통합공공용 주파수로 분배된LTE(Long Term Evolution) 718~728Mhz(상향) 및 773~783MHz(하향)에서 재난안전 통신망, 철도무선 통신망, 차세대 해상무선 통신망 등과 같은 LTE기반의 공공통신망(Public Network, 이하 공공망)이 상호 공존하여 사용하는 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 두 개 이상의 복수의 LTE 네트워크가 동일 주파수를 사용하여 서비스하는 경우 통신 커버리지가 겹치는 영역에서의 간섭은 불가피하다. 셀 간 간섭에 의하여Mission Critical한 요구사항이 중요시되는 공공망에서의 품질 열화가 야기되며, 경우에 따라 심각한 상황을 초래할 수 있다. 본고에서는 국내 공공망의 현황을 살펴보고 네트워크 공유방식에 대한 기술 및 표준화 동향, 그리고 해외의 사례를 알아보았다. 국내 통합공공용 주파수에서 동일 주파수를 사용하게 될 공공망 간의 간섭을 최소화 하여 네트워크를 구축 및 연계를 위해서 개별 공공망간의 네트워크를 공유하는 방안을 고려하였다. 국내 공공망의 효율적인 네트워크 연계를 위해서는 개별 공공망의 서비스 특성과 내부 환경을 반영 할 수 있는 연계 방식이 추가적으로 필요하다.

국가지리 정보체계 (NGiS: National Geographic information Systems) 기본계획 하에서 국가수치기본도가 완성되었음에도 불구하고 교통부문에 GIS의 활용이 미흡하다. 그 이유는 기존 교통관련 S/W가 교통GIS DB를 받아들일 수 없기 때문이다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구에서는 NGIS에 기초한 교통GIS DB의 이용활성화의 일환으로 교통GIS DB와 기존 교통계획S/W와 상호 Interface할 수 있는 전환 모듈을 개발하였다. 구체적으로는 기존 GIS S/W를 활용하여 교통GIS DB와 기존 교통계획 S/W인 TRANPLAN간의 연계모듈을 개발하였다. 최종적으로는 개발한 연계모듈을 서울시 강남구, 서초구와 경기도 과천시, 용인시에 걸친 일대를 시범지역으로 적용해보았다.

체세대 무선인터넷 서비스의 대표 주자로 정부 및 관련 업계에서 한층 주목받고 있는 위치기반 서비스(Location Based Services, 이하 LBS)의 상용화를 위해서는 무선망 기술, 위치측위 기술, 서비스 플랫폼 기술, GIS(Geographic Information System) 관련 기술, 단말기 기술 등과 같은 정보통신 산업 전반에 걸침 광범위한 핵심 요소 기술과 GIS와 고부가 컨텐츠와의 연계 및 다양한 응용 서비스 발굴 노력 등이 상호 유기적으로 결합되어야 한다. 최근에 국내외 이동통신사들이 본격적인 LBS 기반 인프라 구축에 서두르고 있는 이유도 LBS를 무선인터넷 서비스 분야의 차세대 주자로 인식하고 위치 찾기 서비스 부터 고부가 서비스까지 다양한 서비스를 제공하여 LBS의 대중화 및 이를 통한 수익 극대화를 실현시키고자 하는 의지의 반영이라 하겠다. 이렇게 급변하는 시장환경을 이해하고 실제 서비스 환경에 맞는 적용 방향으로 GIS 고부가 컨텐츠를 위치정보와 연계하여 고도화된 LBS를 제공하는 필수적인 GIS 고부가 컨텐츠의 효율적인 관리 및 LBS 확대 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 LBS 프레임워크상의 GIS 플랫폼(GIS 컨텐츠 서버)의 구성 및 세부 기능과 컨텐츠 및 서비스 제공자에게 제공할 공통 인터페이스 등을 제안함으로써 LBS 활성화 및 고도화를 위한 구체적인 추진 방법을 기술한다.

