Purpose: Purposes of this study were to identify the level of parental fever phobia and to investigate the relationship between level of parental concern about fever and related variables. Methods: Participants were 151 parents of children who visited a pediatric outpatient clinic. A selfreported structured questionnaire was used for data collection and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and ${\chi}^2$-test. Results: Almost half of participants defined a minimum temperature for fever as $37.8^{\circ}C$ and a minimum temperature for high fever as $38.9^{\circ}C$. About 75% of participants identified harmful effects of fever as seizure and brain damage, were 'very worried' about fever, measured their child's temperature every hour or less, provided tepid massage and woke children to give antipyretics during febrile illness. There were significant relationships between level of parental concerns about fever and prior experience of febrile seizures, and/or being parents of a single child. Conclusion: Results indicate that fever phobia is prevalent among parents. Further studies are needed to develop and evaluate childhood fever management educational programs for parents. Considering health care providers as a primary information resource about fever management, health care providers should play a vital role to reduce parental unrealistic concerns about fever.
The purpose of this study is to understand the relation among experience of verbal abuse, emotional labor, emotional intelligence, social support and turnover intention of hospital nurses. The survey was conducted with 189 hospital nurses working at general hospital in the city of S. The data was collected by using structured questionnaires as research tools from November 17, 2015 to November 27, 2015. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS ver. 18.0 program. As a result of the correlation analysis between the nurse 's experience of verbal abuse, emotional labor, emotional intelligence, social support and turnover intention, the turnover intention of the nurse was a significantly positive correlation between the experiences of verbal abuse from the doctor, nurses, patients, and the caregiver and the emotional labor. Also, There is a significantly negative correlation between emotional intelligence and social support. In order to identify the factors influencing the turnover intention of the subjects, multiple regression analysis was performed. The statistically significant variables were emotional labor & the ER in the working department.

The objective of study was to find the relationship in hilly pasture landscape expectancy and tourist's satisfaction on grassland facility. It was followed by literature reviews and visitors' survey in Daegwallyeong Yangtte Farm on 31, July, 2014. 367 respondents were analyzed by F-test, t-test, Chi-square and Fisher's Exact Test at 0.05 level after data screening process. Computing factors were sex, marital status, age, academic career and occupation. The results was as followed; First, major respondents group of survey were in oder of woman, forty years old group, married office worker, and university graduate. Second, the expectancy for grassland was significant difference in age, but pasture color expectancy was not significant difference in gender, age, educational background, marital status, and there was significant difference in favorite grassland type with age, marital status. Third, favorite fence type was not significant difference along with all group of participants. However, color and material of fence was significant difference in marital status. Fourth, preferred ranch road was significant difference with occupation and marital status. There was significant difference in favorite grassland type near ranch road along with age and occupation type. Fifth, the mean satisfaction was 3.6 point in 5.0. Therefore, all respondents were generally satisfaction in visited. Tourists were more interested in ranch landscape than experience or contacts to animal.

