  • 본 논문은 360도 전방향을 찍을 수 있는 Omni Directional Lens를 장착한 카메라 로봇에 대해 소개한다. 이는 여러 대의 안드로이드 폰으로 원격에서 접속하여 360도 전방의 파노라마 영상을 받아볼 수 있으며, 마스터 권한을 가진 안드로이드 폰의 경우, 카메라 로봇을 원격으로 제어할 수 있다. 이 로봇은 원격에서 무인 감시 시스템 등 여러 가지 영역에서 활용될 수 있다.

  • 클라우드 스토리지는 아직까지 충분한 안전성을 제공하지 못하기 때문에 완전히 신뢰할 수 없는 시스템으로 인식되고 있다. 클라이언트는 스토리지에 저장된 데이터의 손실을 우려하여 서비스의 사용을 꺼려할 수 있다. 반면에 클라우드는 손실이 발생했을 경우, 책임을 클라이언트에게 전가할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 무결성 검증 기법을 설계하여 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 논문에서는 클라우드 스토리지 구조를 고려하여 설계하였으며, 공개적 검사, 데이터 업데이트, 스토리지 핵심기술 지원을 설계 목표로 한다. 설계한 무결설 검증기법을 통해 보다 안전한 클라우드 스토리지 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

  • 오늘날 인터넷의 발달과 스마트 기기들의 발달로 인해 우리의 일상생활 깊숙이까지 정보화가 이루어 졌다. 최근 스마트폰을 사용하는 사람들의 수가 1,000만 명이 넘어서고 있으며 스마트폰을 통해 필요한 프로그램을 다운받는 수도 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 그런데 프로그램을 제작 후 인터넷을 통해 배포할 시 보안상 안전하지 않다는 문제가 있다. 악의적인 제 3자가 배포 중인 프로그램에 악성코드를 삽입하여 악성코드도 같이 배포되도록 할 수 있기 때문이다. 이를 대비하기 위해 프로그램의 무결성을 보장하는 PAC(Program Authentication Code)을 제안한다. PAC은 기존 악성코드 정보를 가진 데이터베이스가 없어도 프로그램에 악성코드가 삽입되는 것을 탐지할 수 있다. 또한 해시함수를 사용하여 고정된 길이의 인증코드를 생성함으로 네트워크로 전송하거나 한정된 메모리에서 보관하기에 용이하다.

  • 최근 산업 현장에서 많은 안전사고가 일어나고 있고, 현장 노동력의 부족으로 무인 로봇 시스템들을 도입하는 등 다양한 변화를 맞이하고 있다. 이에 차세대 자동화 시스템은 보다 유연하고 지능적이어야 한다. AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)의 경우 실시간으로 변하는 현장에 대응하기 어렵고, 새로운 어플리케이션에 대한 제품개발의 어려움이 따른다. 이에 대한 대안으로 AGV 인식 스택을 재구축하여 인간과 동일한 공간인식 능력을 갖춘 AMR(Autonomous Mobile Robot)이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SLAM과 ROS를 이용하여 AMR의 기능을 구축하였다. YD Lidar 센서와 SLAM을 이용하여 주변 환경을 지도화 하여 로봇의 현재 위치를 파악할 수 있도록 제작하였고, 직접 지도상의 최적 경로를 파악하여 주변 장애물을 회피하며 주행할 수 있음을 확인하였다. DC 모터의 응답 특성에 따라 주행 속도, 조향각 등을 제어할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

Quality Characteristics during Storage of Ginseng Washed by Different Methods (세척방법에 따른 인삼의 저장 중 품질특성)

  • We sought to improve the methods for washing fresh raw ginseng. The quality of ginseng surface-washed by different methods was evaluated during storage at 10C and $20^{\circ}C$. The raw ginseng surface-washing method was a full-cone spray-type procedure using water and air. The water for decontamination had an electrolysis value of 80 ppm, also known as electrolysis water $2^{\circ}C$ water and water containing 5 ppm chlorine dioxide, were also used for decontamination. The Hunter color (${\Delta}E$) of ginseng washed with water withan electrolysis value of 80 ppm, or water with 5 ppm chlorine dioxide, was greater than that seen after other washing methods were used. The weight loss after washing with 5 ppm chlorine dioxide water was similar to that seen after washing with $2^{\circ}C$ water or 80 ppm electrolysis water. Reductions in total microorganism levels, and counts of yeasts and molds, assayed 10 days after washing with 5 ppm chlorine dioxide water were greater than seen after use of other sterilization methods. Quality maintenance on storage, at both 10C and 20C, after washing with 80 ppm electrolysis water, was better than that noted after other sterilization methods. The moisture content of washed ginseng was similar under all storage conditions tested.

Antibrowning Effects of Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water with/without Freezing Point Depressing Agents on Peeled Chestnut during Storage (빙점강하제 첨가 전해산화수에 의한 깐밤의 저장 중 갈변억제 효과)

  • This study was to investigate the inhibiting effect of electrolyzed oxidizing (EO) water with/without freezing point depressing agents on polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity of peeled chestnut. 0.85% sodium chloride, 0.5% citron and 0.5% lemon juice were used to freezing point depressing agents. The content of total phenolics was 13.36 mg% at the earlier stage of storage, and then suddenly increased at around 8∼1ldays. At the 11th day, PPO activity of untreated chestnut was 1,152 units, that was higher than any ethers. EO water adding lemon and citron juice showed synergistic effects on the enzyme inhibition, and their PPD activities were 143.3 and 180.22 units after 4 weeks, respectively. Sensory analysis showed that acceptance of peeled chestnuts was dependent on color and taste, which was related to PPO activity and sweetness. The peeled chestnut treated with EO water added citron or lemon juice tended to show the highest score fur acceptance.

