The Analysis of Interface Types and Characteristics of Korean Share work Platform (한국 공유 저작물 웹 인터페이스 유형 및 특성 분석)

  • A shared work platform is needed to legitimately activate shared works. To facilitate the use of copyrighted works by streamlining licensing procedures and by expressing and distributing the scope of use by authors themselves. In this study, five interface areas and fifteen evaluation items were selected to analyze the interface types and characteristics of the Korean shared work platform, and analyzed based on the national operating platform. We will analyze and compare the situation of the web interface of the Korean shared works by analyzing the types and characteristics of the web interface of the public opera platform, the Gongu-madang, Gonggong-nuri and private leader, Europeana.

  • New platform governments will play a role to pull intelligent information technology to drive new ecological government innovation and sustainable development in which the government and people work together. On this, in order to establish the platform of the platform government, we will look at recent research trends and lay the foundation for future policy directions and research bases. using Text Mining method, and went through Topic modeling for the collected text data and network analysis was conducted. According to the result, based on latent topic, the stronger the connection center, the weaker the relationship. Through this study, we hope that discussions will take place in a variety of ways to improve the understanding of the supply and demand approach of Korea's platform government and implement appropriate change management methods such as service public base and service provision in accordance with the value and potential topics of platform government.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of OTT operators by developing an analysis framework specialized for the OTT industry. Based on existing research on business model, platform business model, and OTT characteristics, the OTT platform business model framework was developed, and case analysis was conducted based on data from related materials, literature, and internal data to suggest the direction for domestic OTT operators. As a result of the study, domestic OTT operators should use advanced AI and big data technologies to produce original content and improve the infrastructure and service quality of the platform. This study is meaningful in that it provides an analysis framework for OTT operators to establish their own competitive strategies and suggests the direction for domestic OTT operators through case application.

A Study on the Experience of ICT Startups with an Online Export and Trade Consultation Platform in the COVID-19 Situation (코로나 19 상황에서 ICT 스타트업의 비대면 수출 및 무역 상담 플랫폼 경험 사례에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to derive policy implications by analyzing the experiences of Korean ICT startups that participated in the government's online export and trade consultation platform, designed to support ICT startups' overseas expansion during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research methodology involved the analysis of semi-structured, in-depth interviews with six startups who participated in an online export and trade consultation platform, using Giorgi's phenomenological methodology. The analysis resulted in the identification of ten subcategories, including two subcategories for each of the five categories. These categories and subcategories offer a comprehensive understanding of the experiences of ICT startups in navigating the online export and trade counseling platforms. The findings suggest that online export and trade consultation platforms for ICT startups offer efficiency benefits by reducing time and space constraints, but they also reveal limitations in terms of practical business continuity. This study holds academic and practical significance by providing insights into how ICT startups navigate online export and trade counseling platforms during the pandemic.

A Proposal for the Application of Multi-Platform Convergence for Intellectual Property-Based Games (지식재산권 기반 게임의 융복합 멀티 플랫폼 활용 방안 제안)

  • The global game market is growing evenly across a variety of platforms, but in the Korean game market is a decline in growth rates on PC and mobile platforms, which account for more than 80% of the total Korean game market, which requires an alternative. In this study, propose a multi-platform launch of IP-based games as a way to increase the growth rate of the Korean game market. It has been analyzed that multi-platform launch methods can be divided into Stand-alone Multi-platform method, Interlocking multi-platform method, and Upgrade-interlinking Multi-platform method, respectively, and the effect of expanding, providing more satisfactory game play environment and preventing them from escaping to competitive games. Given the limited case analysis in this study, further studies are needed to propose more effective multi-platform utilization measures.

Design and Implementation of the GNEX-to-iPhone Converter for Smart Phone Game Contents (모바일 콘텐츠 자동변환기를 위한 콘텐츠 분석기와 리소스 변환기 개발)

  • Since korean mobile communication companies each use different mobile platforms, developers must configure and translate their game contents to run under each of the smart phone platforms so that they can be serviced correctly. Nevertheless, such translation tasks require lengthy times and costs. This is one of the reasons why a variety of contents could not be provided. In order to mitigate such difficulty, this paper implemented the contents analyzer and the resource converter of the automatic mobile contents converter system that converts game contents of the mobile platform such as the WIPI and the GNEX to contents of the smart platform such as the Android and the iOS. The automatic mobile contents converter system helps minimize the amount of time and cost required in servicing contents to different mobile communication companies by promptly converting platform-specific-contents to run under smart platforms. Also, the automatic conversion and servicing of existing contents increases the reusability of these contents and also the productivity of new contents thereby offering users with a more variety of game contents.

