자기 기업에 필요한 데이터를 통합된 데이터베이스 체계로 일관되게 관리하고 활용하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 전사차원에서 데이터베이스를 기획, 구축, 운영할 수 있는 통합된 데이터체계와 방법론이 필요하다. 이러한 데이터체계의 작정은 자신이 필요로 하는 데이터는 무엇이며, 그것이 어디에 활용되는지를 먼저 정의함으로써 가능하다.

운영데이터를 통합하려는 것은 전사적으로 데이터공유를 가능하게 함으로써, 기존 운영데이터의 문제점을 해결하고 업무처리를 효과적으로 지원하기 위함이다. 이를 위해서는 새로운 데이터구조를 갖는 통합 운영 데이터베이스의 구축이 필요하다.

Public information has been collected in various fields with huge costs in order to serve public purposes such as public agencies' policy-making. However, the collected public information has been overlooked as silos. In korea, many attempts have been made to open the public information to the public only to result in limited extent, where OpenAPI data is being presented by some agencies. Recently, at the national level, the LOD(Linking Open Data) project has built the national DB, initiating the ground on which the linked data will be based for their active availability. This study has outlined overall problems in earlier projects which have built up national linking systems based on linked data for public data use. A possible solution has been proposed with a real experience of having set up an existing national DB of Korean public agencies.

Due to global issues such as climate crisis and rising energy costs, there is an increasing focus on energy conservation and management. In the case of South Korea, approximately 53.5% of the total energy consumption comes from industrial complexes. In order to address this, we aimed to improve issues through the 'Shared Network Utility Plant' among companies using similar energy utilities to find energy-saving points. For effective energy conservation, various techniques are utilized, and stable data supply is crucial for the reliable operation of factories. Many anomaly detection and alert systems for checking the stability of data supply were dependent on Energy Management Systems (EMS), which had limitations. The construction of an EMS involves large-scale systems, making it difficult to implement in small factories with spatial and energy constraints. In this paper, we aim to overcome these challenges by constructing a data collection system and anomaly detection alert system on embedded devices that consume minimal space and power. We explore the possibilities of utilizing anomaly detection alert systems in typical institutions for data collection and study the construction process.

The Master Data is constructed for the wide use within the institution, and it is mainly used in the enterprise. In this research, we have conducted research for the purpose of building master data on infrastructure that can be used by public institutions in the country. To do this, we analyzed individual attributes of the standard data set provided by the public data portal. Among these, we extracted standard elements that match the characteristics of the Master Data. Finally, the standardized elements are verified through the standardization system that is utilized in the country.

This study aims to establish the quality management method for spatial data construction process. Total 17 regulations related to spatial database construction and major aerial survey firms were analyzed in terms of working process, equipments, accuracy of results. It is standardized the process of making new digital maps using aerial photography, revising existing digital maps, producing digital elevation models and developing imagery maps. Quality checking factors for spatial data construction process are also established.

지도 제작에 있어서, 기존의 구축된 대축척의 원천 데이터로부터 소축척의 목적 데이터를 추출해 냄으로 데이터 구축을 중복되지 않고 효율적으로 할 수 있게 하는 것을 지도 일반화라고 한다. 초기의 선을 단순화하는 알고리즘 개발과 향상에 대한 연구로부터, 최근에는 자동화를 위한 지식 기반 일반화 및 데이터 품질에 대한 많은 관심과 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근에 지리 정보 시스템의 발전으로 다양한 공간 분석이 필요하고, 그 성능 향상을 위하여 위상 정보를 구축하게 된다. 그러므로, 본 논문에서는 위상 정보를 가진 원천 데이터 베이스에서, 일반화 연산자가 적용됨으로 발생하게 되는 위상 데이터의 손실과 불일치를 해결하기 위하여 일반화 연산자들이 위상 정보에 미치는 영향과 이를 해결하기 위한 규칙들을 제시한다. 그리고, 지도 일반화 과정에서 위상 정보의 일관성을 유지한 목적 데이터 베이스를 구축하는 시스템을 구현하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

본 논문에서는 노약자 및 장애인의 증가로 인한 조행보조기구 사용량이 증가하고 있으나 물리적인 보조기구는 있지만 AI를 통한 서비스와 보조보행기구에 관한 AI 데이터셋이 부족하다. 이러한 문제점을 보안하기 위해 본 논문에서는 상기 데이터셋을 설계 및 구축하기 위해 Node JS를 사용하여 이미지 크롤링 프로그램을 구현하여 이미지 데이터를 수집했으며, Yolo Maker를 활용하여 수집된 이미지를 데이터셋으로 변환시켰다. 이를 통해 노약자 및 장애인을 위한 AI 서비스 구축에 필요한 데이터를 손쉽게 설계 및 구축한다.

우리나라의 수출입 대부분은 해상을 통해 이루어지고 있으나 항만의 물류 창고는 데이터 네트워크를 통한 유기적인 화물의 출입과 현황관리가 부족한 실정이다. 이는 부족한 데이터 네트워크 인프라와 CCTV에 의한 아날로그 영상 데이터에 의존하는 기존 시스템의 한계로 인해 기인하는 바가 크다. 이에 IP 카메라와 엣지 디바이스의 영상분석에 의한 개별 화물 창고의 디지털 현황 분석 기반을 구축하고 분산된 개별 화물 창고의 데이터를 클라우드에 위치한 중앙 집중 데이터 분석 시스템을 구축하여 유연한 개별 화물 창고 관리와 지속적인 모니터링 기반을 제공한다. 사용자 인터페이스는 웹 기반으로 구축하여 항만 화물 관계자에게 편의성과 위치에 구애받지 않는 서비스를 제공한다. 이 과정에서 사설 IoT 네트워크를 통한 최소한의 시공비용으로 항만 내 인터넷 데이터 네트워크를 구축하여 향후 항만 내 다양한 데이터 서비스를 위한 초석을 제공한다.

디지털 포렌식에서 증거 데이터 분석의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 잘 알려진 파일을 분석 대상에서 제외하거나, 특정 파일의 존재여부에 대한 검사가 필요하다. 이를 위하여, 시스템 파일, 폰트 파일, 응용 프로그램 파일 등 분석이 필요없는 파일 및 루트킷, 백도어, 익스플로잇 코드 등 악성 파일에 대한 해쉬 값을 미래 계산하여 저장해 둔 것을 소프트웨어 참조 데이터세트라고 한다. 이 논문에서는 소프트웨어 참조 데이터세트 구축에 대한 주요 동향에 대하여 살펴본다. 특히, 소프트웨어 참조 데이터세트 구축을 주도하고 있는 미국의 NSRL RDS에 대하여 활용가능성 측면에서 구체적으로 살펴본다. NSRL RDS에 대한 분석결과 실제 컴퓨터 포렌식 도구에서 활용하기 매우 어렵다는 사실을 알 수 있다.
