  • 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 수업에서 학습자들의 평소 학습 이해도를 파악하는 방법으로 형성평가가 보편적으로 많이 이용되고 있다. 교수자에게 형성평가는 학습자들의 이해도를 파악하는 방법이지만, 평가 결과를 성적에 반영할 때 학습자들에게는 학습 동기를 향상시킬 수 있는 요소임을 선행 연구를 통해 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 수년간 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 수업에 적용해온 형성평가의 문제 난이도를 조절하여 난이도가 학습자들의 학습 동기 부여에 얼마나 영향을 미치는 요소인지를 살펴보고자 한다. 특히 형성 평가에 출제한 문제의 난이도 정도가 형성평가 다음에 이어지는 중간고사나 기말고사 등의 큰 평가에서 얼마나 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지를 통해 학습 동기 부여 정도를 분석하고자 한다.

A Study on the Convergence Relationship between Motivation and Organizational Fairness and Retention Intention of Clinical Dental Hygienist's (임상치과위생사의 동기부여 및 조직공정성과 재직의도와의 융합적 관계 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish the basic data of rational work environment management by grasping the interrelationship between motivation or organizational fairness and retention intention. From March 1, 2019 to April 12, 2019, clinical dental hygienists working in dental hospitals and clinics in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Jeonra provinces were sampled as a convenience, using self-informative methods. There was a significant positive correlation between motivation and organizational fairness, and there was a positive correlation with retention intention. Organizational fairness had a positive correlation with retention intention. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of the dental hygienists by establishing the working period based on the positive organizational fairness and the application of the active motivation program to increase the dental hygienist's intention.

Hardware Design of the Synchronizer and the Demodulator of a 18000-3 PJM Mode Tag (18000-3 PJM 모드 태그의 동기부 및 복조부 하드웨어 설계)

  • In this paper, we present the design procedure of the synchronizer and the demodulator of a 13.56MHz RFID PJM tag, which was standardized in ISO 18000-3 mode 3. We optimize the algorithms in order to minimize the number of registers and implement them based on international standard. The designed module is simulated by Modelsim and FPGA. The synchronizer is composed of 3 correlators that is implemented by 1,024(16bit ${\times}$ 64cycle) registers. The demodulator is composed of 2 correlators that is implemented by 128(2bit ${\times}$ 64cycle) registers. The simulation performed with the demodulator integrated with the synchronizer shows that it works at about 87% success rate with the test data of SNR -2dB and 100% with those of SNR 4dB.

  • A number of recent paper have investigated the feasibility of synchronizing chaotic system. In this paper we proposed the chaotic synchronization of the canonical Chua's circuit with RLCG transmission line by drive-response system. We expected that to be available to apply this secure communication with RLCG transmission line.

Influence of Clinical Nurses' Intrinsic Motivation, Affective Commitment, and Turnover Intention on Organizational Performance (간호사의 내재적 동기부여, 정서적 몰입 및 이직의도가 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of clinical nurses' intrinsic motivation, affective commitment, and turnover intention on organizational performance. Participants were 189 nurses currently working at four general hospitals in C city. Data were collected by a self-report questionnaire and analyzed by using the SPSS/WIN 18.0 program with descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Mean scores were as follows: intrinsic motivation($3.02{\pm}0.57$), affective commitment ($3.47{\pm}0.71$), turnover intention ($3.30{\pm}0.59$), and organizational performance ($3.37{\pm}0.52$). Organizational performance was significantly correlated with intrinsic motivation, affective commitment, and turnover intention. Nurses with higher affective commitment and intrinsic motivation showed higher organizational performance, where as higher turnover intention was correlated with lower organizational performance. The factors that influenced organizational performance were affective commitment(${\beta}=.42$), intrinsic motivation(${\beta}=.36$), and turnover intention(${\beta}=-.11$), with an explanatory power of 51.6%. Results of this study indicate the need to evaluate and manage the significant predictors of organizational performance. Further studies are needed to identify the relationships between clinical nurses' intrinsic motivation, affective commitment, turnover intention, and organizational performance.

A Study on Chaotic Secure Communication of Chua's Circuit with Transmission Line (전송 선로를 가진 Chua 회로에서의 카오스 암호화 통신에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, a transmitter and a receiver using two identical Chua's circuits are proposed and wire secure communications are investigated. A secure communication method in which the desired information signal is synthesized with the chaos signal created by the Chua's circuit is proposed and an information signal is demodulated also using the Chua's circuit. The proposed method is synthesizing the desired information with the chaos circuit by adding the information signal to the chaos signal in the wire transmission system. After transmitting the synthesized signal through the wire transmission system, it is confirmed the feasibility of the secure communication from the result of the demodulated signals and the recovered wire tapped signals.

  • The reason why Small enterprise cooperatives are important in the history of cooperatives is that they provide the basis for the development of cooperatives. Small enterprise cooperatives are composed of five or more members of small business owners and has received financial support from the government through the evaluation of the business plan from 2013. In 2018, however, Small enterprise cooperatives must be evaluated for five years of performance. In this study, we surveyed Small enterprise cooperatives members in 2015 to identify motivating factors that affect the sustainability and cooperation of Small enterprise cooperatives. On conclusion, intrinsic motivation has been found to be an independent variable affecting the sustainability and collaboration of Small enterprise cooperatives.

A Design of All-Digital QPSK Demodulator for High-Speed Wireless Transmission Systems (고속 무선 전송시스템을 위한 All-Digital QPSK 복조기의 설계)

  • High-speed QPSK demodulator has been in important design objective of any wireless communication systems, especially those offering broadband multimedia service. This paper describes all-digital QPSK demodulator for high-speed wireless communications, and its hardware structures are discussed. All-digital QPSK demodulator is mainly composed of symbol time circuit and carrier recovery circuit to estimate timing and phase-offsets. There are various schemes. Among them, we use Gardner algorithm and Decision-Directed carrier recovery algorithm which is most efficient scheme to warrant the fast acquisition and tacking to fabricate FPGA chip. The testing results of the implemented onto CPLD-EPF10K100GC 503-4 chip show demodulation speed is reached up to 2.6[Mbps]. If it is implemented a CPLD chip with speed grade 1, the demodulation speed can be faster by about 5 times. Actually in case of designing by ASIC, its speed my be faster than CPLD by 5 times. Therefore, it is possible to fabricate the all-digital QPSK demodulator chipset with speed of 50[Mbps].

The testing results of the implemented onto CPLD-FLEX10K chip show demodulation speed is reached up to 2.6[Mbps]. Actually in case of designing by ASIC, its speed may be faster than CPLD by 5 times. Therefore, it is possible to fabricate the ZCIF QPSK demodulator with speed of 10 Mbps.
