The interaction between poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDADMAC) of positive charge per repeating unit and anionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) has been investigated by light scattering, turbidimetry and fluorescence. Chain behavior of PDADMAC in 0.3 M NaCl aqueous solution seems like neutral polymer chain In good solvent. By adding SDS into PDADMAC solution, strong attractive interaction develops between them, and can be described with two kinds of critical aggregation concentration(CAC). First, at [SDS]/]DADMAC] 0.06, intramolecular critical micellization of SDS occurs inside a single polymer chain. The maximum size of SDS-polymer complex is observed just before intramolecular CAC. Above intramolecular CAC, the size of this complex starts to shrink slowly due to involvement of polymer subchain in micelle. Second, intermolecular CAC is also observed at [SDS]/[DADMAC] 0.5 by means of turbidimetry. Strong aggregation of polymer chains decorated with many micelles occurs after the second CAC, and huge aggregates have formed.

Recently, analog broadcasting are being converted into digital radio broadcasts, Among the various ways that HD Radio is a candidate for the U.S. approach, Digital Radio will transmit a digital signal to existing analog FM/AM. It provides clear sound quality, traffic information, weather information and various value-added services. In addition, the converted digital radio will be able to meet demand to growing demand for analog FM. In this paper, Digital FM Radio system in the same frequency band using electric field strength of the received digital radio broadcasting interference effects were analyzed. And Digital FM Radio Receiver interference effects were analyzed by interference signal power and signal power. Results were confirmed by applying equation at minimum field strength and SNR.

It is time to review the direction of R&D investment which is the source of change in knowledge information ages. The DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) is a efficient method by using the ratio of input and output elements. In this paper, we analyzed industry relationship and efficiency by DEA in order to analyze ripple effect of the regional industry technology development project. According to these results, we found the primary affected factor in performance of this project was human resource, and the turnover of participated company was not on the rise yet. On types of the project, we could find the efficiency quotient of critical technique development project was higher than of common technique development project because project period or budget scale infected to project performance. We expect the enhancement of technique developer, tenn and budget, and it is necessary the project results should lead performance such as sales force and employee growth.

With the New media of present age we are living at, strongly entice consumers through various sensible technology and give influences on our life. They are visually formed but make us feel them as if formed tactile. The masses of today are meeting media through all the senses in daily life according to the spread of on-line media and in such course they want momentary and tactile share. Since appearance of mass society and cinema following such current, art has appealed to dispersive and tactile perception, and such public way of perception makes it possible to experience 'visual tactility' in daily life in accordance with the development of on-line game culture among others. The shock effects, given by editing of game animations which are produced for epic experience of on-line game, arouse tactility in addition to visibility. Under this assumption and on the basis of visual tactility theory as well as montage theory of image by Walter Benjamin, the research intends to explain that public tactile shock does not result from simple graphic effect but from montage effect and dispersive acceptance.

In this paper, we propose a method to remove the circulating current which can occur in the parallel connection of the high voltage series connected battery module in the battery pack. The removal way is a method of inserting a module named VVSM (Variable Voltage Variable Module) using bidirectional DCDC converter and supercapacitor in place of one or some of the cascaded battery cells in the battery pack configuration. In this module, it operates like a battery cell that can be controlled at a desired voltage. VVSM is used to match the voltages of the cascaded battery modules very easily. To demonstrate the proposed method, a PSIM simulation for battery model is used. In addition, the module with only the battery cell connected in series and the module with the proposed VVSM are made, and the two modules were connected in parallel to measure the circulating current between the two modules. As a result, it was verified that the proposed method effectively suppressed the circulating current.

Alkyl ethoxy sulfate type surfactants, widely used in commercial cleansers, are easily adsorbed to skin to often cause skin irritation and inflammation if not thoroughly rinsed nut. In order to replace or complement existing surfactants, we screened the existing surfactants through protein denaturation method, cell cytotoxicity assay and human IL-1$\alpha$ assay, etc. Fourteen surfactants have been chosen from among too irritant anionic, cationic and/or zwitter-ionic ones and investigated for cell cytotoxicity in human fibroblast cell lines using monolayer culture with the thirteen commercially available cleansers for sensitive skin. From these results, we selected 5 surfactants and 2 commercial cleansers (names not shown), such as sodium laureth sulfate (anionic), sodium cocoyl isethionate (anionic), sodium lauroamphoacetate (zwitter-ionic), and cocamidopropyl betaine (zwitter-ionic), alkyl polyglycoside (non-ionic). 20 formulations were made out of 5 surfactants and five of them were chosen through a protein denaturation method (lower than 3 M sodium dodecyl sulfate solution ($13.2\%$)), cell cytotoxicity and human patch test. These five selected formulations containing preservatives were compared to two selected commercial cleansers by cell cytotoxicity and human IL-1$\alpha$ ELISA assay using dermal equivalent. Finally, we selected the best formulation. To this formulation, fructan ($3\%$ or $5\%$) or/and portulaca extract ($3\%$ or $5\%$) well known for its anti-inflammatory and moisturizing effects were added and investigated for cell cytotoxicity using dermal equivalent. In cytotoxicity assay using dermal equivalent, two formulations containing $5\%$ fructan and $3\%$ or $5\%$ portulaca extract were less toxic than the others. In cytotoxicity assay and human IL-1$\alpha$ ELISA using 3D culture, the selected formulation containing $5\%$ fructan and $5\%$ portulaca extract showed better efficiency than those of the others and 2 commercial cleansers. As a result, we could develop a low irritant and safe liquid cleanser.

