 program, technical statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression were analyzed. As a result of analyzing variables affecting the subject's patient safety management activities with multiple regression using hierarchical selection, the higher the shared leadership, the higher the patient safety management. In order to efficiently perform nursing for nurses' patient safety management activities, research should be continuously conducted to develop specific intervention programs that can support patient safety nursing activities and verify their effectiveness

The importance of University Archives Management is increasing. In this study, we researched cases of collecting and managing educational archival contents in universities. Developed archival contents for software practical education, and implemented it to the Capstone Design course and overseas program. The effect of applying the model was analyzed through surveys and interviews. The Capstone Design Survey, involving 349 participants, indicated the highest satisfaction with the University-Industry Cooperation type. The experience of dissemination and enhancement was aggregated as the second highest satisfaction. In the second survey, 62 students who had participated in the overseas program over the span of two years took part. All nine Likert-type questions showed high satisfaction scores of more than 4 points. The top three satisfaction factors-content, program type, and advanced experience-showed high satisfaction scores of 4.85, 4.74, and 4.71, respectively. Through interviews with professors, mentors, and students, it was also confirmed that instructional methods utilizing archival contents are effective. And the model we developed is applicable for convergence education.

The purpose of this study is a descriptive study to identify the five factors of personality and grit on academic burnout of nursing students. The subjects of the study were 285 nursing college students attending the department of nursing located in S city. Data were collected through a self-report questionnaire from April 11 to June 13. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 29.0 program with descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. In the result of this study, academic burnout had a negative correlation with grit(r=-.425, p<.001), agreeableness(r=-.330, p<.001). On the other hand, it showed a positive correlation with neuroticism (r=.384, p<.001). Two personality factors(neuroticism, agreeableness), major satisfaction, and grit were found to have a significant impact on academic burnout in nursing students. Therefore, It is necessary to develop counseling methods that can prevent academic burnout by utilizing the five personality factors of nursing students and to develop programs that can increase major satisfaction and grit and reduce academic burnout.
This study was a descriptive research study conducted to determine how nursing students' good death awareness and nursing attitudes toward dying patients affect their empathy. The subjects of the study were 155 nursing students, and data were collected using an online survey method. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Higher attitude toward care of dying (B=.312) had a statistically significant positive effect on empathy capacity (p<.010). The variables that affected nursing students' empathy capacity were end-of-life experiences of relatives (𝛽=.226) and attitude toward care of dying (𝛽=.220). The regression model was statistically significant (F=6.968, p<.001), explained 10.4% of empathy. This study is expected to be used as basic data for the development of programs to strengthen the empathy capacity of nursing students in the future.
This thesis has examined Jo Guimyeong's observation method and rhetoric of style of writing style. He tried to look at the world differently through observation and expressed relationship with the world through the style of comic. $J{\breve{o}}nggwan$ is a new way of looking at subjects and objects. It trust the senses and thoughts of the subject. So It is to clarify the circumstances and logic of the world from one's own point of view. In this case, it collides with the common thinking of the day. He put the reason and the action standard in the "taste" and the "mind". This means three things. First, he is proud that his reasons and actions are no different from those of a saint. Second, an individual is an independent being with different emotions and thoughts. Third, based on this, his works of literature have their own value. These reasons and actions were incarnated through '$J{\breve{o}}nggwan$(靜觀)'s observation methods. What he gained from the three stages of $J{\breve{o}}nggwan$(靜觀)' is the 'great mind'. The first step is self-reflection. It is the process of objectifying oneself. The second target is the appearance of things. It's about looking at everything equally, whether it's precious or vulgar. The third object of observation is a harmonic. He is joining the movement of the harmonizers. Therefore, one's own reasons, actions, and works of literature share the same meaning as those of a harmonizer. He said that the description can change according to his own knowledge. It means that you can fit the situation. A typical example was the analysis of 'Sung Bo hyung hwasangchan'<成甫兄畵像贊>. He described Park Moon-soo's life as the lives of officials through comic. Kim, Yong-Hwan is a one of the South Korean major cartoonists between 1940s and 1960s. Kim, Yong-Hwan drew a variety of genres from children's cartoon to current-affair cartoon. Furthermore, Kim, Yong-Hwan took the lead in publishing cartoon magazine and newspaper after the Independence, and has been highly appreciated as a pioneer of Korean cartoon. Kim, Yong-Hwan created many works in the fields of illustrations, Oriental painting, history painting, caricature, etc. After going study for painting to Japan, Kim, Yong-Hwan made his debut as an illustrator called Kita Koji in Japan. However, not much is known about his works in Japan, only there is a simple data about his Japan period and some pieces of illustration during Japan years. In this paper, I examined in detail about Kim, Yong-Hwan's work activity in Japan which has been little known in Korea for a long time. I studied on illustrations in magazines and books which he drew in the name of Kita Koji, on the basis of the data of the National Diet Library of Japan. I could know that Kim, Yong-Hwan worked actively in a diversity of publishers and magazines. In addition, I could realize that many magazines in which Kim, Yong-Hwan drew illustrations were very popular ones. This demonstrates that Kim, Yong-Hwan was much recognized in Japan for his talent. However, a large number of Kim, Yong-Hwan's illustrations were published from late 1930s to mid-1940s. This period was the years that Japan concentrated all her energy for World War II. All the publishing were severely censored during this period. A majority of publishing in this period supported Japanese militarism, and glorified Japan's war policy. Kim, Yong-Hwan's illustrations were no exception, too. It was really sorry about his activity during his Japan period. This essay means a lot to a field of cartoon studies in terms of a collection of materials during Kim, Yong-Hwan's Japan period. Besides, I think that henceforth, this paper can contribute to a follow-up study on Kim, Yong-Hwan' work and his broad background.

