A Study on Automatic Module Control Robot System (자율 모듈 제어 로봇시스템에 관한 연구)

  • 본 과제를 통하여 기술적으로는 로봇 개발에 있어 기존 기술을 최대한 활용하고 새로운 기능을 추가하는 형태로 발전해 갈 수 있도록, 각 요소별 기능을 표준화 모듈화 하여 새로운 제품의 개발이 손쉽게 이루어 질 수 있는 기본 platform으로의 역할이 가능해졌다. 구동부 제작 및 설계, 금형 비용 등을 절감하기 위한 다목적 완구로봇 플랫폼을 확보할 수 있었다. 로봇이 복잡한 환경을 인식하고, 자율적으로 작업을 수행하며, 예측하지 못한 문제에 적절한 대처를 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 핵심 기술을 제공하게 될 것으로 생각된다. 로봇 개발에 있어 전문지식이 없는 초보자들이 직접 제작 구동해 볼 수 있는 비주얼한 개발환경을 지원할 뿐만 아니라 GUI 개발환경 및 TEXT Programming 으로 상호 전환이 가능한 코딩 방법을 지원(MSRS와의 차별화를 시도하였다. 기존 하드웨어 지식과 소프트웨어지식이 없는 상태에서도 제작자의 창의력에 따라 다양한 형태의 로봇을 제작 적용이 용의 하며 초보자들에 대한 로봇개발에 흥미를 유발할 수 있도록 하였다. 고급사용자를 위한 별도의 다운로딩 포트를 제공하였다. 로봇공학의 기본지식을 습득(아날로그/디지털 회로를 이해하고, 각종 센서의 이해하며, 스템/서보/DC모터의 제어기술, 펌웨어개발능력, 기본수준의 소프트웨어개발 능력) 활용할 수 있다. 또한, 경제 및 산업적 측면으로는 다음과 같은 장점이 있다. 기존 기술들의 장점을 취합하여 추가적인 기술을 적용할 수 있는 Base형태의 로봇을 개발할 경우 이를 활용한 제품 개발 및 Base자체로도 충분한 시장을 형성 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 인터넷기반 로봇 제어 기술의 확보로 로봇시스템의 생산비용을 낮추고 TTM (Time-to-Market) 제약을 해결시켜 준다. 다른 응용 시스템에 쉽게 적용이 가능하고 지식기반 로봇 서비스의 요소기술 개발은 멀티미디어 콘텐츠분야(교육/게임/오락 등)의 활성화가 가능하기 때문에 타 IT산업에의 파급효과가 예상된다. B2B를 통한 실질적인 판매를 통한 동종기업의 연구 개발비 및 개발 기간의 단축이 예상된다.

  • The hamonious development of human brain has been an indigenous objective of each age. A variety of training programs related to the purpose have turned up at an educational market and a commercial market, as well. I'd like to indicate, however, that these training methods are somewhat prejudiced and have some elements, inherently, which are against the development of human brain for one's whole personality. Therefore, the most desirable brain training program is to induce it to respond to various stimuli, to educate for itself and to generate continuously, to create and strengthen an innumerous synapse among brain cells, so as to form a nero-network. In this study, I have used a brain training program with multimedia which have been produced for a specific purpose. With this method, by measuring directly the effectiveness of human brain development, I have analysed more objectively and more quantitatively.

  • This paper deals with the design and implementation of interactive e-learning contents for OpenCourseWare. OpenCourseWare, also known as OCW began at MIT in October 2002. OCW is a free and open digital contents of high quality college and university level educational materials. In this paper, we have designed and implemented interactive e-learning contents for a regular course of introduction to java programing language and OCW of D University. We have developed a variety of multimedia elements, such as screen videos of practical exercise and animations in order to improve the effectiveness of learning. These e-learning contents are consist of interactive learning components that users can interact directly with. The e-learning contents developed in this study has been effectively applied to OCW and a regular course opened in the first semester of 2012.

  • We have seen a rapid development of multimedia intustry as computer evolves and the internet has changed our way of life dramatically in these days. There we several attempts to teach elementary statistics on the web but most of them are based on commercial products. The need for statistical data analysis and decision making based on those analysis is growing. In this article we try to show one way of reaching that goal by using a server side scripting language PHP3 toghether with extra graphical module and statistical distribution module on the web. We showed some elementary exploratory graphical data analysis and statistical inferences. There are plenty of room of improvements to make it a full blown statistical analysis tool on the web in the new future. All the programs and databases used in our article we public programs. The main engine PHP3 is included as an apache web server module so it is very light and fast. It will be much better when the PHP4(ZEND) will be officially out in terms of processing speed.

  • Recently, the quantity of using information go on increasing geometric-progression. At the same time, the management of information is effected on the most organization's effective operation so that many user call for the powerful equipment which expound. access more information. As information searching technology is concentrated about the object of information based on a letter mainly, an effective searching technology for the object of multimedia such as a still image, a video and a sound must be studied. As a monitor of computer is 2-D, it difficult for one to grasp the whole aspect at a look glance like a library. Accordingly, some condition is necessary. First, it acquired the virtual video, turning a camera around by 30 degrees with a camera of 15mm lens, giving a warping and distortion. Second, it improved the books for user to search easily, adding to the video in existing books information system. The original text suggests some way which can embody the video searching technology under the base of personal computer.