Effect on Shoot Growth Inhibition by Prohexadion-Calcium in 'Sato Nishiki' Sweet Cherry (Prohexadion-Calcium이 체리 '좌등금'의 신초생장 억제에 미치는 영향)

  • This research was conducted to get the basic information for improving production amount as well as fruit quality by using Prohaxadion-Calcium (Pro-Ca) used as 'Sato Nishiki', cherry cultivar, which is most frequently cultivated in Korea. In fruiting trees, we used Pro-ca and concentration of treatment selected 150, 200 and $250\;mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$. When treating Pro-Ca $200\;mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$, we could get the highest effect on inhibition of shoot growth. All treatments of Pro-Ca were increased chlorophyll a and b, respectively compared with control. Although treatments of Pro-Ca treatment showed the decreased effect on leaf area and there was no difference in fruit quality among treatments. Also, Pro-Ca $250\;mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$, sprayed 3 times, and pclobutrazol ($PP_{333}$) 500 and $1,000\;mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$, applicated soil, were treated to 1 year old plnted pot. Pro-Ca and $PP_{333}$ showed inhibition of shoot growth, especially, Pro-Ca showed the more effect than $pp_{333}$ on growth inhibition. Soil applications of $pp_{333}$ showed less effect to enlargement of tree trunk compared to Pro-Ca and control. Pro-Ca and $pp_{333}$ were not difference in number of inter-nodes when comparing to control, but they on decreased leaf area and increased chlorophyll.

Corrosion and Strength Changes of Agricultural Steel Pipes Elapsed 20 Years under the Greenhouse Environment (온실 환경 하에서 20년 경과된 농업용 강관의 부식 및 강도변화)

  • In order to increase the durability of the pipe framed greenhouse, galvanized steel pipes with four corrosion protection treatments were installed in the greenhouse. After 20 years, experiments on surface corrosion and strength change were conducted. Control (untreated) pipes exposed in the atmosphere showed a 1.3% reduction in strength, but little difference from other treatments. The strength of heavy protective coating pipes buried in the ground decreased by 0.6%, showing little change, but untreated pipes decreased by 15.7%. And antirust paint and asphalt coating pipes decreased by 4.2~4.4%. Pipes exposed in the atmosphere did not show severe corrosion in all samples. There was no change in heavy protective coating pipes, and no rust was found in antirust painting pipes either and there was only slight discoloration. Asphalt coating pipes discolored black and some rust was found, and untreated pipes were rusted by 20~30% of the surface. However, untreated pipes buried in the ground were completely rusted, and asphalt coating pipes were rusted by 80~90% of the surface. Antirust painting pipes were rusted by 20~30%, and heavy protective coating pipes did not change almost. The heavy protective coating treatment showed a clear corrosion protection effect even in the parts buried in the ground, and the antirust painting treatment also showed some corrosion protection effect. Therefore, it is judged to be applicable to the field of pipe framed greenhouses.

Effects of C-MH on Yield and Pure Seed Ratio in Peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) (개화유제제 C-MH 처리가 땅콩수량과 정입율에 미치는 영향)

  • C-MH(Choline salt of maleic hydrazide, 39%) has been applied on peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) plant in 1994∼1995 on three different times of 24 days after flowering (DAF), 28 DAF and 31 DAF and on three different levels of 0.2, 0.1. 0.067%, respectively. Main stem length was noticeably retarded by 38∼44% compared to that of non-treatment. Branch numbers were not changed by C-MH treatments. Ratio of flowering inhibition was 38% in 0.2% concentration and 22% in 0.067% at 28 days after flowering treatment compared to that of control. Ratio of pure seed was slightly enhanced by 3% in 28 DAF treatments. Yield productivity was increased by 7% in 0.1%, at 28 DAF treatment compared to that of non-treatment (3.2MT /ha).

Enhanced Strobilus Production and Metabolic Alterations in Larix kaempferi by Stem Girdling (환상박피 처리에 의한 일본잎갈나무의 착과유도 효과와 대사물질의 변화)

  • The demand for Japanese larch (Larix kaempferi) seeds has increased in Korea but their supply has been limited due to sporadic natural seed production. To enhance seed production, stem girdling was applied to 42-yearold Japanese larches, resulting in remarkable enhancement of strobilus production in terms of the rate of strobilusbearing tree and the number of strobilus per tree. Metabolic alterations in the girdled and the control trees were interrogated through GC/MS analysis. In the girdled tree, the contents of 14 individual metabolites including polar and non-polar compounds were significantly increased compared to the control. In the cambium and phloem tissues of girdled trees, the contents of pimaric acid, phosphoric acid, sucrose, and two different unknown compounds were enhanced, while the levels of malic acid, inositol, two different disaccharide, 11-trans-Octadecenoic acid and 4 different unknown compounds were decreased compared to the control. The girdled trees showed to be contained significantly higher amount of total nitrogen in the cambium and phloem tissues than that of control trees. Although the role of individual metabolites on enhanced strobilus production remains unclear, the approach presented in this study might provide useful information in elucidating metabolic network modulation induced by girdling and will be further applied for enhanced strobilus production in Japanese larch trees.
