This study is on the spatial composition of accommodation area in accommodation barge. Accommodation barge used as accommodation facility for offshore plants can be classified into Accommodation Work Barge, Accommodation Pipe Lay Barge and Multi-purpose Accommodation Barge. The main purpose of this study is to introduce a new method of evaluation, and to suggest how to apply geographic information system for optimum public facility site selection. For this purpose, a new evaluation model for the site selection is developed. The model provides a simple and easy method of evaluation. It also allows differences among location factors through two step weighting procedures. For a better understanding of the model, solution procedures and visual figures are illustrated with the case of Dalseong-Gun's city hall location example.

In this paper, You can design drawing to safekeep and manage equipments in order to utilize efficiently by making use of Visio, and can convert stored data into Office data after inputting user attributes of each equipment. that means that you can analyze each data by using functions of Excel after changing Visio safe attributes into Excel data and XML data, and control and utilize data effectively by converting XML data into DB ones. Additionally. you can use on deliveration of useful information on shopping mall. Due to the rapid civilization, the need for social facilities is increasing. When these facilities controlled by the integrated facility management system (GIS), various adverse situations such as emergencies, inconvenience of the public and duplication of construction cost can be improved. In this study, the types of information for GIS which may be needed by the facility management agencies are investigated and analyzed. Based on this information, major components for the integrated facility management system including standard format of digital map, basemap scales, and basemap management methods are established.

Geographical Informal ion Systems have become useful tools for improving the administrative management of local governments. Despite its innovative aspects, GIS implementation in local governments has yet to be actively carried out, utilized in only a few occasions in establishing comprehensive plans or conduct ins model system developments. This can be basically attributed to technological, institutional, and economic difficulties, that is, a lack of understanding of GIS technology, database development, and the required institutional support. Using Seoul as a case study, this study analyses the potential and effectiveness of GIS and examines strategies of implementation, thereby suggesting basic policy direct ions for GIS investment in local governments.

종이지도, CAD 도면, 항공사진과 같은 형태로 구축되어 있는 저수지 퇴사자료는 자료의 훼손 변질 등에 대한 문제뿐만 아니라 자료관리를 위한 인력의 업무중복 및 시간부족에 따른 조사자료의 질의 저하 및 부정확성 문제 등 퇴사자료 관리에 있어 해결되어야 할 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 저수지 퇴사자료의 DB구축 및 자료관리방안 수립이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 구축되고 있는 항공사진과 같은 3차원 공간정보 DB구축으로 기존 자료와의 상호 활용성 미흡, 관련 사업의 연계성 부족 등의 문제점에 대처할 수 있는 체계적인 사업 추진방향을 제시하여 3차원 공간정보 DB구축 및 관리방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 저수지 퇴사자료 구축현황을 분석하고, 저수지퇴사 공간정보에 대한 구축방안을 수립하였으며, 구축된 공간정보의 효율적인 관리를 위한 저수지퇴사 공간정보 관리방안을 수립하였다. 이러한 공간정보 DB의 구축과 자료관리방안 수립으로 시 공간적 변화로 인한 저수지 퇴사를 쉽고 신속히 활용할 수 있는 공유기반 및 활용체계를 마련하게 되었으며, 효율적인 댐운영관리 및 수자원기초자료로도 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

For the last 60years, North Korea has constructed a lot of roadway bridges with different standard from that used in South Korea, and since North Korea prefer to take advantage of train more than truck for long distance transport, the construction and maintenance of roadway bridges have not been constructed effectively. Upon these situations, an exact evaluation of the resisting capacity for bridges in North Korea has been required to check of any bridge can be used in time of war. This paper introduces an evaluation of bridges in North Korea on the basis of Military Load Classification (MLC). Three different types of concrete bridges are considered, and the numerical analysis and design calculation give the military loadings which can pass through the bridges in North Korea.

