Ship officers are subject to excessive job stress, which has negative physical and psychological impacts and may adversely affect the smooth supply and demand of human resources. In this study, a mobile web application was developed as a tool for systematic job stress measurement and management of officers and verified through quality evaluation. Requirement analysis was performed by ship officers and staff in charge of human resources of shipping companies, and the results were reflected in the application configuration step. The application was designed according to the waterfall model, which is a traditional software development method, and functions were implemented using JSP and Spring Framework. Performance evaluation on the user interface, confirmed that proper input and output results were implemented, and the respondent results and the database were configured in the administrator interface. The results of evaluation questionnaires for quality evaluation of the interface based on ISO/IEC 9126-2 metric were significant 4.60 for the user interface and 4.65 for the administrator interface in a 5-point scale. In the future, it is necessary to conduct follow-up research on the development of data analysis system through utilization of the collected big-data sets.

새로운 선진품질평가제도는 계속하여 나오고 있고 기업들은 이를 조직의 유익에 활용하기 위하여 지속적으로 도입하고 있다. 이렇게 도입된 새로운 기법이나 제도는 당연히 사용자(경영자)들의 경제적 목표 달성에 유효한 수단이 되어야 함은 당연한 일이라고 말할 수 있다. 그러나 자칫 이러한 과정이 종업원의 직무만족에 유익하지 않거나 저하시키는 결과가 된다면 이는 바람직하지 못한 결과가 될 것이다. 이에 따라 선진품질평가제도를 알아보고, 이를 종업원 직무만족 측면에서 정리하여 보고자 한다.

외식업의 성장률이 국내총생산(GDP)을 크게 웃도는 고성장을 지속하면서 업체 간 경쟁이 점차 치열해 지고 있다. 기존 연구자들에 의하면 경쟁에 우위를 점하기 위한 고객 마케팅 전략으로 외부고객에 앞서 내부고객의 만족을 우선하여야 한다는 주장이 계속되고 있으며, 이에 인적자원관리에 관련한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 외식업 근로자들이 인지하는 심리적 계약위반의 지각이 이직의도 및 고객지향성에 미치는 효과에 대하여 규명하고자 하였으며, 또한 직무만족 및 조직몰입이 가지는 매개효과를 함께 검증하고자 하였다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 외식업 사용자와 관리자에게 근로자의 이직의도를 완화하고 고객지향성을 높일 수 있는 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

This study was conducted to arrange the basic data for the ways to operate the effective nursing programs and reduce job stress by grasping the awareness, satisfaction and job stress of the nurses due to the introduction of EMR(EMR : Electronic Medical Record) system and clarifying the relationship among them. Methods: Of the hospitals which introduced EMR, the study was conducted for 356 nurses who used EMR in a university hospital in D city and the data was collected from June 1 to June 30. The collected data was analyzed with real number, percentage, T-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: The results of the study above, it could be certified that the higher the satisfaction and awareness of the users of EMR were, the more the job stress of them decreased. Therefore, the qualitative nursing should be provided to the patients by reducing job stress with the improvement of the awareness and satisfaction of the nurses of EMR, and shortening the time in keeping the records of patients, in order to enhance the satisfaction of EMR, there should be a proper management, such as a regular EMR education, and there must be the ways to reduce the job stress of the nurses and strengthen the satisfaction of EMR.

This is a convergence study to provide an effective way of managing nurses' job stress by improving nurse satisfaction through an integrated identification of the effect satisfaction level on job stress for nurses using an electronic medical record(EMR) system. The data were collected from August 1 to September 1, 2014. The participants were 377 nurses from C university hospital of G metropolitan city were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The result shows that job stress decreases as nurses' satisfaction level of using the EMR system increases. Thus, a practical job stress mediation program should be developed to continuously enhance nurses' satisfaction with the EMR system, which is expected to shorten the nursing record writing time and improve the quality of nursing service for patients. Furthermore, to improve the satisfaction with the EMR, appropriate management, such as continuous nursing education on the EMR system, will be needed.

