The literature review of global innovation capability (글로벌혁신역량에 관한 이론적 고찰)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 관련 선행연구를 조사분석한 연구이다. 국내외 중소기업의 글로벌혁신역량에 관한 선행연구를 광범위하게 조사한 후 중소기업의 글로벌 혁신역량에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 잠재변수를 선정한다. 각 잠재변수별로 유의적으로 판명된 지표를 분석하여 기업내부역량 중 글로벌혁신역량에 중요한 요인인 CEO역량, 기술역량, 마케팅역량, 생산역량, 인적자원역량, 재무역량, 네트워크역량으로 재분류한다. 향후 잠재변수사이의 상관관계를 분석하여 상호교호작용효과를 배제한 잠재변수별 순효과(net effect)를 분석하고자 한다.

The impact of collaboration process and capabilities on innovation performance in convergence environment (융복합 환경에서 기업 내부 협업프로세스와 역량이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study to understand collaborative process and the capabilities of the firm impact on innovation performance in convergence environment. To achieve the purpose, research model was empirically tested with a survey from 162 employees from 4 Korea manufacturing companies and 1 USA company. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). As a result, collaboration process, learning capability and operation capability have significant and positive impact on innovation performance. It is a meaningful result that the collaboration process improve the innovation performance of firms through the operation capability and the learning capability.

  • This study is about how does collaboration activities of large company's Supplier Relationship(SR) effect on manufacturing capability and performance of a SMEs. In this research, there are many ways to analyze data. The methods used in the study are hypothesis testing and empirical testing based on SPSS 21.0 and AMOS21.0, factorial analysis for validity and reliability of questionnaire item, construct validity and variance extracted as a research model, and subcontract-tiers as a moderating variable. As a result, the effect of the collaboration activities of large business did not have the significant effect on supplier's manufacturing capability. It showed different result by subcontract-tiers In first-tier cooperative, collaboration activities of large business had significant effect on manufacturing capability, but it did not have the significant effect on performance. In second/third-tier cooperative, manufacturing capability and performance are significantly affected by manufacturing practices. In conclusion, this study will suggest the direction how to achieve an accompanied growth between large enterprises and SMEs.

Development of AHP-based Aviation Logistics MPE Company's Production Management Job Training (AHP 기반 항공물류 소부장 전문기업의 생산관리 직무교육 개발 방안)

  • In this study, AHP-based production management job training was developed for MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry. The AHP model was designed with upper and lower classes. Purchase management competency, material management competency, process management competency, and SCM competency were selected as factors of the upper class of production management job training. Lower class evaluation factors were selected for each upper class. As a result of AHP analysis, the relative importance of the upper class evaluation factors was found in the order of SCM competency (0.322), process management competency (0.314), material management competency (0.201), and purchase management competency (0.163). Among the upper classes, it was analyzed that the importance of SCM competency and process management competency was high. The final priority of evaluation factors for the development of the production management curriculum of MPE companies in the aviation logistics industry was analyzed as follows. First, supply chain performance management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, was analyzed as the top priority factor, and the priorities of evaluation factors were derived such as facility preservation management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain production operation, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, process quality management, which is the lower layer of SCM competency, supply chain transportation management, and supply chain supply plan, which are the lower layers of SCM competency

An Empirical Study on the Factor Analysis of Dependence on Japan in the Korean General Machinery Industry : Focusing on the Manufacturing Companies of Components and Parts (일반기계산업의 대일 의존 유발요인 분석에 관한 실증 연구 : 부품생산업체 중심으로)

  • The machinery industry provides infrastructure to many manufacturing industries and it has strong influences on performance and quality of products. However, Korean economic growth has been constantly causing the korean general machinery industry to significantly depend on Japan. To solve this problem, many industrial policies have been tried. In this paper, we divide the value chain of general machinery industry into four steps; technology development step, manufacturing step, marketing step, and after-sales management step. We study the relationships between each of these steps and the awareness of dependency on Japan. For empirical analysis we surveyed 207 domestic companies in general machinery industry. The findings are that the three factors, technology development competency, marketing competency and after-sales management competency have significant relationships with dependence on Japan. Manufacturing competency is not a significant factor. As control variables, the type of manufacturers has effect on dependency on Japan. The company size, the kinds of products and technology levels of products don't have effects on the relationship between the four steps of the value chain and dependency on Japan. To overcome the trade imbalance with Japan in the general machinery industry, we recommend to develop technology development competency, marketing competency, and after-sale management competency. Also we need to adopt industry supporting policies, not depending on all three control variables of company sizes, the kinds of products and the technology levels of products, but depending on the type of manufacturers.