Through the Korea-Germany joint project, a novel method, that is, an optical Corescanner (Stereophotogramrnetry) of acquisition, evaluation and display of struct-ural elements of drill cores has heen realized. AH scannable cores can he digitally stored on a storage device(dat tape, optical disc etc.) and available for further an-alysis using diverse software facilities. The use of this scanning technique was d-emonstrated on the cores derived from the metamorphosed sedimentary rocks in our country. Recent studies showed a great potential of using the Corescanner with high resolution not only for avoiding ambiguities of drill log interpretation due to the capability of accurate quantative analysis of structural elements, but also for replacing the cores themselves as a data-base one via completely copying of the core outlook.

해마다 증가하고 있는 피서철 해수욕장 안전사고 및 비선박 사고의 감소를 위해 본고에서는 연안해역정밀조사 자료를 활용한 해양안전지도의 제작 및 체감형서비스를 구축하여 서비스하는 방안을 마련하였다. 해양안전에 관련한 각종 자료를 수집, 현장조사, GPS측량, 전문가 및 현지주민의 인터뷰 등을 통해 취득하였다. 서비스에 이용될 기본 배경지도로는 5m급 육상 지형기복도와 국립해양조사원의 수심자료를 사용한 해저지형기복도를 융합하여 제작, 이용하였다. 각종 해양안전관련 정보들은 해양영토(구역), 어촌양식, 항로, 각종사고이력, 시설, 위험요소 등 해양안전과 관련한 총 26종의 다양한 분류체계를 구성하여 구축하였다. 이렇게 수집, 구축된 기본 해양공간정보들을 바탕으로 사용자에게 정보의 전달성을 고려하여 국민이 간접적으로 체감할 수 있는 형태의 사이트(해수욕장 등)별 도면 형태의 해양안전지도를 제작하고, 개방형 대국민 해양공간정보 웹서비스인 '개방해(海)', 해양전문 공공기관용 웹서비스인 '공유해(海)' 대국민 해야안전정보 앱서비스 안전해(海)'와 시스템들을 구축하여 서비스 방안을 구축하였다. 각 서비스에는 해양안전사고 예방을 위한 각종 안전 및 위험정보 콘텐츠들을 수록하였고, 목적에 따라 이용가능한 분석 기능들을 제공하였으며, 위험구역에 노출될 경우 사용자간 위험을 알려주는 알림 기능 등을 제공함으로써 위험에 노출되고 조치하는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다. 그 결과, 현재 각종 기관에서 해양공간정보의 이용을 확대하고자 연계신청 증가와 더불어, 대국민 서비스 이용자수가 증가하는 실적을 기록하였으며, 향후 보다 광범위한 영역에서 안전사고, 안전대응, 안전관리 등의 분야에서 대책 도구로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

하천수변조사는 하천수변의 물리 화학 생물학적 특성 파악과 이들의 상호 연관성 및 변화양상을 분석하기 위한 기초자료 수집과정이다. 하천수변조사는 치수 및 이수기능뿐아니라 하천환경 기능을 보전, 재생 및 복원시키고자 하는 하천정비사업에 이용되고 있으며, 이에 따라 하천정비기본계획, 하천환경정비사업 등에서 많은 조사가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 수집된 자료의 형태가 대부분 도면이나 이미지 형태로 관리되고 있어 향후에 수변의 변화 상태를 갱신하기가 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 행정중심복합도시 권역내의 국가하천, 지방하천, 소하천을 대상으로 하천수변조사를 실시하였으며 조사결과의 체계적 관리를 도모하기 위하여 하천수변조사지도 DB 구축과 이를 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 성과는 단기적으로는 하천환경정비시 보전 및 복원 방향의 설정, 하천의 현재 상황을 파악하고 이를 공사 진행에 반영, 공사 과정 중에서 하천의 반응상태를 파악하여 사업진행이나 방식을 개선하는데 활용될 수 있다. 장기적으로는 행정중심복합도시 조성 전후의 하천환경 및 생태변화상을 제공할 수 있고 자연친화적인 하천환경 관리를 위한 하천환경정보를 제공할 수 있다.
