2008년 숭례문 화재 이후 국가지정 중요목조문화재에 소화전, 방수총, 감지기, CCTV, 자동화 재탐지설비 등 수많은 방재시설이 설치되었다. 그러나 설치 및 관리에 대한 기준이 없어 안전관리에 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 또한 문화재의 특수성을 고려한 별도의 법률이 아닌 소방시설설치 및 유지관리에 관한 법률에서 특정소방대상물로 분류되어 소방법의 적용을 받고 있는 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전국에 위치한 159개 국가지정 중요목조문화재 현장조사를 통하여 방재시설 실태를 알아보고 소방시설 설치 및 관리기준 마련의 필요성을 알아보고자 한다.

This study takes cultural space facilities as the research object, trying to grasp the status quo of universal design. By selecting Busan Museum, Busan Museum of Art, and Busan Museum of Modern Art, masters the applicability and characteristics of universal design, and gets the improvements. First, through literature review, the concepts of universal design and evaluation elements are considered. Secondly, obtains five evaluation elements by analyzing previous research. Thirdly, a field survey of various cultural spaces were conducted. gains the relevant status and problems of universal design. According to the results of the detailed evaluation project of cultural space also shuowed that the Busan Museum of Modern Art, Busan Museum, and Busan Museum of Modern Art followed in order, while the average applicability of the universal design of the three cultural spaces accounts for 53.6%. In addition, the results of the average evaluation of the facilities show that the additional facilities are the best, in turn internal facilities, sanitation facilities, other facilities, and guidelines facilities. In the future, it is deemed necessary to conduct regular surveys on universal design and renovate related facilities for public cultural facilities.

Attached parking lots installation criteria is determined by use, total floor area, etc. according to the Parking Lot Act and local government ordinances. However, with traffic demand increase inconvenience about use of culture and assembly facilities have been raised. When planning number of parking lots for cultural and assembly facilities, legal parking lots and unit parking lots are used, but this causes inconvenience and traffic problems on the surrounding roads, because reality and convenience are not considered. Therefore, this study intend to present an realistic number of parking lots calculating equation for movie theater in Gwangju Metropolitan City. After investigating number of parking lots, number of screens, number of seats, total floor area, bus route and illegal parking for a cultural facility in Gwangju Metropolitan City, prediction model for calculating number of parking lots was presented using SPSS regression analysis. As a result of comparing prediction model and unit method, the prediction model was be closer actual cumulative parking space, so prediction model verification was completed. Based on the model verified in this study, Realistic number of parking lots will be installed. However, due to limitations of research on specific areas, research on various facilities should continue in consideration of regional, population, and urban characteristics

부산 강서구 천성동에 소재한 중죽도는 해양문화공간으로 조성할 수 있는 다양한 잠재력과 가능성을 가지고 있다. 거가대교의 지상부분으로 연결되는 장소에 있는 중죽도와 대죽도는 거가대교를 건설하면서 육지와 침매 해저터널로 연결된 무인도이다. 이러한 시설을 조성하면서 자연스럽게 형성된 방파제와 매립지는 중죽도와 인접한 까닭에 육지에서 자동차로 접근이 가능한 공간이다. 때문에 무인도라는 섬을 자동차로 갈 수 있다는 장점뿐 아니라 육지의 전기가 공급된다는 장점도 있다. 특히 대형차량을 위한 주차시설과 거가대교 홍보관이 있는 가덕해양파크 휴게소에서 차량을 이용하여 접근이 가능하므로 이 시설과 연계한 관광상품도 개발이 가능한 현실이다. 국내 유일의 이러한 환경을 활용하여 친환경적인 개념을 도입하여 각종 시설을 계획한다면 매우 매력적인 해양문화공간을 조성할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 중죽도와 연결된 매립지을 활용하여 해양문화공간을 조성하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

문화자원으로서의가치를내재하고, 접근성이양호한 등대 중일부를 문화교육시설, 공공편의시설 등을 확충하여 등대해양문화공간으로 지정(운영)하고 있으나, 지역(등대)별 해양문화 공연 프로그램의 획일화 등에 따른 집객효과 저조로 다양한 문화컨텐츠 도입이 필요하며, 지자체 등 유관기관과의 협업을 통한 해양관광 개발 등 시너지 효과를 극대화 하기 위한 방안을 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study was to propose a measure for eco-cultural regeneration by a detailed examination of closed down schools, old defective residences, deteriorated industrial facilities and space no long in use located throughout Ijak-do. The reserch method utilized a selection of the major elements from the eco-cultural regeneration element of island regions and a measure for application and regeneration on the deteriorated facilities of Ijak-do was proposed.

