최근 해킹 및 개인정보 유출로 인한 관공서 개인정보 취급에 대한 사회적 불신감 팽배, 신뢰도 저하 문제가 발생하고 있다. 개인정보보호법, 정보통신망법의 강화에도 불구하고, 업무에 활용된 명부 등이 저장된 위치를 기억하지 못하여 그대로 방치되고 있으며, 자료공유시스템 등 웹사이트를 통해 열람(접근)된 개인정보파일이 개인 PC내 임시파일로 PC의 하드디스크에 저장되어 있다. 개인정보보호법은 2011년 3월 29일 공포되었고, 9월 30일부터 전면 실시되었다. 본 논문에서는 PC의 개인정보를 검색하고 검색된 파일을 암호화, 파일숨김을 하여 파일을 안전하게 보관하게 하며, 사용기간이 지난 파일의 경우 완전삭제를 하여 PC에서 개인정보보호법에 대응 방안을 제시한다.

문화관광부는 최근 "출판및인쇄진흥법" 시행령 및 시행규칙 제정(안)을 입법예고 했다. 21세기 지식정보사회에서 출판 및 인쇄산업을 지식산업의 중심기반으로 육성.지원하기 위해 제정된 "출판및인쇄진흥법"이 2002년 8월 26일 공포된 후 이번에 시행령이 제정됨으로써 오는2월 27일부터 동법이 시행되게 되었다. 다음은 출판 및 인쇄진흥법 시행령 및 시행규칙을 요약한 내용이다.

근간에 보도되고 있는 집단 성폭행에 관한 기사제목들을 살펴보면 '고교생 5명 이틀연속 여중생 집단성폭행', '부산초등학생 3명의 집단 성폭행 사건'등이 연일 신문과 방송으로 또한 인터넷으로 유포되고 있다. 아직도 남성우월주의가 사회 곳곳에 만연해 있지만, 문제는 이러한 일이 청소년들 사이에서 일어났으며, 보통 이야기하는 불량한 그룹에 속해 있는 청소년들만이 아닌, 공부 잘 하고 학급 반장까지도 했던 아이들이 함께 했다는 사실에 더욱 커다란 충격을 주고 있다. 자신들이 저지른 행위를 동영상으로 찍고, 공개한다고 협박하여 피해자들을 공포와 두려움에 떨도록 만들었다. 이러한 사건을 두고 교사들은 분노하기 이전에 답답한 심정이 된다. 그래서 어떻게 교육을 해야 할지, 가해자와 피해자가 되지 않으려면 어떤 교육이 필요한지를 생각해 보고자 한다.

한국주택협회는 경제$\cdot$사회의 여건변화에 부응하여 토지의 이용규제로 인한 국민의 불편을 최소화하고, 토기개발 수용에 따라 토지공급이 신속$\cdot$원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 경지지역과 산림보전지역 등에서의 각종 행위제한을 완화하고, 개발촉진지역 세분용도지구의 종류를 대폭 축소함과 아울러 지방자치단체에 대한 권한 위임폭을 확대하기 위하여 국토이용관리법시행령을 개정 추진중에 있음. 동 시행령(안)은 3월 20일 경제장관회의 심의 후 국무회의심의를 거쳐 4월중 개정$\cdot$공포될 계획임.

국회는 1973년 12월 31일 정부가 제출한 "국가기술자격법안"을 통과시키고, 정부는 즉시 이를 공포하여 우리나라 기술자격제도에 새 기원을 마련하였다. 이 법은 제안설명에서 언급된 것처럼, 첫째로 지금까지 각 부처마다 산발적으로 실시하여온 각종 기술 및 기능검정을 통일하여 중복과 혼란을 피하고, 둘째로 기술자격 취득자의 사회적 지위향상을 도모하고, 셋째로 공업기술교육의 개선을 제도적으로 유도하여 교육의 실효를 거두게 함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이 법이 탄생되 기까지의 배경을 간략하게 살펴 그 실의를 검토하기로 한다. 검토하기로 한다.

문화융성은 문화의 여러 층위와 지향들이 상호작용을 함으로써 개인을 비롯한 사회 각 주체들의 창의와 지성의 정신 활동을 생산성 있게 지속시키는 데로 나아가는 것, 그리하여 이들 활동들을 역동적으로 융합(networking)하고 선순환 함으로써 우리의 정신과 의식이 산출해 내는 것들의 가치가 높아지고, 이 시대를 살아가는 우리들의 정신적 삶이 더욱 높은 수준으로 고양되는 상태를 말한다. 본 논문은 2014년 문화체육관광부가 제정, 공포한 <지역문화진흥법>에 담긴 문화융성을 담론분석 하였다.

