The Effect of Emotional Labor on Psychological Burnout (감정노동이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동차보험 회사의 고객센터 상담사를 대상으로 감정노동과 심리적 소진의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 고객센터 상담사들은 감정노동의 표면화 행위보다는 내면화 행위에 대한 스트레스가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 소진은 개인의 특성에 따라 차이를 보였다. 정서적 고갈은 여성 상담사일수록, 개인적 성취감 결여는 고졸일수록, 1일 전화응대시간이 8시간 초과할수록, 월평균가계소득이 낮을수록 더욱 높아지는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 상담사의 개인특성과 감정노동이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향력을 알아본 결과, 감정노동의 표면화 행위가 높을수록 정서적 고갈을 증가시켰고, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록 정서적 고갈을 감소시켰다. 개인적 성취감 결여는 감정노동의 표면화 행위가 높을수록, 1일 전화 응대시간이 많을수록, 높아지는 경향을 보였으며, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록, 감정노동의 내면화 행위가 많을수록 개인적 성취감 결여는 감소되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

뇌파 조절 수행이 학습 향상에 미치는 영향의 실증적 연구

  • 인간의 사고 기능과 학습기능이 '뇌'를 바탕으로 이루어진다고 할 때, 뇌의 긴장을 풀어 원래의 건강하고 창조적인 이완 상태에서의 학습 상태가 유효하게 된다. 즉, 뇌파가 " $\alpha$" 상태 가 되었을 때 긴장된 신체의 각 부분이 충분히 이완되고 두뇌는 맑고 건강한 상태를 유지하여 활발하고 창조적인 상태가 된다. 뇌파의 측정 및 분석된 기존 연구에 의하면, 인간의 심리상태와 신체 상태, 행동 패턴에도 직, 간접적인 영향을 주어 뇌파의 조절이 인간 잠재능력 개발의 첩경이라는 결과가 보고되어진다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 뇌의 특성을 고려하여 뇌를 이완시킴으로써 학생들의 학습능력을 향상시키 기 위한 새로운 접근 방법을 시도한다. 뇌파 조절이 가해지는 환경하에 학습 효율의 변화 정도를 정성적( 심리적, 학습적, 신체적) 및 정량적(영어 단어 암기력 TEST, 뇌파 특정 등)으로 평가 및 분석을 통해 뇌파 조절 효과가 학생들의 학습 효율을 더욱 향상 시킬 수 있는 지의 타당성을 검증하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 새로운 학습 방법을 모색하고자 한다. 한편, 본 연구에서는 실험 대상을 본 대학 임의의 2학년 학생 13 명 을 대상으로 하고 실험기간은 약 4개월에 걸쳐 실험 하였다. 뇌파 측정은 13명중 임의의 학생 7명을 선정 하여 각 40분씩 측정 분석하였다. 또한 영어 단어 암기력 TEST를 실시하여 그 결과를 뇌파 조절 전,후로 나누어 비교 분석하였다. 정성적 분석으로서 종합 설문지를 이용한 15 개 항목의 5점 척도를 사용하여 분석하였으며 가가 통계 이론을 이용하여 검증하였다. 뇌파 측정은 수행 전후 비교 결과 " .alpha. " 노출 비율이 수행 전보다 수행 후가 다소 높은 비유로 나타났으며, 특히 영어 단어 암기력은 평균적으로 크게 상승되는 것으로 나타났다. 정성적 분석 결과에서는 많은 심리적 변화 상태가 나타나고 있지만 전체적으로 마음의 안정감, 몸의 긴장 이완에 따른 건강 상태 유지, 수업 집중도 향상 등이 나타났다. 위와 같은 종합 적 분석 결과에 따라, 본 연구는 제조 현장의 생산성 향상 및 품질 향상과 연계하여 작업자의 작업 집중도 향상, 작업자의 육체적, 심리적 변화에 따른 생산성 및 품질 향상 변화 정도 등의 산업공학(인간공학) 제 분야의 여러 측면에서 연구 및 적용이 가능하리라 사료된다.

