The exact model of impact ionization events in which has influence on device efficiency, is to be necessary element for device simulation. Recently, a modified Keldysh formula with two set of power exponent of 7.8 and 5.6 is used to simulate carrier transport. This model is, however, not suitable as impact ionization model in low energy range since this ignore direction dependent properties of impact ionization. The impact ionization rate is highly anisotropic at low energy, while it becomes isotropic at higher energy range. Note that impact ionization events frequently occur in high energy range. For calculating impart ionization rate, we use full energy band structure derived from Fermi's golden rule and empirical pseudopotential method. We compare with calculated and experimental value, and investigate direction dependent conduction energy band structure along the direction of <100>, <110> and <111>. We know that the threshold energy of impact ionization is anisotropic and impact ionization rate is very deviated from modified Keldish formula, in relatively low energy range.

Plasma membrane from the fungal cells (Aspergillus phoenicis, Rhizopus acidus, Candida albicans) treated with sodium benzoate (S.B), potassium sorbate (P.S) and calcium propionate (C.P) during the cultivation were separated. The contents and patterns of plasma membrane proteins compared with those of the control. The growth of A. phoenicis was decreased by the average 64.0% in the S.B treatment. That of R. acidus was inhibited by the average 69.0% in the P.S treatment. Also, That of C. albicans was showed the deminution of the average 59.5% in the S.B treatment. The contents of protein involved in the plasma membrane of the each fungal cells were inhibited the average 41.0%, 41.7% and 59.5% in the S.B treatment, respectively. In case of A. phoenicis, the changes in the protein pattern involved in the plasma membraneshowed the aspect similar to the control on the 1st day and 2nd day of cultivation in the treatment group, but $116\;KD{\sim}97\;KD$ band almost disappeared in the 5th day of cultivation, and $45\;KD{\sim}29\;KD$ band was uncleared through the cultivation. In S.B treatment group R. acidus was showed the loss of $116\;KD{\sim}97\;KD$ band from the middle stage of cultivation and P.S, and C.P treatment group were started the loss at the early stage and completely lost at the 36 hours of cultivation. In C. albicans, $116\;KD{\sim}97\;KD$ band were started the loss at the early stage to compare with the control and $66\;KD{\sim}45\;KD$ band were dimmed at the 96 hours of cultivation. Especially, the C.P treatment group were perfectly lost at the 96 hours of cultivation.

Purpose: This study identifies causality in IoT-based healthcare user's experience(playful experience, economical experience), trust, usage, degree of dependence and continuous use intention, especially focused on chinese case. Methods: Face to face interviews was conducted for people who has experience in the use of the Xiaomi Mi band. This study used Partial Least Square(PLS) method with the questionnaires from the interview. Results: IoT-based healthcare users taking playful experience have a strong trust in a positive economic experiences. Also, the user recognizing the experience as an economic one shows stronger intention to use continuously. Conclusion: By getting healthcare users have more economic experience, they have continuous use intention of healthcare product. The empirical findings can be applied to the related companies strategy building.

이방향 중공슬래브 시스템의 구조특성 및 성능평가 연구의 일부로 실제 건축물에 적용된 이방향 중공슬래브의 연직진동을 측정 및 분석하였다. 캡슐형 경량체를 사용한 이방향 중공슬래브가 적용된 두 건축물에서 바닥 용도상 일상적인 진동발생원이라고 가정할 수 있는 75 kg 성인의 보행, 달리기, 제자리 점프에 대해 슬래브의 연직진동을 측정하였다. 두 대상 건축물은 각각 연구소와 교육시설 용도로 설계 및 건축되었다. 측정된 수직 가속도 데이터로 일본건축학회 환경기준에 (AIJES-2004) 근거하여 진동수 범위 3~30 Hz에 대해 1/3 옥타브 밴드 분석을 실시하였다. 이 분석을 바탕으로 AIJEES-2004에 제시한 기준에 따라 바닥의 연직진동에 대한 거주 성능을 평가한 결과, 측정한 세 건축물에 적용된 이방향 중공슬래브 모두 보행과 달리기에 대해서는 피진동자의 10% 미만이 인지, 제자리 점프에 대해서는 50~70% 미만이 인지할 수 있는 것으로 나타나, 이방향 중공슬래브가 바닥의 연직 진동에 대해 거주 성능이 양호함을 보여주었다.

Bang-Poong and related species are an important herbal medicine. However, it is difficult to determine the commercial dry material through anatomical and chemotaxonomical characteristics. Here, we used a PCR-based technique for an accurate discrimination of Bang-Poong and related species. With the RAPD primers, 215 RAPDSs(random amplified polymorphic DNAs) were obtained, and 98% of them showed polymorphic patterns. RAPDs from the four primers were appropriate for the discrimination of S. divaricata $(T_{URCZ{\cdot}})\;S_{CHISKIN}$, those from the six primers for P. japonicum $T_{HUNBERG}$, those from the four primers for P. terebinthaceum $F_{ISHER}$, and those from the six primers for G. littoralis Fr. $S_{CHMIDT}$. The specific bands from the primer 425 were obtained and used to develop SCAR (sequence characterized amplified region) markers, based on the sequence information of the RAPD markers. The SCAR primers generated a 215 bp fragment specific to Peucedanum terebinthaceum $F_{ISHER}$, and a 177 bp and a 300 bp fragment specific to G. littoralis Fr. $S_{CHMIDT}$. As a result, the three SCAR markers were able to discriminate from two Bang-Poong related species.