소프트웨어 기반의 시스템 설계과정에서 설계자가 고려해야 하는 요소들이 다양해지면서 시스템 설계가 점점 어려워지고 있다. 다양한 설계 요소들이 존재하지만 사용자의 특성 및 직무, 사용가능한 정보기술의 특성 등이 핵심적인 요소로 간주된다. 또한 정보기술이 발달하면서 인간과 시스템의 상호작용이 점점 인지적인 특징을 지니게 되었다. 따라서 사용성 높고, 효율적이면서 안전한 소프트웨어 기반의 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 시스템 설계자가 사용자의 인지적인 요구사항 및 그들의 직무를 시스템 설계과정에서 체계적으로 다룰 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 소프트웨어 공학, 시스템 공학 및 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용 등에서의 전통적인 시스템 설계 방법은 이러한 설계자의 설계활동을 효과적으로 지원하는데 한계가 있었다. 그 대안으로 인지시스템공학(cognitive systems engineering; CSE)은 인간중심의 설계철학을 바탕으로 소프트웨어 기반의 복잡한 시스템 설계과정에서 설계자의 활동을 체계적으로 도와줄 수 있는 유용한 개념과 방법을 제공해주고 있다. CSE는 원래 사람이 실시간으로 감시 및 제어해야 하는 복잡한 사회기술적 시스템(예: 원자력발전소 및 공항관제소)의 분석, 설계 및 평가를 위해 태동한 학문이다. 그러나 CSE에서 제공하는 이론적 및 방법론적 프레임워크는 소프트웨어 기반의 시스템을 설계하는 데에도 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 충분한 가능성을 갖고 있다. 이 논문은 CSE의 근간을 이루는 핵심 개념 및 원칙을 고찰하고 소프트웨어 기반 시스템 설계에의 활용가능성 및 그 방안을 논의한다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내의 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도를 증가시키는 요소와 실제 시스템의 사용 만족도를 증가시키는 요소를 발견하여 이러한 요소들 사이의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기초적인 문헌조사와 심층 면접의 예비 조사를 통해 설문지를 구성하고 기업의사결정자를 대상으로 설문지를 통한 본 조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 세가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 고객, 제품 경쟁자 등의 의사결정환경의 역동성으로 대표되는 환경요인, 조직규모, 최고경영자의 지원, 인센티브 도입정도 등으로 대표되는 조직요인, 마케팅부서의 독립성, 장기적 마케팅 전략수립정도, 마케팅 스탭수 등으로 대표되는 직무요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 하부시스템의 개발정도, 개발형태, 개발참여로 대표되는 실행요인과 사용정보의 양, 고려하는 차원의 수, 정보시스템의 관여도 등으로 대표되는 사용자 행위요인과 시스템의 정교함과 유연성으로 대표되는 시스템만족요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소와 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자들의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소는 본질적으로 다른 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들 중에서 실행요인이나, 시스템만족요인, 사용자 행위요인의 매개적인 역할이 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 각각 다른 영향을 미치고 있기 때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accessibility of the Cakewalk SI-Drum for the screen reader users. An evaluation was performed by testing the accessibility of the [Virtual Instrument Editing] that is a part of MIDI Production of the NCS(National Competency Standards) by using the SI-Drum and the Sense Reader. The results of this study are as follows. The SI-Drum has almost no basic accessibility for the screen users to do an above task. But the screen reader users can perform the tasks by using Sense Reader's Mouse Pointer function and Position Memory function. To use SI-Drum more efficiently, SI-Drum's basic accessibility have to be provided fully. Several suggestions are proposed to develop a fully accessible SI-Drum for the screen users.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Critical Factors in the use of Personal Computer, Office Automation Information Technology. The author presents a therortical model related Office Automation Information Technology by end-users and suggests how this model should be conceptualized. A model was estimated with data from 98 end-users. The results revealed that degree of organizational support. demographic charateristic, and useful to the task was positively related to usage of Office Automation Information Technology.