This study attempted, in accordance with the National Educational Curriculum, to develop achievement assessment standards for a course within the field of home economics which has been widely adopted by Korean vocational high schools, namely, the food and nutrition subject. Focus was also placed on strengthening the management of the curriculum for this food and nutrition course, as well as on establishing proper assessment standards by developing model assessment tools which can be used to assess the subject. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : First, based on an analysis of the related literature and materials. the desired notion of the achievement and assessment standards was established, and their significance ascertained the achievement and assessment standards for the food and nutrition course were set and the type of model assessment tool which should be developed, as well as the method in which it should be applied. was established Second. by analyzing the curriculums and the contents of the textbooks used in the food and nutrition subject, the researcher was able to compile the 70 factors which could to be used to develop the achievement and assessments standards, and then classify these into 6 main categories and 32 sub-categories. Based on the characteristics of these factors and learners' academic performance levels the number of factors was expanded to 89 in order to establish the achievement standards. In turn, these achievement standards were used, in accordance with the learners' achievement and teaming activity levels, to develop three different levels of assessment standards. namely, upper, middle, and lower ones. Third. a model assessment tool was developed which could be used by individual school units as a reference in terms of achievement and assessment standards, and that could be modified to meet each school's circumstances. In order to create the model assessment tool a 100-question questionnaire was formulated that contained various types of questions, such as essay, report, theoretical and practical, portfolio, as well as multiple choice-type questions. Lastly, the researcher introduced measures to effectively use the achievement and assessment standards developed for the food and nutrition course, as well as the model assessment tool in school units.

This study examines the effects of the introduction of artistic and technological factors on science problems for the activation of creative and integrated thinking. We developed problems consisting of STA(problems that introduced technological and artistic factors on the College Scholastic Ability Test) and TA(problems that introduced artistic factors in a technological context). Subjects of the study included 60 high school senior students in Daegu. Their problem solving processes for STA were examined. Four students were interviewed using the retrospective interview method. Also, after finishing TA, the problem solving processes of four students were examined. The results of the study are as follows. First, students selected scientific context more than artistic and technological contexts. It was found that students preferred short length problem in order to solve problems in a short time. Second, students were more interested in artistic and technological contexts of STA than scientific context, but felt that they were more difficult. Moreover, students were more interested about the context of TA than scientific context. Third, irrespective of the given contexts in STA, students have a tendency to solve problems through relatively brief ways by using core scientific knowledge. This can seem to mean that there is a possibility to stereotype the problem solving process through repeated learning. Logical thinking and elaboration were observed, but creativity was not conspicuous. In addition, integrated thinking was not observed in all contexts of STA. Fourth, science related problems of TA showed similar results. However, in problems related to everyday life, students made original descriptions that they based on their daily lives. Particularly, in creative design, original ideas and integrated thinking were observed.