It is suggested that the systematic service structure such as customer satisfaction and ease of use is a necessary marketing strategy for survival and development of online travel agencies. Hanok (a traditional Korean-style house) has recently become a popular attraction for tourists all over the world. Jeonju Hanok Village, for example, attracted about 10 million visitors for 2 consecutive years. Observing Hanok's popularity, many local governments drew up plans to improve tourism dynamics by strengthening the advantages of Hanok. Emotionally rich experience is required to offer a greater satisfying experience that meets the demands of tourists. However, very few studies yet have addressed how to measure those emotions felt by users while experiencing Hanok. As an attempt to improve this situation, 182 emotional words were collected from earlier studies and classified into 33 groups with the Delphi method. Among the emotional words in each of the 33 groups, those of overlapping concepts on the characteristics of Hanok were re-grouped, and extracted the most appropriate 68 words. Additionally, a survey was conducted with 325 people who had experienced Hanok to gather 30-most representative emotions for measuring emotions felt from Hanok. The factor analysis of the 30 representative emotions resulted in classified 6 factors based on common features of emotional words: senses of aesthetics, happiness, novelty, ownership, balance and relaxation. The 30 representative emotions and six emotion categories found out by this study can help measure how much people feel certain emotions while experiencing hanoks. Further study will explore the degree of emotions hanok users feel about objects of hanok, such as roof materials and shapes, and body shapes.
Purpose : Short attacks of headache are present in the pediatric age group. Short-lasting headaches (SLH) have been infrequently reported in children and adolescents. This study aims to assess the prevalence, clinical characteristics, treatment, and prognosis of short-lasting headaches in children and adolescents. Methods : One hundred twenty-three consecutive patients attended the Chosun University Hospital Headache Center between March 2006 and July 2007. Among 123 headache patients, 44 patients with one key criterion, namely, recurrent headaches episodes of a few seconds to less than 30 minutes, were selected. Results : Of the 123 headache patients, 44 (35.8%, males 18, females 26) had SLH. The mean age was 9.24 years (range 2.3-14.2). The mean headache frequency was $11.50{\pm}10.30$ per month, mean severity was $4.86{\pm}1.36$ out of 10, and the mean PedMIDAS score was $7.97{\pm}17.51$. SLH was significantly more common in children <6 years old (10/22, 45.5%) than in ${\geq}6$ years old (34/101, 33.7%) (P=0.015). The nature of pain was pressure in 30.2%, stabbing in 27.9%, throbbing in 18.6%, and dull in 11.7%. In 52.4% patients, the pain occurred in the front, one side of the temple in 28.5%, both sides of the temple in 7.1%, and back in 4.8% patients. The duration of attacks was <6 minutes in 38% and ${\geq}6$ minutes in 61.4%. The intensity of the pain was 4-6 out of 10 in 75.0%, in 13.6% 1-3, and in 11.4% 7-10. Treatment was significantly effective in reducing the frequency, duration, and severity of headaches and the PedMIDAS score after 3 months (P<0.05). Conclusion : Short attacks of headache are common (35.8%) in children and adolescents. These are difficult to classify according to International Headache Society criteria. The outcome, after a period of 3 months to 2 years, was favorable in most patients. Further studies are needed to gather more data and to obtain a better description of these forms of headache in the pediatric group.
This study is intended to check the empathy and cultural competence of female college students majoring in aviation and tourism service. The number of study subjects was 274. And the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and pearson correlation coefficient of data was analyzed through SPSS 20.0. According to the results of study, an average mark of empathy was $3.72{\pm}0.35$, and an average mark of cultural competence was $3.48{\pm}0.47$. When the level of difference in empathy and cultural competence was examined according to the general characteristics, the level of empathy showed a significant difference in the purpose of visiting foreign countries and foreign language skills. And the level of cultural competence showed a significant difference in religion, foreign language skills, foreign friend, experience in international exchange, experience in cultural education abroad, a method of cultural education abroad, and a necessity for cultural education abroad. With regard to correlation, there was a positive correlation between empathy and cultural competence(r=.425, p<.001). And in case of sub-attribute, it was shown that the cognitive factor and emotional factor of empathy has a positive correlation with cultural competence. It was verified that an education plan making it possible to improve cultural competence is required by checking a mutual relationship between empathy and cultural competence through these study results.
In order to understand how the parents who have the children of elementary school actually recognising their children's tonsillectomy, and then, analyze its motivation, and how many children was treated tonsillectomy in our country, we hereby analyzed and intended for 3,882 of the children of elementary school in Susan area from 1st grade to the 6 years grade by the questionnaire through the parents of students. The viewpoint about the requirement of tonsil in the human body, the only 25.1 percent had responded: absolutely necessary. The respondents who responded absolutely necessary were highly ranked according to the urban, medium urban and then outskirt area. The case that otitis media or chronic nasal inflammation had restored was 13.0 percent respectively, but 18.5 percent had responded their ailment was not knowing their improvement so well that ailed before operation. The sequela by aftermath of the tonsillectomy, seeing collectively, it appeared 16.7 percent of the person was responded they had sequela and the idea of operational result, 90.7 percent responded they had favoured their operation, and 3.7 percent regret their carelessness. As above mentioned, it is advisable to be operated by the degree of its symptoms and there is any complication existed or in case of absolutely necessary case.

The number of patients requesting services of pediatric dental clinics has been steadily increasing in South Korea. The pediatric dental clinics are comprised of hospital-based clinics and local clinics. The purpose of this study was to analyze new-patient distribution and to survey the motives for visiting the department of pediatric dentistry at Seoul National University Dental Hospital(SNUDH), utilizing questionnaires for parents from May to July 2010. The results are as follows: 1. Age distribution showed that 0-3 year-olds formed the largest group of 29.3%. The average age of patients was 6.2 years old. 2. In the surveys for the parents, the major reason for visiting SNUDH was the referral from other clinics(30.6%). 3. The 75% of patients previously visited other clinics before visiting SNUDH. 1) The greater number of patients(52%) visited general practitioner's clinic than pediatric specialists(48%). 2) More than 90% of the patients visited SNUDH after visiting other clinics for reassuring diagnosis and referrals. 3) The crucial deterring factor of being treated at SNUDH was difficult accessibility.
The purpose of the current study was to investigate the difference in recreation specialization levels based on the levels of leisure constraint negotiation and to examine the effect of leisure constraint negotiation on recreation specialization. A total of 374 skiers Kyonggi and Kangwon provinces was selected using the cluster sampling method. All respondents were divided into 3 groups based on the levels of leisure constraint negotiation and one-was ANOVA and regression analysis were conducted. The main findings were as follows: First, skiers were divided into 3 groups(high, middle, low) by the K-mean cluster analysis. Second, there were differences in past experience, centrality of life, financial investment, and overall recreation specialization based on the levels of leisure constraint negotiation. Finally, leisure constrain negotiation had a positive effect on recreation specialization.
