The Management Performances originated from the Competitive Advantages of Korean Tourism Firms (한국 관광기업의 경쟁우위 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is for analyzing the management performances of Korean tourism firms, operating as preparing strategically against FTA which is one of the most importantly external environment in international management since in the middle of 1990s. The main purpose is to test empirically some relations between the management performances and the levels of ownership-specifics advantages of Korean tourism ones. To be exact, the dependent variables of management performances are classified with sales, profits and management satisfaction, while the independent ones of the competitive advantages are sorted with the 5 following factors like marketing, product development, service supply, finance and organization culture. The survey of Korean tourism enterprises engaging in management activities in Korea is implemented by collecting questionnaires. And for testing the hypothesis, the analyzing tools are being used for correlation, reliability, validity, multi regression and the path analysis of structural equation modeling. As a result, Marketing is certified as only common factor to influence three dependent variables of sales, profit and management satisfaction positively.

Moderating Effect of Learning styles on the relationship of quality and satisfaction in the context of Business Simulation Game (시뮬레이션활용 경영 교육의 품질요인과 성과에 대한 학습유형의 조절효과)

  • This study aims to explore the effect of quality factors and learning styles on users' satisfaction in the use of business simulation tools in business education. For this purpose, statistical methods such as reliability test, factor analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis were carried out using the survey data from university students. The quality factors of education using simulation were classified into contents, education environment, interpersonal activities, and instructor support while learning styles were classified into proactive, self-directed, environmental-dependent, and passive styles. The results showed that each quality factors of education using business simulation had a strong positive effect on user satisfaction. Proactive and environment-dependent group had higher satisfaction than other groups. Learning styles had moderating effects on the quality-satisfaction relationship, and the direction and degree varied depending on the quality factors and learning styles. Theoretical and practical implications were drawn from these findings.

  • 우리나라 상품의 대외경쟁력은 대체적으로 국내 물류비에서 결정된다. 이 좁은 국토(거리상으로)에서 왜 그리도 많은 내륙 물류비를 부담해야 하는 지 많은 이들이 의아해 한다. 제대로 갖추어져 있지 못한 국가차원의 사회간접자본(SOC) 시설, 승용차 중심의 도로운송시스템도 문제지만 제품공장과 수출입관문인 항만.공항간의 연결점에 있는 물류거점시설들이 활성화돼 있지 않다는 것이 요인으로 지적되고 있다. 민간업자 차원에서는 국토 요소요소에 물류센타를 세워놓고 고객들의 화물에 대한 일괄 물류서비스를 제공하려고 많은 노력들을 하고 있다. 이곳에서는 보관, 재고관리, 유통가공, 보세운송, 수배송, 물류대행, 물류컨설팅 등 종합(통합) 물류서비스들이 이루어진다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 물류센터의 실태를 조사하여 수요에 따른 물류센터의 공급능력을 평가하면서 물류의 일괄서비스 측면에서의 효율성을 점검해 보고져 한다. 또한 향후 이 분야에 있는 연구나 조사 필요성이 있는 과제가 무엇인지를 검토하여 단계별 연구과제를 정의하여 체계적인 연구가 진행될 수 있도록 하는데 그 믿걸음이 되고져 한다.

  • 본 연구는 제품특성의 차이로 인한 거래상황요인이 구매자와 판매자간의 장기지향성에 미치는 영향력의 구조를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 원지를 공급 받아 종이류 제품을 생산·판매하는 제조업체와 광고라고 하는 무형의 서비스를 거래하는 일반 기업체들을 대상으로 상호신뢰를 통한 장기지향성의 형성에 영향력을 행사하는 변수들의 구조와 상대적 중요성을 실증자료를 통해 분석해 보았다. 이에 따라 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 많은 선행연구에서와 마찬가지로 신뢰가 장기지향성의 매개변수 임이 확인되었다. 둘째, 신뢰구축을 결정짓는 변수들을 기업특성과 관련된 것과 거래를 담당하는 담당자의 개인적 특성과 관련된 집단으로 구분할 수 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 취급제품의 형태에 따른 거래상황의 차이는 신뢰형성과 장기지향성에 조절적 역할을 한다는 점이다. 거래대상이 유형의 제품인가 아니면 무형의 서비스인가에 따라 경로구성원 상호간 기대하는 거래속성이 달라지게 되며 이는 신뢰 구축을 통한 장기지향성을 결정짓는 변수들의 구성과 크기에 영향력을 미치게 된다. 본 연구의 결과, 거래 대상의 제품특성이 달라지는 경우 산업 내에서 해당 기업에 대한 평판이 거래상대에 대한 신뢰구축에 가장 중요한 변수라는 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 서비스산업의 경우에는 제조업의 경우에 있어서 보다 판매원의 개인적 특성이 매우 중요한 역할을 한다는 사실을 알 수 있었다.

  • The recent development of industrial marketing explains the near absence of research on brand equity in business-to-business markets. With recent change, industrial companies have shifted from a production focus to a customer focus. Industrial brand concept is rapidly developing. The basic purpose of this study is to investigate industrial brand equity affecting the result of business relationship between industrial buyers and suppliers. This research presented a comprehensive constructive model consisting of components of industrial brand equity, and then propose the research model base on prior researches and studies about relationships among components of industrial brand equity. Data were gathered from respondents who work in industrial buying center. For this study, Data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 and AMOS 5.0. The results of this research analysis were as fallow. Industrial brand loyalty was positively related with perceived value, perceived quality, brand awareness, relationship satisfaction, switching cost, relationship commitment. Also, Industrial corporate performance and purchasing value was positively related with brand loyalty and relationship commitment.

