An Empirical Study on the Influence of Shipping companies' Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty (해운서비스 품질이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구)

  • The purpose of this empirical study is to examine and explore the relationships between three variables; shipping companies' service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Special features of this study could be summarized as following. First, this is empirical study based on market research according to the definition of 'customer' as freight forwarders and actual exporter/importer together contrary to previous studies. Second, to evaluate shipping companies' service quality, 5 components of SERVPERF model was used. Third, to test correlations between 3 variables; service quality, customer satisfactions and customer loyalty, statistical analysis was used with tools of SPSSWIN ver 15.0 and AMOS ver 7.0. For effective study, many thesis have been obtained through literature survey. However, major results were compiled from directly structured questionnaire, which were collected from Korean import/ export companies and freight forwarders.

  • IT 아웃소싱은 IT 서비스 관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 전략 중 하나로 인식되고 있다. 조직의 핵심 역량에 집중하면서 부차적인 IT 업무는 외부로부터 지원을 받는 IT 아웃소싱 전략은 조직의 효율과 성과를 높일 수 있는 효과적인 방안이면서, 보안에 대한 우려와 IT 서비스 공급자에 대한 의존도를 높이는 부작용을 동반하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 민간 기업 데이터 센터의 IT 아웃소싱 전략과 운영을 분석하였다. 국내 주요 IT 서비스 전문 기업 3개사와 금융그룹 1개사의 데이터 센터에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 바탕으로, 데이터 센터들의 IT 아웃소싱 조직 현황, 아웃소싱 결정 요인, 아웃소싱 저해 요소와 해결 방안 등 전반적인 IT 아웃소싱 전략과 운영을 살펴보았다. 국내 주요 기업들의 데이터 센터는 IT 유지 보수, 인프라 기반 운영 등의 업무를 아웃소싱 대상 업무에, 그리고 IT 기획 전략 컨설팅, 시스템 기획 개발 등의 업무는 인소싱(in-house sourcing) 업무로 분류하고 있었다. 또한 IT 아웃소싱 결정 요인으로 내부직원의 역량, 비용, 리스크 등이 있었고, 정량적인 분석보다는 정성적인 판단에 의해 아웃소싱을 결정하고 있었다.

A Study on the Priorities of Enabling Digital Healthcare Platform for Small and Medium Enterprises : A Comparative Analysis of Consumers and Suppliers

  • The aging population and worsening lifestyle habits have increased the risk of chronic diseases. This has heightened the importance of preventive healthcare, particularly through personalized health management services based on individual health data. Despite this, the domestic digital healthcare industry remains underdeveloped. Given the need for acceptance from both consumers and providers, this study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify success factors for health management service platforms. AHP evaluates the relative importance of various factors to aid decision-making. Results show that providers prioritize data analysis and platform design, laws and regulations, and data standardization, while consumers prioritize system stability, laws and regulations, and system security. These findings highlight the need for strategies to bridge the expectation gap to effectively promote health management service platforms.

  • In O2O environment (Online-to-Offline), providers attract new customers via websites and lead them to pay online, then induce them again to offline when receiving products. Thus, online and offline channel is integrated and create synergy for marketing in O2O context. As online and offline channel coexist in O2O, consumers' perceptions for products and services that providers offer cannot help being different compared to an independent channel (i.e., either online or offline). Therefore, this research aims to explore the effect of perceived service quality on consumer's trust and attitude, who have purchased products in O2O context. For testing the hypothesized research model, the current paper conducts survey and empirical test.

  • 인력은 한 사회에 있어서 자본을 축적하며 자연자원을 개발하고 사회 경제 정치적 조직을 성장시키는 변화요인으로, 인간을 중심으로 하는 사회경제적 자원을 종합적으로 지칭하는 말이다. 이렇게 국가 사회가 필요로 하는 인력을 정부가 적절히 계획하여, 형성시키며, 배분 및 활용하는 문제를 논리적이고 일관성 있게 다루는 것을 인력정책이라 한다. 이러한 거시적이고 대 사회적인 정부의 인력정책은 국민의 건강과 생명을 보호하기 위한 보건의료 서비스를 제공해야 하는 의료인력을 대상으로 하는 경우 그 중요성이 더욱 특별하다 할 것이다. 국민에 대한 보건의료 서비스는 훈련된 보건 인력에 의해서 제공되며, 국가의 인력정책의 결과로 나타나는 보건의료인력 공급의 적합성은 인력의 불균형이라는 개념들을 통해서 검토될 수 있다. 의료인력의 불균형이라 함은 의료인력의 수, 종류, 기능, 분포, 질 등과 의료서비스에 대한 국민의 전체적 요구에 대응하여 정부가 생산하여 채용, 지원, 유시할 수 있는 정부 능력의 한계를 의미한다. 다시 말해서 국민에 대한 의료서비스의 적정화는 잘 훈련된(well qualified) 의료인력이 충분히 공급되어야(adequately supplied) 하고, 또한 적절히 분포되어야(well distributed) 한다는 양적, 질적, 그리고 분포의 세 가지 측면에서 살펴볼 수 있다. 질적, 양적, 그리고 분포의 불균형이라는 범주를 통하여 살펴본 치과기공사 분야의 인력정책에 대한 연구 결과와 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수적 불균형의 면에서 치과기공사의 인력은 1970년대 중반이래 계속 과잉 공급되어 왔으며, 이에 대해 정부는 그동안 소극적으로 대처하므로 과잉공급을 가속시켜왔다. 따라서 이러한 과잉공급을 최소하기 위해서는 치과이용에 대한 수요의 확장, 무면허자의 취업규제단속 및 대학의 치과기공학과 정원 축소 등을 생각해 볼 수 있다. 이러한 외형상의 과잉공급에도 불구하고 현업에 종사하는 실제인력은 수용에 비해 부족한 과소 공급현상을 빚고 있다는 점이 문제이다. 이러한 역설적인 현상을 타파하기 위하여 무면허자의 적발을 위시한 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 한다. 둘째, 질적 불균형은 수적 과잉공급에 의한 취업률 저하로 인한 실력 있는 전문인력 확보의 어려움과 전문 교육인력 및 교육시설의 열악한 조건이 원인으로 지적될 수 있으며, 이에 대한 해결방안으로 적절한 인력수요의 조절과 교육인력 및 시설 여건의 향상이 요망된다. 예컨대 3년제로 되어있는 학제를 4년제로 상향조정하는 방안을 고려할 수 있다. 세째, 치과기공사 분야의 인력분포 불균형은 그다지 심각하지는 않은 것으로 나타난다. 그러나 변화하는 소득수준과 사회환경은 의료인력과 균등한 지역적 분포에 대해 지속적인 관심을 가질것을 요청한다고 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 현재의 공중보건의 제도처럼 치기공 분야의 인력을 무의촌지역에 배치하여 공익요원으로 봉사케 하는 제도를 생각해 볼 수 있다.

