Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between teacher's emotional intelligence, consciousness of professionalism, and strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Methods: The subjects in this study were 237 childcare center teachers in Seoul and Gyoungi Province in South Korea. Three different inventories were utilized. As for data analysis, the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and Multiple Regressions were conducted through SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The findings of the study were discussed as follows. First, emotional intelligence of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Second, consciousness of professionalism of teacher had the relationship with strategies of problem behavior guidance of early childhood. Conclusion/Implications: First, The findings showed that as teachers had the high level of ability in recognizing and expressing their emotion preciously, so the elements triggering the situation of problem were identified and captured, and the ability of use of preventive strategies in advance increased. This study aimed at specifically validating the mediating effect of the elderly's leisure participation with regards to the impact of socio-economic factors on the elderly's satisfaction with life. This paper analyzed the data of 7,486 people who participated in the 4th research of the 2012 Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing (KLoSa) by Korea Labor Institute. The outcome is as follows. First, among socio-economic factors, educational background, total household income and net asset were found to have positive impact on the elderly's satisfaction with life. When the level of the three factors was higher, the satisfaction with life was also greater. Second, the three socio-economic factors (educational background, total household income and net asset) affected the elderly's satisfaction with life through mediating effect of leisure participation. Those with higher educational background, total household income and net asset showed more leisure participation, leading to greater satisfaction with life.

본문은 보건사업이용문제를 취급한 국내외의 문헌을 조사하여 사회인구학적. 경제적, 사회문화적(사회심리학적, 조직적 그리고 사회제도적）인 입장에서 보건사업이용문제를 어떻게 설명하는가를 보고저 했다. 사회인구학적 측면에서 볼 때 연령, 성별, 교육수준, 결혼관계, 직업별, 종교, 거주지, 가족의 크기 가족구성등의 요인들이 일면외 연구중에서 정도를 달리하며 보건사업이용에 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀지고 있다. 경제적 입장에서는 가구수입, 의료비, 의료보험비와 경제적지위에 관한 다른 여러가지 요인들이 직접적으로 보건사업활용행위에 영향을 주고 있으며 사회문화적 입장에서 생각할 때 보건사업이용행위는 사회계급과 문화적 가치, 인종적차이와 의료적 태도의 상이에 따라 크게 좌우되고 있음을 보여주고 사회심리학적으로서는 보건에 관한, 태도, 믿음 및 지식과 지병으로부터 오는 정신적 압박감과 환자와 의사간의 상호작용등의 요인들이 보건사업이용과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지느냐에 그의 초점을 두는 바 이러한 주요인들이 다소나마 보건사업이용행위에 영향을 가하고 있음을 관계문헌은 말해주고 있다. 조직적 견해로서는 보건사업구조의 어떠한 조직적 변화는 보건사업이용행위에 영향을 준다는 것을 전제하고 있으며 사회제도적 입장에서는 한 개인은 여러 요소들이 상호관계되어 있는 한 제도의 일부요소로 보고한 개인의 보건사업이용행위가 다른 관계된 요소들에 비해서 어떻게 영향을 받고 있는가를 밝히려 하고 있다. 끝으로 보건사업이용에 관한 조사연구자들은 이상에서 말한 여러가지 견해의 접근방법중 단순히 한가지 접근방법만을 접하지 않고 있으며 앞으로도 더욱 종합적인 접근방법에 의해서 보건사업이용에 관한 연구가 이루워 질 때 보다 의미 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

This research aims to examine whether depression has mediating effects in the effects of socioeconomic deprivation, especially of lower variables of socioeconomic deprivation on life satisfaction of the elderly. For this purpose, the 12th year(2017) data of the Korea Welfare Panel Study were used. The mediated effect analysis method of Baron and Kenny(1986) were used, and mediating effect of depression was validated through Sobel Test. The results of this research are as follows. Firstly, the lower variables of socioeconomic deprivation of the elderly -deprivation of housing, deprivation of dietary life, social deprivation, deprivation of employment, and deprivation of healthcare- had partial mediating effects of depression in life satisfaction. It was verified that as the elderly experienced deprivation of housing, deprivation of dietary life, social deprivation, deprivation of employment and deprivation of healthcare, depression increased and life satisfaction was lowered. Therefore, it was suggested that to enhance the living satisfactions of the elderly, policies and services reflecting the personal characteristics of socioeconomic deprivation and depression must be made, and that criteria to identify the multidimensional poverty and deprivation experienced in everyday life must be prepared in addition to poverty focusing on income.

최근 에어비앤비나 우버와 같은 협력적 소비 기반의 비즈니스모델을 가진 공유경제가 성장하고 있다. 본 논문은 공유경제에 대한 개념을 정의하고, 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 논문은 경제적, 기능적, 경험적, 사회적 가치를 포함한 4가지 지각된 가치와 주관적 규범, 이미지, 사회적 임계점을 구성하는 3가지 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 신뢰와 사회적 규범, 네트워크와 사회구조를 포함한 사회적자본의 조절효과에 관심을 두고 있다. 가설을 검증하고자 온라인과 오프라인에서 설문조사를 실시하였고, 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 변수별로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 사회적자본의 조절효과를 알아보기 위하여 위계적인 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 지각된 가치 중 경제적, 경험적 가치는 공유경제 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적인 회귀분석의 결과에서 사회적자본은 지각된 가치와 사회적 영향의 공유경제 이용의도 관계에 있어 조절적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지각된 가치를 통합적 분석, 기존 공유경제 연구에서 자주 다뤄지지 않았던 사회적 영향과 사회적자본의 요인을 다룬 점에 의미가 있지만, 설문조사 결과의 한계가 있었기에 향후 새로운 연구 방향성을 제시할 수 있다.

