Structural Relationships between the Variables of Coaching Leadership, Job Characteristics and Organizational Effectiveness in Convergence Environment (기업의 융복합 환경에서 코칭리더십, 직무특성, 조직효과성 변인 간의 구조적 관계)

  • The importance of coaching leadership has been highlighted to enhance creativity and competence of human resources in convergence environment. This paper was validated through a structural relationships model, the impact of coaching leadership on behavioral dimensions of organizational effectiveness by focusing on mediating role of job characteristics. Coaching leadership activities showed a significant positive effect on job characteristics and turnover intentions. Job characteristics appear to have a mediating effect on the relationship between coaching leadership and organizational effectiveness, especially the coaching leadership itself not necessarily to improve organizational citizenship behavior, can increase organizational citizenship behavior when formed into a positive awareness of the job characteristics of organizational members.

Nonlinear Finite Element Crash Analysis of Guardrail Structures Using Supports Made of Composite Materials (복합재 지주를 적용한 가드레일 구조체의 비선형 유한요소 충돌 해석)

  • This study performed a nonlinear finite element crash analysis of guardrail structures using supports made of composite materials. In this study, we used a new [0/90/90/0] laminated Boron fiber composite for resisting the crash effects. Based on the improved ground-structure interaction model, appropriate ground properties to the support were determined. In particular, the complex crash mechanism of guardrails was studied using various parameters. The parametric studies are focused on the various effects of car crash on the structural performance and thickness of supports. The numerical results for various parameters are verified by comparing those using existing steel materials.

  • 최근 지하철 터널은 사용자 편의성, 도심지 접근성 및 원활한 교통처리 등을 고려하여 지반조건이 불리한 상황에서도 터널로 계획되는 경우가 많아지고 있다 따라서 시공중의 터널안정성확보, 굴착에 따른 인접구조물의 침하영향, 발파진동영향 등을 종합적으로 고려한 지보패턴 및 보조·보강공법의 결정이 매우 중요하나 정량적인 판단기준의 부재로 인하여 주로 경험적인 설계에 의존하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 도심지 지하철 터널의 복합적인 거동특성을 고려하기 위하여 여러 가지 예상위험요소의 정량화 방안을 제안하고, 다변량 통계분석기법을 활용하여 여러 가지 위험 요소들의 특성을 함축적으로 나타내는 소수의 총합적인 지표(안정성인자, 환경성인자)로 대표화 할 수 있음을 검증하였다. 안정성 인자 및 환경성 인자를 이용한 서울시 지하철 00공구 설계사례를 통해 정량화지표(Multiple Index)의 터널설계에의 적용성을 평가하고 이의 설계시 활용방안을 제안하고자 하였다.

  • Shell structures have become critical in the design of pressure vessels, submarine hulls, ship hulls, airplane structures, concrete roofs, containers for liquids, and many other structures. This study presented the feature of the free vibration of anisotropic laminated conical shells according to transverse shear deformation effects. Composite materials are composed of two or more different materials in order to produce desirable properties for structural strength. Since their behavior is very complex, it is almost impossible to solve the analytical solutions. This effects of subtended and vertex angles and other geometric parameters on vibration were investigated in a comprehensive parametric study. Selected vibration mode shapes were illustrated, to enable the physical understanding of vibration of laminated composite conical shells.

  • In this paper, Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) is applied to the design of the Frequency Selective Surface(FSS) and residual stresses of hybrid radome is predicted. An equivalent circuit model with Square Loops arrays was derived and then PSO was applied for acquiring the optimized geometrical parameters with proper resonant frequency. Residual stresses occur in the FSS embedded composite structures after cocuring and have a great influence on the strength of the FSS embedded composite structures. They also effect transmission quality because of delamination. Therefore, the thermal residual stresses of FSS embedded composite structures were analyzed using finite element analysis with considering the effects of FSS pattern, and composite stacking sequence.