Effects of the Spousal Relationship's Factors on the Psychological Well-being of the Elderly (노년기 부부관계 요인이 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the spousal relationships on the psychological well-being of the elderly and to find differences in the spousal relationships and psychological well-being according to demographic factors. For the study, 475 structured questionnaires were collected from the men and women residents with their spouses living in Seoul. The 464 collected data excluding incomplete 11 data were analyzed using factor analysis, reliability analysis, multi-regression, t-test and, ANOVA with SPSS 17.0. The result are as follows. First, intimacy-communication, expression of affection, and leisure-sharing showed a positive effects on the positive psychological well-bing, and intimacy-communication and expression of affection affect negatively on the negative psychological well-being, but not leisure-sharing. Second, There were differences in the spousal relationships and the psychological well-being of the elderly according to the demograpic factors.

  • Sine파를 이용한 오디오 분석과 합성은 고음질 저비트율 오디오 부호화에 매우 효율적인 방법의 하나로 알려져 있다. 본 논문은 sine파를 이용한 오디오 분석과 합성에 중요한 sine파 검출에 심리음향모델을 활용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 모의실험 결과, 심리음향모델을 사용한 경우 사용하지 않은 경우에 비해 합성에 사용되는 sine파의 개수를 약 50% 정도 줄일 수 있었음을 알 수 있었다. 한편 오디로 신호의 attack이나 nonstationarity를 처리할 수 있는 방법이 sine파를 이용한 오디오 부호화에 필수적이라는 사실을 확인하였고 그에 대한 대처 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문은 상담 직업 분야에 인공지능 기술을 도입했을 때의 사례를 분석하고 상담직업의 발전방안을 제시한다. 상담 직업의 역할과 중요성을 살펴보고, 상담을 할 때 심리적인 요인으로 원활한 상담 진행이 어려웠던 부분에 인공지능 기술을 도입하는 방안을 제시한다. 인공지능 기술을 도입했을 때 상담사의 심리적인 요소에 소비되었던 비용은 줄이고 기존 상담 데이터 분석을 통한 상담 전략 수립에 도움을 주는 등의 상담도구를 발전시키는 방안을 수립하여 인공지능 기술을 통해 상담 직업이 어떻게 발전될 수 있는지 살펴본다.

The Effect of Social Support of College Students on Career Preparation Behavior : Mediating effects of positive psychological capital (전문대학생의 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 : 긍정심리자본 매개효과 검증)

  • This study investigated how career support for professional college students affects career preparation behavior and verified the mediating effect of positive psychological capital in the relationship between career support and career preparation behavior. The specific research problems are as follows. First, what is the relationship between social support, positive psychological capital, and career preparedness? Second, does social support and positive psychological capital directly affect career preparation behavior? Third, does social support influence the career preparation behavior by supplying positive psychological capital? For this purpose, the subjects were 240 students from G college. Correlation analysis and step-wise multiple regression analysis were used to examine the study's research questions. The results of this study are as follows. First, social support, positive psychological capital and career preparation behaviors all have significant positive correlation. Second, social support and positive psychological capital had an impact on the career preparation behavior. Third, there was a partial mediating effect of positive psychological capital on the effect of social support on career preparation behavior. The result of this study is meaningful in that it provides basic data that is the foundation for professional career guidance and career education of professional college students.

The Effects of MERS(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) Event on the Psychosocial Wellbeing of Healthcare Workers and the Public with the Mediating Effect of Resilience (메르스(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome)사태에 따른 병원종사자와 일반인의 스트레스 정도가 사회심리적 건강에 미치는 영향과 회복탄력성의 매개효과)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of stress on psychosocial wellbeing at the time of an outbreak of Middle East respiratory syndrome(MERS) and to investigate the effect of resilience as a mediator on the relationship between stress and psychosocial wellbeing. Methods : Perceived Stress Scale, Psychosocial Wellbeing Index Short Form, and the Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale was implemented for 156 medical persons who worked at the hospital in which exposure to MERS cases had been confirmed and 127 ordinary people. We conducted a Pearson correlation coefficient and a hierarchical multiple regression to confirm the effect of stress on psychosocial wellbeing and the mediating effect of resilience between stress and psychosocial wellbeing. Results : The higher the perceived stress, the lower the psychosocial wellbeing in both healthcare workers and the public. The higher the perceived stress, the lower the resilience and the research results showed that there was a partially mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between stress and psychosocial wellbeing. Conclusions : This study demonstrated that the degree of individual resilience can indirectly give a positive effect on the psychosocial wellbeing when people under the stress by MERS shows adverse effects on psychosocial wellbeing. This suggests that clinical intervention and psychosocial approach aiming at strengthening resilience is important to maintain mental health during crisis development.