이 글은 물질의 본질로 규정한 아리스토텔레스의 색채론과 디지털이미지의 비물질적 특성으로서의 검정을 전제로, <신과 함께>의 서사를 주도하는 인물과 이미지를 구성하는 공간에 채워진 검정의 의미를 분석한다. 할리우드영화에서 검정은 악의 근원이며 공포이다. 검정에 관한 예외적이고 특별한 특성을 성찰하는 철학, 회화, 문학에서의 비유와 달리, 대중영화에서 검정은 가장 보편적인 의미를 표현한다. 삶과 죽음의 경계를 오가는 <신과 함께>에서 검정은 저승의 공간과 차사라는 인물을 구성한다. 한국영화에서 검정은 상상의 공간을 상징화하는 유용한 색이다. 이 글은 한국영화 <신과 함께>에 사용된 검정을 통해 동서양 색채문화의 차이를 살펴보고, 사회문화적 맥락에 따라 상호작용하는 의미를 분석한다.

지난 8월 15일 광화문집회로 촉발된 코로나19 재확산세가 무서운 기세로 전국을 뒤덮었다. 서울과 경기일부의 수도권은 사회적 거리두기 2.5단계로 격상하면서 사실상 3단계에 돌입했다. 전국을 뒤덮은 코로나19 재확산의 공포로 북적이던 거리는 텅 비었고 코로나19 상황 속에서도 일상을 찾아가고 있던 시민들은 다시 집으로 숨었다. 코로나19 상황속에서 가장 화두가 되고 있는 것은 '언택트'와 '면역력'. 누구나, 어디서든, 피해갈 수 없는 코로나19시대에는 스스로가 가진 면역력이 최강의 무기가 되기 때문이다. 이제 면역력을 강화하는 식품이 주목받는 시대가 됐다. 그리고 면역력과 건강식품으로 알려진 오리고기가 떠오르고 있다. 코로나시대, 우리가 주목해야 할 오리고기의 면역력과 건강 기능성에 대해 자세히 알아본다.

This study conducted a literature review to provide a deeper understanding of childhood loss experiences and the complex grief that follows. When children experience the shock of losing a parent, they often experience sleep disturbances, antisocial behavior, guilt, post-traumatic stress, depression, and fear. When children between the ages of 5 and 9 experience a loss, they may become confused, fearful, and anxious. They may also become aggressive or have difficulty concentrating when experiencing a loss. And when children between the ages of 9 and 12 experience loss, they may experience feelings of sadness, depression, and fear. Children may experience behavioral or academic decline due to the experience of loss. The severe trauma that occurs in complex grief is caused by persistently dominating painful emotions and preventing adaptation to reality. It also causes fear and escape from reality due to painful emotions. Complicated grief disrupts the normal grief process which involves accepting sadness, longing, shock and pain while moving forward with a new life.

This paper examines a social and cultural history of horror films through the keyword "technology", focusing on The Spark of Fear: Technology, Society and the Horror Film (2015) written by Brian N. Duchaney. Science fiction film is closely connected with technology in film genres. On the other hand, horror films have been explained in terms of nature/supernatural. In this regard, The Spark of Fear, which accounts for horror film history as (re)actions to the development of technology, is remarkable. Early horror films which were produced under the influence of gothic novels reflected the fear of technology that had been caused by industrial capitalism. For example, in the film Frankenstein (1931), an angry crowd of people lynch the "monster", the creature of technology. This is the action which is aroused by the fear of technology. Furthermore, this mob behavior is suggestive of an uprising of people who have been alienated by industrial capitalism during the Great Depression. In science fiction horror films, which appeared in the post-war boom, the "other" that manifests as aliens is the entity that destroys the value of prosperity during post-war America. While this prosperity is closely related to the life of the middle class in accordance with the suburbanization, the people live conformist lives under the mantle of technologies such as the TV, refrigerator, etc. In the age of the Vietnam War, horror films demonize children, the counter-culture generation against a backdrop of the house that is the place of isolation and confinement. In this place, horror arises from the absolute absence of technology. While media such as videos, internet, and smartphones have reinforced interconnectedness with the outside world since the 1980s, it became another outside influence that we cannot control. "Found-footage" and "torture porn" which were rife in post-9/11 horror films show that the technologies of voyeurism/surveillance and exposure/exhibitionism are near to saturation. In this way, The Spark of Fear provides an opportune insight into the present day in which the expectation and fear of the progress of technology are increasingly becoming inseparable from our daily lives.
