현대 사회의 경제 및 사회 활동에는 필연적으로 컴퓨터, 통신과의 정보 통합이 요구되며 전송정보의 표준화를 근간으로 하는 CALS의 도입이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 CALS 체제의 외국 동향 분석과 CALS에서의 정보보호 위협 그리고 보안 요소들과 CALS 구현 사례 연구를 통하여 안전한 EDI 시스템을 근간으로 하는 CALS 정보보호 통합체제의 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 이러한 작업은 국내 산업에서 도입이 되고 있는 CALS 체제의 정보보호 연구에 도움이 될 것이며 CALS 통합 체제 정보보호 모델 개발에 기반이 될 것이다.

It is required that public schools in information society should act as a balancer between the equal educational opportunity and development of the personal capacity. However, public schools have faced a situation to be blamed and praised by social parties concerned from the point of view of educational excellence. The aim of this study is to suggest some conceptual ideas for sharing & delivery system of educational information, which is based on the paradigm of web 2.0 characterized as participation, sharing, and openness. To do it, we analyzed the recent technological trends and took a group discussion with leading teachers in educational information.

This study examines the moderating effect of sociodemographic factors on the relationship between motivation and outcomes of digital device use. The data from 'the 2020 Survey on the Digital Divide' conducted by National Information Society Agency was used for empirical analysis. Significant interaction effects were observed between sociodemographic characteristics and motivation. The results also show that motivation was a primary predictor of the differences in outcomes of digital device use, the third-level digital divide. These findings have implications for closing the third-level digital divide.

현장조사학습은 학습자로 하여금 생생한 현실에 직면하게 함으로써 보고 듣고 느끼는 구체적인 학습을 통하여 생활경험과 시야를 넓히고 사회사상 간의 관계를 보다 잘 이해할 수 있게 하며 사회과 교수, 학습과정에서의 문제해결을 위해 교실을 벗어나 고장을 중심한 우리도의 현지학습을 위주로 하는 것을 말한다. 그러나 21세기 정보화시대를 맞아하여 우리는 수많은 정보를 일일이 다 경험하기에는 한계가 있으며 현실적으로도 매우 어려운 실정이다. 또한 초등학교 사회과 편성의 주요방향인 정보화능력을 바탕으로 학습자가 정보화 사회에 나아가 다양한 정보를 취득하고 활용하여 현대사회의 문제를 창의적이며 합리적으로 해결하는 능력을 길러야 한다. 이러한 능력을 기를 수 있는 기틀을 마련해 주기위해 학습자가 원하는 시간과 장소에서 자기 학습력과 속도에 맞춰 자기 주도적인 학습을 할 수 있도록 학습자에게 다양한 미디어를 결합시킴 형태의 WBI를 설계하고 구현하여 학습효과를 극대화 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 사회과 4학년 1학기 보조교과서 "우리 경상남도의 생활"을 재구성하여 서부경남의 7개 시 군의 교통, 관광, 인구, 특산물, 문화재, 등에 대하여 정보를 탐색, 분석, 활용할 수 있는 능력을 길러주고자 한다.

영국, 일본은 전후복구를 위해서, 미국, 호주 뉴질랜드는 경제부흥에 힘입어 1960년대부터 사회기반 인프라의 건설을 계속 확대해 왔다. 1990년대 들어와서는 인프라의 노후화가 가중되면서 인프라의 기능을 보존하기 위한 비용이 급격히 상승하고 있다. 이들 나라는 최소의 유지관리 비용으로 사회기반인프라의 보존이나 교체시기 연장을 위한 방안으로, 1990년대 중반부터 자산관리 체계를 개발하고 있다. 한국도 경제 부흥을 위해 1980년대부터 사회기반 인프라를 집중적으로 건설하였다. 그 결과, 2010년대 후반부터 유지관리 수요가 급속히 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 하지만 자산관리 선진국에 비해 우리나라는 초보적인 수준에 머물러 있다. 그래서 본 연구는 미국, 영국 뉴질랜드에서 제시한 자산관리시스템의 모듈기능과 구성을 비교분석하여 한국 실정에 적합한 사회기반인프라의 사전 예방적 유지관리를 위한 자산관리시스템 프레임워크를 제시하였다.

