The purpose of this study is to verify and carry out action plan and issues on how local amenity can be revealed through rural village planning and design especially in the local resources such as nature, history, culture. Especially, this lead to macro view of the rural village plan i.e. related to rural identity and space planning via estimating the local resources. According to this study will plan of 4 phrase steps 1. Analyse nature, environment, human sociology environment, space etc., and comprehensive analysis 2. compare the results of estimation and find the planing factors after that set the planning process 3. plan and create to rural community i.e. considering harmony with space function, environmental circumstance, landscape etc, 4. suggest the rural community action plan by considering amenity attributes.

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of the community design ordinance in Seoul as view of the community design activation and to seek improvement. The findings of this study are as followings; Most of the provisions of the ordinance, such as the concept of community design, the basic plan, and the contents of the project, are defined in a similar manner. From the establishment of the concept of community design, it is necessary to establish the regulations that reflect the actual situation and characteristics of the village. In addition to physical facilities improvement, the ordinance should include support for securing space at the core center, which plays an important role in revitalizing community design. Step-by-step approaches are needed to understand the residents at the beginning of the project, because there is not enough practical support related to resident capacity and community solidarity. As the importance of the competent residents increases, the support elements related to humanware areas should also be expanded. In particular, the supporting process and contents for the support system and program for the training of village leaders and the securing of professional manpower should be well established.

본 연구는 농촌관광사업의 Stakeholders간의 관계 측면에서 참여주민의 특성이 개발기관과 주민조직의 특성과 어떤 관계가 있으며, 이 세 요소가 개발 성과에 어떤 인과관계가 있는지를 밝히는데 있다. 참여주민의 특성으로 사회와 참여주민에 대한 가치체계, 즉 사회자본의 요소들인 신뢰, 규범, 공동체의식 및 네트워크에의 참여를, 개발기관의 특성으로 지원내용과 지원만족도를, 그리고 주민주직의 특성으로 주민조직의 경영역량인 기획, 조직, 지도력, 통제를 측정항목으로 설정하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 45개 마을에서 227명의 농촌관광 참여자들을 대상으로 상관분석과 경로 분석을 실시하였다. 경로분석 결과 사회자본이 사업성과에 미치는 직접적인 효과는 0.60으로 상당 부분의 영향을 미침을 설명하고 있었다. 반면 개발기관의 지원특성은 주민조직의 경영역량과 유의성 있는 상관이 있었으나 사업성과에 직접적인 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 개발사업의 효과가 외부지원에 의해서가 아니라 주민 자체의 역량에 의해서 결정됨을 설명한다. 농촌관광사업이 효과를 얻기 위해서는 공동체의식, 주민과 개발기관간의 상호 신뢰감 조성 등 주민의식의 고양이 필요하며, 특히 주민조직체의 경영역량 함량을 위해 제도적 지원이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

이 연구는 농촌마을의 경관계획을 실행하는데 있어 필요한 경관기초단위 도출을 목적으로 진행되었다. 지금까지 다양한 농촌공간의 경관단위 및 경관 요소에 관한 연구들이 진행되어 오고 있지만 실질적인 계획적 측면에서 농촌지역 경관계획을 수립하는데 농촌마을단위의 경관적 정체성을 반영하는데는 그 한계가 있었다. 우리나라 농촌지역의 경관에 관한 계획적 접근은 농업과 주거단위를 통합적으로 접근하는 농촌경관계획과 주거지를 대상으로 하는 마을경관계획으로 크게 구분할 수 있다. 본 연구는 농촌마을 종합개발사업의 한 부분으로 실행되고 있는 경관계획에 마을경관이 가지고 있는 경관 정체성을 반영하고 이를 통하여 마을경관이 가지고 있는 경관적 정체성을 확보하며, 나아가 농촌 경관계획이 보다 현실적 측면에서 실행될 수 있는 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구의 대상지역인 완도군 약산면을 자연적 특성에 기초하여 1:5000 지형도를 이용한 수계단위별 시각적 한계 분석을 실시하고, 분석 결과를 기초로 마을 경관의 가시영역 경계를 설정하였으며, 가시영역안의 경관이 하나의 정체성을 가지고 있는지를 농촌 어메니티자원 분류에 의한 경관자원요소들을 대상으로 현장조사를 실시하였다. 최종적으로 현장조사결과와 가시영역과의 경관적 정체성이 일치하는지에 대한 비교 분석을 통해 마을경관단위를 확정한 후 그 특성을 도출하였다. 현재 여러 지역에서 농촌마을 종합개발사업을 시행하고 있으며, 지역적 특성을 반영하기 위한 다양한 계획기법이 시도되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 농촌경관의 기초가 되는 마을경관의 정체성을 유지할 수 있는 계획기법을 제안하고자 하였으며, 향후 지역경관계획으로 발전하기 위한 기초연구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

