글로벌 경쟁체제의 도래와 정보화의 급진전 및 소비자의 권익신장 등 경제환경의 변화에 따라 고객서비스와 직결되는 물류의 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있다. 기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 물류의 아웃소싱 증가와 제3자물류산업의 활성화 및 공급사슬관리(SCM)의 보편화와 일관물류서비스에 대한 수요증가에 따라 물류센터의 기능 또한 종래의 보관 중심이 아닌 일관물류의 중심적 기능으로 발전하고 있으며, 일관물류서비스의 품질을 좌우하는 결정적 요소로 중시되고 있다. 이렇듯 물류센터의 기능이 중시되고 있음에도 현재 우리나라 물류센터들은 공급과잉과 정보부족 및 공급자의 영세성, 제도적 지원부족 등의 주요한 문제점들을 안고 있는 것으로 지적되고 있다. 이런 차에 지난 3월 31일 결성된 한국물류협회 물류센터분과위원횡 거는 관련 업계의 기대가 적지 않다. 이에 물류센터분과위원장으로 선임된 이강성 TL Korea 사장으로부터 우리나라 물류센터의 실태와 분과위원회의 지향점 등을 들어본다.

우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업의 국제물류 서비스 향상 및 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안 가운데 하나는 해외 현지 물류네크워크 구축이며 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 물류서비스 제공 및 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보 차원에서 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 필리핀 물류시장에 대한 우리나라의 해운 항만 물류기업 진출 및 투자 지원에 관한 체계적인 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 인도에 진출하는 우리나라 화주기업 및 물류기업의 물류 애로사항 해소 지원, 해운 물류기업의 경쟁력 강화 등 정부차원의 다양한 정책과 지원 사업에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 필리핀 항만물류시장의 현황을 분석한 후 향후 우리나라 해운 항만 물류기업들이 물류 네트워크 구축 방안을 수립하는데 있어 투자대상 시설 및 투자 유망지역 등 다양한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 필리핀 물류시장을 면밀히 파악하는 것뿐만 아니라 필리핀 경제, 인프라 현황, 기업 분포 등 다양한 지표 분석을 통해 물류서비스 경쟁력 제고에 기여할 수 있는 투자 유망지역을 제시하였다.

Global competition has resulted in companies' expectations to heighten competitiveness and enhance customer service through ownership companies' reduced investment on logistics costs, in turn focusing on the development of core competence, in addition to logistics companies' increased tendencies to satisfy customers' needs and requirements through logistics outsourcing. However, a partial perspective of the logistics contract exists due to its flexible characteristic in order to act accordingly in times of sudden changes and uncertainty. Therefore, this study is designed to test through a survey the standard of desired format of logistics contract in comparison to the currently existing format based on the results of researcher's previous study on the specific clauses in the logistics contract and its effect on the logistics outcome. A hypothesis has been designed to test the differences of perspective between two test groups, and a t-test &IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) was performed. As a result, firstly, there was a significant difference of perspective between the ownership companies and logistics companies when dealing with the logistics contract; secondly, a significant difference of perspective was also expressed between the two groups on how to guide and re-direct the present standard of logistics contract. In addition, the two groups also showed a difference of expectations between the current and future service standard. Therefore, this study is designed to specify the difference of perspective and expectations between the ownership companies and the logistics companies in order to provide a gateway for the two groups in order to further develop and enhance the field of logistics.

The Large-scale Agricultural & Livestock Products consists largely of distribution at The nation's of school and military foods. but false information on the Agricultural & Livestock Products in a safe food supply has become a social issue. The food suppliers deliver food resource in a school-large food establishments such as Change to domestic high-quality Livestock products from low-quality foreign Livestock products, Change to eco-friendly agricultural produce from normal agricultural produce, Change to fresh vegetables from contaminated vegetables. In this paper, e-Discovery system applies to the methods and security of incorrect logistics information and evidential data about illegal products of agriculture & livestock, it is necessary as studies about compensation and liability.

Railroad logistics transporting freight by train takes charge of 10 or 20 percent of domestic cargos. Railroad logistics users such as transport companies including shippers or Inland Container Depot(ICD) use electronic document(EDI or XML) or input data through WEB to process railroad logistics business. However, as business environments evolving into e-business, it is required to upgrade the legacy railroad logistics process. As the increase of using ebXML-based schema format, it is also needed to improve the electronic documents based on DTD format into those of XML schema format. This study deals with information standard for railroad logistics to improve the railroad logistics business. To this purpose railroad business processes were re-defined through the standard business process modeling methodology. Information model was also derived by defining railroad logistics activities from business process model. And Business Information Entities(BIEs) were defined to design new electronic documents according to the extracted information model. An improved system architecture for railroad logistics was proposed as well. The results of this study will provide an effective and flexible business flow to railroad logistics business.

