A Study on the Daily Sports Activities of Senior and Leisurely Satisfaction of Statistical Analysis Technique through (통계분석기법을 통한 노인의 생활체육활동과 여가만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study identifies the effect of community sports activities of senior on leisurely satisfaction to present basic information for active participation of senior in daily sports activities for enhanced satisfaction of senior and heir families. As a result, this study found that there is a significant difference between senior who participated in the activities and those who did not, and participation in daily sports activities has partial effect on leisurely satisfaction. Based on the conclusion above, this study suggests that degree of participation as well as participation in daily sports activities enhances leisure satisfaction of senior and their families. Therefore, to enhance the living quality of senior people, we need a discussion on development of a model based on effective daily sports activation plan.

  • 인간에게 있어 무엇보다 중요한 것은 보다 나은 삶의 질을 보장 받는 것일 것이다. 그리고 이 양질의 삶의 기초가 건강임은 두말할 나위도 없다. 따라서 건강을 위한 체육활동은 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 있어 아주 중요한 역할을 한다고 할 수 있다. 인간의 보다 나은 삶의 질을 위해 생활에서 실천할 수 있는 다양한 생활체육을 보급하는 곳에 있다. ‘91년 본격적으로 활동을 시작한 국민생활체육협의회는 현재 전국적 규모의 조직을 갖고 국민의 건강을 위해, 그리고 사회와 국가의 건강에 기여하기 위해 많은 활동을 전개하고 있다.

  • This study examines the relationship between ego-resilience, mattering and school life adjustments of elementary students participating in physical activity after school. The number of subjects for this study were 429 who were participating in the physical activity after school in Gyeonggi-do. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire and descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation were conducted by using SPSS 20.0 and structural equation model was conducted by using AMOS 20.0 program. The results are as follows; First, ego-resilience of elementary students participating in physical activity after school affects their mattering. Second, mattering of elementary students participating in physical activity after school affects their school life adjustments. Third, ego-resilience of elementary students participating in physical activity after school affects their school life adjustments. Lastly there is a causal relationship between ego-resilience, mattering and school life adjustments of elementary students participating in physical activity after school.

Impact of Participation in Sport for All on Leisure Satisfaction, Psychological Wellbeing and Subjective Wellbeing (생활체육 참여활동이 여가만족과 심리적, 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of participation in sport for all on leisure satisfaction, psychological wellbeing and subjective wellbeing in an attempt to make a contribution to the leisure satisfaction, psychological wellbeing and subjective wellbeing of people enjoying sport for all. The subjects in this study were 200 people who were selected by convenience sampling from a population of male and female adults who participated in sport for all in Gangwon Province. The statistical package SPSS 11.0 was employed to make a frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study were as follows: First, participation in sport for all had a statistically significant impact on leisure satisfaction. Those who more participated in sport for all expressed more satisfaction with their leisure life. Second, leisure satisfactionexerted a statistically significant influence on psychological wellbeing. Third, leisure satisfaction affected subjective wellbeing in a statistically significant way. The findings of the study indicated that the leisure satisfaction of those who participated in sport for all exercised a great physical and mental influence on themselves. Those who don't participate in sport for all should steadily be advised to do that, and the national and local governments should develop a wide variety of sport-for-all programs to let everybody lead a better life by enjoying sport for all.

  • The purpose of this study was to study the Relationships between Sport for All Participation and Physical and Mental Function affecting the Elderly's Self-perceived Health. For accomplishing this purpose of this study, the 308 subjects were selected by the multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method from the Seoul, in the years of 2008. presently. Out of the 360 questionnaires responded to, only 308 were used for data analysis because 52 were responded to incompletely or incorrectly. The survey questionaries were used to collect data. The questionary for physical function state were developed and standardized by kung-hee chung(1993), yang-lae Kim(2005). And mental function state were divided two parts; self-perceived scale and depress scale. The questionary for self-perceived scale were based on MMSE-K(Mini Mental State Examination-Korea). The questionary for Depression were based on Depression Scale developed by Beck(1978), adapted in Korean and standardization by Lee Young-ho & Song Jong-yong(1991), regulated by Jo Gyu-whang(2004). From the analysis of this study, the following conclusions were obtained: First, according to the elderly people's participation in leisure sport activities, it partially affected physical and mental function state. Second, according to the degree of elderly people's participation in leisure sport activities, it partially affected physical and mental function state.

