최근 mobile device, cloud computing 및 social networking 등 새로운 기술 trend의 등장으로 기존 법률 체계의 현실성 및 적절성에 대한 재검토 요구가 등장하고, 이에 따라 EU Data Protection Directive에 대한 개정안(reform proposal)이 2012년 1월 제시되었다. 따라서 새롭게 제시된 개정안의 주요 내용과 이슈, 그리고 이로부터 파생되는 시사점에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

Purpose : Airway dehydration and subsequent hyperosmolarity of periciliary fluid are considered critical events in exercise-induced bronchoconstriction. The aim of this study was to establish if a hyperosmolar challenge could induce activation of eosinophils. Methods : Human eosinophilic leukaemic cell lines, EoL-1 cells were incubated with hyperosmolar solutions for 15 minutes. Activation of EoL-1 cells was monitored by degranulation and superoxide anion production. In addition, we examined surface expression of CD69 and ICAM-1. Results : Hyperosmolar stimuli didn't induce superoxide anion production and degranulation. In addition, EoL-1 cells cultured with hyperosmolar medium at 930 mOsm/kg $H_2O$ resulted in no significant increment in fluorescent intensity of CD69 and ICAM-1 expression compared with results for cells incubated with isomolar medium. Conclusion : We found that hyperosmolar stimuli don't cause activation of EoL-1 cells, but further studies are required to determine the role of eosinophil in the mechanism of exercise-induced asthma.

인터넷은 트래픽의 유형과 내용에 대해 대체로 중립성을 지켜왔다. 이러한 인터넷의 망중립성은 콘텐츠 및 애플리케이션과 네트워크의 선순환적 발전을 유도하여 인터넷의 비약적 혁신과 성장을 가능하게 하였다. 그러나 최근 들어 스마트TV와 같은 새로운 서비스가 등장하여 데이터 트래픽이 급증함에 따라, 망에 대한 투자 주체로서 이에 따른 권리와 함께 망의 연결성 책임에 따른 망 관리가 필요한 통신사업자와 망의 공공성을 강조하는 콘텐츠/애플리케이션 사업자간에 갈등이 발생하고 있다. 본고에서는 이러한 갈등을 해결하기 위한 망중립성 정책 개념의 진화 체계와 각국의 망중립성 정책을 살펴보고, 스마트 TV 등장에 따른 망중립성 이슈가 무엇인지를 설명한다. 또한 글로벌 이슈화 되고 있는 망중립성 정책을 우리나라에서는 어떤 방향에서 보완해야 하며 그 목표는 무엇이 되어야 하는지에 대해 제언 한다.

This study analyzes two fairy tales of similar plots in which stepmothers appear, "Kongji and Patji" and "Cinderella". The purpose was to investigate the role of a stepmother in a fairy tale and to examine the differences between the stepmothers in the two fairy tales mentioned above. Stepmothers in "Kongji and Patji" and "Cinderella" show similar tendencies but there were differences in the content of the tasks, as well as the evil actions of the stepmother after marriage. However, stepmothers who commit these cruel evil deeds were necessary for several reasons. First of all, children who cannot cope with psychological conflicts themselves can cope with contradictory emotions by projecting the guilt and psychological conflicts onto their stepmother and exposing themselves to their anger. Besides, they can understand the diversity of life and learn how to overcome pain, sorrow, and hardship. A fairy tale in which a stepmother plays a role is of educational significance in that it teaches lessons to children by showing that in the end, the wicked are punished and good people live a happy life. This helps the child to have a positive self-identity.

Endurance time is very important indicator to estimate muscle fatigue. In the case of measuring endurance time directly, it is dangerous for subject to perform a test until the point of failure to main time force. Therefore, this paper presents the model to estimate endirance time using indirect measurements such as personal factors and anthropometrical data. Previous studies had shown that personal factors such as gender and age were not related to endurance time, but recently studies have shown that it is estimated by using independent variable or predictor such as GTA (Gravitational Torque of the horizontal, stretched arm) and MVC (Maximum Voluntary Contraction). The present study investigated variables to estimate endurance time using personal factors and anthrometrical data during isotonic contractions. Twenty five healthy subject volunteered for this study, and performed three test sessions of isotonic contraction exercises at 10~50% respectively. Afterward the correlation coefficient and p-values were compared among regression models using personal factors and anthropometrical data. The results demonstrated that multi-regression model had significant coefficient of correlation, and was useful estimate endurance time.

