Breast volume has been approximately estimated under the assumption that the shape of breast is a corn. However, women's breast is more like a bulged bag in reality. In this paper, three methods of breast volume estimation were compared to find out the more accurate method. The shape of the breast is assumed as a hemisphere in the first estimation method and a corn in the second one. In the third method, arc along the cross sectional shape of breast was utilized in the calculation. Comparisons among the methods were made using the actual 3D volume measurement of thirty seven women's breast. As results, the third method was the best one for the normal breast type, especially for the lower part of the breast ($R^2=0.74$) which is the crucial design parameter of the brassiere. Assumption of the shape of breast as a corn was reasonably acceptable when the breast is sagged. It was expected that when women wore brassiere, the accuracy of the third method would increase more, since the shape of breast becomes more symmetrical.

이 연구에서는 "민간기업의 정보화에 소요되는 자원을 제공하여 수혜기업의 경영성과와 이를 통한 연관산업의 경쟁력 증대를 도모하는 정보화 분야의 정책적인 기업지원서비스"를 "기업지원 정보 서비스"로 정의하고, 기존 공급자 중심의 사업목표 달성여부의 평가를 위한 평가지표 개발연구에서 벗어나, 중장기적 관점에서 기업지원 정보서비스 활용요인과 성과에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스 활용요인을 기업지원서비스 품질(정보, 서비스, 시스템)과 조직특성(정보기술자원의 성숙도, 조직문화)차원으로, 기업성과 차원을 정보 지향성(Information Orientation)개념과 경영성과 요인으로 구성하여 기업지원 정보서비스의 활용과 기업 성과의 영향관계 살펴보고자 하였다. 실증연구는 산업정보지원센터의 서비스를 활용하고 있는 186개의 기업체 표본을 수집하여, 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석한 결과 설정한 모든 경로가 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 특히 서비스 품질과 조직문화가 활용수준에 큰 효과를 보이고 있으며, 정보지향성이 경영성과를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 정보화 분야의 기업지원 서비스 정책 수립 방향과 개별기업의 전략적 정보 기술 활용을 위한 주요한 시사점을 주고 있다.

This paper considers opposition between lawyers to defend human rights which the Pacific Constitution of Japan guarantees and the public power represented by the prosecution's judicial power centered on sentencing in the 'Chatterley Trial' that was a Japanese representative literary trial which occurred after World War II. The lawyers' assertion is against the public power which reminds us of the Press Act before the war defeat. Although censorship is banned in the constitution, and it can be said that it is not a dimension just to protest the check of custom but the struggle not to reenact the past Japan.

It is no accident that Marks & Spencer lost the Chinese market. This paper will analyze the reasons why Marks & Spencer failed to expand the Chinese market from five aspects: market environment, strategy, market positioning, marketing strategy and site selection. Discuss the enlightenment that the case brings to the enterprise in terms of culture, strategy, positioning and marketing. As a result, we found that strategies for culture, strategy, positioning, and marketing play an important role in creating corporate management strategies and competitive advantage. The results of this study are likely to be used as a very important guideline on a practical level.

The importance of high-definition video has increased by increase in consumer demand for realistic content. Therefore, this study presented the UHD strategy of terrestrial broadcasters for global competitiveness. First, as a practical strategy, to secure domestic market, it should secure an ecosystem through cooperation among departments, create synergy, and prioritize the UHD field to gain global competitiveness with close cooperation with expertised countries in the field. Also, after securing the domestic market by developing UHDTV focusing on cost-effectiveness on socio-cultural situation of Korea, it should utilize the finance and technology for global market. government should support global competitiveness as a control tower, strengthening global content, composing a long-term roadmap, supporting related materials, and creating and exporting our own UHDTV model

The self-driving roller conveyor system, which transports target products by controlling multiple rollers with a motor, is a logistics system suitable for branching and joining logistics and controlling the alignment of target products, and its utilization is increasing, especially in the food manufacturing process. In this paper, we build a simulation environment using Unity software based on 3D graphic modeling of a self-driving roller conveyor system. In a situation where target products are supplied irregularly in terms of time, a method is proposed that can align products to maintain constant spacing by controlling the rollers. Simulation results show that effective alignment of products is possible by controlling the motor that drives the roller based on sensor data of the product position.