  • The paid knowledge platforms market is growing rapidly due to the constant demand for high-quality knowledge and a change in the positive perception of paid contents. Among them, the growth of paid knowledge platforms in China is overwhelming. The various paid knowledge platforms have emerged in China over the years, and Zhihu occupies the largest share among them. There have been some studies on paid knowledge platforms in China, but studies centered on Zhihu were relatively insufficient, so I conducted the research on Zhihu. In this paper, the development status of China's paid knowledge platform was investigated, the functions provided to users based on the menu configuration of the Zhihu app were analyzed and the business model of Zhihu was explored. In addition, the features of Zhihu were analyzed. It is expected that this paper will be an important data for research on paid knowledge platform.

Determinants of Wage for Web-based Platform Workers: In perspective of evaluation by previous employers (웹 기반형(Web-based) 플랫폼 노동자의 임금 결정요인: 이전 고용주에 의한 평가의 관점에서)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the wage determinants of web-based platform workers. For this purpose, a total of 3,575 web-based platform workers' information from Freelancer.com, a global platform labor market, in September 2018 were used and whether or not newly available indicators such as evaluations by previous employers had a significant effect on the wage increase of platform workers using OLS and QR methods. As an OLS estimation results, the number of reviews, as well as education and experience, affects the wages of platform workers. However, as a result of the QR estimation, experience rather than education, recommendation rather than a review has a more significant effect on the wage of web-based platform workers as the wage level rises.

A Study on the Factors Affecting Learning Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention of Real-Time Online Education Platform (실시간 온라인 교육 플랫폼의 학습만족도와 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to help revitalize the real-time online education platform market by analyzing the instructor characteristics, content characteristics, and platform characteristics of real-time online education platforms for local learners in China. A total of 670 questionnaires were collected through an online survey and an empirical analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, first, except for attractiveness, which is the characteristic of the instructor, professionalism and sincerity had a significant positive influence on both learning satisfaction. Second, the usefulness, abundance, and appropriateness of content characteristics had a significant positive influence on learning satisfaction. Third, except for interaction, which is a platform characteristic, technology and convenience confirmed a significant positive influence relationship on both learning satisfaction. Fourth, learning satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the intention to continue using. This study presented practical implications for real-time online education platform and future research directions.

금융상품 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 -온라인 금융상품 비교/추천 플랫폼을 중심으로-

  • 글로벌 금융위기 이후 다양한 형태로 등장한 금융상품과 ICT의 결합은 그 동안 생각하지 못한 방식으로 전 세계에 다양한 수요를 충족시키면서 폭발적으로 성장했다. 하지만 IT강국이라고 자부하는 대한민국은 다양한 규제와 시스템의 복잡성 때문에 은행상품이 온라인에서 거래되는 것은 아직까지 익숙하지 않다. 다행히 이러한 규제가 조금씩 완화되어 가면서 2016년은 모바일 송금, 금융상품 추천 플랫폼 등 비 금융업체 주도의 금융시장 온라인화가 소극적으로 이루어지는 과도기로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 시점에서 기존 오프라인 채널이 아닌 온라인 채널을 통해 금융상품을 구매하거나 가입하는 고객의 만족요인에 대해 연구하는 것은 향후 폭발적으로 증가할 수요에 앞서 연구하고, 현상을 주도할 기업에서도 소비자의 만족요인을 미리 파악한다는 점에서 시기적으로 적절하다. 해당 연구는 신용대출, 정기예금, 전세대출, 주택담보대출, 정기적금, 그리고 P2P투자 상품 별 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 영향력을 SERVPERF 모델을 이용하여 분석한 뒤, 회귀분석과 텍스트간의 공동 출현단어에 대해 파이선을 통해 메트릭스를 형성하고, 사회연결망 분석으로 네트워크 중심성을 분석하여 단어간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 해당 연구는 국내 최초 온라인 금융상품 비교 추천 플랫폼인 "Finda"의 리뷰/평점데이터를 이용하였다.