This study is the one of the first full-scale subsequent research of a TV drama writer who has been out of scholarly pursuits. Along with the 5 advanced research, this study is to analyze Su-Hyeon Kim's difference and her underlying consciousness by applying the Bahktin's dialogism to the author's creating lines instead of existing speech research. Bahktin's dialogism, its core of polyphony, presents a definite purpose to a artistic creation of language. That is to require the author to have 'outsideness' 'boundary carried over' and 'excess of seeing' in a author relation with characters as it leads the characters to 'the whole'. It means an equal relations of mutual independency between the author and the characters. Also this relations accompany by 'unfinalizability of dialogue'. This study ascertains whether the dialogism actually being realized or not in her lines of of her early stage, of melodrama, and of home-drama. The result of this study shows that the she creates 'polyphony', diverse voices of characters, with her mutual independent relations with characters, that is the voices of between characters, between characters' inside. This research also shows that she realizes 'unfinalizability of dialogue' in her drama work itself of open-end as well as in her lines. She has her own consistent distinction of creating lines to be a her drama work itself, that also means to explore language of human beings's existence, and language of perception, instead of using it as a simple tool of making a drama. This study is to explore a subsequent research of the author's lines with another Bahktin's carnivalesque as the lines's importance and the theory's vastness.

This study was carried out in order to draw some implications for teaching statistical graph in mathematics education with respect to practical statistics education for promoting students' statistical literacy. We analyze 133 graphs appearing in 99 elementary textbooks of other subjects (subjects except from mathematics) by subjects and types, and identify some cases of graphs addressed by other subjects. As a results, statistical graph was most addressed in social studies, and bar graphs, line graphs, tables, and circle graphs are most used in other subjects. Moreover, there are some issues related to contents-(1) the problem of curricular sequencing between mathematics and other subjects, (2) the level of addressing ratio graph, and (3) the use of wavy lines. In terms of forms, (1) the visual variation of graphical representations, (2) representation combining multiple graphs, and (2) graphs specialized for particular subjects are drawn as other issues. We suggest some implications to be considered when teaching the statistical graph in elementary mathematics classes.

기술분야의 발전이 거듭됨과 병행하여, 산업계의 설계 해석 부서에서 CAE의 중요성은 컴퓨팅 시 스템과 더불어 더욱 강조되고 있다. 슈펴 컴퓨팅 파워의 필요성은, 첫째, applied mechanics의 advanced 해석분야, 둘째, 대형 엔지니어링 문제해석 결과처리 (data acquisition & management), 셋째, real time response와 integrated 엔지니어링 시스템개발 (CAD/CAM 데이터와의 연계성) 등의 측면에서 나타난다고 볼 수 있다. 원가, 안정성 그리고 신뢰성은 모두 만족시키는 효율적인 방안으로서는 대형 수퍼 컴퓨터와 마이크로 컴퓨터의 중간 역할을 할 수 있는 hybrid type의 미니 수퍼 시스템, 즉 departmental highly-parallel 시스템의 등장이 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 또한, 산업계의 설계 해석 지원과 관련, 구조, 유체, 동력학 등의 분야별 응용 문제와 numerical formulation등의 특성에 적합한 시스템 configuration과 프로세싱이 개발되어야 한다. 이는 실 수요자의 상황에 맞는 "목적성 전용 machine"의 등장이 가능해 질 것으로 판단된다. 향 후, vectorization 그리고 parallelization 된 소프트웨어의 가용성이 극복해야 할 큰 과제로 남아 있 다고 본다.

Korean entertainment programs have attempted to change formats to reflect the viewers' preference for the unexpected progress of narrative. Casts have used their public identity and it contributes to strengthen the realism by providing their realistic reactions. This study is to advance understanding of entertainment characters' characteristic by classifying character types and analyzing main types that have been appeared repeatedly. This study suggests securing diversity of entertainment characters by noticing character types appearing at low frequency in classification.

본 논문에서는 가상환경을 구현할 때 환경에 논리적 객체를 등장시키는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 기존의 가상환경을 구현하는 시스템에서는 환경에 객체를 등장시킬 때 환경과 객체의 논리적 연관성을 고려하지 않고 있어, 가상환경의 사실성을 보장하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 논리적 객체 삽입을 위하여 가상환경에 필요한, 가상환경에서 요구하는 객체들을 환경과의 논리적 연관성을 고려하여 미리 모델링해 놓는 Nursery 모델을 제시한다. 이 Nursery는 Ontology를 기초로 하여 구축되어, 다양한 추상화 레벨에 따른 논리적 연관성을 보장하여 줄 수 있다. 이는 나아가 가상환경 자체의 사실성을 보장하여, 실제 환경에서 일어날 수 있는 다양한 이벤트들이 전개될 수 있게 한다.
