  • This paper suggests the Facility Management System for plant factory promising to be a core technology of the agriculture in the future. This system makes diagnoses that status from sensors or facilities in the factory for exact operation and monitors the internal environment with the control status in real-time. It is expected that we could operate a plant factory safely and effectively by using the system. The system consists of the data management module, the context provider module, the context interpreter module, the service provider module, the data storage and user interface. The system provide with the failure diagnosis service, the facility control service, and the high-reliability monitoring service via the interactions between above modules. The failure diagnosis service determines whether the sensors or facility devices are in failure or not, and informs the administrator of their conditions. The facility control service is activated in case if the facilities need to be managed during the diagnosis for failure or malfunction processes. The high-reliability monitoring service provides the administrator with verified data through the failure diagnosis service. Then we confirmed that the suggested system operates correctly through the system simulation.

IL-I $\alpha$$\bet

  • This research aims for suggesting the significance and approaching method of historical study in health law in light of its historical progress and fundamental understanding of jurisprudential method. Historical research method of health law primarily targets to investigate the changes of the law in historical circumstances. In a further practical view point, however, the purpose of the study is to understand the 'current' system of health law appropriately. In addition, historical study enables us to recognize the fact that many systems related to health law are connected and interactive. The study can even function as an important reference when designing future health law system. Therefore, health law researchers have to investigate ideological, philosophical, political, economic, or social reasons of why such rules were legislated beyond a mere confirmation of past forms of the health law system. In other words, it is not only important to understand the provisions of past health law but also to examine how the regulations have formed, how they established the regulatory power in reality. Identifying how the rule of law had been executed in the reality of law is also a crucial part of historical study.

  • In recent years, hoping the interaction of individuals and rather than software development process and tools, and customers want software that works first, rather than a comprehensive document, in cooperation with the customer, rather than the developer negotiate a contract, to each other stick to the plan I think even more so than the value that corresponds to the change. In view of this, software development is given the autonomy and motivation to project team rather than process-oriented and have a passion and vision and human relations oriented management approach is required. In recent years, increasing the productivity benefits of agile development processes, improved quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction as is demonstrated in the methodology selected to promote the project, attention was given to the experts. Contemporary demands with regard to the methodology chosen to meet your needs, in this paper in the organization, and to solve the problems of product-based Cross functional team proposed methodology Feature Team model, this model is an organizational Cross functional team and the team is not the outcome (product) basis, were examined for the model that points to progress the development across multiple product as a functional unit, value-plan through the driven agile technique-based model and proposed a difference. And the domain analysis, required extraction by conventional JAD (joint application development) meeting the targets for the object-oriented modeling, in modeling and organize, review, aware in advance and the UML Structure and Behavior Diagrams and proposed to proceed with the project.

  • In this paper, we suggested a mobile collaboration framework for supporting mobile services among mobile devices, and designed and implemented on this environment. The suggested framework has three elements; groups of sensors and mobile devices(Fixed and Moving-typed PDAs) and a home server. We designed interfaces for interactions with each other in collaboration environment with three elements described above. The information collected by sensors can be share and exchanged by mobile devices or a home server in accordance with Push and Pull methods. This framework is based on the distributed object group framework(DOGF) we implemented before. Therefore the DOGF provides functions of object group management, storing information and security services to our mobile collaboration framework via application interfaces defined. The information collected by sensors is arranged according to user's security 'demands. And user profile information is used for checking authority of each service object. Each component for executing functions of mobile devices and a home server is implemented by TMO scheme. And we used the TMOSM for interactions between distributed components. Finally, we showed via GUI the executablity of a given healthcare application scenario on our mobile collaboration framework.

  • As the computing environment moves to the wireless and handheld system, the power efficiency is getting more important. That is the case especially in the embedded hand-held system and the power consumed by the memory system takes the second largest portion in overall. To save energy consumed in the memory system we can utilize low power mode of SDRAM. In the case of RDRAM, nap mode consumes less than 5% of the power consumed in active or standby mode. However hardware controller itself can't use this facility efficiently unless the operating system cooperates. In this paper we focus on how to minimize the number of active units of SDRAM. The operating system allocates its physical pages so that only a few units of SDRAM need to be activated and the unnecessary SDRAM can be put into nap mode. This work can be considered as a generalized and system-wide version of PAVM(Power-Aware Virtual Memory) research. We take all the physical memory into account, especially buffer cache, which takes an half of total memory usage on average. Because of the portion of buffer cache and its importance, PAVM approach cannot be robust without taking the buffer cache into account. In this paper, we analyze the RAM usage and propose power-aware page allocation policy. Especially the pages mapped into the process' address space and the buffer cache pages are considered. The relationship and interactions of these two kinds of pages are analyzed and exploited for energy saving.

  • The purpose of this research was to confirm that prefrontal neurofeedback training has an impact on adolescents. The objective of this study was to prove its scientific effect through experimentation. The effect of the training was measured by the difference in neuro?frequencies before and after the training. For this research, an experimental group and a control group, each with 22 students in J High School located in the city of S participated in this study. From May to July 2019, the training was conducted three times a week and for 30 minutes per session. The neuro?frequency data collected were analyzed through the methods of F.F.T. The resulting changes from the neurofeedback training for each group were analyzed by T-Tests. The result of the study is as follows; Neurofeedback training has had a positive effect on adolescent attention and sleep. In conclusion, the environmental and educational factors also play an important role. As the interaction of the latter two factors yield an individual's unique brain structure and functionality, the impact of the neurofeedback training is important on adolescents. The derivation of the above results by utilizing scientific and objective methods reemphasizes the importance of this study.

  • For the past ten years, the goal of ubiquitous computing research has been the establishment of a new technology system with the aim 'Anytime, Anywhere, and Any form'. The needs for agent technology innovations such as ontology-based structure, ontology-based agent communication language, and multi-agents frameworks have been identified. This paper proposes a noble multi-agents architecture for ubiquitous systems. We suggest four major steps in the interaction between human and agents which enable ubiquitous agents to process by themselves to provide adaptive service to meet human's needs. First, we propose a semantic web technology to represent the association between information resources more explicitly Second, we construct a semantic ontology so that agents can recognize web contents.'Third, we propose a method to communicate between agents using OWL ontologies. Finally, we suggest a multi-agents structure based on the JADE of FIPA to analyze messages and get information. The semantic multi-agents framework proposed in this paper infers semantic situations using semantic web technology based on ontologies. A service provided is inferred differently according to user state because the multi-agents communicate by using OWL ontology language. Therefore, our system better infers context information than other without ontologies.

  • The world largest land reclamation project in the name of Saemangeum(Ariul) from 1991 to the present has been implementing in a part of the west coast of Korea. In the Saemangeum reclamation project, the large-scale project cost is used for the landfill reclamation. A number of landfill reclamation methods have been studied in order to reduce the large-scale cost of the Saemangeum project under construction. There are many studies related to the on-site real-time monitoring with mobile systems for operating a wide range of landfill. In order to apply the work method for efficient cost-savings in the landfill operations to the Samangeum project, this paper develops a mobile management system that is composed of a mobile interface module, a data server module for data transmission and storage, and an analysis server module to analyze the input data and derive the results. The mobile system is designed by analysing user's and system requirements, functional interactions, and data flow using unified modeling language(UML). The user interface is developed for the on-site real-time monitoring through the status and related attributes of land reclamation by using the digital maps of the Samangeum coverage via mobile devices. Finally, a mobile management system would be developed that can provide a 3D GIS service based on the Dry Internal Project Site Digging Reclamation Method(DIPSDRM).
