This study is aimed to develop and apply the empowerment program for Internationally married women working in social enterprises. Empowerment program consisted of six main construct factors such as job or child, being acknowledged as a family member, enduring for economic work, developing myself, getting to know company culture, living a meaningful life for a korean. According to research analysis, self-identity, self-efficacy, coping ability and social problem solving has significant effects on the program. Based on the results of this study, some discussion and suggestions were proposed for the empowerment program for internationally married women in social enterprises.

The purpose of this study is to examine the progress of negotiations between the two countries regarding the implementation of AFKN's satellite broadcasting on October 4, 1983, as well as the opposition of domestic public opinion, which emerged as an important variable in the negotiation process. Through this, it was intended to lay the foundation for the historical facts necessary to interpret the negotiation process between the two countries over the implementation of AFKN's satellite broadcasting in the context of world history of cultural globalization. As a research method, the historical literature research method was used, focusing on archive documents stored in diplomatic archives. The study revealed that public opinion's movement toward cultural imperialism under domestic political conditions, which had authoritarian control over the media, served as an accidental factor to help carry out the regime's interests of regime protection. Through these findings, this paper interpreted that AFKN-TV's satellite broadcasting, which was implemented under the U.S. Department of Defense plan without the prior consent of the Korean government, clearly shows that Korea has been "semi-forced" into the U.S.-led cultural globalization order.

This Study examined impact of academic stress and acculturation stress experienced by overseas Republic of Korean students on psychological adjustment. For this purpose, the 152 female and male Korean students attending in undergraduate and graduate course in English speaking countries were surveyed. Academic stress and acculturation stress has negative correlation with psychological wellbeing and life satisfaction but has positive correlation with depression and anxiety. Hierarchical regression analysis confirmed that demographic variables predicted psychological well-being, life satisfaction and depression except anxiety. After controlling the demographic variables, academic stress and acculturation stress predicted psychological well-being, life satisfaction, depression and anxiety. Finally, limitations of this study, the significance, the direction of future research are discussed.

It is very interesting phenomenon that despite a broad consensus on the need for social worker to take cultural aspects into professional practice, thus to be a culturally competent, a number of materials criticising the concept of cultural competence have emerged in these days simultaneously. The main purpose of the study is to clarify such phenomenon, which means that this article is trying to analyze the contents of such critical discourse on cultural competence and the validity of those contents. The result of the study finds out that most of the arguments can be categorized into three aspects: epistemological, ethical, ontological, and that most of the main ideas of the critical discourses have been borrowed from a branch of critical social work theories, especially highly influenced from Foucault and Derrida. This article argues that critical discourses have some significant problems which make a conflict with traditional values and tenets in social work as a human service profession. First, epistemologically, the critical discourse fails to differentiate the matter of discovery from that of justification, which brings the cultural competence to the brink of agnosticism. Second, ethically, insisting that there should be no foundational criteria for cultural hierarchy in term of rightness or goodness, the critical discourses reveal their intrinsic limitations in solving ethical dilemmas and conflict in real world, which can be considered as a kind of evasion of responsibility in disguise of cultural relativism. Third, in practical vein, critical discourses are largely in effective in specifying the concrete model to realize their own ideas, and furthermore they unintentionally promote context-blind perspectives that eclipses the significance of structural and systematical impacts on the cultural identity.

Organizations are facing a new, diverse security threat as ICT based industrial environment arises. As a way of effective countermeasure for security threat, organizations are making an effort to establish internalization of security culture, targeting a organizational members. However, members' awareness toward security receptiveness is low as inconvenience exists in business process and existing security culture focuses on controlling and regulating. Accordingly, this research desires to develop a participatory security culture which can higher the efficiency of security work process and induce members' voluntary participation. A comparative analysis on security culture related prior researches is conducted and based on a drawn components, statistical verification is accomplished. It is expected to contribute on future research on measuring a security culture level.

We study online gaming regulations and examine the reactance and attitude of the targeted group. To be specific, we focus on the 'Shutdown Law' due to its scope and magnitude of its influence. The Shutdown Law was enforced to prevent adolescence's immersion in or addiction to online gaming; however, its effectiveness has yet to reach a consensus. Our empirical findings show that the reactance to the regulation is stronger as game usage increases; surprisingly the effect of game usage on reactance weakens among the affected adolescence's group, compared to the adult counterpart. Furthermore, heavy users in the targeted group are more likely to play online gaming to mingle with their peers, and thus more likely to play other activities that friends participate in. These results suggest that online games play a role to cultivate peer-culture among adolescence and facilitate their communication.