등대해양문화공간은 국민의 해양사상 증진과 해양문화 예술진흥 및 해양교육을 위하여 지정된 시설이다. 우리나라 8곳의 등대해양문화공간 중 간절곶등대에서 개최되는 각종 행사 개최 현황 및 시설 운영 현황을 살펴보고, 등대해양문화공간의 효율적이며 발전적인 운영 방안에 대하여 논의하고자 한다.

The goal of this study is to propose the contribution strategies of public library as cultural infrastructure to local cultural development in Korea. For this goal, researcher evaluated how public libraries contribute to the local cultural development in terms of interdependence of public library and local culture. Then, the researcher divided into the local culture to knowledge culture, reading culture, learning culture, living culture, and leisure culture, and suggested six contribution strategies(improving core competencies including the collection development and user service, strengthening education and support for digital information literacy, reading promotion and base expansion for everyday life, optimization of lifelong learning & culture program services, increasing openness and friendliness of the facilities and space, expansion of cooperation with relevant agencies) of public library for their development and promotion.

2022년 7월 8일 일본 전 총리 아베는 나라현의 야마토사이다이지 역에서 야마가미 데스야의 사제총격에 심각한 총상을 입고 과다출혈로 사망하였다. 다중이용시설에서의 테러안전관리 미흡으로 인해 발생한 본 사건은 다중이용시설 테러안전관리의 중요성을 보여주는 대표적인 테러사례이다. 국내와 유사한 테러환경을 갖춘 인접국가 일본 발생한 테러사건이므로, 국내 다중이용시설 테러안전관리에 대한 경각심을 일깨워 주고 있다. 대한민국은 세계적으로 높은 인구밀도와 원스톱 서비스의 선호 욕구로 인해 대부분의 다중이용시설들은 운송·판매·문화 및 집회 등의 기능이 다양하게 복합된 시설로 발전해 가고 있어, 테러리스트의 테러대상 선정의 3가지 요건인 접근성(Easy-Access), 상징성(symbolism), 미디어 집중성(Media Attention)을 갖춘 매력적인 테러대상시설이 되어 가고 있다. 또한, 최근 국제테러 동향을 살펴보면, 국가중요시설, 군사시설과 같은 하드 타겟(Hard Target)보다 엔터테인먼트, 문화, 관람, 카지노, 시장, 플라자, 광장, 소매점, 대형마트 등의 판매·문화 및 집회시설인 소프트 타겟(Soft Target)에서 고 위험성의 테러가 높은 빈도로 발생하고 있는 추세로 다중이용시설은 테러안전관리가 절대적으로 필요해져 가고 있다. 이에 반해, 국내 다중이용시설 테러안전관리를 위한 지도·점검 및 시설 취약요인 사전제거 활동 등 대부분의 대테러 활동이 미흡한 실정이다. 국내에서 소프트 타겟은 『테러방지법 제25조 시행령』(테러대상시설 및 테러이용수단 안전 대책 수립)과 『테러대상시설 및 테러이용수단 시설의 안전대책에 관한 규정』에 따라 정부에서는 대테러 활동을 매년 상시적으로 하고 있지만, 아직까지 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현 다중이용시설의 테러안전관리 문제점과 취약점을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect on improving communication by conducting a tea culture convergence program for elderly people using facilities. The subjects of this study consisted of a tea culture convergence program for 3 months, 60 minutes once a week for 7 people using the Elderly Day Care Center in the H-S S welfare center. Psychological and behavioral changes related to communication by sessions were compared by comparing elderly patients at each session of the Tea Culture Convergence Program.Tea culture convergence program was found to have a positive effect on behaviors and attitudes related to communication among the elderly in the facilities. As a result of analyzing pre- and post-action and attitudes, the Tea Culture Convergence Program brought positive changes in communication by acting as emotional and social support for the elderly. These findings suggest that the Tea Culture Convergence Program is a psychologically necessary program for the elderly in that it shows that the Tea Culture Convergence Program is an effective program that promotes communication among the elderly in the facilities.
