The objective of the study was to explain the effect of job fit on life satisfaction of wage workers and verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction between two variables. For the purpose, 7,202 research subjects were selected from the 23th data of the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study. Selected data was analyzed by various methods including frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, and correlation analysis. Moreover, the mediating effect was verified by applying SPSS Macro Model Number 4 analysis and bootstrapping method. The major findings are as follows. First, job fit of wage workers was shown to enhance their life satisfaction. Second, work satisfaction of wage workers was revealed to play a complete mediating role in the relationship between job fit and life satisfaction of wage workers. On the basis of the results, the various practical programs to increase life satisfaction of wage workers were discussed.

This study examined the relationship between family socioeconomic status, emotional behavioral problems, parental composition, and parents' life satisfaction, all of which are factors that affect the life satisfaction of Korean middle school students. To this end, multi-group analysis was conducted on KCYPS panel data. The results showed four major patterns. First, family socioeconomic status has a significant direct effect on the students' life satisfaction only when the student has two parents and when the student's parents have high life satisfaction. Second, family socioeconomic status only significantly influenced students' emotional behavioral problems when parents had low life satisfaction, regardless of parental composition. Third, the mediating effect of emotional behavioral problems (aggression) in the relationship between family socioeconomic status and student life satisfaction was only significant when the student had two-parents and when the student's parents' had low life satisfaction. Fourth, depression was the variable most stronly correlated with student life satisfaction. This paper discusses the limitations of this study and the impliations of its results about how to improve students' life satisfaction.

This study analyzed the satisfaction and utilization of the institutional applications used by child-education institutions from a parent's perspective. The research target is a parent who enlisted their children in private kindergarten institution located in Gyeong-gi province and final research outcomes are 443 in total. The difference in satisfaction and utilization have been identified with demographic descriptive statistics, students t-test, and F-test statistics analysis method. First, the result of T-test on the difference in satisfaction and utilization based on parents' employment status shows that statistically significant difference was found in convenience from overall satisfaction, communication from overall utilization and child-parent relationship. Second, the F-test of differences in satisfaction and utilization showed a statistically significant difference in education utilization variables, with all variables in educational background and motivation. In terms of utilization, parents' educational background and overall utilization, and children's age were confirmed to have significant differences in communication, children's relationship, and motivation in basic life. Third, the result of multiple regression analysis shows that all predictors, including ease of use, communication, and satisfaction with educational activities, have a statistically significant impact on utilization standard variables, relative contributions showed the highest level of communication satisfaction. Therefore this paper implicates that institutional applications can maximize educational effectiveness by checking the applicability of active communication and educational activities with parents and actively communicating with parents in early childhood through various educational content applications.

This study aims to investigate the effects of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. In order to test this relationship, two surveys were conducted involving 360 college students at two universities in Seoul. The results of the first survey show that after controlling for the educational service satisfaction and facilities satisfaction, there is a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. The second study added variables for the three components of library service quality (librarian service quality, library resources and service quality, and library facilities and environmental quality). The results of the second survey show that there is a significant influence of library service quality on college library satisfaction, and again a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. Moreover, the results of two group analysis show that the influence of college library satisfaction on college life satisfaction is stronger in high usage group than low usage group. The theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

"Customer satisfaction"has been investigated in all the fields of public administrative offices including public libraries by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. This study analyzed on the results of the survey which was implemented by the Government and raised several problems. These are 1) emphasizing physical environmental matters such as facilities and equipments in the questionnaire 2) doing sampling errors such as selection of the large portion of study room users and avoidance of adult users 3) finding halo effects in responses.responses.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the user satisfaction of 'the Presidential Web Record Service' using a proposed model of the user satisfaction index which consists of contents quality, service quality, and system quality. In addition, user's royalty and compliant are also measured in this study. This study shows that satisfaction of contents quallity and system quality influence significantly on the user satisfaction. And contents quality, service quality, user satisfaction show a significant relationships to user's royalty.

목적: 보건의료 관리 분야의 진로는 급변하는 사회적 요구와 시대적 흐름에 발맞추어 다양한 형태로 변화하여 왔다. 본 연구에서는 학습 수요자 측면으로 교과과정에 대한 만족도와 보건의료 계열 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 보건의료 계열 학과 학생들의 취업률을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 방법: 경기도 성남시 소재 보건의료 계열 학과 163명을 대상으로 2013년 5월 6일부터 5월 9일까지 설문조사를 거쳐 분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 성별에 따른 교육과정의 만족도는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으나, 고학년으로 올라갈수록 교육과정에 대한 만족도가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 성별과 학년에 따라 자격증 취득 계획 여부는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 즉, 성별이 여학생이고 학년이 낮을수록 전공관련 자격증 취득 계획이 높았다. 전공관련 자격증 취득에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 '성별', '학년(학번)', '보건의료계열 분야로의 취업 여부'가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 보건의료계열 취업 여부에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 '교육과정 만족도', '전공관련 자격증 취득 계획'이 통계학적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론: 보건의료관련 학과 학생들의 동일계열 취업률을 향상시키기 위해서는 전공관련 자격증 취득에 직접 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 학생들의 요구를 파악하여 교육과정에 반영하는 것이 중요할 것이다.

This study analysed how real estate investor's preference influences the investment satisfaction and re-investment intention. For the study, the investment preference was analysed using the PLS Structural Equation Model. The profitability and safety among the investment behavioral factors influenced the investment satisfaction the most. The facility characteristics among the investment behavioral factors influenced the investment satisfaction slightly. Finally, the investment satisfaction among the investment preferences influenced the re-investment intention mainly.
