코로나19로 많은 신조어가 탄생했는데 그중 하나가 언택트(untact)이다. 비대면 상황에 의해 사람들의 변화된 일상을 표현한 말이다. 이번 글에서는 코로나19라는 비대면 상황에서 탈바꿈하고 있는 콘텐츠의 변화양상을 다루어 보았다. 코로나19가 어떠한 요소를 통해 콘텐츠의 변화를 야기했는지 사례들을 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 코로나19의 특징들이 콘텐츠 선호 내용, 선택하는 방식, 향유하는 방법, 연결되고 재이용하는 방식들에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 각 사례들을 통해 그 변화의 측면들을 조명해봤다.

In-depth interview in the field of hospitality industry services was conducted in COVID- 19. Introduction of kiosks for non-face-to-face services using untact technology, reservation, pay systems, self-service, service improvement using room service should be carried out. It is also necessary to implement Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, P-blogs, online broadcasting and live commerce through the establishment of m-channel system through untact marketing sales channels in the hospitality industry now that the product composition to solve the pro -blem of untact marketing is drawing attention due to diversification of online sales channe -ls. Now, the recognition of important elements of service education and a establishment of differentiated system of untact marketing, expansion of untact sale channel, implementation of non-face-to-face counseling service and introduction of pre-booking, telecommuting were recognized as urgent parts. In particular, a service differentiation and importance of human services, which were recognized free of charge, have re-recognized as premium, and quality service aspect of the hospitality industry in untact and the direction to diversify marketing channels are presented.

소비자의 소비 습관에 따라서 기업 또한 E-커머스와 결합된 비대면 서비스를 출시하고 있고 언택트 마케팅은 기술력과 결합되면서 대면서비스를 시행했을 때의 노동력이 줄어들 것이고, 자연스럽게 인건비의 감소로 이어지고 있는 상황이다. 강제로 비대면 소비를 접하게 된 소비자는 온라인 서비스의 간편함을 경험하게 되었고 이는 온라인 서비스의 확산으로 이어져 있다. 이에 따라 코로나 종식 이후에도 소비자는 언택트 서비스의 편리함과 신속함을 지속적으로 원할 것이다. 그러한 소비자의 욕구를 해소하기 위한 방안으로써 언택트 문화는 발전을 이어나갈 것으로 예상된다.

In December 2019, new coronavirus (COVID-19) which was started from Wuhan caused a dramatic changes in college mathematics education around the world from the spring semester 2020. All classes in college was switched to online classes at once. As a result, many efforts were made to keep the quality of mathematics education in college. We have discussed the situation that we did experience and discussed a possible changes that future mathematics education and research can face in the post-corona era (after coronavirus, AC era). Finally, we discussed an evaluation method for student activities that can be used in online class evaluation.

전 세계적으로 코로나 바이러스가 확산되면서 언택트 시대가 되었다. 언택트 시대에서는 대부분의 대면활동이 비대면으로 전환되고 있다. 전 세계적으로 열광중인 케이팝 댄스의 대중화를 위해 우리는 비대면으로 댄스 학습이 가능한 DETR 기반 객체탐지를 사용한 댄스 자세교정 연구를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 댄스 자세교정은 객체탐지에 DETR을 적용한 방식이다. DETR은 기존 객체탐지 모델에서 앵커박스, 바운딩박스 중복처리를 제거하는 NMS같은 휴리스틱한 방법을 사용하지 않고 트랜스포머를 통해 자동으로 학습하도록 만든 모델이다. DETR로 객체탐지를 한 후 강사와 사용자의 동작유사성을 샴 뉴럴 네트워크를 통해 계산한다.

