  • 디지털 기술의 발달과 함께 인터넷의 보급 확산은 다양한 미디어 소비 채널을 양산하였고, 정보취득 및 소비 형태의 다양화를 유도하였다. 최근 스마트폰, 태블릿PC 등 모바일 기기가 확산되고 스마트TV, 디지털사이니지와 같은 새로운 매체가 등장함에 따라 이들을 통해서 제공되는 광고가 시장에서 주목을 받고 있다. 또한 양방향 매체의 확산에 힘입어 광고 소비 매체의 특성을 활용한 다양한 맞춤형광고, 리워드광고, 네이티브광고, 커머스 연계 광고 등 새로운 유형의 광고 상품 및 서비스들이 제공되고 있으며 광고주들의 관심을 끌고 있다. 새로운 스마트미디어를 이용한 광고산업 활성화 및 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 차세대 광고플랫폼, 다양한 광고 효과 측정 및 분석기술 등에 대한 개발 및 기반구축이 선행되어야 한다. 본고에서는 주요 매체별 광고 유형에 대하여 살펴보고 다양한 스마트미디어 광고 서비스 유형 및 사례, 광고효과 측정관련 이슈 및 기술동향 등에 대하여 살펴본다.

A Comparative Analysis on Ad Avoidance of Korean and Chinese Mobile Advertising Audiences based on Country and Age (한국과 중국 모바일광고 수용자의 광고회피에 관한 국가 및 연령별 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine how the consumer's entertainment, information, relevance, reliability, and perceived invasion affect the avoidance of advertising. Besides, the purpose of this study was to examine whether there is a difference according to the country and age in the effect of advertisement characteristics on the evasion. This study investigated the avoidance of mobile advertising among 254 Koreans and Chinese publics in their 20's and 40's, evaluated the results in terms of comparative analysis. Collected data were verified by multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The higher the advertising entertainment and relevance, the lower the avoidance of advertising. The higher the perceived penetration, the higher the avoidance of advertising. Besides, there were differences by country and age in the effects of advertising entertainment, information, relevance, and reliability on ad avoidance. The implications of this study are to find out how to reduce the mobile advertising avoidance of consumers by identifying the predictive factors that cause the avoidance of advertisements by country and age.

  • 광고 시장 / 채널은 새로운 매체로 전환이 급격히 빠른 분야이다. 과거 TV, 신문 등과 같은 전통적인 매스미디어에서, 현재는 인터넷 및 모바일 광고와 디지털 사이니지를 통한 옥외광고가 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 따라 지속적인 마케팅 패러다임의 변화, 광고시장 / 로봇(서비스형, 지능형) 시장의 성장세를 기반으로 디지털 사이니지와 이동로봇을 결합하여 광고효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 마케팅 기반의 신개념 광고기기(Mobile Digital Signage Robot 이하 MDSR)를 제안한다. MDSR의 기본 목표는 로봇이 설정된 루트를 자동으로 이동하며 주변상황을 인지하여 상황에 맞는 광고를 노출시키는 데에 있다. 또한 사용자의 관심을 유도하는 인터랙티브 기능과, 커뮤니케이션 콘텐츠를 탑재하여 주위 사람들의 이목을 집중시키며, 광고노출빈도가 높아지고 흥미유발에 기여하여 광고효과를 극대화 시키고, 이용자 편의성을 제고시킨다. 본고에서는 마케팅 / 디지털 사이니지 / 로봇시장의 실태와 현황을 알아보고, MDSR개발을 위한 HW 필요 탑재부품의 성능정보 수집 및 평가, 로봇 이동제어 및 상황인지와 광고전환을 위한 핵심 SW 알고리즘 개발, 마케팅 전략 및 활용 시나리오, 기대효과 분석 등을 연구해 MDSR 제작 및 활용 방법 등을 살펴본다.

A Study on Advertisement Effects of Mobile Fashion Advertisements -Focused on Ad Types and Categories- (모바일 패션 광고효과에 관한 연구 -광고유형과 품목의 차이를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the advertisement effects of mobile fashion advertisements, specifically focusing on how the mobile fashion advertisement effects work according to advertisement types and categories. Two hundred female college students participated in this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and t-test were used for this study. As the results, first, advertisement attitudes were classed into three factors such as cognitive factor emotional factor, and behavioral factor. Second, regarding the effect of advertisement types, pull advertisement type had higher advertisement attitudes, and higher purchasing intention than push advertisement type. There was not significant in brand attitudes between pull advertisement and push advertisement. Third, for the effects of advertisement categories, clothing advertisement had higher cognitive factor and behavioral factor, and higher purchasing intention than accessory advertisement. There were not significant in emotional factor and brand attitude between clothing and accessory advertisements. Based on these results, M-commerce fashion advertisement marketing strategies would be suggested.

Effects of Entertainment and Economical Efficiency on the Mobile Advertising Value and Intention (모바일 광고가치와 접속의도에 유희성과 경제성 변수가 미치는 영향 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore variables that affect users' perceived value of mobile advertising and actual response intention and to analyze causal relationships among variables. In order to verify the relational significance, we built new research model and hypotheses based on the Ducoffe's model(1996). And we found out four independent variables such as entertainment, information usefulness, convenience, economical efficiency, and advertising impact's value as a mediating variable. Especially, we classified into four multi-age groups to investigate properly moderating effects through SEM(path analysis) and difference test. Therefore, it is academical and practical worth that we developed our model to appropriate on mobile advertising's unique property and that we verified our hypotheses and variables focused on age group, whereas previous research did not. For this, we surveyed 345 samples for conducting structural equation modeling in empirical approach. The results of this study supported the statistical significance of all hypotheses except but convenience.

  • As the number of Smartphone users increases, mobile advertising market has been expanding rapidly. In line with this, the ways to evaluate mobile advertising effectiveness are diversified, and engagement is one of the crucial qualitative and multi-dimensional evaluation methods of mobile advertising. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify key antecedents and consequences of mobile advertising engagement, and examines the structural relationships among those research variables. Informativeness and personalization were selected as antecedents of engagement, trust and e-WOM intention were selected as consequences of engagement based on the review of previous studies. Data collected from survey was used to assess research hypotheses. Results show that informativeness and personalization have significant and positive effects on engagement, and engagement influences on trust and e-WOM intention. In addition, trust is proven to be positively related to e-WOM intention.

  • PUSH technology is a technology that can transfer server information without user's request and it is very useful in various areas along with mobile applications. This paper suggest a suitable application model that can utilizes the PUSH technology and mobile devices by finding a useful area. For this, AdMan, a mobile application which can utilize the PUSH technology and mobile devices has been developed. AdMan is a mobile application that developed once and can be able to run on both Android and iOS based mobile devices, since it was developed by using a tool called m-Bizmaker. AdMan is a customer management and advertisement system that can bring big efficiency by utilizing the PUSH technology and mobile application under the today's mobile environment, and it is a good model of ICT technology application of modern society. As an application that can maximize the utilization of the PUSH technology and mobile devices, AdMan can realize better effectiveness if it run on a PUSH server.
