Impact of the Fit of Immersive Technology and Media Art Type on User Commitment and Revisit Intention (몰입형 기술 특성과 미디어아트 관람 특성과의 적합성이 관객의 몰입감과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the perceived fit between the characteristics of immersive technology and the type of media art affects commitment, satisfaction, and revisit intention. The results showed that the quality of projection mapping and the reputation of original art had a positive effect on the perceived fit whereas the accessibility of original art had a negative effect on the perceived fit. In addition, the reputation of original art and the perception of fit increased the commitment of the media art exhibition, which positively affected the satisfaction and revisit intention. This study provides theoretical and practical implications regarding the effect of immersive technology and media art type of digital media art.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify a causal relationship among commitment to change, needs of technology education innovation, communication and self-efficacy of technology teachers. A total of 300 copies of questionnaires were used for data analysis except for 117 copies like the one where insincerely responds to any question was found. To ensure the reliability and validity of questions, I performed technical statistics like average, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis via PASW 18.0, item-total correlation and the totality, and reliability analysis. I undertook a confirmatory factor analysis via AMOS 7.0 to ensure the validity of items together with a structural analysis to perform a path analysis among variables and assess the suitability of model. The major finding of this study were as follows: First, because fit index of hypothetical model generally met standards in this study, a hypothetical model was judged appropriately. Second, needs of technology education innovation had a positive effect on communication and commitment to change of technology teachers. And, communication among technology teachers had a positive effect on commitment to change of technology teachers. This result means that communication among technology teachers is important to activation of technology education. Third, self-efficacy had a positive effect on commitment to change of technology teachers. This result means that it needs to raise self-efficacy level through teacher education.

  • 360VR은 기존의 미디어와 차별화된 현실감을 제공하는 장점으로 인해 차세대 미래미디어의 대표 주자로 주목받고 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 360VR 영상의 획득과 제작에 사용되는 장비 및 기술을 살펴보고, 360VR 콘텐츠의 제작 사례를 기반으로 몰입형 콘텐츠 제작기술이 방송 및 기타 장르에 어떻게 융합되고 있는지 알아보았다. 또한, 몰입형 콘텐츠 제작의 제약 요소를 살펴보고 이에 대한 대안 및 몰입형 미디어의 발전방향을 알아보았다.

Effect of Career Commitment and Professionalism of Perioperative Nurses on the Organizational Commitment (수술실 간호사의 경력몰입과 전문직관이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the career commitment and professionalism of perioperative nurses and their impact on the organizational commitment. The subjects were 315 perioperative nurses who were attending the annual conference of the Korean Association of Perioperative Nurses. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple linear regression using the SPSS/PC 18.0 program. The average level of organizational commitment of the nurses was $3.04{\pm}.42$, whereas the level of career commitment and professionalism were $2.89{\pm}0.67$ and $3.04{\pm}0.29$, respectively. Both factors were found to be influencing factors on the organizational commitment. These variables explained 37.3% of the variance of organizational commitment, and the career commitment (${\beta}$=0.395) was a more influential factor than the professionalism (${\beta}$=0.298).

  • 본 연구는 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입을 통해 창의성에 미치는 관계모형 측면에서 연구가 이루어졌다. 연구를 위해 직무의 특성상 공통점이 있고 매일의 수업상황에서 창의성이 요구되는 사립유아교육기관에서 근무하는 207명의 유아교사들을 분석대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 조직몰입은 창의성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직몰입은 변혁적 리더십과 창의성간의 정(+)적 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 구성원이 조직의 목표에 부합하는 창의성을 발휘하도록 하는 조직몰입의 역할을 실증하였다는 점에서 그리고 실무적으로 리더의 변혁적 리더십 행위가 구성원의 조직몰입을 이끌어내면서 조직에 유용한 창의성 발휘를 높일 수 있다는 전략적 제안을 마련하였다는 점에서 그 시사점을 찾을 수 있다.

Relationship among the Expertise of University Liberal Arts Class Instructor, the Exercise Flow and Persistent Participation Intention Perceived by Non-Sports Major University Students (비체육 전공 대학생이 인지한 대학교 교양 수업 지도자의 전문성과 운동몰입 및 참여지속의도간의 관계)

  • There is true that the evaluation of non-face-to-face swimming classes currently offered by universities due to the COVID-19 outbreak is generally negative. For this reason, the quality of non-face-to-face swimming classes at universities is bound to depend on the expertise of the instructor. However, whether or not of students who lack of practices of swimming could experience exercise flow and could continuously last the swimming exercise after semester or even graduation is difficult to confirm. This is considered to be a significant threat in the future not only for swimming, but also for all liberal arts and lifestyle sports. This study aimed at 281 non-athletic college students with experience of taking both swimming classes, and the need for a study on the structural relationship between exercise flow and participation intention by university swimming class leaders' expertise in non-sports majoring college students. And the results were empirically analyzed. The research results derived in this process are summarized as follows. First, the effect of swimming class leader's expertise (personality, lecture skills, student management, practical skills, basic knowledge) perceived by non-athletic college students on exercise flow (cognitive flow, behavior flow) affects cognitive flow. As a factor influencing, it was found that lecture skills had a statistically positive (+) effect, and as factors influencing behavioral commitment, the positive (+) effect was statistically significant in personality, lecture skills, student management, and basic knowledge. Second, as for the effect of exercise commitment (cognitive commitment, behavior commitment) perceived by non-athletic college students on continuous participation intention, the behavioral commitment factor was found to have a statistically positive (+) effect.