최근의 정보 기술의 급속한 발전은 기존의 오프라인 거래 환경을 인터넷 및 유무선 네트워크과 접목된 전자적인 거래 환경으로 진화시켜왔다. 그러나 공급망(Supply Chain)에 속한 거래 주체들이 전자적인 협업을 원활히 진행하기 위해서는, 여전히 현실 세계의 물리적인 상품들의 흐름(물류)이 정확하게 이동하며 관련 정보를 신속히 획득 및 공유되는 것이 기본 조건이라 할 수 있다. 즉, 전자적인 거래가 부각됨과 동시에 물리적 환경과 디지털 공간을 연결할 수 있는 전자 물류(Electronic Logistics) 환경에 대한 관심 또한 높아지게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 전자 물류 환경 구축을 위해 실물의 흐름을 신속하고 정확하게 파악하기 위한 방안으로 무선 식별 태그를 이용한 실시간 물류 추적 시스템을 제안하고 그에 대한 기능적 구조와 세부 구성 요소 및 기대효과를 살펴보고자 한다.

지능형 교통시스템(ITS: Intelligent Transport Systems)의 부체계인 첨단화물운송시스템(CVOs: Commercial Vehicle Operations)은 교통혼잡 완화와 물류비 목적으로 종합물류정보전산망 사업에서도 추진되어 왔다. ITS 기본계획에서 정의한 화물 및 화물차량관리시스템과 위험물 차량관리시스템의 세부서비스는 '97년말 종합물류정보전산망 상세설계와 첨단화물운송시스템 기본설계 과정에서 새롭게 정립, 제시되었다. 본 고에서는 첨단화물운송시스템의 서비스와 소요기술 개발현황을 기존의 지능형 교통시스템과 종합물류정보망의 추진계획, 업계의 관련자료를 바탕으로 비교적 상세하게 검토하고, 현재까지 공공과 민간에서 개발, 적용되고 있는 시범서비스 차원의 첨단화물운송시스템의 소요기술 적용사례와 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 고에서 첨단화물운송시스템의 적용사례로서 해양수산부를 중심으로 현재 구축 운영중인 컨테이너터미널 전자문서교환(EDI: Electronic Data Interchange) 및 GATE 자동화시스템과 '97년 7월부터 본격 가동에 들어간 현대물류 택배종합전산시스템(HYDEX)의 정보서비스와 관련한 요소기술과 함께 그 효과를 살펴보고, '96년 12월부터 시범서비스를 제공중인 한국통신의 화물운송정보시스템의 적용효과를 분석하였다.

B2B 물류솔루션이 표준에 기반하지 않은 독자적인 방식으로 개발되었을 때 기업간 협업 및 상호운용성에 많은 어려움이 존재하게 된다. 이 경우 XML 기반의 국제 표준 프레임워크인 ebXML을 적용하여 기업간 협업 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ebXML 기반의 물류 협업 서비스 구축기반을 제공하기 위해 필요한 물류협업정보 등록저장소를 정의하고, 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 물류라는 특정 산업분야에 적용하면서 발생하는 분류(Classification) 문제와 XML문서 상의 URI 타입 속성이 등록저장소에 엔트리를 가리킬 때의 질의문제를 해결하였다.

물류업계는 배차 운송하기 위한 많은 알고리즘, 차량경로문제, 차량일정계획, GIS, GPS 등의 여러 연구를 진행하고 있다. 하지만 물류시장에 배송물량은 늘어나지만 배송을 하기 위한 차량과 기사는 한정되어 있으며 다단계 거래구조로 인해 수수료가 발생하여 최말단에 있는 화물차주만 수익이 감소한다. 이런 문제에 의해 차량주인(차주)는 운송장소와 운송비에 중점을 두고 배송 건을 선택하여 운송을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 물류기업의 배차문제와 차주 운임비 문제 해결을 위하여 운송비 기반배차 시스템의 정보화를 실현하기 위한 기초적인 데이터 구조를 제안하고, 운송비 중심의 배차 알고리즘이 적용된 배차 시스템을 물류업체에 적용한 결과를 제시하였다.

해외로 이동하고 있는 컨테이너 화물의 실시간 위치를 확인하고 기상정보 및 국제 이슈 등을 고려하여 도착 예상 시간을 계산해 화물의 도착 예정시간을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 서비스이다. 그동안 선박 추적 시스템은 해외 서비스에 의존해왔으며, 선사에서 자체적으로 제공하는 정보는 정확도가 40%에 미치는 한계가 존재했다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하여, 해당 서비스를 통해 빅데이터 기반의 분석과 향후 프로젝트 운영을 통해 축적될 시스템 상의 데이터와 현장의 데이터를 취합하여 높은 정확도를 이룰 수 있을 것으로 예상한다. 이를 통해 수출 기업들은 안전재고를 감축할 수 있게 되어 보관 관련 물류비용을 절감할 수 있게 될 것이다. 또한 보다 정확한 제조 일정을 수립할 수 있게 되어 과잉 생산을 방지할 수 있음을 기대해볼 수 있다.
