The purpose of this study is to analyze the user satisfaction, royalty and compliant of a children's library Website. To achieve the aim of this study a modified Kim and Park's model of the user satisfaction index which consists of information quality, service quality, and system quality dimension is adopted. A total of 130 valid responses to the questionnaire were analysed using SPSS 18. It is found that the higher the user satisfaction gives the higher the royalty and the lower the compliant. For the contents quality dimension, the items of Usability, Accuracy, Easy of understand, Reliability and Up-to-date; for the service quality dimension, the items of Interface design, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy; for the system quality dimension, the items of Response time, Interactive, Easy to access, and Easy to use show a significant relationships to the users' satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for improving life satisfaction by verifying the mediating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between physical health awareness, depression, self-esteem, and life satisfaction of middle-aged. Analysis data were collected through online and offline questionnaires for 320 middle-aged people for 10 days from August 15, 2021, and the SPSS WIN 23.0 program was used. As for the analysis method, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, and correlation analysis Baron & Kenny (1986) were performed in three stages of regression analysis. The research results showed First, that physical health awareness and depression of middle-aged people had a statistically significant effect on life satisfaction. Second, in the relationship between physical health awareness and life satisfaction, self-esteem showed a partial mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between depression and life satisfaction, self-esteem showed a partial mediating effect. In other words, in order to improve life satisfaction for middle-aged people, the basis for improving physical health awareness and self-esteem and reducing depression was prepared, and implications and suggestions for practice were presented.

This paper analyzes how CRM Service under the ubiquitous circumstances will affect the customer satisfaction by collecting and analyzing the related data and conditions and also analyzes the relation among the variables by using the measurement and analysis tools through Customer Satisfaction Measurement, Customer Reaction Encouragement Model and Technology Acceptance Model. Through this study the author analyzes how the customer management with uCRM will have an influence on the satisfaction and attitude of customer in order to contribute to an efficient customer management method of a financing institution.

이 연구의 목적은 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 온라인 교육과정을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 교육과정에 대한 만족도 및 인식을 조사하고, 학습자의 수업만족도와 핵심역량 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 에너지신산업 분야 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정을 수강한 학생들의 교육과정 만족도 조사 결과를 양적, 질적 방법으로 분석하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 혁신공유대학 교육과정 설계 및 개발 방향과 시사점을 제시하였다. 이 연구 결과는 향후 디지털 혁신공유대학 교육과정 질 관리 환류 체계를 마련하고, 지속적인 교육과정 질 관리 시스템 구축을 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of green space satisfaction on the relationship between the perception of air pollution and life satisfaction. To achieve this, the current study employed data from the 2018 Social Survey, and a sample of 37,461 participants was analyzed using moderated multiple regression analysis. Results showed that while greater satisfaction with green spaces improved life satisfaction, a more negative perception of air pollution within the community reduced life satisfaction. It was also found that green space satisfaction moderated the relationship between the perception of air pollution and life satisfaction. In other words, greater satisfaction with green spaces buffered the effect of a negative perception of air pollution on life satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that a green environment should be considered an important resource for preventing reduced life satisfaction, and illustrate that there is a need for developing various strategies for the expansion and improvement of green spaces within communities.

This study utilized CART algorithm, a decision tree analysis method, to comparatively analyze factors affecting housing and residential environment satisfaction by region using data from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's housing survey in 2020. First, in terms of residential environment satisfaction, accessibility to medical facilities and school district showed higher importance in metropolitan cities and areas compared to other regions, whereas safety from accident showed the opposite trait, showing difference between region. Second, housing characteristics were important in housing satisfaction, indoor environment level satisfaction and indoor safety and hygiene being important in almost all regions, while residential environment characteristics were more important in residential environment satisfaction and influencing factors were relatively evenly distributed. In order to generalize these regional characteristics, research using time series data needs to be conducted later.

This study focuses on the application of the data mining technique logistic regression analysis and decision tree analysis to the domestic public database called Korean Children Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) to derive a series of important factors affecting the enhancement of life satisfaction of domestic youth. As a result, the general impact factors on life satisfaction for each grade were derived from logistic regression. Using decision tree analysis, we came to conclusions that those factors such as depression, overall grade satisfaction, household economic level, and school adaptation play crucial roles in affecting high school adolesscents' life satisfaction.

This study is to provide the customer's satisfaction and the economic evaluation model for the KISTI S&T Informaion Analysis Report with the results of the survey. Recently the important issue for the informaion analysis service is make policies that reflect the proper demand and satisfaction of customers. In this paper, we explain how the evaluate of information analysis service in the customer's satisfaction and the economic valuation model can be estimated using survey. In such a setting, the customer's satisfaction and the economic evaluation model are important methods for the reflection of monitored information in national scientific and technological policies.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the national pension affects the life satisfaction of old age, using the first and third-wave data from the Korean Retirement and Income Study. The study analyzes the relationship between the national pension and life satisfaction, using several operational definitions of these two variables. This study utilizes the Difference-in-Difference(2D) models and panel data analysis. The main results are : First, the result of simple 2D shows that there is not significantly difference between the pensioner and that of non-pensioner. Second, the result of 2D regression also shows that pension is not significantly associated with life satisfaction of the old age. Lastly, the result of fixed-effect model confirms that the national pension does not have a statistically meaningful effect on the life satisfaction, controling for the unobserved characteristics of the old age. This study also conducts sensitivity analysis and discusses policy implications.

웹 정보량이 급속히 늘어나면서 원하는 정보를 효율적으로 찾는 검색 기술의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 검색의 정확성을 높이기 위해서는 검색 질의어와 함께 사용자의 환경, 검색 만족도와 같은 다양한 정보가 필요하다. 사용자의 명시적 피드백을 요구하는 것은 거부감을 줄 수 있으므로 사용자의 잠재적 피드백과 연관 검색어 분석을 통해 검색 질의어를 확장하는 연구가 이뤄지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 검색어 확장과 검색 정확성 사이의 상관관계에 대한 분석이 없어 연관 검색어를 정량적으로 평가할 수 없었다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 검색 질의어를 변경하면서 검색을 반복하는 과정을 사용자의 잠재적 피드백의 하나로 보고 사용자 만족도를 반영하는 페이지 방문 시간과 함께 분석하여 연속적으로 입력된 검색어가 검색 결과 순위와 사용자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 방법을 제안하였다. 마우스 클릭 정보 분석을 통하여 사용자의 검색 만족도를 정량화하였고 특정 주제어에서 관련 검색어가 확장되어 가는 과정은 트리 구조로 표현하였다. 이를 통해 하나의 주제어와 관련해 연속적으로 입력된 검색어 집합으로부터 연관검색어를 추출하고 검색 결과의 정확성을 높일 수 있으며 제안된 트리 구조를 다양한 방향으로 분석하여 검색어, 검색 결과, 사용자 만족도, 배경 지식 등 단순 검색어 분석에서는 나타나지 않는 다양한 정보를 얻을 수 있다.