Port's Successful Global Supply Chain Strategies - Focusing on the case of Dubai port - (항만의 성공적인 글로벌 공급사슬 전략 - 두바이항의 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • Today's individual firms no longer compete as solely autonomous entities, but rather as supply chain. As such the competitive position of a port is not only determined by its internal strengths but also it is also affected by its links in a global supply chin. In other words, port competitiveness is becoming increasingly dependent on external coordination and control of the whole supply chain. The main purpose of this paper is to examine how a port embeds itself into supply chain in order to strengthen its competitive position by focusing on Dubai port case. This paper found that Dubai port used three phases-insertion, integration and dominance-as a strategies for how it can embedded into global supply chain successfully. Dubai's global supply chain strategies give some implications for the further development of the Port of Gwangyang. First, the Port of Gwangyang should fully utilize symbiotic relationship with Gwangyang free Economic Zone. Second, the integration between Korea Container Terminal Authority and GYFEZ can be recommended for fast decision-making and providing a one-stop-service. Finally, Gwangyang should pursue an aggressive supply chain strategy, aims at dominance in the regional port network through port alliance with small and medium ports in neighboring area.

Developing a Conceptual Model for Measuring the Electronic Commerce Success of Online Game Websites (온라인게임 웹사이트의 전자상거래 성공측정모델의 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Most online games today are provided via a website interface. Researchers found that various aspects of a game website importantly influence the success of the online game business. This paper aims at identifying key site-related quality factors affecting the success of online casual game websites and creating a model for measuring such success. To meet this end, we extracted basic factors from the literature and expanded them through a Delphi survey method in which domain experts were asked to identify key quality factors of online game websites. Then we performed a questionnaire survey using online game users for an empirical analysis. The results revealed that information quality, service quality, and system quality are all positively related to user satisfaction and that an increase in user satisfaction leads to an improvement in both gamer loyalty and business outcomes. However, it was found that gamers' loyalty does not necessarily increase business outcomes. The paper offers practical as well as academic implications based on the research findings.

  • EC(Electronic Commerce) reduces the middle love of business process and makes the gap doser between suppliers and consumers. EC also makes it possible to products and much more satisfaction to consumers reducing costs. Thus when we study EC, we need to consider business side of EC as well as its technical side. With that point, this study classifies the business factors of EC systematically. This study does not enumerate bits of the factors but present a business technology framework to analyze the mutual relations among the factors.

  • The international standard certification evaluates the extend to which the supplier satisfies the international standard certification standards of the supplier of the product and the service, recognizes the quality assurance ability and reliability of the supplier, thereby resolving the international trade regulation that can occur to various fields and strengthening the network of the global partnership it is making an important contribution. Therefor, in this study, the survey was conducted on 153 companies of Korean import and export companies. The research method was empirically analyzed by the structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, resource management factors among the international standard certification factors in the global trade supply chain integration had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Second, the measurement, analysis and improvement factors of international standard certification factors had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Third, CRM satisfaction has a positive effects on business performance. Through this study, it is concluded that the Korean import and export companies have an important role in improving the business performance of the global trade partners.

  • This study focused on the Korean-wave content consumed in the global market and analyzed success/failure factors of services through business model analysis. It aims to offer an effective new media content platform model. ViKi, Drama Fever, Maaduu.com which are representative global OTT were researched on management strategy by case analysis. The success of the global OTT platform is organized into three factors, target customer coverage, revenue model and community activation. Clear and wide coverage of target customer is important to determine the value of the service. Also, revenue model based on the pay service and community for Korean-wave fandom are essential to make good performance in new media platform business.
