본 연구는 오늘날 대학 교육과정의 일부로 중요시되고 있는 봉사학습에 대한 것으로써 봉사학습 교육과정의 하나인 해외봉사활동 프로그램을 어떻게 개발하고 체계적으로 운영하여 교육적 효과를 높일 것인지를 삼육대학교의 사례를 중심으로 제안한다. 대학은 봉사학습의 일환으로 해외봉사프로그램을 운영함에 있어 지도교수, 학생, 학교 봉사관련부서(사회봉사단 혹은 봉사센터)가 역할의 분담과 상호 협력을 통해 일관성 있으면서도 조화롭게 운영되도록 한다. 프로그램 성공의 핵심은 학교의 봉사교육에 대한 분명한 철학과 비전 제시, 지도교수들의 봉사정신과 세밀한 준비, 봉사활동 참여자들에 대한 철저한 사전교육, 봉사자들이나 팀들에 대한 봉사단의 체계적 지원활동 등이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze motivations, benefits, and satisfactions of the college student volunteers. We carry out the pre-to-post survey with 615 college student volunteers (male 245, female 367) who have participated in the mobile education program for the elderly funded by a Telecom. The instruments consist of VFI (Volunteer Functions Inventory) developed by Clary & Snyder (1999), including 30 items for motivations, 12 items for achievements, and 5 items for satisfactions of volunteering. The items for motivations and achievements are comprised of 6 subcategories: career, value, understanding, protective, enhancement, and social. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Enhancement motivation is the highest, followed by understanding, value, career, protective, and social motivation. (2) Social benefit is the highest, followed enhancement, career, understanding, value, protective benefit. (3) The difference between motivation and benefit in social category is the largest, followed by career, enhancement, value, protective, and understanding category. While benefit is higher than motivation in all other categories, motivation is higher than benefit just in value category. (4) High motivation-high benefit, high motivation-low benefit, low motivation-high benefit, and low motivation-low benefit groups are dichotomized by the median of each motivation and benefit. In all six categories, high motivation-high benefit group shows the highest satisfaction, but low motivation-low benefit group shows the lowest. In short, benefit shows stronger correlation with satisfaction than motivation does. Finally, we suggest several implications for future research and policy of college students' volunteering based on these results.

This research is to make clear the volunteer activity system through analysing activity of volunteers. Main suggestions are as below. In management system, integrated cooperating system, improvement of delivering system of relief goods and developing operating manual of volunteering management are discussed. In education system, specialized education for different disaster areas, field orientation education, and training managerial positions are suggested. In supporting system, improving NDMS(National Disaster Management System), computerized program for volunteer management, insurance for volunteers, issuing a confirmation of volunteering activity, securement of emergency communication system, budget for prevention and donation are also suggested.

This study presented the necessity of the development of a digital reference service systems as a method for direct information service in the library on the internet. The purpose of this research is to find commonalities for building a model of digital reference service. This study used qualitatives methods(elite interviews and document analysis) to extract accumulated knowhow from fourteen expert services sites which are similar with reference services in the library. For effective management of the digital reference service, it is necessary to have a digital reference service librarian who is well versed in the inner workings of the service and in the knowledge the service deals with.

In this study we investigate how motive and personal relations of volunteers impact their volunteering satisfaction. The objects were 313 members of a volunteer group in ${\bigcirc}$-gun, central region. We conducted survey from 2014 April 2 to August 31. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, t-test, multiple regression analysis, through SPSSWIN 18.0 program,(empirical analysis verification : significance level of 5%). The results are as follows: First, with the general characteristics, we found that females, the educated, and the married get more satisfaction. Second, with the local characteristics, long-term residents and the members, who think volunteer activity contribute to the local development, feel more satisfaction. Third, volunteer who has high participation motives, has strong volunteering satisfaction. Finally, volunteers feel more satisfaction when they maintain a good relationships in interpersonal relationship. This study implicates that volunteer activity participation motives and personal relations have a great impact on volunteering satisfaction, to be the basis for volunteer's satisfaction improving policy in the future.

전자도서 입력봉사 시스템이란 시각장애인을 위한 봉사활동의 일환으로써 일반 도서를 컴퓨터 워드작업을 통해 전자도서를 제작하여 시각장애인에게 제공하기위한 자원봉사활동을 의미한다. 하지만 봉사자의 모집이 어렵고, 봉사자들의 중도포기가 많은 등 애로사항이 존재함에 따라 지속적인 전자도서 제작의 어려움이 존재한다. 이를 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 웹서비스 기술을 이용한 전자도서 입력봉사 시스템을 제안한다. 본 연구에서는 입력봉사 시스템을 구현하기 위해서 설계 개요, 계획 단계, 분석 단계, 설계 단계, 개발 단계, 시험 단계를 거쳐 웹서비스를 설계한다. 본 논문의 결과는 시각장애인복지관 또는 시각장애 관련 정책 개선 시 활용될 수 있으리라 본다. 또한 향후 보다 효율적인 입력봉사 시스템 체계의 설계를 위한 고도화 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to systemize volunteer program for the people with chronic mental health problems to participate in helping the community as service providers not receivers, and then to examine empowerment effects of this volunteer program. The distinctive feature of this program was to volunteer the mental ill to help other people. Therefore, this volunteer program had specially strengthened preliminary stage which make not only the mental ill be ready to work but also the community to use them as volunteer, and to invite general citizen of the community as co-volunteers. The result showed this program empowered the mental disorders to have more positive self-concept. It revealed that co-volunteer's attitude toward the mental disorders was changed positively through this program, also. These results told us not only the chronic mental ill could be volunteers helping others using their abilities, but also this activity would make their self-image better and citizen's perception toward mental disorder less prejudiced. The volunteer program presented in this paper was expected to be useful for their empowerment and social integration.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate pre-service early childhood teachers experiences in major-associated service-learning. The participants were eight sophomores in I University and participated in major-associated service-learning during the Spring semester, 2018. They were asked to write journals about their experiences before, during, and after service-learning activities. As results, pre-service early childhood teachers reported that they realized the value of service-learning, learned the importance of concrete preparation and professional operation of activities, and experienced the enhancement of teaching efficacy.
