Albeit numerous endeavors in matching names and surveying inventors, inventor-level studies of patent data have been scarce because unique inventors can not be identified across patents. Using the Korean patent data with inventor IDs, birth year, and gender available, we construct unique inventor-level panel data. As the first undertaking with our data, we investigate the age profile of patent productivity among inventors. We find an inverted U-shaped profile with the peak at age 31. We also find an increasing productivity for younger cohorts of inventors. These findings are robust after we control for the calendar year effects and the quality of patents.

경쟁적 전력시장에서는 이익주체의 다양화로 송전망확장은 개별 시장참여자의 경제적 편익에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 송전설비 투자계획은 미래 전력 시장 및 계통의 예측을 바탕으로 하기 때문에 예측의 불확실성에서 발생하는 설비투자의 과잉.과소투자의 최소화 방안이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 송전망확장사업의 경제적 가치를 평가하는 방법에 대해 연구였고 미래 시장 및 계통의 불확실성을 반영하기 위해 전력수요와 연료가격의 과거 예측오차의 표준편차를 이용한 예측값의 확률밀도함수의 모델링 방법을 이용한 송전망확장의 경제성 평가 방법을 제시한다. Monte Carlo Sampling을 이용, 송전망확장으로 인한 시장참여자의 경제적 편익 변화의 기대값과 편익 변화의 범위를 산출함으로써 설비투자의 리스크와 잠재효과에 대해 분석한다.

Utilizing OECD-WTO's Trade in Value Added (TiVA) data, this study investigates the effects of economic integration (EI) on TiVA Empirical results obtained from structural gravity specifications reveal that EI increases trade between member countries, irrespective the types of exports in final goods and intermediate goods as well as foreign value added in total exports and domestic value added in total exports. The empirical results also reveal that EI does not decrease the share of domestic value added in total exports.

본 연구의 목적은 Big Data를 활용하여 우리나라 아동학대에 영향을 미치는 경제적 불평등, 주거, 방임, 가정폭력 등의 생태체계적 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 Google 트랜드의 지난 5년간(2016.01.10.~ 2021.01.03.)의 경제적불평등-주거-방임-가정폭력-아동학대 등의 주제어 중심의 분석을 시도하였다. 분석결과, 경제적 불평등(B=.159, p<.05), 주거(B=.814, p<.01), 방임(B=.248, p<.001), 가정폭력(B=.151, p<.05)은 아동학대에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Since more than 30 different information systems are collecting and providing construction related information, it is difficult for information users to figure out where and how to acquire the required information. Even if the user find the information, it is hard to meet users demand. Because the current systems accumulate the data just as administrative data and can do not connect the information from the different phases of the lifecycle for the specific facility. The information collected and managed in different information systems should be integrated in terms of lifecycle of the facility to improve money for value of public investment, the quality of life by improving quality of the facility and to provide the foundation for big data utilization in the construction industry. This paper suggested strategic planning for the development of the (assumed name) "The Lifecycle Integrated Construction Information Portal" as a foundation to use the data in construction industry, by investigating prerequisites and suggesting conceptual framework of the system.

In the era of Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence, it has become essential to digitize mass data, which leads 'data-driven economy'. Digitalized personal data can be easily collected, stored, duplicated and analyzed. As ICT technology is evolving the concept of traditional personal data has changed. The United States, the European Union, Japan, Korea and many countries have introduced new concept of personal data into law such as de-identification, anonymization, and pseudonymization to protect and utilize digitalized personal information. These concepts are distinguishable depending on countries. Therefore, this study will be done by researching and analyzing personal data related policies of several countries. Based on this study, this paper will suggest policy on di-identification to draw the right balance between personal data protection and use, which contributes to the development of digital economy.

학술 정보유통의 패러다임이 데이터중심 과학으로 연구방법이 변화됨에 따라 사실데이터, 실험데이터 등으로 구성된 과학데이터의 중요성은 커지고 있다. 이에 분야별로 구축된 과학데이터의 개별적 활용 체제보다는 국가 차원에서의 과학데이터센터 구축을 통해 효율적인 과학데이터의 보존, 활용이 필요한 시점에 와 있다. 본 논문에서는 국가 과학데이터센터 구축이 가져오는 경제적 파급효과에 대한 성과분석 모델을 수립하여 차후에 보다 체계적인 성과분석의 효율성 제고와 발전방향의 모색에 활용하고자 한다.

Since the mid-to-late 1990s, there have obviously been many changes in the North Korean economy. Since the change has been more pronounced since Kim Jong Un took power in 2012, the purpose of the paper is to track the trend of economic policy by timing. In this paper, I use LDA Topic Modeling, a text-mining analyzer method, to analyze the economics journal "Economic Research," which is a representative literature in the economic field published in North Korea. An in-depth analysis of the "economic research," which has an unrivaled position as an economic journal produced in North Korea, can be said to be an essential task in tracking the reality, limitations facing the economy and alternatives that North Korean authorities are aware of. Through the "Economic Research," where various topics of debate on the North Korean economy are hidden, the North Korean leader's economic policy flow is examined and the contents of the "change" intended by the current Kim Jong-un regime are analyzed.

현재의 네트워크는 패킷 기반 기술의 LAN에서 MAN으로의 이동이 중요한 기술 동향 중의 하나로 자리 매김하고 있고, 인터넷 트래픽의 급격한 증가는 메트로망에서의 패킷 기반 전송 기술에 대한 필요성을 가져왔다. 본 고에서는 메트로 망에서 IP 트래픽을 전송하기 위한 데이터 전송 기술에 관하여 살펴보고, 각 데이터 전송 기술에 대한 장단점 및 특성 비교, 경제성 및 성능 분석에 대해 논의한다.

블록체인 기술은 데이터 공유를 통하여 투명한 데이터 관리가 가능하다. 하지만 데이터삭제의 비가역성 및 투명한 데이터 공개가 데이터 프라이버시 침해의 원인이 될 수 있다. 최근 블록체인 기술상의 데이터 프라이버시 보호를 위하여 영지식 증명이 활발하게 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기술 적용 시 데이터 프라이버시를 보호하고 효율적인 데이터 증명 및 검증이 가능하도록 하기 위해 기존의 영지식 증명방법을 변형하여 증명자와 검증자의 신뢰도에 따른 상호 신뢰 기반의 차별화된 프로토콜 처리과정을 제안하였다. 해당 제안을 위하여 신뢰도 측정 변수가 필요하며 해당 변수를 통한 프로토콜 시퀀스의 차별적 적용을 통하여 증명 및 검증을 위한 경제적.시간적 효율성을 높일 수 있다.