This study aims to answer the research question of what are the global leadership competencies(GLC) and what is the integrating framework of GLC? To attain the goal of reframing the GLC models with systematic research on GLC, the specific objectives are delineated as follows; the first objective is to identify the area of GLC. The second one is to extract the dimensions agreed with consensus. The third one is to suggest the reframed GLC model. Through the literature review and content analysis about GLC and global mindset, the two dimensions-subject and objects-of GLC model are emerged to classify the existing clusters of GLC. The extracted objects are self, others, culture, business, and global world. The dimension of subject who is global leader is more specifically divided into the knowing/doing process and three aspects of human activity like cognitive, emotional, and behavioral one. GLC are reframed and rearranged based on the two dimensions. As a results new framework for GLC with 11 clusters are presented. Knowing group of GLC contains personal, social, cultural, business literacy, and global mindset. Doing group of GLC contains personal, social, cultural, business savvy, and global change. Personal traits as a core character are at the core of the knowing and doing process of the self. Lastly, the implications and limitations of this research are suggested, and suggestion for further research is followed.

This study was focused on digital restoration and surface depth modeling applying the three-dimensional laser scanning system of the Haeundae Stone Inscription. Firstly, the three-dimensional digital restoration carried out acquiring of point cloud using wide range and precision scanner, thereafter registering, merging, filtering, polygon mesh and surveyed map drawing. In particular, stroke of letters, inscribed depth and definition appearing the precision scanning polygon was outstanding compared with ones of the wide range polygon. The surface depth modeling completed through separation from polygon, establishment of datum axis, selection of datum point, contour mapping and polygon merging. Also, relative inscribed depth (5~17mm) and outline by the depth modeling was well-defined compared with photograph and polygon image of the inscription stone. The digital restoration technology merging wide range and precision scanning restored the total and detailed shape of the Stone Inscription quickly and accurately. In addition, the surface depth modeling visibly showed unclear parts from naked eye and photograph. In the future, various deteriorations and surrounding environment change of the Stone Inscription will be numerically analyze by periodic monitoring.

In this research, one of five Hofstede's cultural dimension, Long term orientation (LTO) was selected to examine its influence on individual's change oriented organizational citizenship behavior with emotional regulation mediating. East Asian countries and Korea especially received higher score on LTO cultural dimension, meaning it valued harmony, long term relations and saving for future. Also, in today's hyper competitive and evolving global climate, the ability to adapt quickly and also to be able to control one's emotion is highly valued individual competency. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were conducted at mostly national or large group levels. However, in this study, Yoo's CVSCALE which allowed for individual level analysis on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were used to analyze multinational company's employees's long term orientations' influence on emotional regulation and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. The survey conducted from 200 employees from major electronic company based in S city in Korea for two weeks period and the results indicated long term orientation positively influenced change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Also emotional regulation mediated between long term orientation felt by individuals and change oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Such results validated previous studies that indicated emotional regulation as possible antecedents of individual proactive behaviors such as change organizational citizenship behavior and long term oriented view as another potential antecedent of change oriented organizational citizenship behavior in multinational corporation setting.

The purpose of this study is to establish a weighting system for the diagnostic criteria of the KISTI Open Access Maturity Model. The maturity model consists of three dimensions, 12 sub-dimensions, and 28 measurement questions. Weighting was performed for the three dimensions and 12 sub-dimensions to determine their relative importance. The results showed that 'Institutionalization of OA' (48%) was the most important factor in the three dimensions. Among the sub-factors of "institutionalizing OA," "enacting and revising relevant regulations" (64%) was important, and "financing" (39%) was important for "OA sustainability. Submission and review (23%) and author rights (22%) were identified as important elements of "journal openness".