Background & Method : Bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia(BOOP) is a specific clinicopathologic condition characterized by chronic inflammatory interstitial infiltrates. Cryptogenic form of BOOP presents subacute clinical course of flu-like illness, such as cough, fever, dyspnea with exertion and other constitutional symptoms. Pathologically it shows the presence of granulation tissue filling the lumen of terminal and respiratory bronchioles, extending into distal airspaces. Recently, we reviewed 24 cases of idiopathic type of BOOP, 5 cases of our hospital and another 19 cases on Korean literatures, and compared with reviewed data from foreign literatures. Results : Mean age was 54 years old and there was female preponderance in domestic reports. Their common presenting symptoms were dyspnea and cough, and mean duration of illness was 41 days. On chest examination, inspiratory crackle was a common finding. The laboratory findings were nonspecific except hypoxemia. Lung function studies revealed restrictive defect or combined obstructive and restrictive pattern in most patients. Bilateral patchy and nonsegmental alveolar opacities constituted characterized radiographic finding, highlighted on high resolution computed tomogram. It showed a favorable prognosis with an excellent responsiveness to corticosteroid therapy. The clinical features and laboratory findings were similar between domestic and foreign cases except female preponderance in Korean cases. Conclusion : If the clinical course is atypical or pregressive under proper treatment, clinicians should reevaluate clinical features and radiographic findings under the consideration of BOOP. Tissue confirmation would be recommended for the definitive diagnosis of BOOP.

In this paper, we propose an integrated information retrieval system for distributed multiple KRISTAL-2002 systems by using the metadata information. This system integrates current systems for different areas or systems for the same area with the different schemas so that the users can get the answers by once from the whole systems. The proposed system composes of the Source Server Manager(SSM) supporting the mapping between the integrated metadata database and source server, the Integrated Metadata Manager(ISM) for registering and managing the metadata and schema mapping, the Distributed Query Processor (DQP) for processing the user query into the source server query, the Distributed Data Set Integrated Manager(DDSIM) for transforming the total retrieval results by merging to the HTML format, and the integrated retrieval engine for managing the query results. It is assumed that the integrated metadata follows ISO/IEC 11179 metadata registration procedure with the metadata registry system which is a subsystem of the proposed system. There are two kinds of queries for users; the basic query and the detailed query. The users may select the databases or organizations for results by their own choices before giving the queries. The proposed system has been developed over KRISTAL-2002 systems with $Visual C^{++}\;and\;C^{++}-CGI$ and tested and verified with the six database systems.

This study is to clarify the contents and marketing strategy of Kikurakuen held throughout 3 years at Taisho Park in modern Busan. Kikurakuen consists of three programs. One is Chrysanthemum Dolls that are dolls with scenery to represent a scene of Japanese Kabuki drama or Japanese historic scenes using Chrysanthemum flowers. To make Chrysanthemum Dolls, the Busan daily news invited Japanese Chrysanthemum Doll virtuoso. And Chrysanthemum flower bed which consists of Large-flowered chrysanthemum, sag chrysanthemum and Bonsai, which were producted from Busan and suburban and chrysanthemum of individual exhibitions. And the third is Kabuki Drama by Japanese Geisha and Kukeuk by Korean Geisha who trained throughout one month by profesional Kabuki actors from Japan and profesional actors from Dongrae. Marketing strategy of Kikurakuen is to report in a newspaper articles every days while helded Kikurakuen, finest geisha selection contest by voting of visitors and gifts from the Busan daily news and stores. It ended Kikurakuen only three times. This study is life history of modern park which may provide to understand the role and function of the urban park.

MIRIS(Multi-purpose Infra-Red Imaging System) is the main payload of the STSAT-3(Korea Science and Technology Satellite. 3), which is being developed by KASI(Korea Astronomy & Space Institute). EOC(Earth Observation Camera), which is one of two infrared cameras in MIRIS, is the camera for observing infrared rays from the Earth in the range of $3{\sim}5{\mu}m$. The optical system of the EOC is a Cassegrain prescription with aspheric primary and secondary mirrors, and its aperture is 100mm. A ring type flexure supports the EOC primary mirror with pre-loading in order to withstand expected load due to the shock and vibration from the launcher. Here we attempt to use the same mechanism by which a retainer supports the lens. Through opto-mechanical analysis it was confirmed that the EOC primary mirror is effectively supported.