각 나라의 경쟁력은 기존의 자원이나 자본이 아닌 뛰어난 인재들의 두뇌에서 나올것이라는 앨빈 토플러의 말이 이미 현실이 되어 우수한 두뇌를 갖기 위한 치열한 전쟁의 시대가 전개되고 있다. 이에 우리나라가 21세기 첨단지식기반의 정보화 세계화 사회에서 국가 경쟁력을 확보하려면, 고급 인적자원을 조기에 발굴하여 체계적으로 교육하는 프로그램이 필요하다. 따라서 고도의 지식정보 사회에 적응하고 국가간 경쟁력에서 앞서나가려면 정보과학영역에서의 영재교육의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에 국가적인 차원에서 고도의 정보사회에 부응할 수 있게 17개 대학부설 과학영재교육원 및 여러 영재교육기관에서 정보과학 영재를 선발하여 교육하고 있다. 그런 의미에서 본 논문에서는 제주지역 대학부설 과학영재교육원과 다른 영재교육기관에서의 정보 영재 선발에 관련된 제반 사항 및 교육과정과 교육내용에 대하여 연구하여 보았다.

정보화 사회를 거쳐 유비쿼터스 환경으로 나아가고 있는 정보기술은 이제 우리의 생활 곳곳에서 그 대체를 생각할 수 없을 정도로 중추적인 역할을 하고 있으나 역설적으로 그에 따른 역기능이 큰 사회문제로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 현재의 정보기술에 바탕을 둔 정보윤리교육은 최근의 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 필요성뿐 만 아니라 미래의 건전한 유비쿼터스 세상의 구현을 위해서도 그 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보기술의 건전화와 올바른 이용 문화의 확산을 위해, 역기능 중심의 윤리적인 관점보다는 정보기술의 순기능을 중심으로 하여 역기능에 대해 분석 및 고찰하고, 순기능의 강화방안과 그에 따른 정보기술과 문화에 대해 다루는 새로운 접근 방법으로 문제기반학습을 적용한 정보윤리 교과과정을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 화면들을 이동할 때 이용하는 경로인 메뉴 네비게이션을 설계하기 위하여 사회연결망분석 방법론을 이용하여 정보시스템의 웹 화면메뉴에 적용해 보았다. 사회연결망분석의 대표적인 지수인 연결중심성과 매개중심성 값을 이용하여 효과적으로 다른 웹 화면메뉴들로 이동이 가능하도록 하였으며, 그룹간의 영향력 높은 화면들을 도출하여 이의 활용에 대해 고찰하였다. 웹 화면의 정보이동을 효율적으로 가능하게 하는 메뉴 네비게이션 설계에 대한 연구를 통해 정보시스템을 전략적으로 활용 가능하게 함으로써 정보시스템의 효율을 증대 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Telecommunication services are important means of information exchanges in information society, and information of them connotes the enabling of information exchanges through telecommunication services in all parts of the society. This study, on top of a theoretical foundation of the informatization of telecommunication services, examines and analyzes historical and actual conditions of the services, and tries to make some policy recommendations based on the analysis.

The purpose of this study is to present improvement measures for youth activity policies that can change the youth activity programs, equipment and facility operation and leaders in order to cultivate youth capacities suitable for the intelligent information society. For this purpose, we conducted a literature study on the direction of youth activity policy changes with the forecasted social changes in the intelligence information society and an online survey and expert opinion surveys to identify how youth activity facilities are currently coping with the changes and to explore measures to improve youth activity policies. The research identified 17 policy tasks - 9 tasks for the program area, including 1) increase of intelligent information technology related programs, 2) increase of contents related to career resilience in career experience and training programs, and 3) systematic introduction and diffusion of STEAM and Maker education programs; 5 tasks for the equipment and facility operation area, including 1) strengthening cooperation network with external organizations related to the intelligent information technologies, 2) expansion of AR and VR technology application in activity program development, improvement and operation, and 3) big data building in the field of youth activities; and 3 tasks for the leaders area, including 1) extension of information provision on the intelligent information society to the leaders of the activity facilities, and 2) development of job models related to the intelligent information society and job training.