The Effect of Supply Chain Management Activities and Marketing Capabilities on the Performance of Apparel Firms (의류기업의 공급사슬관리 기반활동과 마케팅 역량이 업무성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the level of SCM activity, marketing capability, and firm performance for apparel firms, and to investigate the effect of SCM activities and marketing capabilities for firm performance improvement. This study surveyed domestic apparel manufacturing brands that distribute products nationwide. The data was collected through questionnaires sent to managers or executives in large and middle manufacturing corporations among Korea's listed and registered corporations. The data collection has been carried out from November 10 until December 11, 2006. The questionnaires were transmitted by individual visit, fax, and mail. A total of 98 completed responses were returned, three incomplete responses were discarded. The results were as follows: First, SCM activity was classified into 3 dimensions: structural, logistical, and technological factor. Three dimensions of marketing capability were identified with differentiation, cost-leadership, and operational factor. Firm performance was classified into three dimensions: financial, productivity, and customer satisfaction factor. Second, result of analyzing effects of SCM activities for firm performance improvement, it was found that the improvement of technological activities affected acquirement of financial, productivity, and customer satisfaction performs. Structural activities affected factor of productivity performs. Third, result of analyzing effects of marketing capabilities for firm performance improvement, improvement of differentiation capabilities affected acquirement of financial, customer satisfaction performs. And the improvement of operational capability affected acquirement of financial performs and improvement of cost-leadership capability affected factor of productivity performs.

Elderly(60+) and Productivity : Factors Influencing in Performance Evaluation of Elderly Employees (60+ 고령자의 생산성에 대한 기업의 평가와 영향요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the productivity of elderly employees over 60 years old and to analyze factors that directly or indirectly affect the productivity of elderly employees, based on empirical facts of HR managers. As a result, the factors that have a positive effect on the productivity of elderly employees were attitude and professionalism. The decline in physical capacity due to aging was recognized as a key factor that negatively affected the productivity evaluation of elderly employees. Among the management strategies to improve the work performance, it has been shown that work placement or job redesign according to physical competency contributes to improving the productivity of elderly employees. Also, providing safety education and communication opportunities among workers has a positive effect on productivity improvement. The results of this study suggest that it is important to improve worker productivity by arranging older workers' work experience to be able to demonstrate their accumulated career and expertise and to create a working environment that takes into account physical competence.

소공인의 경영자 역량과 네트워크가 경영성과에 미치는 영향

  • 소공인은 오랜 전통과 숙련된 기술력을 통해 제조업 경쟁력의 근간을 형성하고 있으나 최근 인력부족, 생산비용 증가, 공장 및 현장의 낙후로 인한 생산성 부족 등 어려움에 직면해 있다. 이러한 비즈니스 환경에서는 경영자역량의 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 더불어 환경의 불확실성을 극복하기 위해서는 소규모 기업일수록 기업의 네트워크를 통해서 변화에 대응할 수 있는 자원 확보가 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 소공인 사업가의 역량과 네트워크가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 이들 간의 관계에서 사업자기효능감이 미치는 매개효과를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 수행하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 소공인을 대상으로 설문조사 방법을 사용하여 본 연구가설 검증을 수행하기 위한 위계적 회귀분석을 통해서 분석하고자 한다.

Analysis of Corporate R&D Capability with Industrial's Innovation Trend (산업별 기술혁신패턴에 따른 기업의 R&D 역량 비교 연구)

  • In this paper, we analyze the comparative advantage of industry innovation (R & D) activities. The method is that companies are classified suppliers dominated- industry, productionintensive industries and science-based industries, and data of Statistical analysis were collected HCCP (KRIVET). The result is that Tipping phenomena of science-based is apparent and suppliers dominated- industry is the lack of comparative advantage. The implications are as follows. suppliers dominated- industries that specialize in R & D capabilities, support R & D capability is required. Second, the policy in terms of support for R & BD (linking technology commercialization support innovation) should be strengthened. Third, SMEs in the leveling down of industry R & D capabilities should be supplemented.

  • 최근 글로벌 경제의 중장기적 불황과 성장률 하락에 기인하여, 대내외적으로 불투명한 환경하에서 생존하고 발전하기 위한 새로운 대안으로 새로운 상품이나 서비스를 탄생 시키고 생산방식의 변화와 업무 혁신을 통해 조직의 지속가능성을 높이는 조직구조에 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 이런 분위기에서 중소벤처기업의 성장은 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 매우 지대하다는 것을 모두 공감 하고 있으며, 이러한 중소벤처기업이 기업 성과를 높이고 그러한 성과를 지속할 수 있도록 구성원들의 기술혁신역량을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력들이 지속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소벤처 기업의 기술혁신 역량이 지식경영의 성과와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 기업의 전략적 활동을 조직화하여 가치창출에 사용될 자원 및 조직 능력을 외부 네트워크로부터 획득하게 하는 네트워크 역량이 어떤 역할을 수행하는지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 즉, 중소벤처기업의 기술 혁신역량이 네트워크 역량을 매개변수로 하여 지식경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기술혁신역량이 중소벤처기업의 네트워크 역량을 매개로 삼아, 기술혁신역량이 지식경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 검증하고자 한다. 기술혁신역량을 기반으로 한 경제활동의 불확실성이 높아진 환경 하에서 새로운 변화에 신속히 대응하며, 장기적 경기 침체 극복은 물론이고 거시적 경제 성장과 발전을 이끌어 조직의 지속적 성장과 생존뿐 아니라, 국가의 신성장 동력이 될 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 그리고 조직 내의 가장 중요한 지식경영 성과를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.