  • 본 연구에서는 회로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 얻은 ITER 전원 장치의 단락 전자기력의 방향과 크기 성분을 유한요소모델에 맵핑(mapping)한 뒤, 구조해석을 수행함으로써, 단락 시의 전자기력이 직접적으로 구조에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 연구결과는 향후 전기적 구조물에 가해지는 다양한 악조건의 복합적 작용 시에 대한 고려에 있어 기초적인 데이터로 이용할 수 있으리라 사료된다.

The Wage Distribution Structure of Korean Manufacturing Industry (한국 제조업의 임금분포구조)

  • This study directly analyzes the wage distributions rather than indirectly looking at a few of their moments. It also investigates wage distributions using various descriptive and semi-parametric methods. The wage distributions of Korean manufacturing industries can in general be represented by three distinct forms, underdeveloped, advanced and the medium of the two. The discrepancies in these distribution forms are explained by differences in the labor-type distributions and their weights in the composition of wage distribution forms, and further clarified through various descriptive statistics based on them. However, the descriptive statistical analysis has a limit in that it shows mixed outcomes of different categoric variables. Then, this problem is resolved by applying a semi-parametric estimation of hazard function and the marginal effect evaluations of variable changes on estimated distributions not on the function. As a result of this marginal analysis, the common features and differences of categoric variables and their intensities of effects on distributions are revealed.

COVA: A Distance Learning System supporting Content-based Lecture Retrieval (COVA: 내용 기반 강의 검색을 지원하는 원격 학습 시스템)

  • Education and training are expected to change dramatically due to the combined impact of the Internet, database, and multimedia technologies However, the distance learning is often impeded by the lack of effective tools and system to manage and retrieve the lecture contents effectively. This paper introduces a prototype system called COVA that enables remote users to access specific parts of interest by contents from a large lecture database. COVA includes several novel techniques to achieve the content-based lecture retrieval in distance teaming: (1) The XML-based semistructured model to represent lecture contents; (2) The technique to build structural summaries, i.e., schemas, of XML lecture databases; (3) Index structures to speed up the search to find appropriate lecture contents.

  • 자동차에서 발생되는 소음은 여러 가지 발생원으로부터의 복합적인 것으로서 차량의 속도가 고속화하면서 타이어 소음의 기여도가 매우 커지는 것으로 알려져 있다. 타이어 소음은 근본적으로 노면과 타이어의 상호작용에 의하여 발생되는 데 타이어/노면의 상호작용에 영향을 미치는 인자로는 마모상태, 차량속도, 하중, 공기압, carcass 구조, 타이어 온도등 여러 가지가 있으나 tread 모양과 노면의 상태에 가장 크게 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 승용차용 155SR13 radial 타이어를 대상으로 하여 실내에 설치된 dynamometer를 이용하여 groove 의 개수, groove 길이, groove 폭, groove 깊이, groove 방향 등 트레드 패턴 인자가 발생소음에 미치는 기여도를 실험적으로 측정하고 트레드 패턴형상에 따른 소음도를 예측할 수 있는 실험식을 구했다. 또한 단일 groove 내에서 발생되는 소음의 시간신호를 측정하여 모델화하고 차량속도와 groove 사이의 간격에 따른 시간신호를 합성하고 이 신호로부터 FFT 알고리듬을 통해 소음 spectrum을 구하는 소음 예측 프로그램을 개발하였다. 비교적 단순한 tread 패턴에 대해 이를 적용한 결과 실험적으로 구한 spectrum과 상당히 유사함을 볼 수 있었다.

Effect of social support on the organizational commitment and the service quality of the labors in the convergence service industry (사회적지원이 융복합서비스산업 종사자의 조직몰입과 서비스품질에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to explore the influence of the social support services that have an effect on the organizational commitment and service quality of the labors working in the convergence service industry. Data for this study were collected from 233 labors working in the convergence service industry;20 smaller businesses located in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Structural equation modeling analysis method was performed for analyzing key data. As a study result, support of seniors and colleague, which is regarded as the variable of social support, had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment of the labors working in the convergence service industry. It also had a significant positive effect on the service quality that organizational commitment went through the support of the seniors and colleagues. I discussed theoretical and empirical implications with these findings and described the future research.