This paper presents the design and fabrication of the duplexer for a Ka-band satellite transponder which is analyzed transmission characteristics by calculating the generalized scattering matrix using mode matching method. It is composed of 2 bandpass filters, coupled with H-plane T-junction having symmetrical inductive iris and E-plane metal insert structures. Compared with the size and weight of the Rx and Tx filter loaded with a transponders respectively, those of the duplexer can be effectively reduced. In a high power transmission, the variation of the filter characteristics is minimized by the scheme that irises are extended to the exterior of H-plane of the waveguide. This scheme needs no extra heat sinks for dissipating high power. The duplexer is designed to improve the simplification, durability and reliability by eliminating tuning screws, which have been used to compensate for the characteristics of fabricated filters. The bandpass filters of the duplexer show the insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB and the return loss in excess of 15 dB. The isolations of more than 65 dB have been achieved between Rx and Tx filter.

2006년 2월 7일, Gemini North Observatory의 Near-Infrared Integral Field Spectrometer (NIFS)를 사용해 타이탄의 K-band 분광영상을 얻었다. NIFS의 파장분해능은 R~5,000이었고, 타이탄 disk의 적도부분은 약 16 pixel로 분해되었다. 2.0 - 2.1 micron 영역에서 미지의 분광선이 관측됐는데, 그 분광 구조는 전형적인 slightly asymmetric-top molecule의 rotational-vibrational 밴드 구조와 유사하게 나타났다. 또한 N2-N2 Collision-Induced Absorption (CIA)과 H2-N2 dimer에 의한 흡수와 메탄(CH4)가스 흡수를 포함한 분광모델을 만들어 비교한 결과 이 파장영역에는 이러한 흡수선들의 영향이 적은 것으로 확인됐다. 따라서 해당 영역의 저분산 (R~2,000 - 3,400) 스펙트럼을 토대로 액체 또는 고체 상태의 탄화수소가 타이탄에 존재한다고 보는 최근 발표된 주장들은 (e.g., Brown et al. 2008, Nature, v. 454, p. 607; Adamkovics et al. 2009, Planetary and Space Science, v. 57, p. 1586) 보다 신중히 고려돼야 한다.

3DTV를 시청하는 경우 조절거리는 TV 화면까지의 거리에 해당하지만, 수렴거리는 좌 우 영상의 화면 시차에 따라 영상의 도출과 후퇴의 깊이가 변하게 되고 수렴거리와 조절거리에 불일치가 발생하게 된다. 3DTV의 입체영상을 시청할 때 발생하는 시각적 불편감은 이러한 수렴과 조절과정의 불일치가 가장 주된 원인으로 알려졌다. 본 연구에서는 입체영상의 시각적 자극으로 눈에서부터 시작된 시각피로감이 인체에 전해지는 단계, 즉 정보의 최종 통합기관인 뇌에 전달결과로서의 생체적 반응을 EEG 방법으로 측정하였다. 3DTV 시청 전 후의 뇌파측정과 뇌기능지수 분석에 의한 방법으로 실험한 결과 시각피로는 ${\delta}$, ${\theta}$, ${\alpha}$, SMR, ${\beta}$Low, ${\beta}$High 파 등 여러 종류의 뇌파 밴드에 영향을 미치고 있었다.

군남댐의 운영은 북한지역에 위치한 저수지와 하천 상황, 특히 황강댐 방류에 절대적으로 의존하는 특성이 있음에도 불구하고, 수위 상황 등 자료수집의 한계로 군남댐 운영에 어려움이 많다. 이러한 상황에서 위성원격탐사 영상자료는 미계측 북한 접경지역의 수문상황을 판단하는 데 유용한 자료가 될 수 있다. 위성을 통한 수위 추정 방법은 위성영상에서 탐지된 수표면을 DEM과 중첩하여 판독하는 방법인 imaging 기법과 레이더고도계로 불리는 altimeter로 위성에서 수표면까지의 거리를 직접 측정하여 산출하는 profiling 기법 등 크게 두 가지 방법이 있다. 본 연구에서는 위성영상으로 산출된 DEM과 ESA의 Sentinel-1 C-밴드 SAR 영상을 중첩하여 황강댐 수위를 추정해 보았다. 정확도 문제가 있겠지만, 황강댐 수위 변화의 경향성은 확인할 수 있었으므로, 향후 개선을 통해 황강댐 수위변동 추세 분석과 상황별 적절한 사전 대응에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This study examines musical characteristics of so-called 'Hongdae Sound' as a historic musical trend by comparing with 'US 8^th Army Sound' and British 'London Punk'. Hongdae Sound refers to the musical trend that was formed with independent bands and musicians who mostly performed live in the club called 'Drug' in Hongdae area, and voluntarily adopted minor musical sensitivity and indie spirit of 'post-punk rock' genre. But as an industrial standpoint the superficial identity of 'indie' interferes with academic approach when analysing musical aspects of Hongdae Sound. Therefore it is necessary to rearrange its characteristics as the musical trend based on regional classification in order to fully appreciate its status in history of Korean popular music. US 8^th Army Sound refers to the musical trend that was played within the live stages in US military bases in Korea. Many hired Korean musicians for those shows were able to learn the current popular musical trend in the States, and to spread those to the general public outside the bases. The industrial system of the Army Sound was very similar to that of K-Pop, but when it comes to leading the newest musical trend of 'rock-n-roll', it had more resemblance to that of Hongdae Sound. London punk was the back-to-basic form of pure rock that was armed with social angst and rebel, indie spirit. Its primal motto was 'do-it-yourself', and Hongdae Sound mostly followed its industrial, musical and spiritual paths. London punk was short-lived because it abandoned its indie spirits and became absorbed to the mainstream. But Hongdae sound maintain its longevity by maintaining the spirit and truthfulness of indie, while endlessly experimenting with new trends.