과학기술 논문의 수준을 평가하고, 국내 학술지 및 기관간의 연구능력 비교 분석의 척도로 사용하기 위한 KSCI(Korean Science Citation Index : 한국과학기술인용색인) 구축 및 활성화를 위하여 XML을 기반으로 하는 모델을 설계하였다. KSCI 데이터베이스는 인용만 논문과 인용된 논문들 사이의 관계를 정의하고 논문을 작성한 저자들에 대한 인력DB의 구축과 연계를 통하여 구성되어진다. 이러한 과정에서 발생되어지는 표준화 과정과 데이터베이스간의 연계를 효율적으로 주진하고 효율적인 KSCI 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위한 XML 표준을 설계하였다. 첫째, 데이터베이스틀의 연계를 위한 모델을 설계, 둘째, 인용된 논문과 인용한 논문에서의 서지정보. 저널정보, 참고문헌정보에 대한 XML DTD를 정의 셋째, 저자와 공저자들에 대한 인력DB 구축을 위한 XML DTD를 정의하였다. 본 논문은 KSCI데이터베이스 구축을 통해서 데이터에 대한 상호 교환, 공동 활용을 보다 효율적으로 수행하고 안정적인 체제 구축을 고려하여 모델을 설계하였다.

본 논문은 BESS-디젤발전기 연계운전 조건에서 BESS의 안정한 전류제어를 수행하기 위해 전향보상 성분을 고려하여 디지털 이론 기반의 전류제어 안정도를 해석하고, 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 디젤발전기의 동기 인덕턴스가 LCL 필터에 미치는 상호간섭 공진문제를 해석하였으며, 불안정한 전류제어의 안정도 향상을 위해 적절한 이득을 갖는 전향보상을 고려하였다. 또한, BESS-디젤발전기 연계운전 실험을 통해 전향보상 이득이 0.4인 경우 안정한 전류제어가 수행됨에 따라 안정도 해석의 타당성을 검증하였다.

This paper presents the effect of tunneling and groundwater interaction on tunnel behavior. As part of this study, design issuses for tunneling situations similar to that considered in this study are first identified. A parametric study is then conducted on tunneling situations frequently encountered in Seoul area using a 3D stress-pore presure coupled finite-element model with emphasis on the effects of ground and lining permeabilities. The results indicate that tunneling in water bearing ground results in a deeper and wider settlement trough, increased axial thrusts in shotcrete lining than those without the groundwater. Also revealed is that the axial thrusts in shotcrete lining are governed by the relative permeability between the ground and the lining. Design implications of the findings from this study are discussed.

In a study of the existing Collaboration, U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) has a width of the various channels through continuous mutual cooperation by the path-dependency. U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) through the various channels is more powerful, whereas this increase trade-related barriers. In other words, It has been discussed in many literatures about the U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK). However, relatively a study on the factor of the barrier about U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) is a minority. Given the importance of policies to establish an association of industry-university cooperation and support system, the lack of research on the obstacles to U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) will be a serious obstacle for designing effective policies. This paper examines the existing literature about the width of mutual cooperation and the barrier of U-I Collaboration, analyze to lower the barrier of U-I cooperation through POB(Positive Organization Behavior) of university administration. In conclusion, we would like to suggest the policy implications.

Conclusion is like below. First, as a private security area's mutual relationship and development device, it is necessary to bring up corresponding-terror expert. Second, a privatized corresponding-terror research center is necessary. Third, the importance of privatization's role for the corresponding-terror prevention law establishment. It is considered that a diversified examination research that can minimize a violation of human rights by bringing up various corresponding-terror expert, paradigm shift of workers related security area, and construct corresponding- terror education equipment as well as education content, it is not a special group's authority, should be continued by a following research. Academical area of terrorism's construction is necessary. You need to approach by private initiatively boldly with the academic world as an active mutual cooperation politically, culturally, socially, internationally, etc, rather than developing national institute initiatively. Also, in a following research, an academical research about a correlation of crime, war, terror should be done deeply, variously. It is necessary to establish an academic foundation of terror study.

Development of Learning system and learning activity based on web in accedence with development of information communication technology are active. From teaming system with web, teaching-teaming data for student's leaning level is not systematic and interactions between students and teachers are insufficiency. Only result of teaming evaluation is showed not supply reason what is correct or not and there is no relationship or linking deeping teaming. In this paper, we tried to improve the interaction between teachers and students by analyzing study system through virtual system on high school's Introduction to computer science. And we designed and implemented the WBI system Using ASP, the system is maximize the effect of study related to further study. It will improve the feedback between the teachers and the students and help the learners enlarge the faculty of comprehension ability.

While a significant number of user-related models have been presented in Human Information Behavior (HIB) research community, the basic assumption of the present study is most of those models including information interaction models are multi-domain models associated with comprehensive research components. Based on such an assumption, this study discusses the shortcomings of multi-domain models and proposes the need to present a new type of model. Accordingly, the study elaborates four essential models of HIB reach community and presents a new type of model based on Specific Domain Focus Modeling (SDFM). As an example of such modeling, this study presents the present author's information retrieval interaction model based on the degree of connections between systems and information resources.