The purpose of this study is to compare rational process of active ageing and productive aging based on the theory of planned behavior. The effect of post-retirement may be influenced by attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control for old aged workers, then we tested the effect of mediating role of post-retirement preparation on active ageing and productive aging. And we conducted additional analyses of mediating role of post-retirement preparation respectively. Conducting a survey research to 192 employed old aged workers, the data was analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling. The result of this study found the positive effects of attitude and perceived behavioral control on active ageing through post-retirement preparation. There were negative effect of subjective norms and positive effect of perceived behavioral control on productive aging through post-retirement preparation. According to additional analyses, the mediating effect of social post-retirement preparation was significant on active ageing, and the mediating effect of emotional and social post-retirement preparation was significant on productive aging. Suggestions for future research and practical implications were provided based on the findings.

인터넷의 급속한 확산과 전세계 통신서비스의 확장으로 인해 세계는 정보의 공유와 다양한 삶의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 교통수단의 발달로 전세계가 일일생활권에 접어들었다면 인터넷과 통신수단의 발전으로 인해 세계는 동일문화권을 형성하고 있다. 주체할 수 없이 수많은 정보와 서비스속에서 사고 있지만, 아직도 좀더 편리하고 안전한 정보의 공유와 윤택한 삶을 영유하기 위한 많은 문제점이 있으며, 이러한 발전 속에서 더 많은 문제점들이 나타나고 있는 것이 현실이다. 또한 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 다양한 해결책들이 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 본 고에서는다루게 될 내용은 전체적인 공개키 기반구조를 살펴보고 이를 디지털 위성방송 한정 수신 시스템에 적용한다. 공개키 기반구조에 대해서는 인터넷에서 사용자를 인증하기 위한 X.509 인증서에 대해 살펴보고, 인증서를 이용한 서비스에 대해 살펴본다. 또한 최근 각 나라별 공개키 기반구조 표준안의 진행 상황을 알아보고 IETF PKIX 표준안으로서 공개키 관리 프로토콜, CRL CRL 확장, 인증서, 그리고 인증서 확장에 대해 살펴본다. 곧 실현될 디지털 위성방송의 유료화 서비스는 가입자 인증과 서비스에 대한 접근 통제가 가능해야 한다. 따라서 가입자에 대한 관리부분에 공개키 기반구조를 적용함으로써 가입자에 대한 인증과 서비스 및 접근 통제를 가능하게 한다.

최근 사이버스페이스에서의 범죄가 큰 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 사이버스페이스에서의 피해를 최소화하기 위해 관련법의 재정 및 개정이 필요하고, 법규 위반자에 대한 엄격한 법 집행이 요구되고 있지만, 사이버스페이스의 특성상 실효성이 약하기 때문에 시민의 자율성에 의존하는 사이버스페이스의 윤리를 강화하는 측면으로 추구해야 한다. 이런 논점에서 본 논문은 사이버스페이스 기술의 발달로 발생되고 있는 범죄의 종류, 법 적용의 범위 및 한계점, 사이버스페이스에서의 법적 규제와 윤리의 상관관계, 사이버스페이스의 질서를 형성 하기 위한 자율적인 윤리 통제의 중요성 등의 이슈들에 대해 고찰해 보았다. 또한 사이버스페이스의 건전한 윤리의식을 정착시키기 위해 가장 이상적인 이슈를 판가름하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 사이버스페이스를 하나의 신천지 즉 유토피아로 건설하기 위해 네티즌들 모두가 법적인 통제보다는 자율적인 윤리의식 함양으로 건전한 정보문화를 확립하고 사이버스페이스의 주인으로써 최선을 다해야 한다.

최근 사물인터넷의 발전에 따른 많은 기기들이 디지털화 되면서 네트워크의 새로운 주요 장비로 등장하고 있으며 이 중 CCTV의 경우 대부분 IP를 갖는 독립적인 네트워크 디바이스가 되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 CCTV의 네트워크 접근에 따른 해킹 가능성이 끊임없이 제공되면서 CCTV를 통한 내부망의 침투가 현실적으로 가능한 상황이다. 현재 대부분의 영상 화면이 암호화되어 운영되고는 있지만 CCTV를 통제하는 제어 데이터는 어떠한 보안조치도 이루어지지 않은 것이 현실이다. 이러한 점을 보완하기 위해 면에서 본 논문에서는 CCTV 통제를 위한 제어 데이터도 인증 및 암호화를 통해 일반적인 접근을 완전히 차단할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 이를 통한 사물인터넷의 안정성을 검증하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
