The Effects of Uncontact Learning Service Quality on Major Satisfaction (비대면 교육서비스품질이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper will examine the service quality of online education on service value, learning immersion, major satisfaction. The result structural equation model show that service quality of online education had a positive impact on service value. First, system convenience, system quality, interaction had a positive impact on service value. Second, System convenience, system quality, interaction had a positive impact on learning immersion Third, Online education on service value had a positive impact on Major Satisfaction. Fourth, Learning immersion had a positive impact on Major Satisfaction.

A Study on Leisure Type, Daily Life Stress, and Studying Immersion of Middle School Students in DaeJeon (대전지역 중학생의 여가활동유형과 생활스트레스 및 학습몰입에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze a relationship of adolescent's leisure's type, daily life stress, and studying immersion in middle school students. Subjects were 200 middle school students. Instrumentation were questionnaires from the leisure's type scale, daily life stress scale, and studying immersion scale. Data analysis was by mean, percentile, oneway-ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The major findings of this study were as follow; First, there was a significant difference between adolescent's leisure's type and daily life stress. Second, there was a significant difference between adolescent's leisure's type and studying immersion. Third, there was a positive or negative relation among adolescent's leisure's type, daily life stress, and studying immersion. Fourth, studying and family problem in daily life stress, and educational oriented leisure in adolescent's leisure type was the most predicting variable in adolescent's studying immersion.

Proposal of design plan to improve immersion in online video education -Focusing on Zoom and Webex- (온라인 화상 교육 몰입도 향상을 위한 디자인 방안 제안 -줌(Zoom)과 웹엑스(Webex)를 중심으로-)

  • This study identified learners' immersion, focusing on online video education platforms, Zoom and Webex, used in colleges after the 'Covid-19', and suggested design improvement measures to improve immersion. Through prior research and literature research, the components of immersion and screen components of the online distance education platform were identified, and measures to improve immersion were suggested through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. The research method was conducted for 5 days from April 7 to 12, 2021 for 50 college students and graduate students in their 20s and 30s who are receiving online education through Zoom and Webex, and 6 people were interviewed in-depth. As a result of the experiment, the communication between learners and lecturers was deduced as the biggest factor, so a design plan to facilitate communication between learners and lecturers was proposed based on Gutenberg's diagram. As online video education is predicted to continue even after the Covid-19, continuous online video education immersion research is needed, and we hope that it can contribute to the direction of the research.

Relationship of Goal Orientation, Flow Experience and Self-Accomplishment among College Students Receiving Lifeguard Education (수상인명구조 교육 참여 대학생들의 목표지향, 몰입경험 및 자아성취감에 관계된 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of goal orientation, flow experience and self-accomplishment among students who received lifeguard education. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, had an impact on cognitive flow and behavioral flow, and ego-involvement affected cognitive flow. Second, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, exercised an influence on their self-realization, display of ability and development of ability, which were the task-involvement of self-accomplishment. Besides, ego-involvement impacted on self-realization. Third, the cognitive flow and behavioral flow of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which were the sub-variables of flow experience, exerted an influence on self-realization, display of ability and development of display, which were the sub-variables of self-accomplishment. Fourth, the goal orientation of the college students receiving lifeguard education had a firsthand relationship to flow experience and self-accomplishment, and that had a secondhand causal relationship to self-accomplishment through flow experience as well.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify a causal relationship among commitment to change, needs of technology education innovation, communication and self-efficacy of technology teachers. A total of 300 copies of questionnaires were used for data analysis except for 117 copies like the one where insincerely responds to any question was found. To ensure the reliability and validity of questions, I performed technical statistics like average, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis via PASW 18.0, item-total correlation and the totality, and reliability analysis. I undertook a confirmatory factor analysis via AMOS 7.0 to ensure the validity of items together with a structural analysis to perform a path analysis among variables and assess the suitability of model. The major finding of this study were as follows: First, because fit index of hypothetical model generally met standards in this study, a hypothetical model was judged appropriately. Second, needs of technology education innovation had a positive effect on communication and commitment to change of technology teachers. And, communication among technology teachers had a positive effect on commitment to change of technology teachers. This result means that communication among technology teachers is important to activation of technology education. Third, self-efficacy had a positive effect on commitment to change of technology teachers. This result means that it needs to raise self-efficacy level through teacher education.

