The Ministry of Public Safety and Security plans to expand fire safety education infrastructure to provide customized fire safety education, spread fire safety culture and develop a tailored fire safety education system as a part of the 2016 Citizens' Safety Improvement Policy. This study has also been designed to improve safety problems in the Republic of Korea. Even though safety education has been given, citizens aren't still able to experience a close-to-real situation. In addition, their understanding and satisfaction with the curriculum are very low. Therefore, this study offers VR fire-extinguishing experience education contents as an effective alternative. With a goal of having the participants experience fire extinguishing and evacuation drill in a virtual space, this program has the following advantages: i) safe fire-extinguishing experience; ii) UI to create fun ; iii) useful in fire-extinguishing education; iv) budget saving. we configure the VR fire experience system structure and hardware by applying UX design methodology. We also develop for VR-specific motion recognition plug-in and controller that can be feeling in HMD environment.

This study deals with the credibility of citizens when investing in uncertain project companies, as well as the Social Performance Compensation Project (SIB) and the IT sharing economy. This allows the convergence of the three sectors to address investment inequalities in economic effectiveness and social security. Activates the model of the overall Social Impact Bond (SIB) process that successfully activates the exchange of information. The empirical presentation of the operations and techniques for social IT service finance examines how the innovation ecosystem can be created with social performance and reward projects. The analysis shows that small sharing institutions or citizens can participate directly to create the ability to connect with private investors, identify the possibility of recognizing non-shared barriers to participation, and show the great impact of citizen trust in IT sharing projects in uncertain areas. As a result, for the sake of social sharing and IT cooperation promoted by the City of Seoul, before the project has the ability to design directly, it will be responsible for reliability and safety in the planning of the project. Therefore, non-shared citizens can also participate in the platform that has been effectively constructed and created.

인류의 역사는 재난과 함께한다. 특히 최근 10년간 전 세계적으로 발생한 다양한 자연적·사회적 재난은 그 정도와 속도가 점점 심해지고 빨라지고 있고, 이에 관한 구체적 대응 방안 마련이 필요하다. 최근 발생한 COVID-19 감염병 팬데믹을 겪으면서 우리는 메타재난에 대비하기 위한 새로운 인식이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 국가적 차원에서 재해경감활동관리체계를 갖추고 이를 운용할 전문인력을 양성해야 한다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 메타재난시대 패러다임 전환을 위한 BCMS 분야와 재난관리학의 역할과 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 향후 재난안전 관련 분야의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

정보시스템과 인터넷의 발전은 모든 정보 자산의 네트워킹이 가능해짐에 따라, IT 인프라를 중심축으로 한 정보사회 발전의 견인차 역할을 하였다. 최근에는 참여 공유 개방으로 대변되는 웹 2.0 기술과 함께 가히 폭발적인 스마트폰 시장환경이 맞물리면서 "모바일 웹 2.0" 시대로의 빠른 진화를 거듭하고 있다. 하지만 그에 따른 정보사회의 역기능도 만만치 않게 나타나고 있다. 우리는 이미 해킹 및 악성코드로 인한 정보 유출 피해를 비롯하여 서비스 거부 공격으로 인한 비즈니스 연속성 침해에 이르기까지 끊이지 않는 사이버 침해사고를 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 진화하고 있는 악성코드에 대한 최근 동향 분석을 통해 미래 정보 사회를 주도할 소설 네트워킹 환경에서의 보안위협이 어떻게 진화해 나가고 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 사이버범죄 및 사이버전쟁의 사례 분석을 통해 사이버 보안 문제에 대한 보다 적극적인 대응책 마련이 필요하다는 사회적 인지와 인식이 확립되고 보다 강력하고 안전한 대응 체계를 위한 우리의 노력이 끊임없이 연구되길 기대해 본다.

In this paper, the aims are to develop convenient and safe system-solutions, looking for missing-child, which is one of the increasing social problems, on the basis of World Wide Web. Finger-print cognition has been researching from long time before, as well as Bio-cognition technology, which is adapted for private-cognition in the field of human-cognition. By the fingerprint cognition, which discern finger print, which is generally used in Bio-cognition and is characterized each by using image-processing, missing-child protection system on the basis of Word Wide Web is designed and implemented in this paper. Additionally, indicates plans for revitalization method of this system.