Accessibility Analysis Method based on Public Facility Attraction Index Using SNS Data (SNS 데이터를 이용한 공공시설 매력도지수에 따른 접근성 분석기법)

  • In order to expand the qualitative aspects of public facility, this study used SNS data to derive user-oriented preference factors for public facilities and then were quantified in terms of supply side and demand side. To derive preference factor, LDA, one of topic modeling, was used and attraction index was calculated for each facility. In addition we analyzed spatial accessibility to measure the degree of service experience of users by using 2SFCA model. The study area covered public libraries of Seoul, Korea. As a result of study, five topics were extracted as preference factors for the public library: Circumstance, Scale of facility, Cultural program, Parenting, Books and materials. In particular topic of circumstance and parenting were newly derived preference factors unknown in previous studies. As a result of calculating attraction index for each library, the index of Songpa Library, Jungdok Library, and Namsan Library was high. Songpa library has received good evaluation in parenting factor, and Jungdok & Namsan library in circumstance factor. The accessibility of each region seems to better in center of Seoul where public libraries are crowded, but shrinking toward the outskirts. We expect that the proposed method will contribute to user-oriented public facility evaluation and policy decision making.

  • This study aims to elaborate differences of demand and supply in welfare service delivery upon regions. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 welfare bureaucrats from Dong offices among largest and smallest portions of recipients in Seoul. The results indicated that there were significant differences in the proportion of welfare bureaucrats versus welfare recipients (11-450 households) of the National Basic Livelihood Guarantee System, the amount of available private sector resources, and the difficulty of providing visitation counseling upon regions. Research implications were discussed further to address regional disparities of welfare services.

A Study on the Influence of Intention to Use on Supply Condition and Offer Program of Care Farming (치유농업의 공급조건과 제공프로그램이 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of strategic measures for the application and growth potential of care farming as a healing for office workers. Therefore this study was investigated the relationship between supply conditions and offer programs for the activation of care farming and the intention of participants to use. The analysis results of the survey conducted for general office workers are as follows. Frist, there was a significant positive correlation between all sub-factors and intention to use. Second, the higher the awareness about the convenience of using healing facilities among supply conditions of healing farming and the necessity of medical service, the higher the intention to use. Third, the higher the awareness about the necessity of cultivation of crops, animal mediation, natural activities, and cultural activities among supply conditions of healing farming, the higher the intention to use. Based on the above analysis results, this study discussed the differences from previous studies and also derived insights for establishing a strategic plan to promote care farming.

Factors Affecting the Satisfaction for Medical Service and Reuse Intention of Patients at Dental Clinic in Gyeongnam Province (경남 일부지역 치과의원 내원 환자들의 치과 의료서비스 질 만족도와 재이용 의사에 미치는 영향 요인)

  • This study was conducted to provide with baseline data with the purpose of increasing the values of medical services. Self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 236 patients at a dental clinic follow-up visit in dentist clinic Gyeongnam area from June 2013 to August 2013. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS. The motivation visiting the dental clinic is that the first one is introduction from the family and friends, the second is accessibility, the third is conspicuity and the last one is awareness of the dentist. The main variables in the process of treatment are service system, kindness, satisfaction of service, efficient of re-call system. The relief of discomfort at revisit show the highest score in the process of implant treatment and intention of revisit hereafter do in the prostheses process. In the correlation between main variables, service system and relief of discomfort at revisit (r=0.440, p<0.001), kindness and satisfaction of medical service (r=0.675, p<0.001), revisit hereafter and satisfaction of service (r=0.387, p<0.001) and efficiency of re-call system and revisit showed the highest correlation. The influence on satisfaction of dental service show meaningful level in kindness (p<0.001) and efficiency of re-call system (p<0.05). The intention of revisit is affected meaningfully by relief of uncomfort (p<0.05), service system (p<0.05), kindness (p<0.01) and efficiency of re-call system (p<0.01). In summary, the personal network of patients is most important variable at intention for revisit of dental clinic. As satisfaction of kindness and efficiency of re-call system is higher, satisfaction of medical service and intention for revisit are shown higher. Therefore further research for improvement of satisfaction for medical service and of intention of revisit at the dental clinic should be carried out.

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Repurchase Intentions for Bank's Corporate Customers (은행 기업고객의 재거래의도 영향요인)

  • In this study, We have newly introduced consumption emotions and switching cost, as a means of managing existing customers, to examine influencing determinants in repurchase intentions along with customer satisfaction and service quality which have been important determinants in previous researches on repurchase intentions. To test them empirically, data from corporate customers of a bank in Korea and corporate banking related bankers are collected and analyzed by LISREL 8.12.. The result of this study can be summed up as follows. First, the most important determinant factor in repurchase intentions is customer satisfaction. Second, it is desirable to measure service quality not only in terms of process service quality, a process of service delivery to customers, but also outcome service quality, what customers receive from services or from service providers. Third, positive consumption emotions have positive influence upon customer satisfaction, negative consumption emotions have negative influence upon customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions. Fourth, switching cost, even though small in its influence, has been proved to be antecedent in repurchase intentions along with customer satisfaction and negative consumption emotions. After research, as precedents in customers' repurchase intentions, customer satisfaction and process service quality have exercised the biggest influences. Also, positive consumption emotions, negative consumption emotions, outcome service quality and switching cost can be used as determinants in predicting corporate customers' repurchase intentions.