  • Dut to the development of information technology, various serious games have been provided. In recent years, educational serious game that provides education services haven't been widely used. Especially, using serious game without trust is one of the main hinderance in the expansion of educational serious games. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of trustworthiness, which is antecedent variable for trust, on commitment and continuance intention. To achieve the research purpose, this study conduct the survey. The results showed that the trustworthiness significantly influence on commitment and continuance intention.

  • One often thinks that those doing any activity on the Internet are likely to be addicted to it so that they tend to rather restrain the educational use of what the Internet can provide. However, the online edu-games deserve a good learning material which can not only provoke learners' interest but also draw out a smoother interaction between teachers and learners. Even the preliminary study on immersion verified that the Internet could work positively for the learners. Considering that online edu-games can be a useful tool for individual learning, more studies on immersion should be conducted focusing on the individualization in the future. This paper shows the differences among the components of learning immersion depending on the different individual cognitive styles in the online edu-games.

Impact of Education and Training Characteristics of Incumbent on Learning Transfer through Organizational Commitment (재직자의 교육 훈련특성이 조직몰입을 통해 학습 전이에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was performed to identify the education and training characteristics and the educational performance of the incumbent. For the enterprise in the rapidly changing market environment, the human resources is an important factor to secure the market competitiveness, and the enterprise promotes the development of competence and the corporate performance through the education and training. However, in spite of such effort, the continuously increasing turnover rate and the low utilization rate of educational contents make the enterprises to hesitate the investment in the education and training. Although, the researchers are conducting lots of researches on the characteristics and the performance of the education and training, the research focusing on the characteristics and the field utilization of the education and training is not sufficient due to such reasons, Therefore, this study intended to draw the factors of education and training characteristics through existing researches and find out what impact they have actually on the utilization in business by the incumbents through the organizational commitment. In the results of this study, it was shown that the self-efficacy do not have impact on the organizational commitment, the appropriateness of instructor ability has positive (+) impact on the continuous commitment and the emotional commitment, and the work correlation has negative impact on the continuous commitment and the emotional commitment. These results seems to mean that the importance of the instructor ability and the educational program should be increased and it is intended to provide the basic data for the education-related personnel and the related enterprises.

Study on the influence of Hotel Training satisfaction to on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service quality (호텔 사내교육의 만족이 직무만족, 조직몰입, 서비스품질에 미치는 영향에 관한연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of hotel training satisfaction to on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service quality. The sample was obtained during 3weeks periods from Oct $14^{th}$ 2017 to Nov $4^{th}$ 2017 and out of 230 copies of the questionnaire, 223 copies responded with sincerity were made an object of the analysis. The results of the study were as follows, Firstly, training had an positive impact on the job satisfaction, Secondly, training significantly effected on organizational commitment. And practical training in the hotel has a positive impact on improving the quality of service. Third, job satisfaction has a positive effect on quality of service. Finally, organizational commitment also has a positive effect on service quality.

A Study on the Influence of Service Quality of Entrepreneurship Education on Academic Self-Efficacy and Learning Commitment (창업교육 서비스품질이 학업적 자기효능감과 학습몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education, academic self - efficacy, and learning commitment in college students. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, the difference of entrepreneurship education with professors of entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on the learning commitment, and the operation of entrepreneurship education has no significant influence. Second, the difference of entrepreneurship education and the operation of entrepreneurship education have a significant effect on academic self - efficacy, while the entrepreneurship professional instructor has no significant influence. Third, academic self - efficacy has a significant effect on learning commitment. Fourth, in the relationship between the service quality of entrepreneurship education and learning commitment, the academic self-efficiency was found to have a mediated effect.