Effect of Positive Psychological Capital on Turnover Intention of Care Worker (요양보호사의 긍정심리자본이 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis the effect of positive psychological capital on turnover intention of care worker in Long-term Care Program. Main results are as follows. First, the results identified the characteristics of the sub-factors of positive psychological capital, The efficacy, hope and resilience of care workers mostly are higher as the more married man, the longer working hours, the longer the career, the more good health condition, the more religion and more the salary. Second, total positive psychological capital is higher as the longer working hours, the more good health condition and the more the salary like sub-factors' characteristics of positive psychological capital in care workers. Third, the turnover of care worker also is higher as the longer working hours and the shorter professional career and the more unmarried. Finally, the positive psychological capital was having a negatively significant impact on turnover intention. In other words, turnover intention of the care worker is lower as the higher positive psychological capital.

Study on the Performer's Transference and Mental Borderline in a Performance (공연에서 나타나는 '전이'와 배우의 '심리적 경계'에 관한 연구)

  • The performers preparing for a performance usually experience the process of mental transference, contacting with text (drama) for the first time. It is movement from their everyday life to space in the play, when they try to break the wall between cast and themselves. The transference happens actually at the physical space, such as a dressing room, wing, (place just before appearing at a stage), and a stage (place to contact with audience). Performers keep moving among each psychological and physical space repeatedly, until the performance finishes totally. The transference means moving to each space to another, and the mental borderline means the point of mental change the performers experience during the process of transference. The mental borderline can be guessed to exist through mental aspects the performers feel when they move from each space to another. The most typical example, that shows performer's mental borderline well, is stage fright shown as tension, or anxiety among the variety of aspects. According to a research, the most performers experience that kind of mental aspect just before appearing at a stage. The study on it is already referred by my article.' A Study on Korean Performer's Stage Fright. This study aims at examining the relationship among psychological and physical space the performers experience, mental borderline when transferring and penetrating those spaces, and performer's mental change First, the concept of mental borderline is to be understood totally with preceded research. And the space the performers experience and mental borderline at transference are to be reorganized. Secondly, the area of transference in the process of performance is to be reclassified into physical and mental space. Third, analyzing the actual case of performers experiencing the mental borderline, the diversified use should be searched to make use of mental borderline as a positive element. The psychological symptoms, performers experience in the performance, can have positive consequence beside negative one. The tension occurring at the area of borderline is positive, and it can be the actual borderline for the performers. It will be researched how the performers change at the mental borderline, the state of mind is maintained, and they perform in an overall performance, through the study on the relationship between the transference and the mental borderline. And the stress and concentration caused by stage fright, and shyness will be confirmed, and the positive element of a stage, which is used as various defense mechanism.

A Convergence Effect of Positive Psychological Capital and Psychological Well-being on Work Engagement of Medium and Small Hospitals Nurses (중소병원 간호사의 긍정심리자본과 심리적웰빙이 직무열의에 미치는 융합적 영향)

  • This study was to identify the convergence factors that affect work engagement in medium and small hospitals nurses, The research method were self -report questionnaire was completed by 198 nurse three hospitals in B city between April 18th to April 30th, 2016. and date analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. As a result, work engagement was positively correlated with psychological capital and psychological well-being, significantly affecting Convergence Factors analysis showed that with positive psychological capital(${\beta}=.363$, p<.001) and psychological well-being(${\beta}=.300$, p<.001) explained 52.7%, level of education(${\beta}=.102$, p=.040), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.109$, p=.044), nursing satisfaction(${\beta}=.137$, p=.022) explained 4.4% of the work engagement. Based on this, It is necessary to develop and verify program to enhance the positive psychological capital and psychological well-being of medium small hospital nurses.