  • Life-time sports it will be born and when dying until, it is to do the physical training sports activity which extends in the whole life with daily life contents. The main purpose of life physical training relates with the insufficiency of physical activity and, the chance loss and the human relation back of own expression physical activity it leads and a physical strength and in life and a place where it lives business it tempers it tries to have a vitality it dawns the wind it needs there is and the hereafter life sports facility with the fact that it will increase rapidly. From the dissertation which it sees with like this reason the life sports facility mainly will be established in the outdoor and example of the actual plan against the illumination equipment which is a case(Chunchoen Gongjichoen park) essential facility which will use an facility in nighttime it will hold and in order it will reach and to lead to become the help in Plans and design of the illumination equipment in life sports facility of the other area.

  • This study aims to understand the relationship between self-management and health promoting lifestyle in college students participating in sports activities and to seek a measure to enhance their health promoting lifestyle. In order to analyze the impact of self-management and health promoting lifestyle in the college students participating in sports activities, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods were used. The findings obtained through the research results are summarized as follows: First, it turned out that, in order to promote college students' health promoting lifestyle, it would be important to develop a customized activity program considering the difference in the level of the participants' health information at the time when the sports activity program is organized. Second, it turned out that it would be important to provide empirical basic activity data that could maximize the cooperative action and synergy effect between the self-management and health promoting lifestyle of college students participating in sports activities.

  • As the participation in marine sports activities has increased according to the increased national income, changes in lifestyle, etc., this study explored various values and possibilities towards a sport for all, which are inherent in marine sports, through the literature research with respect to leisure activities, sport for all, and marine sports. As a result of study, marine sports include the functional values, such as leisure satisfaction and welfare function, as a tool to improve the quality of life, which the sport for all may have, and not only have a positive impact on individual lives, but further, can also contribute to raising the level of social well-being. Marine sports are directly experienced physical activities utilizing nature and importantly functioning in human beings' understanding nature; especially, it could be found that they have the high emotion-educational value which could make the right personality formed for the adolescents in modern society, whose unrealistic leisure activities account for the most part of their leisure time. These results suggest that marine sports contain sufficient positive values and possibilities as a sport for all, and the value as a sport for all could be realized which marine sports may have through active participation.

  • This study aims to examine the relationship between physical education class activity of youth, smartphone dependence and school life adaptation. The data set of Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS) by National Youth Policy Institute was reanalyzed for this study. The subjects of this study were 2,351 second grade middle school students from 2011. The data were coded with the use of the statistics program on Windows, SPSS 23.0. To analyse the data, descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis were employed. The findings of this research are as follows. First, the difference between the activity hours of youth physical education classes and the reliance on smartphones is less dependent on smartphones as they participate enthusiastically in physical education classes. Second, the difference of physical education class activity time and school life adaptation among adolescents was more positive for school life adaptation as learning activity, peer relationship and teacher relationship were more active. third, the dependence of youth on smartphones has a positive effect on learning activities and school rules as the reliance on smartphones is low.

Trend Analysis of Sports for All-Related Issues in Early Stage of COVID-19 Using Topic Modeling (토픽 모델링을 활용한 코로나19 초기 생활체육 이슈 분석)

  • COVID-19, which started in December 2019, has had a great impact on our lives in general, including politics, economy, society, and culture, and activities in sports and arts have also been significantly reduced. In the case of sports, sports for all fields in which ordinary citizens participate were particularly affected, and cases of infection in places closely related to people's lives, such as gyms, table tennis, and badminton clubs, also amplified the social fear of the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed news articles related to sports for all at the time when COVID-19 was first spread, and investigated what issues were emerging and being discussed in the sports for all field under the COVID-19 situation. Specifically, we collected news articles dealt with sports for all issues under the COVID-19 situation from Korea's leading portal news sites and identified key sports for all issues by performing topic modeling on these articles. Through the analysis, we found meaningful issues such as COVID-19 outbreak in sports facilities and support for sports activities. In addition, through wordcloud analysis of these major issues, we visually understood the issues and identified the changes in these issues over time.