본 논문은 통계적 기법을 사용하여 이주시 아파트를 주택유형으로 선택하는 입주자의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 아파트를 선택하는 주민의 인구사회적, 경제적 특성을 분석하는 한편 주거상태와 향후 희망하는 주거상태가 아파트 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가를 로짓모형을 통해 밝히는데 목적을 두고 있다. 부산시의 주민 2000가구의 설문조사결과를 통해 향후 아파트로 이주하고자 희망하는 주민의 특성 및 현 주거와 향후 주거선호와 관련된 사항을 분석한다. 연구결과 가구의 아파트를 선택하는데 있어서 그 가구의 현주거상태와 희망하는 주거수준, 그리고 가구의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성이 작용하는데 현주택상황과 관련하여서는 현 주택규모가 클수록 아파트를 선택하는 경향이 있으며, 희망하는 주거수준과 관련해서는 희망하는 주택의 방수가 적을수록 아파트를 선택하는 것으로 분석되었다. 가구의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성 중에서는 배우자의 학력이 높을수록 아파트를 선택하는 경향이 높게 나타났으며, 이 변수는 어떠한 독립변수보다 아파트 선택에 강하게 작용하는 경향이 높게 나타났으며, 이 변수는 어떠한 독립변수보다 아파트 선택에 강하게 작용한다. 이밖에 가구의 월평균소득과 월평균 저축도 아파트를 선택하는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

소셜벤처는 하나의 조직 안에 경제적, 사회적 가치라는 두 가지 미션을 동시에 추구해야하며 이를 하이브리드 조직이라 한다. 소셜벤처의 사회적 가치는 기상정한 사회적 대상이 그 수혜자이고, 경제적 가치는 소셜벤처의 투자자가 수혜 대상이 된다. 두 가지 가치를 실현하기 위한 기업 활동의 중첩 정도는 소셜벤처 기업 조직마다 다르게 나타난다. 소셜벤처에서 사회적 가치를 추구하기 위한 활동에서 경제적 가치도 함께 창출된다면 비교적 적은 노력으로 두 가치를 달성할 수 있을 것이고, 두 가지 가치를 위한 활동을 각각 전개해야하는 비즈니스 모델이라면 사회적 가치를 위한 기업 활동 중의 일부 또는 전부가 기업의 경제적 가치를 창출해내지 못하는 활동이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 두 가치의 중첩에 따른 비즈니스모델의 세 가지 유형에 대한 선행 연구를 재고하고, 유형별 선호도를 독립변수로 지정, 각 유형별 투자 의도를 알아보고자한다. 특히 소셜벤처에 대한 긍정적 정서가 투자의도에 매개효과로써 영향이 있을 것이라는 가설 아래, 소셜벤처의 투자 생태계에서 긍정적 정서에 대한 중요성을 밝히고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of parents' socioeconomic status, communication between parents and adolescents, and adolescents self-esteem on adolescents emotional autonomy and behavioral autonomy. The data were collected from 367 middle and high school students. The significant results were as follows. First, emotional autonomy was influenced by dysfunctional communication between the father and adolescent and open communication between the mother and adolescent after controlling for the socioeconomic status of the parents in step 2. Second, behavioral autonomy was affected by the socioeconomic status of the parents in step 1, and dysfunctional communication between the mother and adolescent and self-esteem were the meaningful predictors of behavioral autonomy after controlling for the socioeconomic status of the parents in step 2. Finally, the meanings and limitations of this research and implications for counseling strategies were discussed.

This paper attempts to understand the factors that affect the social and economic performance of social venture and thereby obtain practical and useful implications. We analyze how such factors as social entrepreneurship, management competency, and organizational culture affect economic and social performance of 185 social venture in korea. In addition, we examine how government support may moderate the relationship of each variable. We find that innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking and social value orientation positively affect economic performance, whereas innovativeness, proactiveness and social value orientation can enhance social performance. We also learn that social entrepreneur's competency can have a direct effect on the enterprise's profitability, while organizational culture seems to affect performance of the companies only slightly. Government support is shown moderate effect of social entrepreneurship, competency, and organizational culture on the company's performance. Interestingly, our findings indicate that raising competency of social enterprise can be more effective than government support for enhancing performance of companies. Lastly, social venture's economic performance is shown to affect its social performance.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze factors which influence social and economic performance of social enterprises, and to examine the correlation of factors affecting social and economic performance. This study was conducted following the hypothesis that the organizational characteristics(organizational type, certification type, certification year, social service supply type, and external grants) of social enterprises affect social and economic performance, and that significant correlation exists between social and economic performance. This study collected the disclosure materials of 219 social enterprises certified between 2007- 2014 from the directory of the Korean Social Enterprise Promotion Agency. The study results are as follows: First, organizational characteristics affect social performance(i.e. jobs for the vulnerable classes). In addition, certification year and external grants had a positive effect on social performance. Second, the organizational characteristics affect the economic performance(i.e. sales), and certification year and external grants had a positive effect on economic performance. However, organizational type had a negative effect on the economic performance(i.e. sales). Third, analysis found a positive correlation of factors affecting social and economic performance. This study suggests the need to diversify support policies according to the number of authentication years in order to promote self-reliance and sustainability by maximizing the social and economic performance of social enterprises.
