우리나라에서 방송과 통신을 통틀어 아직도 아날로그 방식에 머물러 있는 유일한 매체는 지상파 라디오방송이다. 20년 전에 시작한 디지털 라디오 논의는 수년째 중단된 상태다. 유럽과 미국에서는 디지털 라디오 방송뿐 아니라 하이브리드 라디오까지 출현하여 디지털 부가정보가 오간다. 우리나라는 여전히 아날로그다. 디지털 전환은 요원하지만 음성, 음향에 연계하는 정보 서비스 수요는 늘어나고 있다. 아날로그 라디오에서 당장 구현 가능한 디지털 데이터 서비스 방안을 찾아본다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 홀로그램의 저작권 보호를 위한 영상암호화 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 기술은 자연영상과는 상이한 특성을 보이는 디지털 홀로그램의 화소분포를 고려하여, 디지털 홀로그램을 복원영역으로 변환한 후 데이터의 일부분을 암호화 하는 기법이다. 실험결과 제안한 암호화 알고리즘은 디지털 홀로그램 데이터의 일부분만을 조작하여 홀로그래픽 복원영상을 효율적으로 은닉하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

최근 데이터의 대용량화와 급격한 증가로 인해 빅데이터 처리를 위한 NoSQL DBMS 사용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기존 관계형 DBMS에 비해 NoSQL DBMS에 대한 포렌식 조사 기법에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실적이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 NoSQL DBMS 중 가장 활발히 사용되고 있는 MongoDB에 대한 디지털 포렌식 조사 절차와 기법에 대해 연구하였다.

It is meaningful to investigate data in unallocated space because we can investigate the deleted data. Consecutively complete file recovery using the File Carving is possible in unallocated area, but noncontiguous or incomplete data recovery is impossible. Typically, the analysis of the data fragments are needed because they should contain large amounts of information. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF document file's text are stored using compression or specific document format. If the part of aforementioned document file was stored in unallocated data fragment, text extraction is possible using specific document format. In this paper, we suggest the method of extracting a particular document file text in unallocated data fragment.

Several VHF bands for the use in analog communications has been changed to those for the use in new maritime digital communications by WRC-12. ITU-R M. 1842-1 has been also standardized, recommending the characteristics of maritime digital communication systems. In addition, a Shipborne Ad-hoc Network (SANET) has been introduced by IMO in order to provide ships, which cannot be connected to a shore directly, with maritime digital data exchange services with the help of ad-hoc communication. In this paper, several functionalities of the SANET, including channel access, route determination to a shore, and data exchange, are verified via sea trials. It is expected that the SANET can be applicable to collecting and analyzing maritime information, facilitating the entry and departure of vessels, and the communication infrastructure of e-navigation.

웹 정보 자원은 서지 자료와는 달리 인터넷상에 널리 분산되어 있으며, 그 특성상 계속하여 동적으로 변화하기 때문에, 전통적인 메타데이터의 주제 접근방식으로 접근하기는 어렵다. 또한, 인터넷상의 웹 정보 자원에 폭발적 증가는 더 이상 메타데이터 전문가가 아닌, 저작물의 생산자가 직접 메타데이터를 만들어내는 생산자로서의 역할까지 수행하도록 요구한다. 디지털 콘텐츠를 위한 메타데이터는 인터넷 전자상거래에서처럼 보다 복잡하고 다양한 용도로 그 사용범위가 확대되어짐에 따라, 디지털 콘텐츠를 위한 새로운 메타데이터 표준안은 기존 메타데이터들의 역할인 대상에 대한 세부적인 유형과 특징을 기술한 형식적 정보(syntactic information)전달기능을 제공함과 동시에, 어떠한 사건이 발생한 상황을 정확히 기술할 수 있는 의미적 정보(semantic information) 전달기능의 역할을 수행해야 한다.

디지털 방송 환경의 발전은 방송 서비스 제공자가 방송 프로그램을 사용자에게 단방향으로 서비스를 제공하는 것뿐만 아니라 방송 서비스 제공자와 사용자 사이에 양방향의 액션을 통한 서비스 제공으로 형태가 변화하고 있다. 이러한 방송 서비스를 위한 규격을 만드는 국제표준화단체인 TV-Anytime 포럼에서는 차세대 디지털 방송용 메타데이터 국제 표준을 만드는 작업을 진행하고 있다. TV-Anytime 메타데이터를 실제의 응용에 적용하기 위해서는 대용량의 메타데이터를 저장하고 관리하는 것이 필수적인 요구 사항이다. 이에 TV-Anytime 메타데이터를 실제 디지털 방송 환경에서 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 메타데이터 저장 엔진을 설계 및 구연한다 또한 다른 시스템과의 시험을 통해 TV-Anytime 메타데이터 이외에도 XML 문서를 저장하고 관리하기 위한 다른 응용에서도 저장방법의 기준으로 상을 수 있는 자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

디지털 헬스케어 서비스 활성화에 따라 디지털 의료 데이터의 양은 매년 급속하게 증가하고 있으며, 의 데이터의 상호 교환과 연동을 위한 다양한 CDM(Common Data Model)이 개발되고 있다. 그러나, 의료 데이터 교류에 대한 요구가 증가하면서, 기존 레거시 시스템의 데이터를 CDM으로 변환하기 위한 추가적인 비용이 소요될 수 밖에 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 OMOP CDM (Observational Medial Outcomes Partnership Common DataModel) 기반 의료 데이터 ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) 툴을 개발하였다. OMOP CDM ETL 툴은 기존의 레거시 데이터베이스 정보를 CDM으로 변환할 수 있는 효과적인 료인터페이스를 제공함으로써, 디지털 의료 데이터 공유와 관리 및 분석의 효율성을 증대할 수 있을 것이다.

본고는 EU의 디지털 정책 및 전략 추진 동향을 분석하였다. EU는 글로벌 디지털 경제 사회로의 전환에 능동적으로 대처함으로써 ICT가 가져올 혁신과 성장의 결과를 충분히 이끌어내야 함을 인지하고, 2010년 이후 디지털 아젠다를 수립하여 추진해오다 2015년 5월, 완전히 통합된 디지털 시장 구현을 목표로 디지털 싱글마켓 추진전략을 발표하였다. 디지털 싱글마켓은 EU 회원국 간 모든 디지털 상품 거래의 국경장벽을 없앤 단일 시장을 추구하는 개념으로, IoT, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 빅데이터 등 데이터 기반 산업을 활용하여 글로벌 경제활동의 효율을 극대화하고 이를 성장으로 연결하고자 하는 움직임이다. 디지털 접근성 제고, 환경조성 및 디지털경제의 성장잠재력 극대화를 위해 3대 목표, 16개 실행계획을 수립, 추진 중이며, 본 동향조사 결과는 최근 한 일 중 디지털 싱글마켓 여건 조성을 위한 협력을 선언한 우리나라가 실효적 전략을 수립하는 데 시사점을 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

The data economy' is growing rapidly with the corona era. The quantity and quality of digital data is increasing rapidly. The domestic data industry needs a variety of data manpower, but there is still a shortage of high-quality data manpower. The data manpower in high demand is the development manpower, but the data business manpower is needed to increase the added value of the data industry. The role of a data trade manager that creates high core value among data business personnel is attracting attention. This study derives the job definition of the data trade manager, the necessary knowledge and skills, and the educational content necessary for the training course through Delphi research. In order to validate the results of the research, the study try to verifies the role of data trade managers. This study can be used as a theoretical basis for an educational model that is the basis for training data manpower, and can be used to establish a manpower training policy in the future.