As the non-face-to-face economic situation developed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, untact stock groups appeared in the stock market. This study proposed the Korea COVID-19 fear index following the spread of infectious diseases in the COVID-19 pandemic situation and analyzed the influence on the untact stock and contact stock returns. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, as a result of the Granger causality analysis using the Korea COVID-19 fear index, significant causality was found in the return of contact stocks such as Korean Air, Hana Tour, CJ CGV, and Paradise. Second, as a result of stock price prediction based on the LSTM model, Kakao, Korean Air, and Naver's prediction performance was high. Third, the investment performances of the Alexander filter entry rule using the predicted stock price were high in Naver futures and Kakao futures. This study can find a difference from previous studies in that it analyzed the influence of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic on untact and contact stocks in the COVID-19 situation where the non-face-to-face economy is in full swing.

컴퓨터 전공자들의 프로그래밍 개발 중심의 팀 프로젝트 수업은 프로그래밍 개발 능력과 팀원들 간의 협업 능력을 키울 수 있는 수업으로서, 기존에는 대면수업을 통해 교수자와 학습자간 그리고 팀을 이룬 학습자들 간에 긴밀한 상호작용으로 진행되어왔다. 그러나 2020년 COVID-19의 확산으로 대부분의 대학 수업들이 비대면 방식으로 진행됨에 따라 팀 프로젝트 수업 역시 비 대면으로 운영되어야 했으며 팀 활동을 위해 다양한 온라인 커뮤니케이션 방법이 모색되어야 했다. 본 연구에서는 팀 프로젝트 수업을 기존의 대면 수업으로 운영하였을 경우와 비대면 방식으로 운영하였을 때 학습자들이 느끼는 학습 효과에 대해 비교해보고자 한다. 대면 수업과 비대면 수업에 참여했던 학습자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 팀 프로젝트 수업을 통한 학습 이해도, 수업 흥미도, 학습자간의 소통의 원활성, 수업 참여의 적극성 그리고 전체적인 수업 만족도에 대한 설문 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 향후 포스트 코로나 시대에는 대면과 비대면의 하이브리드 커뮤니케이션 방식이 대세를 이룰 것으로 예측되고 있는 만큼 대학 수업 방식에도 변화가 필요할 것이며 본 연구는 이를 위한 기초 연구로 활용될 수 있다.

본 논문은 비대면 한국어 회화 시험 연습용 안드로이드 애플리케이션을 제안한다. 한국어 학습에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라 효과적인 한국어 회화 학습을 위해선 시·공간의 제약이 없는 학습 환경에서 사용자에게 구체적인 평가 지표를 제공할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 자연어 처리 기술을 활용하여 사용자의 한국어 회화 능력을 평가하는 알고리즘과 개인의 취약점을 보완할 수 있는 비대면 학습 플랫폼을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다. 본 논문의 결과를 통해 회화 학습의 비용을 절감하고, 효율적인 언택트 학습 지원이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

This study aims to suggest the sustainable services for academic library in the New Normal Age, analyzing the online services during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, this study examined the operation condition of academic libraries' services during the COVID-19, analyzing the untact and online services of 63 libraries of universities which have more than 10,000 students. And this research classified the online services into three types, which are 'collection', 'facilities', 'programs' and examined the library homepage and development plans of academic libraries. This study also looked into the services of Korean public libraries and foreign libraries to suggest the sustainable services for academic library. As a result, this study suggests 'providing online materials for course reserves', 'expansion of research and study curation services to invigorate the use of library materials', 'introducing the smart library system and renovation of library facility and space services', 'planning of online programs through expansion of interaction with users'.

The purpose of this thesis is to suggest the direction of various online education media to be developed in the future by studying the necessity and cases of non-face-to-face online craft education programs. To this end, among the online class platforms currently operated in Korea, four places that contain craft education programs were selected and analyzed for comparison. Class101, Hobbyful, Conects-Hobby Class, and Air Klass are examples. As a result of the study, the common features and advantages of the convenience of accessing contents and the diversity of class composition were found. However, there was a limitation in that the real-time inquiry and response system was not systematically implemented in most online class platforms. In particular, as the number of users of the online class platform is gradually increasing in the untact era caused by Covid-19, continuous research and development will be required to ensure that interaction, the most important characteristic of face-to-face, can also be performed well on online platforms.