현대사회는 산업사회의 발달에 따른 물질 만능주의로 인해 이기적이고 배타적인 사회풍조가 사회 전반으로 점차 확산되면서 전통적 가치관이 경시되고 공동체 의식이 퇴색되어 가고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 인터넷의 발달은 시공간을 초월하여 가정과 학교가 가상의 공간에서 정보의 공유와 상호작용을 할 수 있게 해 줌으로써 웹을 활용한 인성교육이 가능해졌다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 웹의 특성을 활용하여 학습자가 다양한 체험활동 중심의 인성교육을 마을 단위로 실천하도록 한 후 웹 상에 구축된 인성교육 시스템을 이용하여 자신이 체득했던 체험활동 정보를 서로 공유하고 학생, 교사, 학부모가 상호 작용하게 함으로써 학습자가 지속적으로 인성 교육에 관심과 흥미를 갖고 참여할 수 있도록 하는 공동체 의식 함양을 위한 인성교육 시스템을 설계하였다. 더 나아가 웹기반 인성교육 시스템을 통해 마을을 사랑하는 마음과 공동체 의식을 함양하여 마을에 대한 긍지와 자부심을 갖고 상부상조하는 전통을 가꾸어 나가는데 도움을 주고자 한다.

This study is about the co-relationship between the directional orientation of the houses and the geometric direction in the Korean traditional villages. The major mountain in the back of the village and the front mountain ranges give the most important influence for the direction of the houses. This paper, therefore, tries to identify how the houses of villages facing South-west direct the orientation. The village, where the natural environment face the South-west village, solves the problem by facing major direction rather than one all direction. All houses observe and respect the circumstance of geomantic surrounding to the extant that almost no houses revise its direction without any geomantic reference. This kind of research let us know the relationship between the natural direction, the direction of geomantic surrounding, and the direction of houses in traditional Korean villages.

우리 민족의 번영과 근대화를 위해 시작된 새마을 운동이 해를 거듭 할 수록 큰 성과를 올리고 있다. 과기총 새마을 기술봉사단은 과학적인 기술지도로써 낙후된 농어촌의 복흥과 발전을 기하기 위해 전국에서 기술봉사활동을 전개하고 있다. 현재 전국 9개도에 이미 결성된 도 새마을 기술봉사단은 해당지역의 개발 및 발전을 선도하기 위해 현지 지도에 중점적 활동을 하고 있다. 특히 1 과학기술인 1 마을 기술결연을 적극적으로 전개하고 있으며 지역사회 특성을 고려연구지도에 임하고 있는데 그 사업의 결실이 하나 하나 알차게 여물고 있다. 새마을 기술봉사단전문위원인 고광출박사(서울 농대 교수)는 경기도 화성군 태안면 영통마을과 기술결연을 맺고 이룩한 제 1차 사업결과보고를 보내 왔다. 그 동안 소외 되어 꿈을 잃었던 한 마을이 과학기술자와 자매결연으로 풍요한 내일을 기약하면서 발전해가는 참모습을 여기에 게재한다.

The housing environment improvement of the middle size cities is getting emphasized due to the decentralization. But, the way to improve the housing environment should be in progress without any consideration for citizen's lives or their own culture. Especially, in rural village, government has continually made political supports but extremely skeptical about the result, that is, they made improvement on living environment but failure in the living quality. This institute intends to find out cultural elements of traditional architecture are. Tradition has to make effects on the present age. It has to have great influence on the entire housing environment in addition to each architecture.

This study is purposed to guide a right planning direction of public spaces in rural village. To do so, this study gives you the causes of transformation and the characteristics of the transformed public spaces in rural village. It classifies three different trends of transformed public spaces; increase, stagnation and decrease. In addition, they are related with rural population, farming types and the social consciousness. There are several characteristics of public spaces comparing before and after the transformation. Public spaces were used as small spaces, housing and farm lands before they were transformed. However, after the transformation, we could see that external spaces are augmented, public spaces are congregated and public facilities are increased.

This study investigated and analyzed the village space and architectural characteristics of Eoeun Village, Samgye-myeon, Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk. The space of the village was formed based on the idea of feng shui, and the Confucian hierarchical idea determined the location, size, and structure of the building. Recently, clan villages in rural areas have been dismantled and damaged due to population outflow and urbanization. In this situation, Eoeun Village, which preserves the traditional space and residential form at the time of the village's creation, is considered to be worth preserving and studying.