2008년 현재 우리나라는 10%의 인구가 60세 이상인 이른바 고령사회에 접어들었다. 노인 인구의 증가로 인해 노인이 여가생활 또는 일반생활을 보조하기 위한 보행 보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 대부분 동력이 없는 보행보조기를 사용하고 있으며 이러한 기구는 경사로 공간 또는 힘이 약한 노인들에게 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이에 동력형 보행보조로봇에 관심이 증가하고 있다. 동력형 보행보조로봇 역시 경사로에 있어서 편리성과 안전성을 높이기 위한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 보행보조로봇이 경사로에 진입 하였을 경우 기울어진 경사로의 정도를 인식하여 모터를 제어 한다. TILT 센서를 이용하여 기울이짐 정도를 측정 하였고, 또한 로봇의 전류 실시간으로 체크하여 로봇의 안전성을 향상 하였다. 제어 시스템 구성은 사용자의 보행의지를 파악하기위해 FSR 센서를 부착하여 조향장치로 사용하였으며, 경사로를 인식하기 위해 Liquid 타입의 TILT 센서를 사용하였으며, 모션 제어를 위해 DSP를 사용하였다. 본 제어 시스템을 보조보행로봇에 적용하였을 때, 보행보조로봇이 오르막 경사로에 진입시 기존보다 힘을 적게 사용하여 경사로를 진행하였으며, 경사로에서 브레이크 작동속도가 향상 되었다. 또한 내리막 경사로에서는 모터의 힘을 적게 사용하고 중력의 힘을 사용하여 이를 통해 전류의 소비량을 개선 하였다.

In a situation where the necessity and importance of ESG management is increasing recently, it is judged that selecting important ESG-related variables for container terminals, which are the bases of export and import logistics, among various variables of ESG evaluation agencies will help to establish ESG management strategies for container terminals which led us to proceed with this study. The results of word network analysis are summarized as follows. The weighed degree, that is, the AWD of Environmental management(E) variables, is obtained in the order of Environmental Protection Investment(54), Environmental Awareness Education(45), Work Team Structure(31), Environmental certification(32). Page Ranks, the order of centrality and connectivity index is Environmental Awareness Education(0.0765), Employee Engagement(0.0765), Environmental Protection Investment(0.0761), Work Team Composition(0.0761), and Environmental certification(0.0761). The AWD(Average Weighed Degree) of the Social Responsibility Management(S) variables, followed by Protecting workers' human rights and contributing to local communities(68), Safety Education(63), Safety certification(59), and Responding to infectious diseases(40). Orders by Page Ranks, centrality and connectivity Index, are Protecting workers' human rights and contributing to local communities(0.165), Safety Education(0.153), Safety Certification(0.144) and Responding to infectious diseases(0.102). The AWD of Governance and Ethical management(G) variables, followed by Anti-corruption(27), Transparent management(24), Mutual cooperation between stakeholders(19), and Sustainability reporting(9). This study intends to raise the fire safety awareness level which the teachers have in infant schools. The results of the study are as follows. The early childhood teachers consider the fire safety awareness level of our society low, though their fire safety awareness level be above the average. The education program for the fire safety is mapped out and the teachers prefer an observation class and a field trip for the program in almost infant schools. The early childhood teachers have difficulty acquiring the knowledge for the field experience and work and getting teaching aids for the fire safety. Therefore the early childhood teachers extremely much desire teaching aids for infants to be developed and diffused.

Since disaster-safety accidents cause serious damage to human life and property, preparations and responses have been critically challenged by the country and industry. Recently, the government and industry have recognized its importance and are seeking solutions to the causes of disasters in various ways. If virtual reality technology is actively used, it will be easier to prepare and train for disasters, as the social costs will be reduced. However, academic research on this has not been actively studied. In particular, it seems difficult to seek data that comprehensively analyzes or organizes disaster-safety with virtual reality contents. In this paper, we analyze the current status of domestic and overseas focused on virtual reality disaster/safety contents, examine its characteristics, and point out the direction required for advanced service in the future. To this end, the implications of the numerical data of the accident type have been derived, and the direction of development of public institutions, academic research, and industry have also been investigated. Finally, technical considerations are presented as well.

Analyzing the frequency and correlation of the news keywords in the modern society that are becoming complicated according to the time flow is a very important research to discuss the response and solution to issues. This paper analyzed the relationship between the flow of social keyword and major issues through the analysis of news big data for 10 years (2009~2018). In this study, political issues, education and social culture, gender conflicts and social problems were presented as major issues. And, to study the change and flow of issues, it analyzed the change of the issue by dividing it into five years. Through this, the changes and countermeasures of social issues were studied. As a result, the keywords (economy, police) that are closely related to the people's life were analyzed as keywords that are very important in our society regardless of the flow of time. In addition, keyword such as 'safety' have decreased in increasing rate compared to frequency in recent years. Through this, it can be inferred that it is necessary to improve the awareness of safety in our society.