  • Due to the development of computer technology, IoT technology is being used in various fields of industry, economy, medical service and education. However, multimedia information processed through IoT equipment is still one of the major issues in the application sector. In this paper, a big data protection model for users of IoT based IoT is proposed to ensure integrity of users' multimedia information processed through IoT equipment. The proposed model aims to prevent users' illegal exploitation of big data information collected through IoT equipment without users' consent. The proposed model uses signatures and authentication information for IoT users in a hybrid cryptographic method. The proposed model feature ensuring integrity and confidentiality of users' big data collected through IoT equipment. In addition, the user's big data is not abused without the user's consent because the user's signature information is encrypted using a steganography-based cryptography-based encryption technique.

  • 최근 사용자의 멀티미디어에 대한 요구의 증가가 VOD (Video-on-Demand) 서비스를 발전시키게 되었다. VOD는 엔터테인먼트나 원격 교육, 광고 및 정보 등 많은 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 이러한 VOD 서비스는 많은 디스크 I/O와 네트워크 I/O를 요구하며 기존 웹 서버 시스템과 비교했을 때 오랜 시간동안 서비스를 해야 하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 또한 VOD 서비스는 많은 네트워크와 디스크의 대역폭을 요구하며, 서비스의 QoS에 민감해서 사용자 응답시간이 길어지면 사용자 요청의 취소율이 높아지게 된다. 따라서 불만족스러운 서비스의 증가로 네트워크 부하만 증가하게 된다. 이러한 기존 웹 서버 환경과는 다른 부하의 패턴이 있는 VOD 서비스 환경에서는 부하를 균형적으로 분배하여 서비스의 QoS를 높이는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 분산 VOD 시스템 환경에서 부하를 효율적으로 분산하기 위해 계층형 분산 VOD 시스템 모델과 사용자 요청 패턴의 히스토리와 유전 알고리즘을 기반으로 한 스케줄러를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 계층형 분산 VOD 시스템 모델은 서버들을 지역적으로 분산하고 제어 서버를 지역마다 설치하여 지역에 있는 VOD 서버들을 관리하도록 구성한다. 사용자 요청을 지역 서버군 내에서 분산시키기 위해서 히스토리를 기반으로 한 유전 알고리즘을 사용한다. 이러한 히스토리 정보를 기반으로 유전 알고리즘의 적합도 함수에 적용하여 VOD 시스템을 위한 유전 알고리즘과 유전 연산을 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 부하 분산 알고리즘은 VOD 서비스 환경에서 사용자 요구에 대한 부하를 보다 정확하게 예측하여 부하를 분산할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 계층형 분산 VOD 시스템의 부하 분산 알고리즘의 성능을 테스트하기 위해 OPNET 기반 시뮬레이터를 구현한다. 라운드로빈(round-robin) 방식과 랜덤(random) 방식과의 비교 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제안한 부하 분산 알고리즘의 성능을 평가한다. 비교 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘이 보다 안정적인 QoS를 제공하는 것을 보여준다.

The effect of types of test information on learning performance in the e-Learning contents (e-러닝 컨텐츠에서 문제풀이 정보의 제시유형에 따른 성과 차이 분석)

  • There are significant changes are in education field: the paradigm shift from teacher-centered and text-oriented learning to learner-centered and multimedia-oriented learning. Many researchers have proposed that the e-learning contents is one of the most important factors on e-learning performance. This study analyzes the effect of types of test information on learning performance in e-learning contents. The results show that the interaction effect between types and gender influences the comprehension of learning; the female prefers to the feedback and narrative type but the male prefer to the narrative type. The narrative type showed the highest score on the comprehension and satisfaction of learning among three different types. Also, the main effect of gender difference had no effect on e-learning performance.

  • The Nobel Prize, which began in 1900, has already produced more than 1,000 winners worldwide. However, South Korea has failed to produce a Nobel Prize winner in the field of science. In order to make the Nobel Prize possible in science, many concerns and improvements are needed in many ways, including scientific administration, bureaucracy, and public education. In the field of science administration, authoritarianism seem to be a major stumbling block. Developing scientific technology by policy means and achievement of scientific technology to make money are not healthy foundation for the Nobel Prize. School education to enhance the value of creativity and challenge in needed. Social awareness is needed to value creativity and challenges. Acceptance of fails is required to succeed. It can make money to study things that don't pay. The Nobel Prize can be approached without the recognition of the Nobel Prize.

Mentoring activity Effects for Multicultural Students : Using Logic Model (다문화학생을 위한 멘토링 활동 효과 : 논리모델을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of mentoring program using logic model in university students. We surveyed 40 mentors who participated mentoring program in 2014. Data collection were open-ended questions. Questions was made of with a steps in logic model and content analysis was carried out. The results are as follows: first, according to the step of the inputs, many students questioned said that public relations, selection process, matching, orientations, activity costs was proper. Secondly, in the activities, it was showed that mentor met firstly mentee with teacher in school and mentoring activities comprised 80% of studying and 20% of counseling and experiencing. third, in the outputs, most of participants expressed satisfaction in mentoring period, time, place. Lastly, in the outcomes, this program affected both mentor and mentee with cognitive, emotional and behavior development. Consequentially, this results have influence on improvement of following mentoring programs.
