신선편이 식품의 수요가 증가되고 있는 시점에서 웰빙식품으로 다소비되고 있는 새싹채소의 안전성 확보가 시급히 추진될 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 새싹채소의 위생적 생산을 위한 HACCP 관리계획을 개발하고 생산현장에서 적합성 검증을 실시하였다. 위생적 안전한 새싹채소 재배를 위해서는 새싹종자 소독(Ca(OCl)2 20,000ppm 농도에서 15분간 처리 또는 $70^{\circ}C$ 이상에서 1분 이상 열수처리)을 통한 1차적 관리와 재배기간 동안의 미생물 증식을 억제시키기 위한 재배수 관리(HClO 100 ppm, pH 3이하의 전해산화수)를 통한 2차적 위생관리 등 단계적 위생관리의 적용이 권장된다.

오리 농가의 수익에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 사료비이다. 균형이 잘 이루어진 사료는 오리의 생산성을 최대로 하고, 오리의 건강을 유지하는데 필수적이다. 오리의유지, 생산, 성장 그리고 번식을 위해서는 오리의 에너지/단백비를 충족하는 사료를 급여하여야 한다. 사료비를 낮게 유지하는것은 오리농가의 수입과 직결된다. 이를 위해서는 농장에서 직접 생산하는 양질의 조사료를 최대한 급여하고, 가능한 최소 비용으로 최적의 육용오리을 위한 사료를 급여관리하여야 할 것이다.

Lately computing environment is changing into integrating open system. This paper proposes Integrated Management Model to improve productivity about new software development. The model is divided by Management Model to deal with the rapidly changing environment effectively into three layers: the first layer classifies and displays information to users, the users, the second layer controls function, the integration and management layer, and the last layer manages data, the objects management storage layer. So it designs of Efficient Object Management Repository Using Integration Management Model. This might support afterward prototyping in maximizing the reuse of software, which is advantage to the integration of the system, and in promoting its productivity.

The productivity of rebar-work and form-work was analyzed with data collected from an actual high-rise construction project, and the actual utilization rates of three tower cranes were also investigated. It was found that the average productivity of the form-work increased from 12.00~8.71(㎡/man·day) in the underground and above-ground/lower-floor to 11.94~20.73(㎡/man·day) in the standard floor. Comparing the productivity of core area to outer, the former was found to be about 11% higher. Moreover, the rebar-work productivity of the outer area(1.12 ton/man·day) was approximately 9.6% higher than that of the core area for the standard floor. The average utilization rates of three TC were surveyed to be about 63.49%, and it was revealed that rainy weather(6.1%), strong winds(6.1%), holidays(17.8%), TC lifting work(5.8%), and other failures and repairs(0.07%) were the causes of non-operation. These research results are expected to be beneficial data in planning and managing the process of high-rise RC construction works in the future.

Recently there has been huge efforts to improve performance in construction process by applying emerging techniques such as the Lean principle and Just-in-time concept. However, little achievement as we expected has come out in reality due to the lack of strategy to set a definite goal of the execution and differences of personal viewpoints on construction productivity. Accordingly, it is the most important to promote the circumstances for the construction process improvement by quantifying the goals of respective unit activity groups. This research explores feasible solutions for the improvement of construction projects performance by combining the six-sigma principle for the generic administrative innovation based on the idea of construction process performance. For this purpose, mutual comparisons of various current approaches are performed in an attempt to establish the advantages in applying six-sigma idea and to provide its fundamental strategy. Furthermore, through a case study with the simulation of applying six-sigma to a unit activity group in construction process, this paper verifies that the overall performance improves as the degree of sigma level gets advanced.

생산성 향상, 재고의 최소화, 납기일의 준수, 자원의 최대활용등을 위해 그동안 많은 생산관리 기법이 제시되어 왔으며 그중 GT, MRP, JIT 기법이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 각각의 시스템은 모두 장단점을 가지고 있기 때문에 이들 시스템을 혼합하면 상호간의 단점을 보완할 수 있을 것이다. GT 기법은 부품의 유사성을 이용한 기존자료의 검색 및 그룹가공을 통한 생산성 향상에 유용하며, MRP 기법은 기초자료를 이용하여 생산 및 자재계획을 동시에 수립할 수 있기 때문에 계획수립에 유용하며, JIT 기법은 낭비의 제거, 재고의 제로화, 간판을 이용한 현장관리 등을 할 수 있기 때문에 실시단계에 유용하다. 본 연구에서는 GT, MRP, JIT 기법을 비교 분석하고 이를 상호 보완할 수 있는 알고리즘을 개발하여 GT, MRP, JIT 혼합 생산시스템의 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

국내의 많은 중소 제조업에서는 생산성 향상 및 불량률 감소, 원가 절감 등을 통해 기업의 이익을 창출하길 원하고 있으며 그 일환으로 제조 실행시스템 및 생산시점 관리를 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 생산시점관리시스템의 데이터를 기반으로 일별, 월별 생산성 분석을 했고, 그 결과를 다양한 시각화 기법으로 가시화하여 특정 달이나, 특정 시간에 불량률이 높아지는 형태를 파악할 수 있었다.

닭은 주령에 따라 적정 사육온도가 다르고 사양 관리법이 달라 각 사육단계에 맞게 관리해야 한다. 특히 닭은 몸 전체가 깃털로 쌓여 있어서 체열을 발산하기 어렵고 땀샘이 발달 되어 있지 않아 체온조절이 어렵다. 온도에 따라 생산성에 큰 영향을 끼쳐 계사 온도관리에 소홀할 수 없다. 2005년에 설립된 빛컨(대표 김민규)은 차별화된 기술력으로 무선온도관리시스템을 개발하여 저비용으로 계사의 온도관리를 손쉽게 할 수 있다. 이번호에는 양계산업에 첫발을 내딘 빛컨을 소개코자 한다.

This study public hospital productivity and private hospitals, comparative analysis was divided into capital productivity, labor productivity, value-added productivity, based on the findings public hospitals are able to ensure the public interest to provide stable and profitable health services of good quality. It proposes measures to improve productivity. Investigation period were based on the fiscal year 2013, the target of 39 public hospitals are private hospitals surveyed were selected for a total of 147 hospitals with 108. ANOVA analysis was performed the analysis, hierarchical regression analysis. In the conclusions showed as the most important factor in the profitability of labor productivity, the productivity of public hospitals variables, because exert a significant impact on the productivity and efficiency of future public hospitals are required to establish an effective personnel management system.