구조방정식을 이용한 사이버 가정학습 몰입 모형에 관한 연구

  • 본 논문은 국내 사이버가정학습에서의 학습자 몰입을 형성하는 조건과 몰입, 그리고 학습 성과에 대한 영향간의 관계에 대하여 연구하였다. 이러한 탐구를 위해 Csikszentmihalyi(1990)의 몰입이론(flow theory)을 이론적 기반으로 삼았으며, 컴퓨터 매개 환경(Computer-Mediated Environment)에서의 학습활동에 참여하고 있는 사이버가정학습 수강자 310명으로부터 자료를 얻어 실증적 연구를 수행하였다. 사이버가정학습 학습자의 몰입은 '즐거움', '원격현존감', '주의집중', '관여', '시간왜곡'의 5가지 하위구인으로 정의하였고, 몰입 선행 조건은 학습에 필요한 '기술'과 과제수행의 '도전' 정도에 대한 개인의 인지도의 차이로 정의되었다. 실증적 연구를 위해 사이버가정학습 몰입측정 도구(Cyber-class Flow Measure)를 활용하였으며, 실제 몰입도 측정 후 몰입도가 높은 학습자 집단과 낮은 학습자 집단의 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 자료 분석결과 사이버가정학습 몰입도는 학습만족도 평가에 유의미한 영향을 미침을 보여주었다.

A study on a flow of the technological convergence in webtoon - Focused on the interactiontoon of webtoon (기술 융합형 웹툰의 몰입도 연구 -인터랙션 툰 <마주쳤다>를 중심으로)

  • Since the advent of the Smart Devices, the smartphone has become a popular tool to view Webtoon. This phenomenon has caused the convergence of cutting-edge technologies and Webtoons in diverse forms, creating unique versions of Webtoons including, but not limited to Smart-toon, Effect-toon, Cut-toon, Dubbing-toon, Moving-toon, AR-toon, VR-toon, and Interaction-toon. By comparison to these rich diversities of Webtoons in the online industry, there is a lack of academic research on this topic. There are some papers which talk about the different types of multimedia technology conversion and its case presentation or the effectiveness and problems of visual effect, but the effects of these convergence technologies on comic readers' concentration and reading effectiveness have never been investigated so far. Therefore, this paper will discuss the unique method of immersive storytelling that is often used in comics and analyze each aspects of immersive method in technology-converged Webtoons along with its problems. Furthermore, this paper will analyze different aspects of "immersion" and interaction elements that can be found in the popular Interaction-toon, (Encountered). Through this, this paper discusses the positive influence of the interaction elements on comic readers' immersion level and its limitation. To classify the technology-converged Webtoons in terms of the immersion level, the Effect-toon sometimes interferes viewer's flow by using excessive use of multimedia effect, creating information overload. The Smart-toon which applied motions to each frame under horizontal mode of smartphones was a good try, but it hindered the readers' activeness and made it hard for the readers to be fully absorbed in the story. The VR-toon, which utilizes virtual reality gadgets to allow viewers to explore the world of Webtoon was also a nice try to overcome the limitation of vertical screens. However, it often caused dispersion of user's attention and reduced the users' immersion level. The Moving-toon which only emphasized the reading convenience also invaded readers' activeness and disturb users' concentration. On the other hand, the cartoonist Il-Kwon Ha applied high technologies such as face recognition technology, augmented reality techniques, 360-degree panorama technology, and haptic technology to his cartoon (Encountered). This allowed the readers to form a sense of closeness towards the cartoon characters which let the readers to identify themselves with the characters and interact with them. By this way, the readers can be fully immersed in the story. However, technology abuse, impractical production and hackneyed storylining often showed later in the story remains as its limitations.

  • 본 서비스는 코로나 19 로 인한 비대면 수업에 따른 학생들의 학업성취도를 증진시키기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해서 비대면 수업동안의 사용자의 시선을 추적하여 몰입도를 분석한다. 사용 기술로는 사용자의 시선을 추적하는데 Gaze-Tracking 기술과 영상에서 수업에 있어 유의미한 영역을 분석하는 deeplabv3 기술을 사용한다. Gaze-Tracking 기술은 웹캠 등을 통하여 사용자가 화면의 어느 부분을 쳐다보고 있는지를 고개, 눈, 눈동자의 각도를 통하여 알아낸다. 해당 기술들을 활용하여 실시간 몰입도를 분석하여 알림을 제공한다. 수업이 종료되고 나서는 마지막에 몰입도 통계를 제공한다. 추가적으로 몰입도 향상을 도와주는 미니게임도 제공한다.
